This is a tiny Starbucks, inside of Safeway, don't expect any of your panini or favorite desserts to be here nor should you expect the best tasting coffee! In the area only the shady grove road Starbucks meets expectations! King farm has such a beautiful market place they really need to add a Starbucks where myorga once used to be! *fingers crossed*

This Starbucks is located inside Safeway at the right side set of doors entrance. The employees are very nice and have let me sample different drinks if I had never tried them before. They have a huge selection of Starbucks merchandise and there are two seating areas inside and another outside. Lines can be long early in the morning but moves fast. Very clean. Very professional.

Coffee is not fresh . However, the most disappointing part of my visit was customers service. Staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Also, area where milk and sugar are displayed was dirty and not organized.I will not return to this location.

The barista was pleasant enough, but didn't use the Starbucks guidelines and measuring cups for making my chai latte. Rather, the chai mix was poured from a tall size paper cup -- not sure why she would store the mixture in a cup -- it usually comes on a box labeled chai at other Starbucks locations. The milk level was eyed before heating and then she added hot water. The result was a watered down version of chai. This lack of quality control is bad for the Starbucks brand - the product should be consistent from one Starbucks to the next.

Have gone here now for several years and always had issues. First they would not take my Starbucks Gold Card to receive discounts even though they promoted the discounts. Then yesterday they gave my wife and I milk instead of soy which made us both violently sick. When I came back to complain they demanded to see my cups even though I had the receipt AND my card proving my purchase. I went home to get my coffee cups from the recycling and brought them back. When I came back they still would not give me a refund saying we could not prove we got sick. I offered him a chance to have me poop in a cup so he could examine for milk particles. He then said there could have been any reason i got sick. I then said it wad like me kicking over a display but then saying there could gave been an isolated earthquake at that same moment. At this point it was clear that the $7.50 I spent really meant a lot to them. After all of the "you people" and "people like you" he uttered I got my refunds more because I caused a scene than them caring that two people got sick due to negligence. This place has no customer service. They will take your money and won't care about their product. The Assistant Manager there is especially deplorable.
