What a joy eating at Pho 95... Only complaint there was no diet ginger ale (but then again it's very rare ;) )! The wait staff was very friendly and full of bubbly energy. The pho #9 was such a delight. Can't wait until the next experience at this special place!

The pho here is ok. Nothing compared to my go to spot. Definitely not enough meat. The broth is ok, pretty standard for a pho place. Bean sprouts never really look too fresh the few times I've been here. This time actually I ordered a small #1, I feel like there wasn't a lot of noodles in there either.....um...ok...... Their vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is good though, but coffee grinds weren't packed tight enough, definitely had some grinds floating in my coffee. Parking is much better than Pho 75 though, it's a bigger lot that's shared with Super Bowl, IHOP and a few other places in the shopping center.

I am giving this pho restaurant 3.5 stars out of five stars. The pho here is mediocre. I have had better. The spring rolls come out more like an egg roll than a spring roll. That was a bit off putting considering a spring roll should be crisp not crunchy. The pho is served fresh. However, the broth is not as flavor filled than I've tasted elsewhere. The meat is sliced thinly as it should be! The meat cooks in the broth to perfection. The restaurant is family friendly. When I went there were loads of families eating together. So the restaurant can get loud. But it makes the restaurant that much more homey and cozy.

Horrible customer service. If you to bring your kids don't, because there is no kids menu or kids options. The server had a horrible attitude, refuse to make any change to the soup we wanted. So we all walked out. DO NOT COME HERE!! Just go across street to PHO NUM NUM.

This restaurant always reminds me of a bathroom because of the ugly colored wall tiles. However, that never deterred me from coming here all these years for pho. Even though there are better pho joints that have opened up recently, this is still my go-to spot. I usually get the #1, which is with everything. A lot of meat! The beef tendon is always very soft. The broth is delicious, not too oily or salty. Besides pho, they also serve appetizers like spring rolls and summer rolls, both are really good. They also have rice dishes. I have also had the chicken and rice in clay pot. It's very tasty and a great alternative to pho. Don't have high expectations for the service. Like a typical pho restaurant, it's pretty fast paced. If you need anything, just flag a server as they speed walk by. $10 minimum for credit card.

I ordered a few times for carry out but nothing really stood out. My last visit, however they gave me what tasted like expired meat. It had the worst smell and taste to it, i still cringe at the thought. Guess i wont be ordering from them again.

Fe,Fi,Pho,Fum...I smell something good and I am going to get me some. Okay, a giant doesn't have great grammar, but this Yelper knows a great pho. The people who work at Pho 95 are friendly and helpful. The pho is filled with a rich hearty broth. The noodles are tender and flavorful. We always order the chicken pho with added shrimp for a different taste delight. The shrimp and chicken are plentiful. There are many bean sprouts and spices included. I love the delicate flavor of anise added to the pho. We also order the spring rolls or shrimp rolls as an appetizer. I usually have enough for two meals. You can ask the large Buddah in the restarant for good luck or order the pho and you won't need any. You will be in a food coma and won't care.

Great local pho place in Rockville. They are closed on Tuesdays. We love their fried spring rolls- very crispy and delicious. I always order #11- tai and chin and add sriracha sauce to kick it up a notch. Can't beat $7.95 for a large bowl of pho.

**3.5 stars** Stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The place was pretty packed. I got the only remaining open table in the place. As usual, I ordered the Pho Ga - large bowl. It was good Pho Ga. Chicken was tender, noodles were not clumped. The broth was not bad, but it did not wow me. The plate of vegetables were fresh: bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños. My one complaint is no limes. Instead I was served lemons. I prefer the taste of limes in Pho over lemons. Service was prompt. I'd eat here again.

I got the #15 (steak) in small while my parents ordered the #12 and #1 in large; the portions were generous and the broth was full of flavor for all three bowls. I have an incredibly sensitive palate and can taste some chemicals that others don't notice-- there is a slightly different flavor to Pho 95's broth; its almost.. minty and chemical-ly but I couldn't tell if it was a bad or good thing. With sriracha and hoison sauce though, it's not as noticeable. We also ordered the Four Happiness Rolls (chicken, beef, shrimp, one fried spring roll) for $10.95. Don't get it. The meats were tender and all but everything is just slathered with too-sweet a teriyaki sauce and definitely not worth the money. If anything, get the fresh spring rolls instead. We asked the waiter for some cilantro and he said "I'll bring some over" but he never did. I think they just didn't have cilantro. But given that the restaurant was about to close, we understood. The food was overall good, but all that sodium made me incredibly thirsty and had me drinking water for at least 3 hours after.

One of my close friends swears by this place and I finally had the occasion to try it. I was actually fairly impressed. The venue itself is pretty casual, an informal restaurant within a strip mall. There is a pretty good variety of dishes to satisfy anyone and the menu is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. As far as what I ate, the shrimp rolls were tasty and served as a good appetizers and my pho with chicken was among the better ones I've had in the DC metro area. The portion sizes were generous, the noodles were properly cooked, and the broth was flavorful. The service and atmosphere were merely okay, but the food was worth it.

Not sure where other reviewers have eaten but it surely cannot be this place. I have never been to a place where I sincerely believe their food purely SUCKED. I ordered the pan fried seafood noodles. I LOVE pan fried noodles and haven't hated a dish until I came here. All there was were a bunch of vegetables and barely any seafood. On top of that was imitation crab. Who puts imitation crab on pan fried noodles? There was also barely any noodles for $12. I would rather go to Eden for $18 for good noodles. My friend had fried rice and she couldn't even finish half of it. Forget about the leftover to-go box. The only good thing were the waiters. They were nice guys so that's the only reason it has 2 stars.

Well, can't say I'm an expert in pho. So I can only say I don't like the food or the service. It's also more expensive than other pho restaurants. Pho 75 is a much better choice.

  • Paola G.

Yes, the cripsy spring roll is the best thing on the menu. I still wish they had the regular spring roll tho. The Pho is good, cant complain about that and the service is good. Now that the Pho place in Aspen hill closed, this is my favorite place to get Pho.

  • David H.

Started with the crispy egg rolls; they were delicious. We then ordered the pho with brisket and flank steak. They gave us a huge portion of meat, more than the average pho restaurant. The broth was better than others I've tasted in the area. My wife and I will definitely return. Great place and excellent service.

Came here after hiking on a cold way with some friends. Man this meal was clutch. Food: 4 Price/Value: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Food: 4 Pho is pho, and you can't get that different from place to place. I think the difference comes from noodles, meat, and broth. These noodles had a good texture, the meat was fine, and the broth had a lighter and minty flavor. We also got 2 orders of special rolls, which are rice rolls with lettuce wrapped around spring rolls. On point. Price/Value: 3 Standard ~$7 for small bowl and ~$8 for large bowl. Portion size was generous with lots of meat. Service: 4 Quick friendly Vietnamese service. Aww yeah. Atmosphere: 3 You have a nice view of the nice cars of Rockville. Basic decor and it's quiet. You walk in, sit down, eat pho, and get sleepy. Tips You Should Know: If you get the rolls, ask for peanut sauce. Like all other pho joints, the smell will penetrate your clothes to your inner soul and stay on your clothes - come dressed ready for the battle which you will lose. Would I recommend? Yah. HIt this place up after school or after an activity to get some Asian comfort food.

We had the #8, which was a beef pho with noodles. The pho was a well-rounded blend of fine noodles, broth, a smidge of onions, and strips of well-done beef. As expected the bowl came with a platter of bean sprouts, thai basil, lime wedges and jalapeños. However, all of the pho I have had prior to today came with the meat simmering in the broth--not pre-cooked. While it doesn't make much of a difference, I do prefer the texture of beef cooked in the pho broth upon serving, it makes for a more tender piece of meat. The strips of beef in Pho 95's bowl were also quite large, a slightly smaller strip of meat would make for more consistent bites--I was surprised when I suddenly had no beef left when I thought I had been rationing it well. I had ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee as well, which I expected to arrive in a glass layered with ice, condensed milk, and strong coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a coffee mug with a single-serving pour-over filter on top. The condensed milk sat at the bottom of the mug with the coffee brewing over it, once brewed you stir and pour over ice. It would have been a fun little project if it had arrived at the beginning of the meal, but it arrived well after our entrees. The total for two bowls of Pho (one large, one small), a Jasmine tea, and the iced coffee was only $20.30. All in all a good Pho option. Photos on instagram @calliecatcat

Came here today as a last minute decision because Jumbo Jumbo was full of customers. My husband and I ordered 2 Pho Bowls (#15 - steak). Order came pretty quickly. Today's broth was horrible! It tasted just like water and extra salt. It took us longer than usual to finish our bowls because we couldnt stand all that sodium. I probably won't come here anymore.

Best I've had yet! The fried spring rolls are so yummy! I always get the chicken bowl and they do it right. Very flavorful and the chicken is not dry. On top of the great food, the service here is on point!

We decided to go in here because we were a group of ten and wanted to be seated quickly, but the food was a wonderful surprise. The lemongrass fried tofu was the perfect level of spice, and amazingly flavorful without being too oily. A friend got a fried noodle tofu dish that was more mild and sweeter, and still good but not as great. They have a nice selection of affordable Asian beers, and let each member of our party ring up what they ate separately.

Very friendly people, very delicious pho! Based on yelp reviews, we originally tried to go to pho nom nom, but it was packed and no one greeted us, so we left. Pho 95 was down the street so we decided to give them a try... definitely worth it. It's a small space, but could probably seat about 60 people. We were seated immediately, and the place filled up with people shortly after we arrived. I dropped my chopstick and another was delivered to me immediately. I got the meatball pho, and my husband got the chicken noodle. Both were delicious. We also ordered spring rolls which were quite tasty as well. We would definitely come back!

I work in the area and end up at Pho 95 once a week or so as it has become my go to lunch spot. The staff is quick and efficient but still have a nice word and smile when serving you. The décor is less than impressive but the restaurant is clean and there is always an available table. I consistently get the large #15 pho and it's a good size without being overwhelming (aka you won't need a nap under your desk after finishing it). Their "Special" spring rolls are also delicious with a combination of both fresh and fried spring roll. There are other noodle and rice dishes on the menu but I have yet to try them since the pho never disappoints! Well flavored broth, quality meat, and fresh crunchy toppings. Moral of the story; you can get a great tasting, cheap (under $10), no frills lunch in around 30 minutes.

I came here after my original restaurant fell through (was trying to La Limena on a Sunday, at 1:30 PM, what was I thinking?!). The service is quick and my waitress was very friendly. I was worried that they would charge me for extra lemon with my pho, but the waitress was kind enough just to give it to me. I know that sounds like a silly comment, but their menu does say that extra toppings cost extra. The broth of my pho (I got #1) was pretty good-- I added some lemon, some sriracha, and some hoisin sauce and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I feel like they skimp you a bit on the noodles. I got a large bowl of pho and thought the noodle portions were really only enough for 2/3 of the soup they gave me. I ended up drinking the last 1/3 of soup by itself, without noodles. Otherwise, I would say that the pho was what you would expect, a large bowl was ~$8.50 and ended up being $10 with tip.

This wasn't my usual spot for pho, but we happen to be in the area we were craving some. The restaurant is tucked away in a shopping complex; sitting in between another Vietnamese restaurant, a one-stop chinese cuisine restaurant, and Oseyo/Old Kimura sushi. Walking in, it seems like any other small restaurant. Nothing really stands out. Except the service. The people working inside were extremely friendly, greeting us with a smile. I ordered the #4 Pho and a Vietnamese ice coffee. The ice coffee was a treat since I have been craving this for ages. The serving size was just right. I ordered a small and it was able to fill me up but not make me feel stuffed. The broth really hits the spot. There were plenty of noodles in this bowl, so no complaining there. This place is simple, and so is their food. I didn't get the chance to dive deep into their menu, but that will be another time (and hopefully another review!).

Seems like sometimes Yelpers only write review of a place when they had a bad experience-- I've been guilty of that sometime. So after eating here, I wanted to remember to write something up when I got home. So here's the deal-- I had just been climbing with my family at Earth Treks Gym, and as we were driving away, I was all like "I sure could go for some Pho right about now," and right at that moment, we looked over and saw Pho 95 right off the road in a little shopping plaza. I didn't need much more convincing, and we pulled over for some soup. Now I should give a caveat to my review-- I like Pho a lot, I'm a big fan, and as long as a place doesn't totally mess it up, then I'm pretty happy. I'm not going to knock a place if it isn't the most sublime soup in the world; as long as the bowls are big, the broth is flavorful, there's plenty of meat, and they give me a plate of yummy stuff to break up and put in the bowl, then I'm pretty sure to slosh away happy. And, I'm happy to say, Pho 95 delivered on all counts. My whole family likes Pho, and I'm always happy when I can feed all 4 of us for less than $40. The bowls were big, the soup was delicious, there was plenty of meat in there, and we all left full. The boys and I got the beef pho, and my wife got the Pho Ga (chicken style). I thought the beef one was better, but she professed satisfaction with the chicken soup. There is even a Middle-Eastern bakery next door where you can get baklava. The people Pho 95 were very friendly (I find that at many Asian restaurants, folks are very friendly and enthusiastic when I bring in my sons, as opposed to American restaurants where they give us the stink-eye). The decor was kind of public bathroom-like, but, hey, if you're like me, you're in it for the soup, not for the view. I don't know if or when I'll be back in Rockville again, but if this place is still around when I am, I would definitely go back for more.

its pho done right! like most pho places, its fast, clean and tastey...you wont go wrong eating here. it can get crowed during peak hours, so be ready to wait a few minutes :)

Great service, right price, awesome for cold or rainy days. Although we have our choice of Pho, we love this place and its our #1 for my family.

I went here for lunch during a conference last weekend and it was just kind of there. The service was hit or miss, as was the food. I enjoyed my shrimp fresh rolls and the sauce they served with them was quite tasty. However, my shrimp bun lacked any major flavor even with their special sauce added.

Oh My.. I came here b/c my friend thought he had come to this restaurant before and thought it was decent. We ordered spring roolls and it was just not good at all. The plates were dirty, the restaurant just gave off that dirty atmosphere when you walk in.. I ordered the Hu Dieu Seafood noodles. You would assume it would come with different types of seafood as you would get at any other vietnamese restaurant. My noodles came with TWO pieces of shrimp and that was it and ICEBERG lettuce. The soup tasted like corn soup too. For a non- Vietnamese person, I even know that is not that what you would consider Hu Dieu noodle soup. My friend ordered the Pho and it just looked like it was lacking onions, cilantro, meat, etc. Overall, I would most definitely NOT come back to this restaurant.

I got a bun Bo hue and my wife got a mi tho. Man, worst VN food ever. The soup is nothing but MSG, enem the instant ones taste better.

  • David C.

My original review was a 2-3. The pho wasnt bad, but it's nothing to write home about. However, 2 things drive it to a 1. First, my wife found a dead bug in hers as she was finishing it. (We had ordered takeout). Second, we both spent the entire next day with queasy stomachs. Me less so, though I had simmered my pho for some time on the stove after getting it home. Next time, I'll go elsewhere.

The broth at this establishment is delicate and incredibly tasty. It is well flavored and obvious care has gone into it. I have eaten here at least 20 times, and always order the "vegetarian" version of Pho. They do an outstanding job....my soup tastes fresh and is delicious. The service is fast and responsive. The cleanliness adds to the charm of this place.

Distinguishing fine points between various Pho places can be a fine art. My favorite had been Hoa Binh on Parklawn Drive, but Pho 95 is a nice change. I always start by trying plain chicken pho, which in the worst places can be bland. Here it's quite good -- decent noodle amount, scallion and the usual accompaniments of been sprouts fresh basil and jalapeño slices. If it tastes good and without the Sriracha or Hoisin, you're on the right path. Very pleasant atmosphere and good service.

    (4)
  • J C.

Had the Bun Bo Hue. It was not spicy enough. It didn't really include the stuff that you normally find in bun bo hue. They only had slices of beef so they were missing the weird other meats. There was a nice hint of sweetness under the mild spiciness. So overall, this was just average.

This is a regular restaurant for my friends and I after we go rock climbing. Ten Ren bubble tea is across the street which makes it convenient if we are craving bubble tea. The pho and banh mi here are pretty good, but not amazing. However, it is decently priced and not a bad choice if you are in the area.

This is my neighborhood "go to" pho spot. I have been dining here for over 10+years and the food is always well prepared and comes out super quick. They use fresh vegetables and the employees are friendly. All in all, nothing spectacular or terrible. Just an above average pho spot with good taste in all their menu items. Of course Ive also tried the other new places like pho nom nom but the delicious broth has been here for me through thick and thin. Highly recommend.

Awesome salty, beefy pho broth. I really just can't get enough of this Vietnamese Penicillin no matter where I happen to be in the country! Service was quick and efficient, food was hot and fresh. I got the number 9 and the fried spring rolls. The number 9 was comforting and soothing after driving for 8 hours. The beef was nice and tender though I prefer that it goes into the soup raw and cooks in the broth. Regardless, still delicious! The crispy fried spring rolls were very tasty and big. Friend got seafood noodle soup and said it hit the spot! Also got the spring roll and enjoyed it. Can't judge because I tried neither but I will take her word! And at $7.50 for a large bowl of pho, both of our wallets were happy. The restaurant itself was decent, nothing fancy. Located in a strip plaza with lots of other ethnic dive-y restaurants, including a Persian bakery which I may need to try before I leave here. Shahs of Sunset is my new favorite show after all! As usual when I seek out pho though, I don't pay for the ambiance, I pay for that soul embracing Vietnamese penicillin! Soul = embraced. Yum!

The PHO is good and the noodle dishes are as well. Really full menu here. Broth was a bit bland, but still nice. Was packed at lunch which is a good sign. They don't clear the tables as fast as some others in the area so you may wait a bit. I still like PHO 75 best, but this won't disappoint and they have a full menu which is nice. (although, if you are going to stray from PHO, definitely check out Viet Bale across the street.) The feedback on friendliness is correct, the guy taking your order barely makes eye contact, but I don't come here for the service, I go for fast quality food. The char-grilled pork in the rice noodle dish was very flavorful. They only give you a small bowl of sauce to spread on the noodles, and only one napkin, but I'm sure you can get more of both if you ask. Large 15 and an iced coffee cost me $11.25. CLOSED TUESDAYS!

My coworkers and I decided to go here after boycotting Pho Nom Nom. This is a fairly small restaurant, but we were greeted and seated promply upon arrival. I ordered pho (#15)-- I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever head, but pretty good. I appreciate the fact that they do not skimp on the noodles. Overall, I thought this place was good. I also ordered an ice coffee to go and it was delicious. FYI: They have a $10 minimum to use your credit card.

Best Pho in town, hands down. Sometimes the staff are a little abrupt. They redecorated for some reason, even though they didn't need to.

I compare all Vietnamese food to my cooking and I can not cook. One thing that I do best is eating. And i know what is good and what is not. This is not a good place. I purchase the snail soup(this was their speciality, no bad), noodle with grill pork and the girlfriend got seafood soup.

  • Lilian P.

Pho was alright I've taste better! My friend didn't like her pho we asked if we can have something else and our server said NO? Who says no to they're costumers? Anyway 10 minutes later they changed it.

  • Heather J.

I have been here about a million times, and I love it. Don't be deterred by the green/yellow floor-to-ceiling tiles - it's kind of a dive but the food is good. The owners know my friend and me, and when we haven't been in a while, they ask us where we've been. The pho ga (pho with chicken) is very good, and up until recently, it was the best I'd had. I love the special appetizer rolls, which are fried spring rolls, wrapped inside noodles and rice paper. I can't really explain it better than that - it's best just to try them and you won't be disappointed. The chicken hot pot is also very good, as is the Vietnamese coffee.

  • Nancy O.

This place has the BEST pho. You can taste all the different spices etc they put in the broth. So yummy! The grilled lemon grass chicken is pretty awesome, and I'm partial to the spring rolls they serve over any other pho restaurant.

THE best Pho in the area. Their Special Roll is to die for. We go there at least once a week, every dish we tried so far was delicious!

  • Boris S.

Not a bad pho soup place and very similar to the rest in the area. This place does not top my favorite Pho 75, but I still enjoyed my soup. Broth still taste better at 75, but meat seemed softer at 95. What makes this place better over 75 is their extensive non Pho menu. Its nice to eb able to try something else. You never know when you might change your mind, or want to add something to your order. Still this is a good place and I do think its worth a try. MUST TRY: Pho #5

I am Vietnamese so I know what good Vietnamese food should taste like. This place was pretty good about 15 years ago. Now it's probably the worse Pho Restaurant in the area. I wouldn't go here even it was free. They use Steak Umms for the beef! How lazy is that!!

  • Joley B.

Stopped here on our short stay in Rockville. I love Pho, and enjyoed this place. I had the spring rolls. They were fresh and great with some of the spicy pepper sauce available on the table. I enjoyed the number 19 (seafood rice noodle soup). It was a big bowl and very tasty - and salty too (but I like my soup on the salty side). I could have had more veggies, and I borrowed some sprouts and basil from my friend who didn't use all of hers. The price was decent, and the atmosphere was authentic. I personally enjoyed the Asian music they had playing. We came in around 8pm and it was quiet so service was very quick and pleasant. I would definitely come back if I were ever in town again.

  • Sina E.

Seriously, this place isn't anything special. Sure, the bowl for the pho is large, but where it lacks is in the flavor, specially the broth. I don't even think they give you that much more meat. It's just somewhat misleading because I think the bowl is bigger. Pricing is similar/standard to other pho places (around $7). When we came here, service was pretty slow. They could've been more attentive. Decor is nothing to rave about. It kinda has that cafeteria feel to it. This wouldn't be my first choice for Pho.

    (2)
  • Tiffany H.

My favorite pho in the area by far, the service is a little brusque but they are very nice and quick. I like this one the best because they have my favorite appetizers. Only drawback they are always closed Tuesday I think and for some reason it is the day I always try to go, not sure why I can never remember which day they are closed....maybe it is Monday?

  • Abegail A.

Was craving pho, so decided to check this place out since it's just down the street from where I work. Pho 95 wasn't anything special to me, just your usual pho place. I had the #12 (pho with sliced eye-of-round steak and well-done flank) for $6.50 (small, a large was only $1.00 more). The small was a good size, I left very satisfied. I'd come back here again if I was craving pho after work. I wouldn't make a special trip out there though.

  • Greg O.

I'm not a fan of pho at all, or any hot soupy liquid that is supposed to be a meal. Soup is great when you're sick, otherwise, no thanks. But thats whats great about Pho 95- they have a long menu full of options that don't involve hot liquids. One of my favorites in the chicken rice pot, and the shredded pork dish is tasty as well. The spring rolls make a great appetizer. While the food is pretty good, the place is 70s tacky, but the staff is friendly, and the food is not that expensive. If you are like me and don't like pho, but have friends that do, its a good option.

  • Theresa N.

Terrible service and food. The plate of pho fixings came out with a small pile of brownish bean sprouts and the a tiny branch of wilted thai basil with holes in most of the leaves. We asked if they had anything more fresh and were sworn at in Vietnamese (my date spoke Vietnamese). Will not go back.

Doesn't taste oily like other Pho places Soup is very clean ( no oil floating on top) Closed Tuesdays:) My family and I have been coming here for a decade at least. Service isn't necessary because condiments are on the table.

My favorite place to go for pho. Pho and spring rolls are delicious. Also the place is clean. Some other pho places are so grimy that I lose my appetite, not pho95 though. I also love their iced coffee. Yum

Delicious, fast, friendly. Ambiance leaves something to be desired, but food is always good. I love the pho, but the summer rolls and the vegetable pan fried crispy noodles are also super delicious. Salty lemonade is an interesting treat. Closed Tuesdays.

I go here for lunch from work probably every other week. I always get Pho #1 and crispy spring rolls. Both are excellent. The noodles are not clumped up and all meet is tender, the tripe is also excellent. Never had any service issues and the place is clean.

Pho pho pho...oh why oh why is it so hard to find a good place. Surprisingly, their best dish on the menu is the crispy spring roll (this rules) and not pho. As some have said, the pho soup base is not dense as the other rockville fav, Pho75, but at least this place doesn't pour in MSG like the other place. Definitely worth the trip and be sure to get the crispy spring rolls. That is a must. PS. They take ur order at the table, but you must go up to the counter to pay. I waited around 10-20 min last time to figure that out guh.

The pho here is good but they have a weird hours and service has been slipping. They close early and don't open on Tuesday.

This place has pretty decent pho. It's around $7 per bowl but the portion isn't all that. I usually go with #1 - beef, steak, flank & tripe, Overall, this probably won't be my 1st choice of pho. However, the thing I like about Pho 95 is that they serve bunch of Vietnamese dishes as well. And just like most of Pho places, Pho 95 takes cash only aka tax fraud lol.

So good! Best pho place around! Everything I have had here so far has been tasty :)

I feel like the 4th star on this review popped on here because Pho is that much better when it is sub-freezing outside, but s#it food is usually better after a couple of drinks, so I'll let it slide. 4 Stars, pretty good large serving of Pho, with a good meet/noodle/soup ratio. Not the first time I've eaten here, and it won't be the last.

I have been a Pho 95 frequenter for the past seven years and it just keeps getting better! Be sure to get the special appetizer rolls - so delicious. :-) The meat in the pho is always good - today I had the Pho Tai and it came out perfect. Friends had pho and other dishes and everyone left happy. My only complaint (deduction of a star) is that they no longer take the "Frequent Pho" card because someone apparently stole the stamper. Whoever stole it, please take it back!

I think Pho 95 is the best pho out there and I am VERY picky about Pho. From my (probably over 100) experiences here - I've never had a bad one. The pho is better some days than it is others (but that happens everywhere). It is very clean and quick!! Note: It is closed Tuesdays!!

I used to go to this place a few years ago but stopped after 2 disturbing incidents. First time there was a long black hair in my pho and I showed it to the waiter who apologized and comped my meal. Came back not even two weeks later, and I almost ingested a rolled up seran wrap that looked almost like a noodle! Walked out and never stepped foot back in here again. The only thing going for them is the friendly service.

Ah, my beloved husband. Once, at the beginning of our dating relationship, I had a deep hankering for pho. Although I tried to ignore it, as pho-natics will tell you, once you get that deep stirring in your soul, nothing will satisfy except for a bowl of that delicious magical broth. Afraid that he wouldn't enjoy pho (like some of my non-Asian friends), I brought him here, to Pho 95, as there are non-pho dishes, as well as appetizers. Ever since then, although he agrees that Pho 75 Rockville has a better broth, he prefers Pho 95 because he loves getting appetizers with his meals. Well, he has his own yelp account so he can write his own review. This is mine. As I mentioned before, the broth at Pho 95 is not as strong and flavorful as I would like. It tends to be a little sweet but lacking the meaty deliciousness that is a necessity with pho. However there is a good helping of meats and noodles, although the broth is not always quite as piping hot as I tend to enjoy my pho. The appetizers are decent, if a little on the small size (portion wise). Tasty but without a punch in the face in flavor, for me, it does in a pinch and will stave off the rumblings in my stomach, if not the cries of my tastebuds. Mostly, there is just something...missing...in the food here. Perhaps they need more cilantro, or perhaps a touch more fish sauce. Or perhaps, they are lacking the all important love. The passion for good food, no matter if it's just a simple bowl of pho. There is no sizzle, no excitement about their food. It's decent and it will fill you up, however, it will not satisfy that craving in your soul.

  • Mark S.

Pho is tolerable, but a little too coriander-y for my liking, and isn't always as hot as it should be. The appetizers range from ok to great. You'll wait for your food. Two stars because my wife saw a cockroach running on the wall.

I've eaten here a few times but tonight was my last. It was the most disgusting food experience I've ever witnessed. My fiance found both hair and mint chewing gum in his pho broth. Ugh.

Compared to Pho 75 down this street this soup is lacking. It is watery and just not that tasty. Go to Pho 75 instead.

This is only the second time I have ever had Pho so I am definitely not an expert. We walked in on a Sunday night and were seated immediately. We received our meal within 15 minutes which is awesome! To start we had spring rolls with shrimp, not fried, and they were quite large. Love the peanut sauce that is served with it. I ordered the TAI NAM (Rare Steak & Well-done Flank) and My friend had the PHO GA DAI (Chicken). I was beginning to get a cold so the Pho certainly made me feel better. It took my a while to get into the swing of things because I am still not that great with chop sticks but it was worth it. I ordered the large and still had enough for lunch the next day. My friend and I agreed that, Pho is probably not a first date type of food. By the end of the meal, we both had some drips from our soups on our shirts due to the noodles slipping from our chop sticks. At the end of our meal we had to go up to the register to pay instead of getting a check at the table. Since it was our first time here, it took us a little while to figure that one out. Overall, great experience!

The Rice crepes and the vermicelli noodle dishes are very average, but their pho is awful. The broth consistently tastes irony, metallic and sweet, things that pho should not taste like. Service is poor here. At least the food does not make me sick.

    (2)
  • Y Y.

This is one of the most mediocre pho I ever had. There was no depth to the broth and it was way too sweet for my taste. It was like they used one of those instant cubes but put way too much water then tried to up the taste by adding in sugar. The portions were painfully small as well for the regular size. You get more bang for your buck over at Pho 75. Value for money, Pho 95 is not comparable to a place like Mihn's. The pork chop rice consists of 2 very thin (read micron-thin) slices of char-grilled pork with a small size of vegetables with rice. At Mihn's you'd get a generous mountain of vegetables, decent amount and thickness of meat. The decor here is nothing sort of clinical with pale yellow and white tiled walls, florescent lighting - not a place to go hang out. I wish there was a better choice of Vietnamese food up at Rockville although I think Pho 95 should thank their lucky stars that they seem to be the only "full" Viet restaurant here as Pho 75 only serves Pho. I did pass by a yet to open Vet restaurant on the Pho 75 side of the road along Rockville Pike..... so I am looking forward to try that. Hopefully, they will serve Viet food worth the calories.

The food and service are very good, they have all the foods and drinks like other restaraunts have and the egg rolls are fantastic.

Place is closed Tuesdays which is mildly annoying. They have a good selection of food at decent prices. None of it is amazing, but none of it is bad. It's not standout in any way. Prices are pretty good. Really, theres nothing to pick on about these people. The service is more friendly then 75, pho nam, or ba le etc. Not as friendly as Tran Dinh or Pho and Grill. Average review for an average place. It gets packed during peak hours, and they aren't the most efficient at clearing tables so there might be a wait. However, once they get you seated they usually get your food out pretty quickly.

  • Christian M.

This place is not too bad. I went there with some relatives the other day and I really didn't mind it. I love getting spring rolls and theirs was pretty good. The only thing is that they barely provided any lettuce to wrap around the spring rolls. Weird. I also tried their #1 pho soup. It was pretty good. I liked it a lot. I think they all taste pretty similar so it's kind of hard to get that wrong. It was cold outside so it really hit the spot. If you're in the area, try it out. You probably will feel satisfied with your meal.

I haven't eaten here in awhile, but we just went here today and the pho was surprisingly flavorful, the noodles perfectly soft (just the way I like it without it being soggy), and the meat was great (looked like good cuts). For $6.50 a bowl for a size small, it was an enjoyable meal (especially since I've somehow come down with another cold). While my bf and I frequently go to Pho 75 as our usual pho place, we ventured to Pho 95 today due to Pho 75 sometimes being inconsistent in how good their pho batch is and having a not-as-awesome-as-usual batch the last time we went. I would say a con at Pho 95 though is that they don't have utensils for you to choose from, but instead, hand you a utensil set folded into one napkin. Yes, you only get one napkin... unless you want to ask for more. I personally like to pick out my own utensils after examining them, and I also like having a stash of napkins that I can use at my own disposal. A pro at Pho 95 is that their meat seems like it's better quality (although there isn't as much meat given as Pho 75). Another pro is that Jumbo Jumbo is right in the same complex and you can walk and get delicious bubble tea after devouring your pho :) Also, they accept credit card here! Visa, American Express, Mastercard is what I noticed when I went there today. I'm not sure about Discover though.

  • Phi N.

The pho here is so-so. Not much meat, didn't get much tendon or fat either... broth needed extra nuoc mam to give it more flavor, and overall just wasn't that special.

Pho 95 is definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. Not a lot of people know about this place but its a gem! I've been a long time customer and I love their pho! I always get the Pho Tai LARGE! A small will not satisfy my craving when I'm feening for PHO. They always stay consistent with their pho, and their beef is extremely tender!. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!!! You will not regret it!

  • Jae S.

Not bad. I have been eating here for last 5 years and I think it's the best tasting pho around town. Most of you know, if you ever been to a pho place, wait service blows. And I can say this about pho 95, they are #1 in pho service compare to others around town. I order #12 all the time. If you do not like tripe, tendons and other "weird" parts of a cow, order #11 or #12. Enjoy!!

This is our favorite Pho place in Montgomery County, I think perhaps even MD. It is never crowded, the prices are great. The Jasmine tea is delicious, the pho has great flavor, not too greasy or oily, and you get a good taste of the spices used. I have to remind myself each time to get a small bowl because the portions are so big and jam packed with noodles. The people are really friendly and most of all the spring rolls are amazing, they seem to fry them a little differently, not sure how, probably not as healthy but they taste amazing. Only downside is they come out scalding hot and I always burn my mouth because I have no patience.

  • Irena N.

The place is small and unremarkable in decor; the staff very efficient and no-nonsense. Their pho is good, but definitely not the best I've ever had - the broth is aromatic and fairly satisfying (and full of MSG), and the noodles are also pretty good, but the cuts of meat are rather tasteless and not the most tender... it doesn't hold a candle to Pho 75, which is just 5 minutes away. However, their appetizers and entrees are pretty tasty and fairly inexpensive - definitely worth trying. Also recommended: salty plum soda. Yummy.

This place is really good and rivals the pho hoa binh place I like on parklawn drive. More than enough portions are given just for a small order of both. Pretty fast and friendly service. The broth itself was very flavorful and it filled me up pretty good. I went during late lunch time and the place was a little crowded....I'm guessing mostly local workers and asian folks that live in the area. I did notice the asian baby sitter with the white baby eating inside. Just an observation, but the white baby looked very uncomfortable. Hahaha.

The place is a long skinny subway tile lined pho place in a strip mall of international foods. The atmosphere is ehhhh. The food is fine. I have had a variety of items, but prefer the chargrilled pork with rice noodles. Spring rolls are always fine. Prices are affordable. You will get a decent meal here.

Usually one of my go to places when I'm too lazy to drive to Shady Grove Pho Nam. Not the best, but not bad at all. Definitely 3 star worthy. I mixed it up and went with the noodle bowl (the one with the grilled beef and the sweet sauce with lots of vegetables). It was pretty good and filling. If you're in the mood for pho and you're in the area, it's not a bad choice. Fried spring rolls were very good (cut into thirds) and the summer rolls were a little dry (could use a little more shrimp).

  • Ben H.

Personally I think this place has the best pho broth out there; it's by far the strongest part of the dish and I've yet to taste anything that matches it's distinctive body and flavor.. Noodles are very good as well, but the meat isn't stellar. I've always been a fan of the flank and brisket but I've heard the chicken is very good as well. Spring rolls are great. Service is pretty good, but you might be put off by its tiled-bathroom ambiance. Don't worry it will grow on you. In summary, great cheap pho, not much more you can ask for.

  • Anne C.

I went there after a night of partying for the first time and I got #15. The soup was very clean and delicious. The service was surprisingly slow that day as pho usually takes two seconds to make. The service was not great, but when is it ever really that great at a pho place. I personally do not like noodles too much so the fact that the soup was delicious made me happy =) overall, i would maybe come back again if I was ever in the area, but prob would not go out of my way to go there.

Very good pho. I ordered a Tai Small number 15 and the broth was super yummy and tasty. The meat was also tender and juicy. I am willing to drive from Vienna to Rockville for this, totally worth the drive. Yum Yum Yum!

  • Duy N.

You know, most pho places taste the same to me. But I overall like 75 better as they give more meat imo. The broth is ok, though nothing spectacular, though others have said they like the broth better. They also have other dishes which I have yet to try. To sum it up, if you're hunting for pho in the area, give it a shot, you might like it.

  • Vannie N.

It USED to be good!! When I first came here 2 years ago it was okay. I like that it offered other dishes besides pho, like the spring roll, rice, and egg noodles. BUT I have FOUND HAIR in my pho and my finace pho at least 4 or 5 times since we been here!!!!! The cook NEEDS A HAIRNET!!!! I would like my pho without hair in it please!! Other then that, the shopping center its located in is pretty nice place. It has other restaruants, such as chinese, japanese, korean, american, etc.

So, I consider myself a Pho connoisseur at this point, I've treid almost every Pho within a 5 mile radius of my home. I love this Pho, it's got a wonderful aroma, you can tell that their broth has been cooking all day and it's not a oily as Pho 75. Liek others, I'm disappointed that they aren't open on Tuesdays but the quality of their Pho makes up for 1 less day of Pho. I didn't like that they charge extra if you want more veggies but I guess that's inflation for ya! Delicious!!!!!!!

This is where my best friend and I get our usual lunch/dinner date on! We eat at so many different types of places, but this is our go-to. The service is quick and friendly and the food is plentiful and amazingly good. Nothing has ever been off. The owners are extremely nice and always talk to us when we walk in the door. They also don't judge you when you ask for them to bring you a fork. LOVES this place!

  • KanKan Y.

This place is average. I come here because it's convenient for me after I go climbing at EarthTreks. They are also near Jumbo Jumbo cafe so I can get some great bubble tea with the meal. The portions are hearty. They don't skimp out on the noodles or the meats unlike a few other place I've been to. One important aspect of pho is the broth. The broth at Pho 95 is a bit watery in my opinion. They are not as good as the one at Pho 75 (which I think is probably the better place for Pho in the Rockville area). A few folks on here say that some days they broth is flavorful but I guess I have bad luck and always miss those specific days. If you have time and willing to drive another 10 minutes or so, definitely hit up Pho 75.

There she was, the semi-elderly owner lady sitting behind the table-height counter. The back of her blouse lifted all the way up. Her loose, wrinkly, fat arms holding up her own shirt as she moans softly, head tilted to one side. At times placing one hand on the counter for support. It was a rainy late afternoon, my noodles has just arrived. I was absolutely starving after a volleyball practice and had full intentions on diving into my pho head first. That was until the moans diverted my attention. A younger girl, holding up a spoon identical to the one I am holding in my bowl (and identical to every other spoon on all the tables), was rubbing and scraping the back side of the said owner lady. From the back of her ears, around her neck, across her back and down to... God knows where... occasionally cleaning the gunk off with her fingers and a tissue before continuing again. I've just witnessed a public coining. Spooning, Gua Sha, co gió, whatever your culture calls it. Go ahead, wiki it. I'll wait. I cannot begin to describe to you how disturbing the scene was. The combination of watching an old woman moan as if she was in a soft core porno and the thought that the very spoon I am using may have been previously used in that unhygienic way. I swear I even saw some old woman side boob. Not that I'm happy to announce that, of course. I spent many pho-less months after that experience.

The Pho no.2 was delish, my mom order fried noodles with beef and it was also good. I like all the food there. If people think all Pho taste the same, this one has a little bit kick in the spices and it was really good. But, theres another issue, THE SERVICE was really bad.. So bad, that you just pay only for the food, you dont have to pay for the services (tips) because its not even worth it. The man who served us not even say hello or hi, after we pay, I saw two white people leaving, they say "thank you, goodbye". But after I pay, they not even say thank you.

I would give it 3 stars but since the Pho Ga (chicken pho) is the business, it gets an extra star. Typical menu numbered with all of you meat toppings or vegetarian. Remember to shower after the meal and not before!

AMAZINGGG, the spring rolls and summer rolls are really good, all the food is served quickly and tasted delicious all the pho is good the number 12 is my favorite, and if your not up for pho the carmel shrimp are to die for

It was my PHOst time coming to Pho 95 and having pho ever. I love it. PHO 95 is an old standby with my inlaw's. They've been going for years. And I think I know why. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, fast and the food is excellent. I had the #9, it was 2 kinds of beef with the noodles and broth. DELICIOUS! This is the kind of sop you crave and once you crave it, you have to have it!

minus: The broth tastes oddly sweet and I really don't like it. minus: The service is horrendously slow plus: The fried spring rolls are pretty good minus: definitely saw a package of Korean red pepper powder here. WHAT do they use it for?! minus: it's not pho 75.....

CLOSED TUESDAYS!! BUT WORTH THE WAIT TILL WEDNESDAY!! I've had pho at a couple different locations, Pho 75 and Pho Nam just to name two. Pho 95 is by far the best. Not only is the pho better but with a wide variety of other Vietnamese dishes Pho 95 is a step or two above everywhere else. The fried spring rolls and shrimp rolls are a great starter to any meal. If you dine with a couple people try the Four Happiness appetizer. This includes a skewer of chicken, shrimp, beef and a fried spring roll to nosh on before the soup arrives. I'm not into the tripe, and tendon so i stick with the eye round (#15) or the chicken (pho ga). I like getting the eye round raw on the side so i can add it immediately once the soup arrives. This cooks the beef more tender than if it was done the normal way. What sets this place above every where else is the other Vietnamese dishes they offer. If your not in the mood for soup the lemon grass chili pork stir fry (#63) is one of my favorites. The slightly sweet slightly spicy combination with the subtle hint of onion flavor from the lemon grass is a perfect combination. A couple of my other go to dishes are, #27 Charbroiled Pork Rice Noodles and #47 Grilled Lemon Grass Chicken w/ rice. I haven't had a meal that disappointed yet and with the consistency at Pho 95 I don't think I ever will.

I came here for lunch with a group of friends, and really liked it! The broth isn't vegetarian, but they do have several meatless options - the lemongrass tofu was among the best tofu dishes I've had. I found it clean and the service was good. I'll definitely be coming back!

I didn't think that it would be possible for me to find a Pho home in Maryland but alas....it's happened. Pho 95 has taken me out of my Aspen Hill comfort zone and forced me in to the overly crowded Rockville area to have a taste of Pho. Pho 95's soup and customer service are on point. They are closed on Monday's (I found out the hard way) but that won't deter me from returning Tuesday through Sunday. PHO-nomemal Pho!

I always get number #18. Large bowl of chicken noodle soup. Reminds me of back home in Cali. I've been here more than once so that says a lot.

  • Vincent D.

I am Vietnamese! I am the biggest pho fan youll find. This place just does not cut it. The portion of meat that they put in the Large bowl is unacceptable. The quality of meat is awful (powdery) There is no texture as the noodles were overcooked and Soggy. Doesn't come close to Northern VA Pho such as Pho Sate or Pho Golden Cow. It doesnt even hold a stick to Pho 75 down the street. Go to Pho 75 or Pho Hoa Binh instead.

  • Michael S.

Not all Pho places are the same! Every time I go to Pho 95 it's consistently good like all good restaurants should be! I get the #12 it's the leanest red meat combination you can get there and the broth is taste. When I'm in the mood for fried goodness ( which is most of the time ) I go for the spring rolls. They are the best of all the Pho places I have been. If you didn't know Pho is a great cure for a hang over.

    (4)
  • Armando V.

pho is always a great hangover cure and ive needed to be cured a lot... places usually pack their pho with enough MSG that it tastes good but youre left with that aftertaste that lets you know its not that good. this place has great flavor without crutching on msgs enhancing abilities. ill be coming back

  • Katie P.

My husband is a PHO LOVER. He'll be ok with having this every meal...So we're a regular customer here. Anyway, Pho 95 has pretty decent noodle soup. The nice thing is that they serve other entrees too...so if you're not in the mood for soup, you can get something else. Ambiance is below average...I question their cleaniness as well....we've been going there for over 5 years now, and we had few incidences where we found hair in our food...but again, my husband loves pho, so we always ended up going back...Really...not the healthiest place...but their pho is pretty good.

    (3)
  • Michael X.

We've always liked this place. Quick service, good pho, and awesome rolls. The soup can be a bit salty at times but overall pretty good for the price you're paying. The service is extremely fast, we sit down and we're eating in less than 5 minutes. The walls look like a bathroom stall color, it's pretty ugly if you care for decor. They got a frequent pho card program; eat enough and you get a free bowl.

    (4)
  • Angela C.

Love the Special Rolls here! They're a combination of a very small fried spring roll wrapped inside a summer roll. What a great idea! Pho is good too..although I've had better broth. I think the broth could be a bit hotter as well. Service can be a bit slow weekend afternoons. Overall, I like this place and have become a frequent diner.

    (3)
  • Jae R.

Just another your local pho place. Nothing specially bad or good.

    (3)
  • Charles Y.

This is a better place to go during the winter months, but I occasionally eat here during the spring and summer. The prices are reasonable ($8 will get you a filling meal), and the service here has always been fast for me. You can't go wrong with the pho here. It's flavorful, the portions are the right size, and like I said before, the price is right.

    (4)
  • D V.

Good value. Try the shrimp with broccoli...its delish!

    (5)
  • a c.

Not only is the pho good but they also have various meat dishes that are delicious. For people not in the mood for Pho, I recommend the #41 pork without the pork-skin. Its really good. Also I recommend for an appetizer the spring rolls. Also, the owner (a middle-aged Vietnamese woman) is always courteous and friendly.

    (5)
  • Lisa Y.

I thought that the Pho was okay, but the broth seemed sort of sweet tasting. I would go to a different Pho restaurant, just down the street. This restaurant does, however, take credit cards.

    (3)
  • Trevor M.

So Pho to go! I like this place...don't get me wrong. The yellow cermic tiles (if you're coming here...it's because of the decor) on the walls to the slippery floors. Heck, I even have the pho card....get one free after 12 purchases. Then why do I come back? Is it that they do Vietnamese coffee with Cafe Du Monde proud? is it there spring rolls with the right amount of shrimp:noodle ratio cradled in rice paper? They are unabashedly real about what they do...they don't take crap and they dish out decent Vietnamese comfort food. It's basically Mom's Kitchen with a low overhead. The imperial rolls are a real delight here...after having fried pork rolls at many other restaurants...this is always consistently good. Right amount of filling and perfect crust. Not overly greasy...but good. Pho. Vietnam in a bowl, and still your mom's homemade soup. Add in your basil, lime, pepper, hoisin sauce and...of course, Sriracha sauce or more commonly known as Cock sauce... The staple of every asian and not so asian kitchen now. Tobasco of Asia and yet so much more (but that's a different review) The broth...it honestly depends...sometimes, it sweeter, sometimes more earthy with it's spice bag of cardamon and cinnamon or star anise), sometimes they forget to skim the additional fat scum...it's who they have in the kitchen. But, hey...isn't that like your mom's soup too? They upgraded their menu and offerings. The Clay pot chicken is a great pot dish. The grilled pork, chicken, shrimp and beef are a quad-fecta of taste. Pho may have become the world's chicken soup. It may have garnered that special place in your soul and heart. You may come in brandishing your own chopsticks. Where ramen left off...Pho picked up with earnest. Pho 95 (near 495)....ok, no more pho jokes. Pho 95 is your Vietnamese mom's kitchen where everyone goes to grab a quick and simple meal. Here, it's not elevated to a sublime level, it will never be featured on a cook's tour, but for me it's perfect on a cold, wet rainy day.

The Pho here tastes the best! Much more better than Pho 75!! I hate how its closed on Tuesdays , I always seem to get Pho on Tuesdays haha. My parents and I always get #1 so I am not sure how the others taste but it is very satisfying! It tastes fresh and not too oily. The meat and noodles taste perfect!

Best pho in the area. Significantly better than Pho 75. So why only three stars? Because of dishonesty at the cash register. Like other pho places, this restaurant features waiter service, but instead of paying at your table, you pay at the register. One time, due to the fact that I was paying as if in a store, it didn't occur to me to add a tip on my receipt. The restaurant added it for me in secret, more than 20% of my bill. It showed up on my credit card bill a few weeks later. So beware: If you dine here, be sure to leave a tip before they leave it for you!

Great Soup, only takes cash and looks a little dirty but the soup is the best pho in MD.

Nothing horrible, but nothing great either. Keep in mind that I'm spoiled by awesome soup over here in the bay.

First, this is not the place to order pho. I've been eating here for a couple years now I rank it as one of my top places in Rockville to eat, and not just to eat cheaply. I always get the special spring rolls, lemon grass chicken, and pork chops on rice. Their crispy noodle dish is also a good pick and is actually crispy, something a lot of Chinese restaurants can't get down. For the crispy noodle dish, I would recommend adding an extra noodle to the dish as the sauce to noodle ratio is a little bit too much served the regular way. Oh yeah, they are closed on Tuesdays.

Passable pho. Not great, but not gonna induce vomiting. We had the shrimp rolls, which were definitely below average. The dipping sauce was watery. Not worth wasting any more breath on.

Fried rolls were great. Pho was good but they ran out of limes and instead of going to supermarket and buying limes, they served lemon. Pathetic!

Reasonably priced, but the broth is not that tasty.

We've been going to Pho 95 for many years--since our son was 12, and he's now 18. My husband is a Pho fanatic, and I've always found something on the menu to love--used to be the grape-leaf wrapped beef they took off the menu (regrettably), their spring and summer rolls, and Vietnamess iced-coffee. The latter are still all good, but the pho is not the same at all. The broth is tasteless, and it's the foundation of this dish, and after 6 years, we're looking for a new pho spot. Too, too disappointing.

Restaurant would not honor a legitimate Restaurant.com certificate. Big sign on door saying they would not honor any certificates, thus we didnt eat there. They should have done the classy and right thing and honor any outstanding certificates. I was looking forward to trying their food, but refused to give them my business given their rudeness in this matter.

Two stars for the variety that some other Pho places lack, but the broth for the Pho tastes like it came from a can.

this place is about 5 mins from my house so it's nice for those days when i don't feel like cooking. the place has a strange decor, it's green walls with yellow/white tiles and the floors are b/w checkerboard. but the place is clean, service is prompt and the food is good. i usually get the spring rolls or summer rolls and both are delicious. the pho here is pretty good & filling. but i usually order #25 which is the grilled shrimp with rice noodles. it's pretty awesome! one day i decided to be a little daring and try #26 (beef instead of shrimp)..not a good choice since it seems to be "pressed meat". they don't offer desserts but have a nice variety of drinks. last time, i went 10 mins before closing and they never rushed us at all.

This small little place in a strip shopping center has got some damn good pho. When you walk in it looks like a huge bathroom though with all the yellow tiles on the walls! But trust me the food is good. Not only do they have good pho, they have a variety of rice, noodle, or meat dishes. Oh and try the shrimp rolls and fried spring rolls! Trust me you will want to go back for more.

i didn't really notice the decor, because that's not what i go to a pho place for. but it had all the basic elements (fast, hot, tasty, large) and also some tasty fried eggrolls that i almost burned my face off because they were at a nuclear temperature... albeit delicious... ow.

Unlike the other pho restaurants in the area, this restaurant serves other Vietnamese dishes in addition to pho soup. The pho soup is pretty good, but I wish it was more flavorful. The noodles are surprisingly tasty. The shrimp rolls here are really delicious, but they should serve 3 rolls per order instead of 2. It's a bit annoying how this restaurant randomly closes for several days at a time or at noon even though their posted hours indicate that their closing time is 8:30 or 9 PM.
