OK, this isn't gonna be pretty. The person taking the order didn't understand English too well. She was trying, but just didn't get it. We were there about 90 minutes before closing. Yet, (check the pics), the lettuce-tomato-onion bar was almost empty. That doesn't look too appealing. Now, I don't want them to waste food here; that's not the point. But, when you the Yelper come in, do you really want to see a huge empty space where "free stuff for your burger" should be residing? Next. I go to ask if I could get a fork. The correct answer should be, "I'll get you one right away", or something like that? right? Not, "did you look over there"? And, why would there be 100 knives, and 100 spoons out there, but not a singe fork? So. We ask for the manager. The same gal who speaks limited english nods. 15 minutes later, no manager. I ask again. no manager. So, I use the cel phone to CALL the restaurant, and ask him to come out to his own dining area. He shows up, and listens to my thoughts. My summary? A very good buffalo burger, good chili, but a very odd dining experience for an "upscale Burger place". Why two stars? The manager by himself, listening carefully, and asking thoughtful questions, and voicing his thoughts, earned one all by himself.

I love this fuddruckers... mainly because they allow you all the hot melty cheese sauce you want. Generally, service is great (while you fill your own cup to start with while you eat they will get you refills), however, I have ordered an appetizer here and it sadly arrived with the meals so it was sort of pointless and we never ate it.

The menu changed! I don't like having to choose every single little topping... Can't they just have set burgers for me? Then I could just throw on the extras that I want... like bacon... On top of that, I asked for wild mushrooms and cheese. Instead, they gave me onions and no cheese. I only ordered the 1/3lbs burger because well, it was breakfast, hah. But it was already falling apart. The 1/2 and 1lb burgers would probably be super sloppy. I remember it being better...

It was extremely busy here on a Friday lunch. What the heck? Don't govt workers work on Friday anymore? Buns buttered and made on site = great tasting burgers made to order! The fixin's bar is great, whole tomatoes? or chopped up? Onion? or diced up? Your call.... The new soda machines are those that carry a zillion flavors! What's not to like?

The good, the bad, and the ugly. First the good: you can expect good food from a familiar menu. My daughter and I walked in to this place with the idea of a good burger in mind. Although this was our first visit to this particular location, we knew we wanted a "Combo." The bad? Yes, here is where it started to go bad: While I was ordering a "Combo," the shift manager who took our order said, "You don't have to say combo. Just tell me what burger you want and what sides you want with the burger." She was annoyed with my choice of words. Strange. I didn't know managers get irritated with customers using the "wrong" words to order their meals. At any rate, we ordered our burgers with the sides and drinks that we wanted. Heads up -- avoid the word, "Combo" with that shift manager. Expect a glare if you do not measure up to her liking. When our burgers were ready, the french fries were not. I ordered onion rings, so at least that side was ready. The employee said that he would bring the fries to our table. The onion rings were okay. The burgers hit the spot. Good job cooks, for you know what you are doing. However, the fries never made it to our table. In the middle of my burger, and at the end of my daughter's burger, I decided to ask for a refund for the fries. Lord help me! The manager looked angry that I even thought of the idea. She made this ugly. She gave me a refund, but never apologized for the inconvenience of my meal interruption. The shift manager did not apologize for not making sure that the fries came to our table while she was handing me the refund. The shift manager needs customer service boot camp to realign her attitude with how the Fuddruckers' experience should be. One would think that customer service would be a top priority next to food quality at this day and age. The shift manager failed to realize that customers pass at least five other restaurants before parking at Fuddruckers, and she failed to consider the weather that we drove through to arrive at Fuddruckers. Her rotten attitude ruined our experience, so -- yes -- I've experienced better service. If you decide to come here, beware of her moodiness.

Comon... Its a Fuddruckers. Weve all been here. I rarely come here anymore because there are just so many options out there that are better. But the Buttered Toasted Bun does draw me back every so often when we cant figure out what to eat. I also enjoy the different exotic meat options they offer like Ostrich or Boar. Had em all. Love em all.

The burgers here are hit or miss. We had a large party. Some people's burgers were cooked perfectly with nice toasted buns. Others were dry and overlooked. Most people just ate their overlooked burgers. I went and asked for a new one. They were very nice and cooked a new one for me right away. The second burger was cooked right. But the bun was not toasted. Overall, food is not bad, good service. The decor is dated and a large part of the restaurant was pretty dark. It doesn't feel very clean overall. And I heard they have black toilets and was hard to see in the bathroom

One of the best burgers I ever had. A good variety of toppings. The lettuce and tomatoes are very fresh on the side bar

Came here with colleagues for a work lunch and wanted to take advantage of this deal that was adhered next to the regular menu. Cashier has the nerve to tell me there's no special and that's not a special and kept asking me what would I like to order. Al I can say is there are plenty of other burger places around here and I can take my $ somewhere else to spend...

I love Fuddruckers Rockville, from the time they were near Best Buy where the BMW now is. Only reason I give you a 4 is because you guys got rid of the famous 1 pound burger.

Great burger and chicken place! We first tried Fuddruckers in San Antonio but it didn't leave much of an impression. We tried it again here in Rockville and were very happy. They offer fair prices and often give you coupons towards your next visit. They also offer a military discount. My husband swears by their burgers, but I am sold on their crispy chicken sandwich. It's flavorful, juicy, and so good! I love that they have a topping bar so you can top your burger or chicken sandwich with whatever you want. They had me at the shredded lettuce and cheese sauce (which I drizzled liberally all over my fries)! Good place to bring rowdy kids as well!

Their burgers are decent but deff. Need stronger burger buns. As i ate i watched as my burger fell apart and almost turned to mush..

I will give them 5 stars if they bring the 5 lb burger back but this is one of the best places to get a nice burger or even an awesome dog.

I've been to many fuddruckers around Maryland. This is the one I go to most often. There is plenty of parking, located in a relatively hidden plaza off rockville pike, very close to the twinbrook metro station. It is very crowded around lunch time with long lines so I prefer to go either before or after lunch hour to avoid the crowd. This is my favorite fuddrucker in terms of the layout of the restaurant compared to the ones located in Columbia, Brandywine and Gaithersburg (now closed). I usually get the veggie burger and the fries with a drink. It cost about $10 and tastes very good. I love the salad bar. It allows you to put as much lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, ketchup, mustard as you like.

I rarely like to eat at big chain restaurants and hardly ever write reviews for them, but I had the best turkey burger ever here! Perfectly seasoned and super juicy, which is hard to do with turkey. I had it with sauteed mushrooms, romaine lettuce in place of the bun, and yummy sweet potato fries on the side. I didn't want to eat here and tried to put up a fight. I'm glad I lost though, because this really was a delicious meal.

Never had any issues. Prompt ordering, reliable food, fixins bar is always well stocked, and lots of tables. Everyone makes fun of me for how much I love the cheese pump. The cheese isn't particularly tasty (nothing gourmet about it)... but I love dippng my wedges into them!

I love their fixin's bar - lets me do up my burger just the way I like it!

About a week ago I was at another Fuddruckers, the one in downtown Silver Spring. And that prompted me to revisit this review, because there was enough different between the two experiences that I now feel each Fuddruckers location warrants a different evaluation. However, one thing I failed to mention in my earlier review does apply to all the Fuddruckers locations I've been to (I admit, that's only 3, out of more than 100 in the chain) is that, unlike Five Guys, you get a choice of how you get your burger done: at Five Guys, it's always well-done. This may be a major thing to some people, but as it is, I always want mine well-done anyway, so it's no big deal to me. But I should have mentioned it for others' guidance. Now some points specific to this location that I did not cover. There is a separate bakery for the desserts. I wish I could try it; the desserts look delicious but I no longer have the capacity for food I had in my teens and twenties, and after a 1/3 lb. burger and an order of fries (the portion of fries looks small, but because they are thick-cut, there's more potato there than it looks) I don't have the appetite for dessert. I hope someone else reviews that bakery. In Silver Spring, when your order is ready to pick up, they announce it over a PA system. Here, they give you one of those radio-controlled things that buzzes and flashes lights. I think I prefer this system, though I'm not sure.

Large location in Rockville plenty of seating..a very wide array of burgers 1/3 and 1/2 pound burgers whichever you feel you can tackle..I usually go with the southwest inferno burger! But you can definitely build your own burger.

Burgers from Fudd's have always tickled my appetite. For awhile now I have enjoyed the Burgers from here. Soft bread, burger meat always juicy. Fries mixed with the right sauce always delicious, I prefer the spicy cheddar. Of course the cookies always get a visit on the way out. Large location here in Rockville, very accommodating. In my last visit here we had a group of about 20 plus. Staff was very helpful in setting up tables with us and chairs. Food was cooked in a timely manner. I really liked the cool soda machines it gives it a modern yet retro feel. Place was very clean very tidy, staff was nice and good was delicious. Can't complain, they even helped us with taking pictures. I'm hooked!

My little sister's cheerleading team had dinner here to celebrate a competition win. I ordered the CRAZIEST sandwich ever. I had never been to a Fuddruckers before so the server was helping me order by asking me what I liked. I did not know that with each thing that i said i liked he would add to the burger. It had beef, guacamole, fried eggs, grilled onion and peppers, bacon, as well as the lettuce and tomatoes on it. It looked like a monster but tasted like HEAVEN. I probably will not order that again but it was fun for a first visit!

This is my second time to this particular location; I've also been to the one in Ashburn, VA some years back- I didn't write a review of that one (it was unexceptional in every way) so I thought I'd write one for this one. It was my boss' idea; he wanted to take me and a colleague out to lunch with him, and he's a fan of this place. It was this, or Popeye's- I had KFC for dinner the night before so, I wasn't in the mood for chicken, especially not Popeye's, which isn't that good, I don't get what the big deal is- but I digress. Moving along... The cashier was bored; her lackluster responses to questions were not what I'd call inspiring, nor was her general mien. She brightened up noticeably once the order was completed and paid for- I took that to mean she was glad to be done with us. Boss man and I got burgers, mine was a combo, colleague got a grilled chicken sandwich. Girls, I tell ya. Anyway, the service was relatively quick, the little thing blipped and we went to go pick up our trays when colleague and I noticed that the fries were barely warm; she made mention of that and the man behind the counter filled a basket with fries that had just come out of the fryer- very cool. The bacon on my burger was woefully undercooked so I requested that it be cooked just a little longer, which was taken care of after a couple of looks from the counter guy and the grill guy. Naturally, I stayed to watch. The fixings bar looked fresh, no old stuff there, that was comforting; the soda machine is the same one you'll find in Elevation Burger (to be fair, I think FR got it first, but don't hold me to that), lots of options, you could create your own concoction if you were so inclined. I wasn't. So, that done, I went to our table to sit and eat. The burger was decent, but at that price I expected something better than what I could get for half the price at Five Guys, and better fries at that. I'm not at all impressed with expanded menu options, as someone mentioned on here that FR has, if they can't wow me w/a burger. That being the backbone of their business, I have to say I'm as underwhelmed as I was the first time I went to the Ashburn location, or the time before when I visited this one. I think people that have been coming here continue to do so because its nostalgic, they have good memories of the place, and that's cool. I'm grading this place on the food and I have definitely experienced better- I mean I'm sitting there, w/my colleagues and with each bite I'm saying to myself "wow, I've had it so much better elsewhere, if my boss hadn't treated I wouldn't have set foot inside here". I've been to various dives and bars that serve up better burgers than this place. I don't think I'll be back, even if someone else is treating- when the experience overall as well as the meal is disappointing as that was, what's the point. Definitely not worth the exorbitant prices.

I have to say I am a fan again. For awhile it seemed if every Fuddrucker's was suffering from being a large chain. For this one at least they are back to turning out good burgers at a tolerable price. 10 of us descended on Fudd's as a small impromptu Holiday/Work lunch thing. The burger was really good and the fries (with nacho cheese sauce all over them) were actually really good as well. Everyone enjoyed the food. The decor seems to have been cleaned up; no more Elvis statues, or goofy crap like that. I am a fan of The Kings Music, but I don't want him watching me eat. For a chain they seriously rocked.

The reason why the rating is somewhat lower than expected is that I was not happy with how we were treated the other evening. We had an uneducated employee who talked back to the manager in front of us. I mean that is beyond me! This employee who took order did not notify that there were certain ingredients in this sauce that one of us could not have. We had asked if there was this ingredient in the sauce. He said no. Instead, this person got sick because there WAS this ingredient in the sauce!!! We reported this incident to the manager. He seemed un-empathetic that all he asked if we wanted to file report to Montgomery County of the incident rather than asking if that person was ok. He would not consider refunding our meal. But at the end he offered free meal for next visit. Ok! The only thing good came out of it is the burger and spicy fries! Yummy! Customer comes first not last!

This place is tired. It needs updating. The food was ok. A little on the skimpy side. When I go to Fuddruckers I want everything fresh. This one did not represent the franchise very good.

Boy, the way those burgers taste Buttered buns, baked everyday Cooked my way, just right - elate! Fuddrucker's great And you know, add 'Fixins', then Strew hot sauce to toppings - blend "Mister," as I tell husband, "I'm grabbing your fries again" Didn't need to order shake Everybody's full, rest - wait Staff cleans up, not complicate Fuddrucker's great!! Yum for all in the family yelp.com/biz_photos/lyza…

This is my favorite burger place around here. I love the burgers and wedge fries here. I like how you can add ass many toppings you want to your burger and customize it to your liking.

Pricey for "fast food" (they would consider themselves a restaurant, though). Turkey burger with bacon combo meal was $13 so a bit over prices for the quality and the amount of fries they give you. It didn't have much flavor but they have an excellent array of sauces and fixins so I was able to spice it up a bit. The beer burgers are clearly the way to go, though they have some unique meats like ostrich and bison. The veggie burger is apparently good here as well, though I'll certainly never try it and have to take my fiancee's word for it. Food was much better this time than the last. On the last visit my medium-well burger was completely raw inside. I ordered the 3/4 lb burger which, after taking some bies of raw meat, the guy working the grill told me is impossible to cook medium well. I was sick all the next day. They were also very rude about the fact that I asked for a new burger after consuming some raw meat that I wrote a letter, which is more something my brother would do than me. After a receiving a phone call from their customer relations, I called back and played phone tag... never heard from them again. I suppose my experience wasn't awful enough for them to pursue it.

I like coming here for the decorations and ambiance. They're decor is like any old fashioned burger joint: rock and roll themed with records, posters, and signed pictures of bands and singers all around the place. I decided to order their Southwest Burger (pepperjack cheese, avocado, and bacon) with wedges and a cookies and creme milkshake. I love their wedges and always dip them in the hot cheese that can be dispensed on the silverware counter. Though, I can't ever tell the difference between the jalapeno cheese dip and the regular cheese dip. Maybe my taste buds are getting used to jalapeno flavored foods now... The burger was pretty good, but I wish there was a little more avocado spread. The milkshake was really good, but I feel like they didn't put as much in the silver cup anymore like they used to. Oh well...still just as yummy anyway.

Hadn't had a Fuddruckers burger in two years and went today. The kitchen and the open serving area with ketchup and fixings was cleaner, brighter and more organized than I remembered it. The staff were attentive and friendly. The burger was cooked to my order and tasted great. It is a little on the high side but you can pile on fresh cut tomato, lettuce, relish, onions and so forth. They have two of the self vending coke machines with the touch screens and over 100 drink options. I asked for my order to be without salt or seasoning for my low sodium diet and they took care of that perfectly. Wedge fries tasted great. I won't be waiting another 2 years to go back. Many other food options over 5 guys such as salads, fish, chicken, & desserts.

I'm going to say it...I was surprised! When Fuddruckers first opened on the Pike (wow...probably 15+ years ago!), my brother and I used to dine there *all* the time. We would each order a burger then hit up the "toppings bar", which was basically an AYCE salad bar for us...topped with the hot melty cheese sauce they had (the cheese helped make the "salad" less healthy, and thusly, edible). Then slowly the toppings bar got scuzzier, the burgers smaller, and we stopped going. Since Fuddruckers moved to their current location, I only visited them there once...and that was several years ago. Bleh. However, my husband and I, after a night of house hunting, felt the need to contemplate one of the homes we looked at. We were looking for something fast and cheap but not fast food - and both decided that while Fuddruckers wouldn't be high-cuisine, it was better then a Big Mac. My husband ordered the Buffalo Burger, and I ordered the Ostrich (I love ostrich!) with sweet potato fries. When we went up to the counter to pick up our burgers, the guy wanted to replace my bun, because the one that was on my burger was a little smooshed or something. Wow - quality control has definitely gone up in this place! The AYCE salad bar...errr...toppings bar, was definitely less scuzzy then the last time I was there; the lettuce was cold and green and the salsa didn't look like it had been sitting there for days...but the onions definitely looked a little peaked and wilted, and the sliced tomatoes were a little mushy. It's OK, it's a vast improvement then before. The hot cheese sauce (which my husband insists isn't real cheese...but it's the only cheese I will put on my food) was hot, plentiful and melty (and yes, I am lactose intolerant, but melty cheese sauce from a can is the one of a tiny handful of diary products that doesn't make me sick. So I guess everyone is right...cheese from a can isn't "real" cheese!). Yum! The burgers were decent, and sweet potato fries were good. Nothing spectacular, but hey, after the Great Decline, I'm just glad that I didn't end up huddled over a toilet bowl for the rest of the night. All in all, worthy of putting back on the "eats" list - although definitely not quite up to par for "good eats". However, if one is in the mood for a quick and fast burger, but doesn't want McD's, this is a good alternate on the Pike.

Went for my brother's birthday, ordered a cheeseburger which was surprisingly "meh" tasting. That is until I bit into something that crunched - yep, a chunk of bone in the burger. Which quickly turned a "meh" meal into a downright gross one. Prices are high for a fast food place. I haven't been back since and don't intend to.

I have gone to Fudd's off and on since I was little, I still miss the old location where the BMW is now but this place is still holding up just barely enough but I have always had a good meal here. I like that there is specialty burger options. It is pricey but worth it and they have great deserts.

  • Lee S.

To say that I love Fuddruckers' burgers is an understatement. They taste amazing, their quality is consistent, and their prices are reasonable. I've come here multiple times, with my family and fiancé, and we've never been disappointed. The juiciness of the burgers as well the ability to customize them at the topping bar are two of Fuddruckers' best qualities. I've tried a LOT of burgers at many different restaurants and Fuddruckers really is one of the best!

  • Sina E.

Ok, I try to stay away from reviewing chains, or as I like to call them, "too known to review", but I'm making an exception here to review a few of their specialty burgers. Fuddruckers is nice in the sense that they do offer specialty burgers depending on the season; things such as Wild Boar, Ostrich, Buffalo, and Elk. I came here twice, once to try the Buffalo burger, and another to try the Wild boar. The thing you need to know about buffalo meat is that it's very lean. It doesn't have that much fat, so never get it well done. Otherwise, it'll be really small, and maybe even look burnt. Buffalo/Bison are good when they are rare or medium rare at best (with pink center). However, they cooked it a tad too much here when I got it, and the juiciness just wasn't there. The wild boar came out pretty good. It was nice and juicy. I got it medium, and I think it was a good choice. I wanted to try the Ostrich as well, but that's seasonal and they said September is a good time to go. Hey, for a chain, it's not too bad.

I just love the fact that i can have as much toppings as i need. I love tomatoe when fresh and lettuce. This is one of my favorite burger joints. Kids love to come here and have some milk shakes too. Their burgers are juicy and flavorfull.

Pound on the meat at this burger joint! Order up front and find a table as you wait for your burger of choice to be cooked to YOUR liking. The Buffalo burger, ordered Medium-Rare, was juicy and succulent. I finished off my mother's Southwest Style Patty, Cooked Medium-well, which still retained its moist texture with fantastic avocado spread and jack cheese. Did i mention the toppings bar on the adjacent wall from the kitchen ? Pile on onions, tomato, lettuce, and whatever else is on hand, then feel free to use as much mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, A1 sauce, and a plethora of other toppings to make your fabulous burger more fabulous. Only downside is that my pocket cant keep up with their prices :(

This place was not our first choice. We changed plans to eat here because the wait at Pizza CS was too long. I ordered the southwest burger. It was ok, the meat was kinda bland. The buns were good and the wedge fries were nicely seasoned. Service was friendly.

Ahhh, another chain offering...Burgers...It could be better. Fuddrucker's is caught in that time when Bennigans, Fridays and Applebys were king of the local watering hole/restaurant chain. It has the look and is also losing it's appeal. When it first came out...I was thrilled. Their burgers were juicy, nice and well cooked. I could get great grilled lemon pepper fish. Their fries were almost endearing. This Fuddruckers is tucked in a small strip mall next to the metro in Twinbrook. You may not even realize that it's even there. Food: It seems that like the other chains...this is slowly going down the path of mediocrity. It doesn't taste fresh...the fish now has a really fishy flavor. I was excited to see that they had Buffalo on the menu. Went crazy...found out that they didn't have it that day...I got a regular burger...came back a week later...still didn't have it...I'm sensing a trend here. They list it, but i've never had it here. Servers/Staff: Yes, i'm here to ask for your help with the food. Please don't treat me as if i'm wasting your time. Price: cheap eats. Return rate: Clean up the place, pretend that you like me and serve me good food...I might come back and that's your moment of zen.

It's a really good burger place. I like coming here when I'm in relatively decent shape or else I feel terrible afterwards. It's not healthy food, it's just good food. I always get the Pounder. Don't wuss out! Just get it for cripes sake It's one huge pound of patty beefiness, and two warm well buttered and toasted buns protecting my purchase. . I do like getting the sauteed onions and mushrooms on top but after I get the standard lettuce and tomatoes on it the damn thing is about the size of my head. Nonetheless, it's a messy deliciousness that I really enjoy that is really quite satisfying. Get the fries with it and if you dare, substitute the drink for a milkshake. Ohhh joy. It gets me right here- pointing to my heart with a tear rolling down my cheek.

Old reliable Fuddruckers. Burgers are 100% beef, so no gluten worries for me. Got the sweet potato fries for $1 more, but wished i hadn't, as they had no good s.p. taste.

Their burgers always turn out juicy and cooked to perfection. The fries are good though I prefer thinner fries. It is kinda unhealthy but honestly it is the best chain restaurant burger I have tasted.

mix a lil honey mustard, cheese onto a mix match of tomatoes, onions and jalepenos and you ahve what Fuddruckers has to offer. You can custom your burger with the fixxin's bar toss on how much of whatever you want. Choose the patty weight and the meat has a higher quality than the typical fast food joint. Try the 1lbs burger, it's filling... the break is also something I like about this place, flavorful. I will be visiting again, but eating this everyday can get overwhelming. Not enough variety,

This Fuddruckers has the best arrangement of TV sets of any that I have been in. The food was very good (as usual), and everything seemed well in order at the toppings bar. Not much more to say.... It's your ordinary Fuddrucker's with great TVs. No issues to speak of on my visit.

Fuddruckers sort of flies under the radar in terms the Metro DC burger circuit. It's a cookie-cutter chain restaurant that usually doesn't garner much mention in the upper echelons of the burger-eating world. And even though it's not one of the interesting new mom-and-pop shops or up-and-coming franchises, they are doing something right. The burgers are some of the best around. The burgers can be ordered up to a pound in size. I prefer the 1/2 pound - which is usually a bit big, but I really like the burgers here. This weekend I got the burger medium and it was cooked perfectly. They usually overcook it a bit. The meat has a coarse grinding and provides for well-textured patties. Bread is toasted and buttered. As fans of Ruth's Chris know, butter and beef are a great combination. Condiments and veggies are available in a sort of souped up Roy's Fixin' Bar. The toppings bar holds the usual: tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles; and even jalapenos and pico de gallo. They are usually pretty good about keeping these items fresh. Condiments include mayo, mustard, ketchup; along with honey mustard and melted cheese. The fries are wedge fries and come well-seasoned. I have to mention a few gripes I have about Fuddruckers. They can be fairly slow on orders. Also, ordering anything other than a burger can be risky in terms of quality. I tried my friend's turkey burger, and it tasted like hot dog. In honesty though I think it wouldn't have been bad with ketchup, mustard, and relish. Their appetizers, especially the Buffalo wings, fall a bit short. Also the burgers themselves are a bit expensive. Another gripe specifically for me is that they ask for my name to attach to an order, but they can never get it right. The name's "Arthur". Not "Urther", or even "Arther" - close but still wrong. And definitely not "Author". I mean, come on.. "Author"? They have a lot going against them. The interior is decorated in a weird half-farmers market, half-old school TGIFridays look. Food is usually a bit slow, and many items are sub-par. But the key items: burgers, fries, and fixin's, are great.

Food is average for the price. Toppings at the serve-yourself bar (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles) are fresh, but tomatoes are typical store-bought-no-taste. Interesting selection of "specialty" burgers (Ostrich, Buffalo, et. al.) at a pretty steep price.

She Said..."I have always been a big fan of some fuddruckers. There buns are always doughy and warm, they make them there. They also have sweet potatoe fries that are pretty amazing. The only thing that this place should change is their price and the fact they they only have pepsi products, they need coke." He Said..."Pretty good meal for lunch. But way too pricey...35 bucks for 2 kids and 2 adults is a bit much for lunch. The shakes were really good, and the food was right up there with five guys. I still don't understand what a fuddrucker is though...other than that...get some coke..and we would be in business"

Let me preface this review by saying I have always been a Fudd fan. I used to go about every other week when I lived near one in Annapolis, and frequent this one on Rockville Pike about once a quarter or so. This evening my friend and I stopped in after we found out Rocklands had closed early. Good old dependable Fudd. In front of us in line were about 25 Asian tourists who did not really understand the ordering process. Fortunately the Manager let us order in front of them., which we appreciated. We ordered got our food, and digged in. It was quite good, if greasy. At this point you are wondering, "whats the problem, why the infamous 1 star review?". Well, as we were eating a small mouse ran right by our table. We were both wearing flip flops! I had eaten about 90% of my burger by this point too. We got up, let the manager know and BOUNCED. Others in the restaurant saw as well. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I don't care if it's a chain! I like my Fudd's! When I'm in the mood for a burger, I prefer Fudd's over Five Guys. The only reason why I end up at Five Guys more often is because they have more locations near where I live & work. Hear that, Mr. Fudd's? More Fudd's, please! Because I really like you! You can't beat their fix-ins bar, buttered buns (see my Ruth's Chris review to see how much I like butter), lax children's menu rules (yay for free cookies!) and the assortment of (free & unlimited) cheese and sauces!

hey, the food here is great. but the next time you go, ask if "darlene" is working, if she is tell her to quit her job because she's horrible at it. she treated me horribly, seemed that she was in charge of kitchen management. I went for my birthday, and she ruined my dinner. she treated my family horribly, and acted obnoxiously to the customers behind us. other than that, love this fuddruckers. been going there for my birthday every year for a decade.

This particular Fuddruckers is fantastic. Everything here is consistently fresh--you can tell just by looking at the condiments bar (lettuce, tomato, etc, everything is very fresh). I usually just get a burger, and they are very good here.

My new philosophy in life is that if I'm going to eat crap, I might as well eat better quality crap. So when I'm craving a burger and fries, rather than hit some random drive thru, I'll make my friends go with me to get burgers here. They are decent restaurant burgers and you can choose from a variety of meats including turkey, ostrich, buffalo, and even steak. They also have cookies and ice cream. If you go to their website and get on their email list you can get a coupon for a free milkshake. Thus far, I still haven't been spammed by them yet. So rather than eat some greaseball from McD's, get a really good burger and frings that are worth the calories.
