Me: Can I have extra cheese? Her: You already have a lot of cheese. Me: I know, can I please have extra cheese? Her: No. Granted this only happened once, but really?!?! I like my burritos with no beans and extra cheese, and it's never been a problem at any other location. Also, the parking lot is routed poorly so that you have to drive through the main pedestrian thoroughfare to get in, and by the time you park lunch is halfway over.

It's Chipotle: if you need an explanation of how the food is here, where have you been for the past decade or so? However, this venue consistently has one of the slowest moving lines of any of the many-dozen-plus Chipotle locations i've visited. They're just much slower with everything here, and definitely no more deliberate in making your food; in fact, i'd wager they're more stingy with the inputs here than at other locations. Chipotle = fantastically delicious. This location isn't one of their stronger ones, though.

Generally love Chipotle and am used to long lines. But unlike other locations the line here moves relatively slowly. Couldn't tell you why...

As far as Chipotle locations are concerned, this is not one of the best places to procure your favorite silver-clad baby. The issues start outside in the parking lot. Fallsgrove has a terrible parking situation and there is terrible traffic 11-1p and again 4-7p. While I understand that a lot of the food needs to be made fresh, prepared, assembled, wrapped, and paid for this location takes longer than most other Chipotles in keeping the line moving. BONUS: get the Chipotle app for iPhone or Android and order 30 minutes prior to arriving. Pay with cc on the app and walk to the register like a boss to pick up your food while 30+ hungry people stare angrily wishing they had read the Vitalitizer's review. The good thing about this place is when you order your protein and say, "half steak, half barbacoa" for example, you'll get a ton of extra meat without paying the double price. Since they've hired a lot of new employees in the last year or so, they are still becoming acclimated with wrapping the burrito tightly. Every now and again, I still get someone serving me who is on autopilot and doesn't quite ask what I want on my burrito. With this being my "home" Chipotle, it's hard to dock them a ton because a lot of the employees are familiar with me but being a Chipotle fan, I know how terrific some locations can be -- ergo, 3 stars.

Standard Chipotle. Order online/Chipotle app if you are considering coming at lunch time. I absolutely hate the parking lot..park on the street if you come here, it is worth the extra 20 paces. You can never find a spot, get stuck in by some ridiculous soccer mom mini-van/SUV suburbanite, end up hating your life.

If you are in a rush skip this place especially during the lunch hour not only is the parking terrible getting in and out of the shopping center is dreadful.. The line at the location is always long in all my years coming here I have never been in and out in a jiffy. The employees are a hit or miss there is a few that I really like but a couple of them always give me an attitude bc I want extra veggies come on I get a vegetarian bowl duh I want all the veggies and some what else would I eat just rice no thanks I'm not trying to carb overload...

Just ate a mini baby. It's a Chipotle. Nothing more nothing less. Outdoor eating is a plus

I love that this is the only Chipotle that knows how to make my fusion of a burrito bowl and salad CORRECTLY. They don't ask stupid questions. They know to fill my bowl up with salad lettuce FIRST, add a little rice and pinto beans and a whole lot of pollo and veggies. I am trying to cut carbs people! LOL Other Chipotle's give me a hard time, and I just cringe every time I have to place my order.

Do they offer training to ALL of their employees? Especially when come to sanitary condition. First thing I notice when I got in line was the person who took your order appeared to be new. Customer in front of me ordered a Burrito, she placed a foil down the counter, placed the flour tortilla on top of the foil, slide it across the counter. Well, let's say the tortilla slid and the foil didn't, she than put the tortilla back on the foil and continued. A co-worker stepped and told her she need to throw it away. Next customer step up and ordered a Burrito Bowl and asked for no bean but extra rice. She had no idea what the customer said. So now is my turn, before she took my order, she emptied the rice container into a new one, and dripped all the liquid from the bottom of the container onto the counter. So I asked for a Burrito, she placed the foil down, than the flour tortilla, where part of the tortilla just soaked up all the liquid on the counter. Ok, should I say anything? It may be fine, isn't it? Cleared out my stomach when I got home, and still hurting the next day. Say no more. I'm very generous with two stars.

2 stars for this location. We have been placing a group order once a week in past 5 or so months. Every time there is something missing. Sometimes its different meat, sometimes, is salad with no dressing. One time I got half chicken with half port on vegetable bowl! If you order via fax or online, make sure you have what you ordered. We are done at this location

I'm a fan of Chipotle, but not this location. The line gets really long and the service is very slow compared to other locations, specifically the one by the UC Berkeley campus in California. I had never experienced such slow service at a Chipotle before! Parking is also difficult to find in the Fallsgrove Shopping Center at peak hours. I will probably be back, but begrudgingly in order to pick up food for my Chipotle-loving little sister.

  • Aimie C.

I'm not a noob when it comes to Chipotle. I know lines get long, ordering food is a fast process (aka know what you want) and etc. I don't come to this location too often mainly because it's infested with kids since it's so close to Wootton high school. I went the other day at a time where it wasn't too busy to pick up an online order. Pretty much I had to go back up to the counter/cashier three times because I realized they forgot parts of my order and she didn't even give me a quick "i'm sorry". The woman just threw whatever I told her was missing in the bag and continued talking to her coworker in spanish, not even looking at me. Rude.

I was in Gaithersburg Maryland last Wednesday and picked up lunch here. This Chipotle is in a cute shopping plaza that doesn't have tons of parking. Luckily I was able to grab a spot as someone was leaving but there were many others driving around looking - I just happened to be in the right spot at the right time. I must have arrived just before the big lunch crowd because as I was leaving the line made a circle from the cashier all the way around to the other end reaching to the bathrooms. I have never seen a Chipotle line that long before - WOW. I can see this location is very popular but make sure you have ample time for lunch if you plan on going there.

    (3)
  • Kat F.

Just another usual Chipotle place. Super long lines during lunch time though. And parking is such a B in that area. Most people get their meals to-go, though. I like going to the Kentland's one better because parking is much easier and the space is much bigger, so you'd want to sit and eat in.

Everyone knows and loves Chipotle, this particular location is the one I go to to pick up my weekly fix for a burrito bol [sans sour cream and cheese] after a hard training session.

  • Paul S.

The good ol chipotle! The food is always fresh here. You sometimes do have to tell them extra on some stuff because the portions could run on the smaller side. I'm a high schooler so I come here on Fridays after school with all my buds. Now if you are a working adult or a parent I highly suggest you get there before 2 because that's when it starts to get crowded and is impossible to eat there. Overall, solid food for a cheap price. Always come to chipotle

  • Hazel S.

This location knows how to build a burrito unlike other locations I've visited that leave you with a tiny little burrito or off proportions. We've eaten here quite a few times. All the food has been fresh. Burritos are good sized. But the minus one star is because Steve Ells made a huge stink about how great his lines work on that reality show and I see major issues with Chipotle on this. Everything seems to go well until you get to the cashier. Then there's a ginormous back up. The cashier should have one job and one job only and that's ring up the food and swipe the cards but often times I've seem them in the back getting chips or handling salsa requests. Answering phones. At a the Daly City location, there were two registers and I swear, I'd never seen both of them working, even when the line was out the door. I feel like this should be addressed soon. Because other than that, I love this location. And y'all, if you think the parking is bad, go visit SF. This place is a parking haven compared to there. And now that I've said that, the next time I go, I won't be able to find a spot. ;)

I heart Chipotle :) This location.. they do not skimp on the rice or meat! Yay! I've been to some where they are super stingy! Anyway, we've all had chipotle so I'm not going to go into it. I'm going to talk about this location. I've never been to this place without having to wait in a long line. I've also been here during lunch time on the week days and the line wraps around and gets backed up to the back room! It's ridiculous. But we wait anyway :P People come rain or shine. Let me correct that, I don't recall ever going into a chipotle that isn't busy! The Falls Grove shopping center is always busy. You can never find parking here and people here can't park or better yet they can't drive! Trip to Chipotle: 1- You get piss off at people's lack of ability to drive/park. 2- You circle around 48230853 times before you find a parking space. 3- You come in to a line with 50 people in front of you. 4- Thank god they are fast and you leave happy with your food :)

  • Lindsay W.

Nothing is less delicious about this chipotle than any other chipotle, their service is just really bad at this location. Some coworkers and I have a tradition of ordering chipotle online on Fridays because we love chipotle, despite the fact that we've all been burned here more than once. The worst times are when they forget the toppings on our salads or burrito bowls (multiple times a coworker or I have lifted the lid to find that we only have meat and cheese on our salads. Gross.), the best times, they only forget a side salsa or have the bowl tipped and all the grease leaks through the bag and all over your car seat. They have NEVER, not once, remembered the salad dressing. I know to always check the bag and my food, ensure the order is right and that the lid is on securely, but last time when another coworker went to pick it up, she made the mistake of taking their word for it, and then discovered the hard way that the employees at this location cannot be trusted and had lied to her face about the dressings being in the bag. Why lie? Because there is no way we are going to go back to scold them because that parking lot is a full-on, every man for himself, war zone of hungry, aggressive business people and soccer moms from 11-2 every day.

Standard Chipotle in a nice shopping center, but every time we have come here, we've gotten gypped on meat. Still hungry afterwards, that's not what Chipotle's supposed to be known for, is it?

As the current Duke of this Chipotle, I feel that this experience must be shared. I walk inside. I get in line. It's late dinner and it's moving kind of slowly. When I get to the front, the girl asks me "What can I get for you?" I reply with "A burrito please." She responds with "Chicken burrito. Okay." "No, I want a barbacoa burrito." She doesn't acknowledge me. I don't say anything because I figure I'll just tell her when she goes to put the meat in. She proceeds to add rice and pinto beans without asking me my preference (I prefer black beans.) Then she dumps the chicken in. "Excuse me miss? I asked for barbacoa." This is immediately answered by an angry glare. "....NO YOU DIDN'T. You ordered (a) chicken burrito." "I'm pretty sure I didn't (since I NEVER get chicken). You can take it off and just add barbacoa, it's no big deal. :)" She rolls her eyes and slowlyyyyyyyy takes the chicken off. I could have gone out back, captured the chicken, fed it, nurtured it, cared for it, loved it, sadly killed it, and made myself a chicken burrito quicker than she tried to fix her mistake. She then hands the disfigured tortilla to the next guy down the line (still not adding my barbacoa by the way) and says under her breath "Pendejo." Now I realize most Asian guys like myself don't speak Spanish. However, I come from Southern California and I am very well acquainted with Spanish, at the very least with the derogatory terms. If I was not feeling in a good mood coming off a good Valentine's Day weekend, I would have tore into this disgruntled minimum wage worker in her own native language. However, I just gave her an evil stare and replied with a Spanish word that I shall not type (in order to keep this review PG-13 for the kiddies) and proceeded to pay for my dinner and left the premises. I am a weekly customer, as my LDLs and TGs can attest. The food is good. The average review is for the employees who like to call their patrons "pendejos/as." If you ever order food here and they mess up and you correct them politely, and if they immediately speak in Spanish under their breath to their co-worker, they're probably calling you a jackass even though they were the ones to mess up. This isn't the first occurrence of such an experience. Until we meet again! :) Oh and the parking lot sucks during lunch. ADHD version: Food good, food fat, employee bad.

Yes, everyone's been to Chipotle. Why am I reviewing this then? I'm only reviewing so I can give tips on where to park during the stupid lunch rush. This shopping center is HORRIBLE during lunch! Park on Fallsgrove Drive behind the shopping center and walk up to Chipotle. It'll save you 10 minutes looking for a parking space!

The line here gets pretty long during o lunch hour, so I always order online and then pick whenever I could. I love the guacamole here, it is the best I've had of the several Chipotle locations I've been to. They give a good amount of everything and service is fast.

I felt as if I owed this place a review since there was about a 18 month period of my life where I ate here 4-6 times a week. But you know what? Work has been a total drain on my life force and I thought the entry below from an old blog of mine would more than suffice. "Wednesday, February 16, 2005 Ah. Chipotle. In all of my burrito eating experiences, I've learned a little politeness at the line can go a long way. Lately, I've taken that thought a bit furthur.. First it started as an experiment in response to the reduction in serving sizes Chipotle decided to implement. Never really like to indulge the idea of fucking with the people who serves me food, I wondered what I could have accomplish at the Chipotle lines by doing a tad of harmless flirting. To make sure the flirting is tastefully done while making sure it doesn't seem fake or cheap, I've put my female asian advantages to full use. Subtle smiles, let the long hair down from the ponytail, a sprinkle of shyness, put on a cheerful face, and always say "thanks" with a bright smile at the end. Granted, I'm not nearly "cute" nor "hot", but my plan worked like whoa on the young and bangin' mexican guys (or whatever). Since then, I've done my little Chipotle act every visit and I have to say it has worked least 3 out of 5 times. Mostly I ended up with burritos the size of newborn infants (getting all of my $6 worth) and loaded with steak (the way I like it!). That's right, Chipotle is not gonna gype me out of my six bucks by slowly reducing their burrito size every time I go. A couple of times I got away with paying completely. Other days I'm just content with getting away without paying the $1.50 on extra meat, chips or drink. Hey, its cheap. But use what you've got, and getting free food is freaking awesome. (Note: today it didn't work as I have hoped because the entire staff were replaced by old hispanic grandmas. Feel my disappointment when I got in there. I think management is on to me.) Disclaimer; how I look while trying to eat the gignormous burrito and how flirty I feel after eating it is a whole different story. This is the only place I've done the flirting thing, I don't think I will try this anywhere else, and please do not ask me to perform this in the company of others. I only do it when I'm alone and just trying to grab a quick bite to eat. " Can you say, college bum? I won't be caught dead doing that now, no way Jose. Oh, how the times change... life flashing before my eyes.

We eat here about once a week. This specific store seems to use a lot of salt. I could barely eat the carnitas and I usually get the steak because the chicken is only slightly less salty than the carnitas. But the staff is really great, despite the regular abuse from their customers. And everything is fresh like it should be. BTW, I think that McDonalds no longer owns Chipotle. And even though Chipotle is more expensive, the food is definately higher quality.

  • Thugnificent M.

How do you get 2000 calories in less than 4 bits? Go to Chipotle. I haven't been to a Chipotle in 4 years till I went a couple of weeks ago. I admit the burrito I got was delicious and filling, but after I was done I had to keep myself from throwing up but cause of egregious amounts of sodium I just ate. One and a half months worth of sodium in one single burrito. This place makes McDonald's look like a health food store. I can't see myself ever eating Chipotle sober ever again. Drunk, maybe, but I'd probably rather smoke a cigarette which is probably healthier.

    (1)
  • Victor C.

Not all of my reviews are bad and frienemy worth! Chiptole is a very good value for the money. It may seem expensive at the time, but you are getting quality meats/chicken at an ok price. You will spend about the same there as you would any other place in the shopping center, and you fill up just the same. If you are 'hungry like the wolf you 'can ask for double the meat/chicken for very little. The only potentially bad (here we go) thing about this place is the long long long long wait. However, if you're a swing'n D, you can order via internet/fax, skip the line and pick it up right away. I always do, and get the "how did he?" or "who the does he think he is?"

    (4)
  • Jen L.

I like the buttery rice inside the burrito, but otherwise, I'm not a fan of the food. They charge a lot for a fast food joint owned by McDonald's. I just don't like the food that much. It's okay and decent and yea, I'll eat it and all, but I wouldn't come here by choice.

Who is the owner of this location??? I was served under cooked chicken at this location and the pic I posted is chewed up undercooked chicken. Don't go when it's rush hour because they rush the food.

    (1)
  • Amaresh S.

Of course it's a chipotle, so you're never going to be super sad with what you get. But compared to almost every other one that I've been to, this is on the very bottom end of the spectrum. The staff seems to not know the line between being efficient and being rudely fast. They don't give you time to think and try to rush through your order. The portions I got on just about everything were smaller than what I'm used to at other chipotles. I also had to ask 3 times to get a tortilla on the side of my burrito bowl.

    (1)
  • Aileen L.

Once upon a time "Chipotle" would bring about an image of a stuffed bowl or burrito that could make two meals. While it may still be true at other locations, it surely didn't meet my expectations this past trip. I ordered two Barbacoa bowls, the the contents of the first one barely filled half the bowl so naturally I asked for extra on the toppings. The "extras" bowl looked like a normal burrito bowl when it was done. Disappointed.

  • Erika S.

Came in for lunch- the line was wrapped around the dining room. I count 33 people in front of me. They had me checked out in 12 min. Amazing speed of service. In addition, everyone was friendly and I got what I wanted! Great team at this location. They must have good leadership!

  • Ataya P.

You've seen one Chipotle, you've seen them all! Right? This one is no different. I come to this location for lunch sometimes, since it is so close to my workplace. Just a quick tip: It's ALWAYS busy and crowded here. Usually there's a long line trailing from the register to the back of the dining area, blocking the entrance. You will definitely have to squeeze in. If you come here, make sure you plan for a little extra time to find parking first and then some more time to grab your food. It's not the staff's fault though, it's just a very popular location! They do an amazing job at keeping the line moving.

I have always loved chipotle and been to this one so many times that I gave up counting. I wanted to review it this time because I tried the sofritas (tofu) and it was AHHHMAZINGGGG! I gave up meat for Lent and my girls wanted to go to Chipotle for lunch....no bueno. Anyway, my one friend said that I should try the tofu because it is really good. I was VERY hesitant. I have a history of HATING tofu and now I was going to give it another try. I am glad that I did. It was really good. They make it takes almost like ground turkey or something with the spices and flavors that it is marinated in. I want to make this at home. Currently researching their recipe!

  • Trevar O.

My worst experience at a chipotle thus far. Where should I start? The 1/4 scoop of rice? I got a burrito bowl and barely had any rice inside! Secondly I had to ask for a Tortilla about 3 times before someone actually got it for me. Then one of the ladies was about to put sour cream in my bowl when I had said I wanted it separate, and they ended up forgetting the sour cream all together ! The people who work here need to SLOW DOWN and listen to what the customer actually wants. They try to speed through everything instead of actually listening to the customer. It seems very unorganized at this location, I will not be returning.

  • Casey H.

I have been to a lot of chipotles, both inside and out of the state. You're going to find lines at any chipotle you go to, but this one gets through the line quickly and the wait is never too long. This is also one of the only ones that is almost always stocked, they never have trouble refilling food that's running low. Their food tastes perfect and their portions are generous. This is my favorite chipotle!!!

Back to terribly wrapped, disgracefully portioned burritos. If your in the area go to Kentlands, significantly better Chipotle.

  • Yaya H.

Going this location for years, compare to other chipotle we went to, not bad at all, just remember not going there during any meal time, I know this is not a good tip, but u will get better food when you avoid those packed meal time for sure~

  • Tiff G.

I mean I'm just all around disappointed. Granted this is the first time I walked into a chipotle and there were only 2 customers ahead of me - which should have been a red flag altogether. I ordered my usual chicken bowl and it tasted so bland I barely ate half! Not sure what is happening to this chain but the quality of their food has really went downhill! Chicken was under cooked and everything tasted the same. I will be avoiding Chipotle for months to come

    (2)
  • David R.

It's among the larger of the MD chippy's. It features seating in front and back, and some outside. At 8:00 on a Thursday there's still a wait. The food I've had here has been good. Plus, as they say, food that's cooked in sight is good that's all right!

    (5)
  • Nicole B.

I have nothing bad to say about this Chipotle. It's spacious and clean. It offers everything any other well-maintained Chipotle in the country offers. It can be a little noisy, sometimes, in the evenings, but that doesn't bother me personally. If you're looking for a quick bite with a kick, Chipotle is comfort food unlike any other. As a teenage girl with frequent cravings for steak and debatably authentic Mexican cuisine, I will stand by it 'til the day I die.

    (5)
  • Weson I.

Employees are meh, not always nice and they now charge for guac?!?! Just go to qdoba; better deal, students get free sodas and it taste better! Also lines can grow stupid long and take WAY TOO LONG to clear out..

    (2)
  • Shelly J.

If I ever have to eat at a Chipotle it would be this location only. Its clean, its not as busy as other locations. The food is fresh here. Im very picky when it comes to guac, because I normally make my own from scratch it its pretty damn good. So, I have high expectations when it comes to that. This location makes it good. Though, they do charge a lot for a itty bitty squat cup. Their chips lack flavor and they are a little heavy. I like em light and airy, kinda like Baja Fresh chips. Sometimes they like to skimp on the meat and give you like Weight Watchers Portions, but a simple polite reply, like can I please get some more meat with a smile, will do. It never fails for me. I ususally get the steak burritos. but sometimes it just gets a little sloppy and I get a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side that way, I can do it myself and not embarrass myself when Im eating.

Checked in about 1/2 hour ago. Still in line. Its a very normal chipotle line. Maybe 12 people ahead of us. They seemed to be confused about every client so there seemed to be a hold. Seems out of almost every item. Everyone seems kind of confused. Maybe should at least have a few trained staff on shift. All the client in front & behind me are complaining that it has never taken this long at any chipotle. Unfortunately does not uphold normal chipotle standards. and the portions are unbelievably small

  • Jeff S.

Chipotle is good for Mexican food like Panera is good for sandwiches. It's fresh, cheap and it'll fill you up, but it has no soul whatsoever. But hey, you do what you have to do, right? Unsurprisingly, this branch is just like ever other Chipotle I've ever been to; the food is consistent, the premises are clean, and the staff is friendly. One downside is that they get bursting at the seems crowded during lunch time, but the chaos dissipates pretty quickly, so no worries there. I don't know about you but if there was a competent Mexican place near by, I'd be all over it. Unfortunately there isn't so Chipotle (or Baja Fresh in King Farm) it is.

  • Jessica L.

Went in this evening to grab a burrito bowl for one of my girls and although the line was past the front door, it did move quickly. The food is always fresh here and the staff always very polite. I did notice that the restaurant seating area was absolutely filthy tonight. Food and trash on the floor & dirty tables with bits of rice and beans on them. I guess this was due to the enormous line but I am so glad we had not planned on dining there because it was quite a mess.

Very friendly and very fast. Just the way Chipotle should be done. One of my favorite go to locations until they open the one next to my house in potomac village. A+++ FRESHNESS

  • Alex R.

Of course the food is good because it's chipotle. My issue with the place is the staff. They always rush me even if I'm the only customer. They are rude. They barely let me speak without interrupting. Just throw stuff on and push it down the line. Not impressed.

    (3)
  • Jeff B.

Anyways, now that Chipotle offers tofu, Chipotle is the GOAT (greatest of all time). The Panera next door has nothing on Chipotle because they do not care that I want tofu items on the menu, and Panera tells me "While we very much appreciate your interest and thank you for your willingness to share ideas with us, Panera Bread does not accept unsolicited ideas for new products. Our internal Research and Development and Marketing Departments develop our new product ideas and concepts." I waltz into this Chipotle at like 12pm, and I get out at 12:05pm. This is a Friday lunch, mind you. All the yuppies, millenials, and Sahilionnaires are out in full force hoping to try the new sofritas, which are very good by the way.

As a fan of Mexican food i wanted to try this place out a long time ago. I ate here the first time the food was great and the cilantro and lime infused rice was making my mouth tingle in satisfaction. Although i found out when eating chipotle the aftermath is not worth the trip, i went to the bathroom and i could have swore i gave birth in the bathroom.

Overall Chipotle has been a nice addition for the lunch crowd. I especially enjoy Chipotle's salads and salad dressing. It's also been around long enough that I no longer hear people debating whether it's pronounced Chipotle or Chipolte. Those were the good ol' days. I also like that you can place an order online and skip the crowds. There are three issues with the website: 1) The only vegetarian option available is veggies/fajitas. I don't want veggies/fajitas so I have to indicate that in the comments and hope they get it correct. If I don't choose this option, the screen will not move forward. 2) There is not enough room in the comments section to also indicate I want dressing. Common sense says you should not need to indicate you want dressing for a salad. It's supposed to be automatic. However, you would be oh so surprised to realize that you must request dressing. I stood by the register waiting for my pickup order and at least 6 people had to come back into Chipotle to special request dressing. And again, I was only there for 10 minutes and figured out this was an issue - um, is anyone on staff noting this problem? 3) The online system requires you to push a "done" button on the last page or else your order will not go through. The problem is twofold - first, "done" doesn't mean much of anything. It should say "submit" or "complete my order". Second, before you press "done", the system already says "pick up your order no later than x time". To most people, that indicates an order has-been successfully processed. Not here. The cashier told me that people constantly show up without their order registering properly. Helloooooo Chipotle...you might want to fix that. If your order does not go through, you can place your order at the register. They don't require you to get in the mile long line. .

Ok, I love chipotle. But the last 2 times I've been to this location haven't been up to par. The workers aren't friendly anymore and rush you along the line. And don't wrap your burrito tight so the juices leak and tear the paper bag walking into your house. So meh customer service. But the food was mediocre, nothing to brag about. I always get the barbacoa and it's usually moist and juicy but not the last two times. It's been dry and flavorless. Not returning.

ordered a burrito bowl. line was short and the people at the counter were helpful. saw the manager or someone similar to that rank and he was sitting on the side and making sure things were in order. when it got a little messy i noticed he would get up and clean the area. and he also helped those customers who needed some more help

I love me some Chipotle, but this isn't the best location. I ended up with an unnaturally wide burrito due to the overzealous application of rice, beans and peppers after I asked just for a little of each. In most other cases it's silly to request less of a product, but an overstuffed burrito isn't one of them.

I am a big fan of Chipotle and this franchise location did not disappoint. Obviously, coming at lunch time--which, judging by the length of the line starts at 11:36 am for burritos--might mean a greater wait but staff are efficient enough to foresee the regular rush and respond accordingly. Curiously, going post-lunch rush does not always mean lightining fast service--quick, sure, but not drive-thru speed and this isn't surprising: a shorter line won't go quite as fast as expected 'cause fewer employees are in the assembly line. In terms of logistics, there is plentiful seating and space. Parking is no big deal unless you want to get a spot immediately in front of the door. Granted, sometimes this lot (which has ~20 businesses of all types) can be like a mall on Saturday but a little foresight has helped me navigate without any issues (e.g., do not turn left if there are 3 cars waiting!). As I feel every time after leaving Chipotle, mmmmm... can't wait for next time!

Probably the worst Chipotle experience I've had yet. Service was fine, extremely quick despite the busy lunch hour. However the food was so disappointing! I don't often treat myself to Chipotle, but when I do I expect pretty decent food. The white rice was undercooked and cold. Black beans were cold too. Guacamole was flavorless, in fact the entire burrito was as well. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for anything, which may emphasize the lack quality of the food. I now see that there are other Chipotles nearby. You're best just driving a bit further for a satisfying dish.

This is the closest Chipotle location to my office building, and so we have picked up office lunches from here several times. Each time they were quick, efficient and easy to work with. The last time I came here, they actually refused to take a call from one of our employees who was deaf, because she was deaf and using a relay interpreter. They continued to hang up on her multiple times, so we were never able to confirm whether the online order went through. I was not in the office, and on my way to pick up the lunch from an offsite assignment I was on. Low and behold, I arrived to find out the order for 10 did not go through. The line was incredibly busy and mega online orders were being processed. I had to wait an hour to get the orders taken care of one by one, which pissed me off. The reason had been because of an technical error, and the fact that they refused to take the call was discrimination. Unfortunately, speaking to the manager did no good. The manager didn't care and didn't help me. The two women at the register were more than kind and helped me with everything, and provided me with a free lunch to make up for the lack of help the manager was able to help with. (The manager was the one who wouldn't take the call from my deaf colleague). Although, this incident was a pain in the ass, the collective times I've been here have been good. And the ladies at the register were sweet in giving me lunch free because of all the trouble. They went above and beyond. I would definitely come back. The food itself has been consistent and always standard Chipotle!

The only time I've gone hear and didn't feel it was fresh enough was 30 minutes before closing time. The WORST time to come here is from 12-1:30PM on weekdays. Finding parking and the line can be an absolute nightmare. I find it useful to park on the neighborhood street across from Fallsgrove if I must go at peak hours. The staff is friendly for the most part, but not so much if you don't know what you want, which is only the case when I'm trying to get my foreign family members on the Chipotle wagon.

Went here around lunch time. It gets really packed. One plus is that the people are pretty fast. However, because of that, they are constantly rushing you and then they don't drain the salsa. So you end up with a wet bowl, burrito, or whatever. Not only that, they're penny pinchers. Any other Chipotle does not charge you for extra sides. This one does, so if you're one to get extra side, they will either dissuade you buy telling you it's a dollar extra or they won't do it at all. As if it's coming out of their paychecks.

Ok so 3 stars for everyone working on christmas eve or I would 2 star this spot. I LOVE chipotle i eat at Chiptole so much. Its my go to after workouts because its got lots of protein, brown rice and veggies. I came in Christmas eve and it wasn't very packed but it was still a long line. The guy who made my order was awesome flat out. Only asian dude working and he gave me everything I asked for. I asked for 2 spoons of chicken, 1 spoon of steak, and 1 huge grab of barbacoa. I also asked for extra corn, he didn't give me the usual annoyed look that all chipotles do. I always do corn then cheese then more corn. I got to the part where you need to pay and it got a bit tricky. I wanted to buy a giftcard to get my chipotle free. I've done this at 5 different chipotles, and this is the first one to give me issues about it. The guy told me no can't get my chipotle free, and I have to come back on the next visit. Which I respect because thats what the sign said. I explained to him every other Chipotle has done it for me, and he said he couldn't do it. The place was starting to get more busy and I was trying to communicate with him to figure out how we should do this because I wasn't about to pay for 3x meat and guac on my chipotle. I'm not a baller and don't roll like that but if theres a promo to get free Chipotle I'm down. Because the place was busy he just said to me whatever and let me have my Chipotle for free. I'm not sure whats up with this chipotle, other chipotle's lines seem to move faster, and they have fewer people behind the counter. Today there was 4 people behind the counter and 1 at the cash register, 2 at the grill. Always expect to wait in line for Chipotle all prime time eating hours of the day!

Came in for lunch- the line was wrapped around the dining room. I count 33 people in front of me. They had me checked out in 12 min. Amazing speed of service. In addition, everyone was friendly and I got what I wanted! Great team at this location. They must have good leadership!

Of course the food is good because it's chipotle. My issue with the place is the staff. They always rush me even if I'm the only customer. They are rude. They barely let me speak without interrupting. Just throw stuff on and push it down the line. Not impressed.

And now that I've said that, the next time I go, I won't be able to find a spot. ;)

I love Chipotle. No alcohol here - my local one serves beer, ha ha. Sure, it's not healthy, but it fills you up and is tasty.

I like the buttery rice inside the burrito, but otherwise, I'm not a fan of the food. They charge a lot for a fast food joint owned by McDonald's. I just don't like the food that much. It's okay and decent and yea, I'll eat it and all, but I wouldn't come here by choice.

Who is the owner of this location??? I was served under cooked chicken at this location and the pic I posted is chewed up undercooked chicken. Don't go when it's rush hour because they rush the food.

It's among the larger of the MD chippy's. It features seating in front and back, and some outside. At 8:00 on a Thursday there's still a wait. The food I've had here has been good. Plus, as they say, food that's cooked in sight is good that's all right!

Employees are meh, not always nice and they now charge for guac?!?! Just go to qdoba; better deal, students get free sodas and it taste better! Also lines can grow stupid long and take WAY TOO LONG to clear out..

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
