It's a mediocre Subway to begin with. Service is okay, veggies are sometimes fresh and sometimes it looks like they have been sitting there for awhile. The other day, I was charged 25 cents more for a menu item than the actual menu said. When I asked about this, the manager said, "this is the right price I have been meaning to change that." That is bad customer service in any sense of the phrase, but it gets worse... The item in question is a seasonal one that started July 5th. Why was the price cheaper to begin with when it just started four days ago? Any other place would've given a customer the 25 cents off and called it a day.

Sorry, but these people are evil. I was behind an elderly lady today who had a $1 off coupon. When she tried to order, the man behind the counter said she couldn't use a coupon with a steak and cheese because it is a "premium sub". Between his accent and her hearing issue, he just kept trying to explain it to her. It was ridiculous. I finally explained it to her, and she said she still wanted the steak and cheese. She handed me her coupon ,and nowhere did it say "premium sandwiches excluded". Then, they rushed her along on the toppings and rang me up in front of her while she tried to find exact change. Really, jerks? I hope that one dollar you a haggled over with a senior citizen was worth it to you to lose two customers. I've been to this location several times and they are always rude and only pay half attention to you, but I put up with it because it's the closest location to me and parking is easy. No more.

I asked for a cup of tuna salad. I have done this at subways up and down the east coast. No topping, just a cup of tuna salad. EVERY subway I have done this at has charged me just the extra meat price, around $1.25. This place tried to charge me the full foot long price for what was approximately 4 tablespoons of tuna. When I asked why it was different pricing wise here vs. The rest of the eastern seaboard well, let's just say the response was less than favorable. Fail.

It's Subway. We all know Subway is a tasty and relatively healthy (key word--"relatively") fast-food joint. I sometimes feel strange reviewing massive chains such as this, but the people who work at this location are so friendly that I had to give them a shout-out somehow!! Every time I've stopped in, they've been really nice and chatty. I even had a long conversation once with one of the guys about his home country of Nepal. He taught me some words in Nepalese and he showed me random phrases he knows in Hebrew... it was a good time. I left the shop that day with a footlong BMT, an ice cold soda, and a head full of new vocab words. Can't complain about that!

Kills me that they make their sandwiches upside down. Why would you want your meat on top of ur "toppings" yes they are called toppings for a reason.
