The worst Chikfila in America. Price:ok Taste: I've eaten here several times. The sandwich is never hot, room temp at best. The sandwich is often slopped together, i had a clump of 5 pickles on my sandwich. I ordered a large fry, they only filled it halfway. They only give you one sauce packet. They barely give you any whip creme on the milkshake. Customer Service: Wayyyy below the Chikfila golden standard. The manager was screaming at the employees, they were all scrambled bumping into one another. I guess this explains the sloppy food prep. Its as if a Wendys was selling chikfila food. I called after i went home dissatisfied with my meal. The manager would not even write my name down to replace my meal. None of the employees say my pleasure which is also a golden standard at chikfila. I have had cashiers not even say please or thank you. I will never eat here again, and this is hard because i LOVE chikfila. This place needs new management Fast! They also ran out of spicy sandwiches!

The milkshakes are the bomb, the tea is good and the lemonade is to die for! Love how this place is always clean and closed on Sundays. The spicy chicken sandwich are the best. Also great for party trays

Extremely clean place, moves quickly, fast service. Service gets to the point of being a tad annoying sometimes, with one very helpful lady CONSTANTLY coming to the table, offering to clean/take something away/need a refill?She is helpful, oh so helpful, one time she threw my chicken nugget away even though I was not done with it just yet...but she obviously wanted to help...to clean the area...keep it clean...no littering...KEEP IT CLEAN....Do you need a refill?By the way, yes, I do, as the matter of fact, your place serves the best lemonade ever (I now make it at home and keep it handy for every day use, ten lemons and about five and a half cups of water...Yes, they use REAL lemons! Their milkshakes are fantastic as well, so are their chicken strips, made out of real chicken breast...Huge, delicious, with their sauce selections for dipping... Sandwiches I do not care for, but the waffle fries are superb as well. However, place is not that cheap for the chain, but I guess it is totally worth it. This particular restaurant is always busy, especially during dinner hours, swarming with kids (keep that in mind...if you do not like some kicking the back of your booth/screaming at the next table/running around, chasing some imaginary friends, better place your order "to go" and chow on it at home or in the car...Their drive thru is fast). They also have some kids activities once a month, try to find a table then...But this place is so good...I sneak my gay friends there, they want to keep it a secret...But it is the best fast food chain out there, really.

Very clean restaurant and in a great location. Chick-Fil-A is a great restaurant across the board. Every Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays because of Sabbath. They have an indoor playground for kids as well. So, if you have kids they will love it.

I love this location during the day. The restaurant is clean and the service is great. Unfortunately, at night the food is...ummm...bad? At night the buns are hard and cold like the sandwiches have been sitting for a while. Go during the day!

I know. 5 stars for a fast food joint? Isn't that sentence a natural _______? But if you've ever had a the WORST fast food experience, there has to be a BEST fast food experience as well. This Chic-Fil-A is by far the BEST fast food restaurant I have ever seen in operation. The service is 110% always delivered with a smile and enthusiasm to serve. The place is almost always busy, with varying degrees of severity. Their commitment to service doesn't waver under the strain. You will always see management in the background supporting, coaching, and serving alongside its youthful staff. Truly impressive. "It's a pleasure to serve you" is often accompanied by "Thank you!" The food is always served hot, and the orders are almost always delivered promptly and accurately. The food is always very tasty! Try their fruit cup, the fruit will always be crisp and juicy. More importantly, a lot of the menu items offer a caloric value between 300-800 calories if you are trying to diet. If you are counting calories on a budget, you CANNOT GO WRONG WITH CHICKEN, nor can you go wrong with the options available. But, they do make a meeeeeeean milkshake. The facility is always crispy clean. They have outdoor seating for when it's nice out. The drive thru is a double lane express lesson in efficiency. It doesn't matter if there are 15 cars, you'll be through it in less than 10 minutes. While you wait, you'll eventually crawl past a picturesque drive through lane water fall where birds take a bath. The place is just the best. 5 stars. No guilt, all praise. I couldn't improve anything about the business. They embarrass the McDonald's on Loch Raven Boulevard and Taylor Ave. I'll spend my money there every week as a vote of confidence.

This franchise is ok. It is always so busy in there, no matter what day it is. The parking lot is very tiny and the layout for the drive-tru is rather confusing. The food is ok, I wouldn't call it cheap food, as in prices cause they can get up there pretty quick.

I regularly visit this chick fil a and it is great. The food always tastes great and the prices are great. Once i had a sandwich was was under cooked but still good. On another occasion i found a hair in my food but the manager was very helpful. She made sure everyone was following the proper protocols and gave me some coupons. Good job!

It's Chick-Fil-A, and the food and service is great and all, but here's the problem: Let's say you want to stop in. You get off of 695, get on Perring Parkway, take a right on Joppa Road, and there's C-F-A on the left - blocked by the median, so you can't turn in. Oh, okay, we'll go up to the next light, and hang a U-turn. Nope, there's a posted sign that says you can't take a U-turn. Um. Let's take a left, then, and uh, crap, um, let's go through the parking lot of Popeye's there on the left, when the oncoming traffic has a break, dammit stop honking at me back there, then uh, take a right on Joppa. Ohh, it's a super busy road, and it takes forever to make the extra 15 feet to turn into Chick-Fil-A. Okay, great, there's Chick-Fil-A. Dammit, it's in a busy shopping center with a Safeway or something, there's tons of traffic just passing the parking lot. Okay, roll down the window so I can yell GRAH WHY IS THIS SO POORLY SITUATED I AM NEVER COMING BACK!. (Also, I only ever feel like going on Sundays, when they're closed.
