Just tried to place an order and The cashier tells me to call back later, 20 mins later! I questioned him why, thinking that maybe their grills are out of order or something of that sort? Nope, he tells me because they're understaffed and he can't take my order. Unacceptable!! I have one word for you guys, consistency! This particular franchise has been going downhill for the past 4 months. I suggest corporate take a closer look at this establishment.

Trashy. The employees look and act like zombies and you can hear them using foul language from behind the counter and making explicit comments about female customers who are still in the dining area. The food is far below the quality of other locations and I would recommend going to the aspen hill location down the road. A much more friendly family location. We won't be going back to this location.

I can't believe this business isn't on Yelp yet. I'm a sucker for Five Guys. They burgers are amazing and so are the fries. Their fries with some vinegar and ketchup = perfection. Just make sure you realize that regular sized burgers actually have two patties. My personal favorite is the bacon cheese burger. Excellent price for what you get and lots of topping choices. Also, the free peanuts are a plus. Its nice to have something to snack on while you're patiently waiting for your freshly cooked burger to be delivered. Great chain overall and this is a great location.

This place straight up sucks. It's like someone tried to copy and combine In N' Out and Fat Burger but has no sense of taste or style, then charged 2 to 3 times as much for their burgers. I'd never heard of Five Guys until I was in Texas and then saw them everywhere on the East Coast. I figured they must be good. Wrong. What a waste of a large space of property. I'm sort of aghast that you can find tons of different $2-4 delicious burger joints in Southern California, or can pay a mere $10 for a gourmet Umami burger (which most would argue is best on the planet), and on the East Coast there is nothing but crappy, over-priced Five Guys or McDonald's. When I first walked in I was unsure if I was in a burger establishment or a school cafeteria, food locker, or upscale prison. The decor, or lack there of hardly invites to sit and eat there. I was then shocked to look up and discover that this "fast food" burger alone, without fries or drink would cost almost $7? Highway robbery. In N' Out is 100% beef and a mere $2.50. P. Terry's in Austin is 100% beef and about $3. In N' Out is delicious and P. Terry's is pretty darn good. Not to mention, you can find tasty burger joints all over Southern California for under $5. Bob's Big Boy in Burbank you can get a the burger deal of their specialty burger, fries, and a drink for $6.50, and this is for a famous sit down diner experience where you always see celebrities there or at the Starbucks nextdoor. So, for almost $7 I thought the Five Guys burger would either be delicious or it also included a complimentary massage or foot rub that I was not aware of. Wrong on all counts. It tasted like one of those frozen burger packs you get at the grocery store in the "family-size" aisle, where you get about 12 frozen burger pattys for $6 or $7. All the fixing choices they give you couldn't save it nor made any difference. There is a place called Moo Burger in Kingwood, TX that gives you a wide selection of fixings, the burger is $5 and it's fresh and delicious with or without fixings. Oh, and the place is a sit down place with really cute, themed decor. And they're always doing contests for the kids and interacting with the community. Where at Five Guys you get prison accommodations and the most flavorless, low-grade, shot-up-with-hormones-and-antibiotics food I've experienced. My only other terrible, over-priced burger experience was from a food vendor in the desert at the Coachella music festival. The fries were also straight out of the frozen food "family-size" section of the store - generic brand, of course. In N' Out you watch them pick up a potato and slice them with some gadget, then fry them. Not to mention, everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful. Five Guys was like being served by zombies who were up too late contemplating how their lives sucked, and wondering how hard this day would also suck. To sum it up, you can get a burger, fries and drink for under $7 at a cute establishment with friendly service at In N' Out, where you can get only a burger in a prison cafeteria served by zombies at Five Guys.

We've been to many different Five Guys locations, but this was quite disappointing. Got takeout - Overcooked burgers, and worst of all, small orders of fries.

Not a huge five guys fan, but I saw a reviewer that mentioned they received a small amount of fries. Who gets too little fries at five guys?! Once I went to this Five guys and they handed me two bags of fries. I had not even ordered yet! Either there was some kind of Potato famine in Idaho when that reviewer went or bags of fries just isn't enough anymore! If you've been to one Five guys you've been to them all don't let "a lack of fries" deter you they practically give them away and the burgers are fair.
