Excellent Service! Fair delivery service! I thought their General Tso chicken with broccoli and side of White rice was extremely delicious! My first time I order from them. I was satisfied and my friend liked it as well. Good job guys' keep the General Tso the same! I will order again soon.

This food is gross, dumplings tasted horrible.

We've been ordering from her since 2011. So far it's been good. Unfortunately, instead of 4 stars, I've decided to remove a star because of the size of the wings I usually order. Make no mistake it's still good but they downsized it. It was pretty large before and this year they've decided to go all economical and at times the wings were small, shriveled and dry. Go for the General Tso's. It is their signature and so far no carry out in the area beats it yet. .

Thought I'd give these people another chance; The meal I ordered was just plain ---- forgettable. First of all, General Tsos' chicken wasn't made extra-spicy as I'd ordered. And the chicken? flabby bits of chicken in a VERY thick coating of dough. Sauce was just ok. Fried rice seemed to be just rice w/ a bit of soy sauce mixed in, nothing special. Sad, because some years back the General Tso's served at Golden China was lip-smacking great!

I love it!! It's a great little place nearby to get food! I always get a order of wonton soup. I highly recommend it! They are next to a little corner store where you can buy basic things like cereal, pet food, candy, drinks, etc... Anyway I love the food at the restaurant and it always comes out nice and hot. It taste amazing and they even give you some crunchy bits to put in the soup. I also really love the egg rolls there they taste really nice! It was ready in about 15 minutes. I love this restaurant and recommend this to anyone who like Chinese!

Quick delivery time, pretty large portions, but overall a rather blah experience. The crab rangoon were good (I swear, I say this in every Chinese take-out review) but the veggie dumplings were cold in the middle. And green. I'm still not sure why they were green--do they add food coloring to their dough to make sure everyone knows that they are veggie? They didn't seem to have turned that color because of the veggies inside (and there are mushrooms inside, and I don't like mushrooms). The General Tso's chicken was all right. I got maybe three pieces of undercooked broccoli with it. I would try them again, but I'd stay away from the dumplings.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars, or at least 0, on this website. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and it honestly tasted like a vagina that hasn't been washed in maybe 2 weeks. I called to get a refund but the woman called me crazy. I decided to feed the food to my dog but when he smelled it, he started crying. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

General Tso Chicken is what I ordered as most of the reviews mention it...it was pretty good but the egg roll I got with the combo tasted kind of bitter...my Fav. "Curry" out is still Kenny's Sub Shop on GA. ave.

I always go here during lunch hours to make sure that I get the lunch specials. I almost always get the General Tso Chicken when I am in the area. They are really good with there portions. And as an Asian I have to order more rice because I could meet have enough of it for the large amount of chicken they give me. I love this place but giving it five stars wouldn't be true to what this place is. The front desk lady(he older one) is a little Uninviting and she seems like she is in a bad mood most of the time I am there.

standard americanized chinese food, but they do it better than the other local places. also, they give large portions so consider that before you end up with several leftover meals (as happened to me)

This is exactly what I wanted. I wanted fast American Chinese food, and I didn't want to leave the house to get it. I wanted someone to bring my food to me because I am a lazy bum. I didn't even want to talk to a human being so I ordered and paid online. The delivery guy came in about 29 or 30 minutes after I submitted my order. He was very polite and spoke Mandarin to me. What up, brother from another mother. My food came nice and hot. The sesame chicken was good, crispy and not swimming in sauce like some places. The broccoli in garlic sauce tasted good, but it was definitely swimming in the sauce. Honestly I didn't even really want the broccoli. I only ordered it to pretend that I was healthy when I really just wanted chicken with a side of chicken with a side of fried chicken. It was tasty broccoli though. Well cooked but not mushy. I'm not 200 years old, I can still chew vegetables. This was my first time ordering, and they made all my dreams come true. I dream of sesame chicken.

Sometimes everything's great but our last order took an hour and 20 minutes before it was even ready to leave the restaurant. Not happy.

One of many, many Chinese restaurants in the area. I'm lucky I remember the name of this one, since they're all some variation on Hearty's Golden China Asian Panda Delight, or something like that. Nice because it's a very short walk from my girlfriend's house. Not-so-nice because their "Chef Specialties" are basically the absolute basic stuff you get when you think Americanized Chinese food: orange chicken, kung pao chicken, etc. And they close at an absurdly early time every single night. Also, after 18 some odd times of going there, I expect (perhaps mistakenly) that you maybe might know me by now. It gets a little frustrating saying no mustard, no plastic bag, YES fortune cookie. Otherwise, I love you, and all the greasiness you provide.

I eat here a lot, but only because it's a 30 second walk from my house. The food isn't bad, but it's basically just like any other Chinese restaurant. They have pretty decent egg rolls and spring rolls (compared to places around here) and the garlic sauce they use is really good even though it tastes nothing like garlic sauce.

I just moved here and live within walking distance of this place. Tried it on one of those nights where I couldn't be bothered to cook, and just wanted to eat on the couch and watch Netflix. I'm the type that always orders the same thing from every Chinese take-out place (general tso's chicken or bean curd and hot and sour soup). Boring, I realize, but it is a good basis for comparing different places. The food was what you would expect for inexpensive Americanized Chinese take-out, although maybe even better than average in comparison to some of the other places in the area, which was a pleasant surprise since its in kind of a random location and would probably only be known to locals. You can order online (and pay when you pick up so you don't have to input a credit card) if you don't want to be bothered to pick up the phone or to speak to an actual person. The first time I ordered from there, I was surprised to get a free drink. Then I saw on their website that you can choose between a free drink or a free egg roll. They do deliver, but I live so absurdly close that I've never had them deliver. Usually I order and my boyfriend will pick up on his way home from work. The one time that I did pick up, the lady at the counter chatted with me while I waited for my order to be bagged up, and she was very friendly. Another customer walked in to pick up his order, and was obviously a regular. He asked how her kids were, whether she will visit China anytime soon, etc. It just seemed like a nice, local place, so consequently I'm on my way to being a regular there as well.

It was okay. The General Tsos shrimp was good. However the fried rice was not doing it for me. There was no flavor and I tasted all grease.

Not the worst Chinese food around. A bit better than the other Chinese takeouts around here, but nothing to write home about. It's passable, and will feed you in a pinch. It's pretty much what you would expect for cheap Chinese takeout. They have been in the neighborhood for a long time though. In the time that I've been going there the little kids that used to run around the storefront have grown into teenagers and actually work there now. There is something to be said for a long standing institution in the community that serves a needed niche. I'm happy to support this local business.

If you are looking for convenient, not-so-expensive Americanized Chinese food, this is the place. If you are looking for really good Chinese food, look elsewhere. Even still, I'll come back to this place. It's far far better than the place next to CVS in that little shopping mall I last reviewed. But I must say that the Hot and Sour soup is great and so is the General Tso's Chicken. Decent portions too. The place is pretty busy so that means the locals like it.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
