They need their CEO to come out for a undercover boss! This store has horrible service ! The employees need a course in restaurant service because they hate their job. If you get there on a week day get there before lunch hour the staff can't handle more than 3 customers.

Food was disgusting. Everything was old and the chicken smelled rotten. They serve Pink Chicken??? Guy behind the counter was a robot. Only go here if you have good health insurance or have a doctor in the family.

Three registers 1 cashier 16 people in line. Don't do poe boys on Fridays???? That's the only reason I waited 25 mins inline. Then I order chicken strips and no ranch. So I had to get a salad from another vendor to have ranch for the chicken tenders. Needless to say I wasted my money and didn't eat the chicken.

I think this may have been my first trip to any Popeyes ever... maybe the Arundel Mills foot court wasn't the right choice. The food was pretty blah, even by fast food standards, and a bit expensive. Three chicken tenders, a tiny cup of beans and rice and a little biscuit was almost eight bucks. (Was the combo supposed to come with a drink?) They were out of my first side choice, coleslaw. I can understand running out of something during a busy weekend, but this was the middle of the day on a Wednesday. How can a fried chicken joint run out of coleslaw? Nando's just opened up in the food court; if I weren't trying to negotiate a stroller and shopping bag on my own, I would have gone there for my chicken fix.

Customer service sucks. Its Monday and they sell 10 sides but only had 4 available. .. then the cashier was whispering.. I was like I cant hear you, so please speak up... i hate people who do not like their jobs. .sigh

If you are not going to have the bread ready for the po'boys at 1pm- please hire someone who can explain that, in recognizable English. "Could I get a number 11 please?" Response- "gibberish". "I'm sorry, what?" Response- "Bread in frozn". "Oh, and so how long would it be?" Response "Bread is frozen" OK- and I walked away. What happened to "I'm sorry ma'am but there may be some wait for that, could I get you something else?" Wow- the prior reviews are correct. That awesome Popeyes lady on the commercials needs to come whip these folks into shape

So bored waiting in line that I figured I would have plenty of time to write a review since the manager obviously doesn't care about customers. Only two people I can see working with 15 people in line. I've already been waiting 10 minute and still have 5 people in front of me.. I'd go somewhere else but the wife wants chicken. Of course I could probably drive to another Popeyes and get my food faster.

Two Stars is a generous rating. When I arrived there was no on at the register. When the young lady did arrive she had no idea what the meal numbers were. Not to mention she was wearing a head scarf from home that in no way matched company colors. Im not sure if things are different in Michigan where im from or Arizona where ive lived for the past three years but our meal combo didn't include a drink. While I sat n ate I watched the line build up because everyone was in the back AGAIN.. Chicken seems old n chewy.. not too mention HMS supervisors were inspecting the food court..
