My past experiences here are disappointing, but since it's the closest location to me, I've tried to work around those issues. As long as I order online ahead of time, I can avoid the long lines. Parking in one of the nearby restaurant's lots also cuts back on the headache. Unfortunately, their guacamole still sucks.

Just went there today and everything was awesome! Especially the cashier Elizabeth who was very polite and welcoming. Definitely going to this location again! Food tasted great as well!! :)

So came in on a cold rainy Sunday and the staff are just unprofessional. A customer obviously known to them is playing around joking with the staff is throwing stuff. They're loud. I'm all for fun in the work place but I also want to be able to eat without hearing people flirting or whatever.

This was sooo bad and unorganized and slow.. They don't have a separate prep station for online orders. It makes everything slow when they are trying to make orders while your ordering and it's messy.. I was in line for 30 minutes that's unacceptable.

I've eaten at this location over 100 times in the last year and a half, and every burrito I've had has met or exceeded my expectations. The line is often long, but the staff is friendly and generous with toppings. I've yet to have a bad experience.

We love Chipotle food and this one did not disappoint on that aspect. My veggie salad and my boyfriend's burrito were of the same quality that we expect. Fresh veggies, warm tortillas, and amazing guacamole. However, the line was long and slow - even at 2 pm when we thought the lunch rush would be over.

  • Angie J.

Delicious, nutritious, fast and fresh every time I order a chicken burrito bowl. I try not to eat here during the lunch rush. During the rush, it generally takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the front to order your food. Parking can be a bit difficult to find during lunch and dinner hours. Overall, I am pleased with the taste and quality of their food.

First time here but it certainly won't be my last. There was so much flavor in my steak bowl that my mouth didn't know what was going on. The only thing that I didn't care about was the building had one entrance to the building. We had to weave through the guests trying to order just to leave. And the line for those ordering came right up to where we were sitting so that kind of upset me. We ended up leaving without finishing our food. But the food was still great!

Went into this location last Tuesday at about 8pm and waited in line 27 minutes before we got to the counter to even place out order. There was a person at each station and even someone running around filling in but the workers at so slow at least 12 people left and more than that didn't even come in the door once they saw the line. After we placed our orders and started moving down to say what we wanted, no one smiled, offered anything or even asked what we wanted, just looked up and waited for us to speak. Once at the register, a total was barked at us. Service is a 0. Cleanliness is a 4 out of 5 and the food was a 3 out of 5 compared to other locations. About 6 months ago we went in here on a week night about 8 and when we got to the register and paid we were given our food in a bag to go even though we said eat in. The girl said we couldn't because they didn't have forks! What kind of a restaurant runs out of forks?!?!?! We were so annoyed. I went down a couple of doors and asked potbelly's if I could have 2 forks and they were happy to help.

I always wait in line for at least 15 minutes. Unless it's an odd hour to eat. Most of their staff need more training on how to roll a burrito and the portion sizes. Who wants a chicken burrito that has more rice than anything else? Ordering over the phone or faxing your order in is a bad idea. Every time I've tried they've messed something up, forgot to add something, or gave me an entire rice burrito. (Mentioned the "chicken burrito" above). You can definitely say that they cut corners when you're not watching, even if the manager swears all of their staff has had extensive training in portion sizes. The food is always fresh though, (obviously). I will say other locations are a lot better than this one.

This burrito place is the best thing that ever happened. I never go here without getting one to go. Their good is delicious and raised with integrity. I have never recommended a food place more in my life. The lines are always long, I've never been in this place at any time of any day without there being a line, but they move quickly so it's not bad. The line just means it's good. I find the beef to be a little fatty and so there are a lot if chewy pieces, though so I prefer the chicken.

  • Kevin S.

Serious lack of communication between customer and worker. Food was in bad quality which is uncommon in this restaurant definitely the worst Chipotle around in my area.

    (2)
  • Joe K.

Like every chipotle location, massive amount's of people flood their locations each day with their office staffs looking for a burrito or bowl of their delicious tex-mex food. I highly recommend ordering before you come in as the line ( like mostly all chipotle's) will be wrapped around the facility. The food here is generally good, I have not had a bad experience compared to some other places I've visited. 3 stars. ** No alcohol at this location ** - limited seating w/ several outdoor seats overlooking Arundel mills mall / Maryland Live!

    (3)
  • Asa B.

Always long lines specially during lunch time! No worries the staff are pretty fast and move the line quickly... On my last visit it was packed and had to look for couple of minutes to find a seat!

This place has yummy food. The line sucks but can be easily avoided by the app and the staff sometimes gets the order wrong but the food always turns out yummy and fresh tasting. Great place to eat!

I love Chipotle but not this location. At least in the evening. I had the corn tacos with steak. One taco had 3 pieces of meat an another 5 pieces. The 3rd they completely missed getting the sour cream on the taco. The first time I came I asked for Gluten Free tacos and they gave me flour tacos so I made them change it. The second time I ordered from the Ap and they didn't have my order and made me stand in line and reorder. This was my 3rd and last time. The employees filling orders we too busy having conversations to move the line, which was out the door. In the middle of ordering we kept being cut off with our total when we weren't done ordering. I'll stick with going to the Columbia location from now on.

    (2)
  • Vida O.

Yum yum yum. Chipotle is the best. But the wait for a burrito bowl is killer during the weekend or lunch hours. The line can loop around and I waited 45 min to order. Try another location if you are hungry.

  • Tiago D.

I eat an absurd amount of Chipotle weekly and have been to many locations throughout the country. This location is closest to my house and I am here often. Unlike other locations, this one consistently under delivers with poorly trained staff and inefficient crew management. At other chipotles, if there's a line you know it won't take long to get through it. At Arundel Mills Chipotle, the same size line means you're doomed to wait for 20-30 minutes. What's even more frustrating is that you'll see employees lounging around, or being sent on breaks in groups during rushes. However, even when they have all hands on deck, for some reason the lag is still there. With all that being said, I still wait in the absurd lines because I love these burritos. I just wish I lived closer to another location.

    (2)
  • Steven D.

I understand that that being successful, there will be long lines. I just wish that when preparing my order, it did not feel rushed. I don't like when my burrito falls apart because someone did not wrap it correctly. The food is amazing making you wanting to come back for more.

  • Kathy M.

Improve the customer service please. Folks wouldn't smile if you paid them. Shift change seems chaotic because employees are talking to each other and not the customer. Clean and re-stock the utensil and soft drink area more often. Do something about the long customer lines. Sometimes the prep line is fully staffed and sometimes it isn't. Why is this? Poor scheduling perhaps? Your product is great but your customer service needs some improvement.

Chipotle,.. you are what all fast food joints should be, Fresh Fun and efficient. just do it.

  • pureflusher P.

Pretty decent, they can be a lil skimpy sometimes. Sometimes is 1 scoop other times is more or less. The line moves pretty quick.

Typical Chipotle food but long lines and parking can be a NIGHTMARE. At least they move the lines quickly, assuming you found a place to park.

Long line on the Saturday before Easter and when we started eating our burrito bowls, my husband and I noticed that no black beans had been added. Totally bummed.

  • Samuel M.

i love coming here for my lunch break yeah the line is so long to the door but there pretty fast and the food is very good I been told there's an app you can download so you can pre order your food before you get there imma check it out

  • Jean G.

THE WORST Chipotle around. The staff of the Chipotle in Columbia moves three times as fast as the staff at this location. You're better off standing in a 30 person line at Dobbin center than a 10 person line at Arundel Mills. Plus the Guacamole is ALWAYS gross. I understand Guacamole turns brown quickly but I've never seen it turn brown by the time I got it home when I've ordered at other locations. Not a good sign. Plus, staff is ALWAYS different every time I go, which used to be often. Not a good sign either. Edit: Tried using online ordering to bypass monstrous line. Both times they got my order wrong. VERY annoying. Ordered chips & guac. First time, no guac. Second time, no chips, but guac on both the side and my burrito bowl (which I did not order). UGH.

    (1)
  • Sunny B.

I've been here twice, and both times the line is out the door! All the other Chipotle's I've been to are VERY fast, getting through everyone in the line in an efficient manner. Here, I think they were caught up with online orders, and the person working at the register was moving in what seemed like slow motion! Too bad there aren't many other decent choices in the area.

    (3)
  • Michael D.

Consistently the slowest chipotle ever. Almost pike the staff is new whenever you go....

I love all Chipotle's and this location is no exception. In fact, this is one of the better locations in terms of seating arrangements. They have plenty of tables and even several booths that I haven't seen in other Chipotle's. But, as the other reviewers for this location have said, the workers really do rush you through during the crazy lunch hours and therefore I don't really think they are being rude, but simply trying to process everyone in line. The line will literally wrap around the restaurant or out the door. The last time I was here, the cashier expected me out of line the second she handed me my credit card back before the receipt could even print out of the machine. But fast food is fast food, right? I also agree that this location does skimp on the meat and toppings...pretty much everything except for your choice of salsa and rice. I always find the fajitas/burritos to be loaded with rice and not much else. But I never want to be "that guy" and hold up the line and demand "more meat, more this, more that" while every one else groans in line. On a positive note this location is always very clean, including the bathrooms. Can't say that for every Chipotle. Oh, parking is a nightmare especially since many of the spots right outside the restaurant are clearly restricted for the bank next-door.

    (4)
  • Heather W.

I would give them 5 stars but the service here is so dreadful. I always have to ask for more lettuce and fajita toppings. They seem to not give a lot of that. But when you say a little sour cream they dump it on the little tacos :(. Also. I don't speak Spanish and I don't mean to be that girl but I hate having to point to the food I want because they can't understand. Also the line is always hella long. The food is out of this world though. Seriously amazing.

Bland and spicy. Chipotle Grill advertises as a healthy place to eat, so perhaps if you're on the "Bland Food Diet" this might be your kind of thing. I'm not actually sure what my chicken salad is supposed to taste like at this point, it's so spicy - and I omitted salsa! My experience with Chipotle is mildly affected by having come here on accident. I ordered online thinking that this was Baja Fresh. I even showed up at Baja Fresh and realized I was in the wrong place. Oops. My mistake. I will not make this mistake again. First of all, they don't offer rice without cilantro in it; and I'm allergic. I asked. There is no plain, cilantro free rice kept on hand for customers with food sensitivities. Secondly, my chicken salad is drowning in guacamole and lettuce hearts. I love guacamole, and usually order extra (on the side) but this is too much for even me. It's overpowering both the rice, and the small portion of chicken. (See Photo). I feel like I'm eating an overly peppered avocado mush with rice in it. It's also incredibly spicy, so the heat lingers well after I've stopped eating and even taken a sip of my drink. This is odd because I did not include salsa of any kind in my order. Americanized Mexican food not supposed to be super spicy if there's no salsa. The chicken portion is very small, greasy, and rather flavorless. I'm used to chicken in a Mexican dish bursting with tangy flavor from all the delicious Mexican spices, deep within it's juicy meatiness due to proper marinading. The portion is absolutely half of what I get with Baja Fresh, and this includes my husbands burrito. Both are half the size of what we usually get at the other place, and the same price; which is one of the reasons I didn't think anything was wrong when I made my order online. Another point of negativity is that, while the outside of this place is nice, the inside reminds me of the cafeteria at my jr. college. It's dark and cramped and they shuffle you through a mall-food-court style line with people dishing up your pre-made food lunch lady style. I've gotten through about 1/3rd of my salad while writing this review and I have no real desire to finish this hot green mess. I'm hungry, and I spent $16, but I'm not at all tempted to eat this. It's kind of saddening really. When I'm in the mood for Mexican, it's one of my favorite foods. I feel like a little kid choking down steamed bean sprouts out of respect for the starving kids in other countries my grandma was always chiding me about. Bottom line: Go across the street to Baja Fresh, next to the Safeway. Exact same prices, a world of difference in quality, portions, and atmosphere.

Won't ever go back to this location. I will take the extra drive to Waugh chapel! No matter what time of day u will always wait at the minimum 30 minutes. So on my recent trip I got there 50 mins before closing and the line was around the room I finally get up to the front 15 minutes before close to be told they have only one meat left ( mind you there is still prob 30 people behind me ) so I asked why they couldn't make an announcement that nothing was left. He had the worst attitude everyone in line was noticeably upset ( we did Stand there for 30-45 mins ) just to leave with no food. Poor customer service.

    (1)
  • Melody M.

Not as good as other Chipotles I've been to. The line is incredibly slow, there is very little attention to detail, and the tables are rarely cleaned. Parking is also a bit of a fiasco, so keep in mind that eating here is not a quick proposition.

    (3)
  • Sarah M.

Just a quickie- the line that extended from the counter to the back door does not tell a lie. These guys are fast, efficient, friendly but to-the-point, and make a dang good burrito bowl. So glad we stopped by here to feed a large crew of family and friends visiting. The taste does not disappoint! Only slight letdown is that this is the only location I have been to (out of several Chipotles across the US) that does not offer a military discount or a military perk. Not taking away any star ratings for it, as it's a perk and a bonus, not an expectation, I was just surprised since I thought all Chipotles offered a military "perk." (Usually it's a free small beverage with purchase of an entree item) Will be back over and over! LOVE this place!

This place gets super-busy during lunch hour. I highly recommend ordering online for pickup, even if you're going to eat there. When I've ordered online, I typically show up 5 min early, and my food is already done. In addition, ordering online allows me to get my crazy combination without totally confusing the people working the assembly line. It's nice to order a bowl without rice, with fajita veggies and beans, 3 salsas, 2 meats, guacamole, lettuce, and not get overcharged or get ripped off on quantity, like I would if I ordered in person. Now if they could get that order right in person, I'd give more stars, but until then I'm sticking to the iPhone app.

  • Behnam M.

The last time I was there, I order three bowls, and one of them was like half full!!! but it used to be almost full with the same stuff everytime we order. The steak was rare and the fajitas were burnt too!! This place is near my workplace, so Im used to order for myself and my colleges from this place, but day by day the food is shrinking and the food quality is getting worse. Once I criticized to one of the managers, he was nice and polite and apologized for the service and thanked me for keeping him updated about the food and service, but today the manager literally said "it is what it is, if you dont like us, dont order"!!!

Really quick service as expected from this establishment. Not a whole lot of fooling around. They try to get you in and out satisfied to The best of their ability. Really can not say I have had a bad experience ever attending this particular establishment which is a blessing.

  • Kara W.

Most expensive bowl of rice ever! There seems to be a shortage of veggies, beans, and chicken at this location. They consistently serve up 50% more rice and 75% less beans, veggies and chicken at this location. One time is bad enough, but my second visit was even worse. Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice, I'll be going out of my way to visit other locations.

When I get chipotle cravings in Glen Burnie, this is where I travel to. It's a fresh tex mex choose your own adventure style of dining. Fast casual, you could call it. Always crowded during lunch, by young business people on break, this is one great chipotle location. Make sure you know what you're getting when you get in line. Get ready to speak up a lot, and loudly, or have them get your order wrong. It is soooo loud in there. Great portions, great options. The guacamole is extra.

This was the first place I went to that offered sofritas as an option. It was surprisingly delicious!! After a long run I was starving and when i first saw this on the menu I was hesitant on ordering it. So from their board this is the description: shredded organic tofu braised with Chipotle Chili's roasted Poblado and a blend of aromatic spices. The cashier was super friendly and I had no problem getting in and out during mid lunch time!

  • Yeong M.

I'm losing faith in this place. The quality of the food is going down the drain. The beef is sinewy and tough. More often than not the fresh tomato salsa isn't so fresh. They got rid of the pork. Basically they're forcing you to eat the lowest cost food item for them which is the chicken leg meat. Not the breast. It's just hit and miss now half the times the chicken is flavorless like they're beginning to skimp on the seasoning too Only thing bringing me back is the price I guess

    (2)
  • Linna L.

Ordered chicken bowl. Food was good. But didn't like the fact that they just switched my order with someone else without asking me! So rude and didn't care!

Last two times I have come here have been awful. The lines were usually long but I had HAIR in my bowl =( I have BLONDE hair and the hair was a curly black one. I had the nerve to come in again and then realized that their tomatoes were disgusting. They were in fact old and gross. I had two people try them from my bowl and their faces were distraught. I wish another Chipotle would open up around here because this one is falling apart slowly....

  • Foom L.

DISGUSTING, DIRTY, SLOW. Hit or miss, however, the Sunday night team sucks. Rice is partially raw, way too salty, actual salt chunks at different spots. Additionally, there are so many employees behind the counter, yet the line is not moving. Furthermore, it was really disgusting watching this female employee touching all the counter tops then touching my food. This girl even went to the back, touched the doors, and whatever else in the back. She returned to the food prep line without switching gloves. Then proceed to touch my food. Food sanitary training is seriously lacking at this location. DISGUSTING.

I would give Chipotle four stars in general because I really like the food (especially their guacamole), but this definitely a three star location at best. The food taste-wise is always good, but you really need to pay attention when they're making your meal because they'll likely make a mistake. They've gone as far as almost leaving guacamole off a veggie burrito, and then trying to charge extra for it at check out. It's an extra charge on meat burritos, but included in the price of the veggie. It's not an extensive menu by any stretch of the imagination -- it really should much easier than they make it. We've had other issues with being charged incorrectly, but the cashiers are always quick to correct it when you bring it to their attention. I'll also second reviewer Kasumi L.'s note about the freshness of the lemon (and lime) wedges at the drink station. We encountered a fruit fly issue there once that was huge turn-off. It's a perfectly natural thing, but still not terribly appetizing. The staff definitely needs to check up on that area more frequently.

It was around 11:30 and upon arrival the line was to the door with the lunch crowd. Don't let this deter you, it moves fast! I got to the front within 10 mins and ordered a steak burrito with rice, salsa, more "medium hot" salsa looking stuff, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce on it. WOW was it massive after all these toppings. I think rather than the all excessive toppings they should add a littttle more meat. The spoonful was kinda small. I wish I had a scale, this thing had to of been at least a pound. The cashier girl was speaking low and moving very fast. Nice to keep the line down but she rushed me and I was trying to order a meal (if they have one?) with like chips/salsa on the side but just the burrito and a fountain drink instead. Not a big deal but kin of annoying. $10 something and worth it. Like I said, huge burrito that should definitely be enough or more than enough for one person. I liked the little lemon wedges at the drink counter, I put one in my soda 8) The whole middle section is spacious and has a bunch of tables, there are also counters/stools at the windows as well as a few tables outside. Not the best views of course, it's the Arundel Mills parking lot, but nice to have options. I didn't want to stuff my face with this large burrito in front of a crowd - so I went out to my car for a sampling. SO GOOD! Chipotle, I am glad I came back after all these years to try you again. I am your newest fan. I ate the whole thing and I am stuff and satisfied!

The workers at this Chipotle tend to skimp on the ingredients for some reason. Every time I go there I have to ask for more pinto beans, more chicken, more salsa etc... I've overheard other people in line having to ask for more too. I also noticed that they serve people different amounts of food based on their size. The person helping me gave the large guy in front of me a much bigger portion than me (I'm about 5'2.) In addition, the line here moves considerably slower than other Chipotles I've been to (and I've been to a lot!) Other things that have bothered me about this place is the level of freshness of the ingredients. Tonight I ordered chips and guac and the chips were stale. The lemon wedges at the drink counter smelled like they were going bad. I usually LOVE Chipotle but for some reason this one just gets on my nerves. This is the fourth time I've been to this location and I'm really getting tired of it! This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

Very Very crowded during lunch time M-F from all the Ft.Meade folks, Airport Folks etc.....i recommend all you smart phone users order your stuff online via the Chipotle app...it will save you time & aggrevation of wating in line for a while :) The folks are quick efficient & really try to get you taken care of quickly. All in all i really like this location minus the crappy drivers & sparse parking spaces

  • Ralph R.

Burritos big enough to share. They are very tasty, fresh, and you have your choice of toppings. I got the chicken, thinking it was a lower calorie option. It is, but at about 1100 calories, cut it in half and share.

    (4)
  • Ria H.

I love chipotle but this one had burnt chicken in my fajita bowl. I was so disappointed when I got home. I wish they didn't give me burnt chicken! Otherwise, I would of been happy.

I have been in line during a lunch weekday rush where the line is to the door and they are quick! Also, I was taking a Spanish class and the professor said if we order in Spanish we will notice they will give us bigger servings...so I tried it and it is so true. LOL

Aside from Chipotle's tasty goodness, this location has great service. I usually order carryout, but none the less, my rare dine in experiences are nice as well. They now offer brown rice and upon occasional pick-up orders they've run out of brown rice. Without question, they've used white rice and proceeded discounted my order for the inconvenience. They've also offered me a free drink if my order wasn't ready when I arrived. When I dine in, the food is always fresh and the prep line servers are courteous and friendly...even when the restaurant is jammed pack! I highly recommend this location. Parking can be a bit snug with it being so close to the mall, but it's well worth a short walk thru the parking lot to go to this location.

Sept 21, 2015 Same as before, however pork is back on the menu but could hardly see it in my plate. This location is very skimpy on their meats. I think they intentionally do this so that you'll pay extra. I have to say, I've been pleased with this location in the past however that was long ago.

Great place for lunch! Always there a line at lunch time but if you love burritos this is the place! There two ordering formats, original burrito shape or have it in the bowl salad style!. Your burrito is prepared assembly line by a fast working crew. You tell the crew what you want by pointing out the various vegetables or meat you want! The portions are big and you get exactly what you want. The vegetables and meats taste fresh and the selections of spices are good. I think the products made here are delicious!

  • Kimberly K.

Hm, it makes me sad to give any Chipotle three stars, but this joint's too messy and disorganized for my taste. They also often eff up orders. For example: Me: Can I please get a burrito bowl with brown rice and chicken? Worker: Sure! *scoops up barbacoa* Me: Um, I'm really sorry, but I said chicken. Worker: Oh ok! *gets a new bowl and puts in WHITE RICE and chicken* *sniffles* I dealt with it because the line was backed up, but I was bummed. I understand that they're super busy and all (lunch and dinner rush = cray cray), but their customers wait a long time in line and shouldn't have to deal with that kind of disarray. I was pretty irritated that I had to pay for a meal I didn't really want - I don't like eating white rice. With that said, I'll always be a fan of Chipotle. Just a shame that this location's service is "eh".

It is a nice and friendly mall version of the great chain. It has limited in store searing, but just down the hall is the mall's food court, so actually you will not experience to much of a searing problem. Well, except during the holiday shopping season.

Food is good but has to be the hottest restaurant I have ever been in. You could see the sweat through the people's shirts even while still in line.

I'm a huge fan of American-Mexican foods such as Chipoltle. Of course Chipoltle is amazing what I use to love about this specific one was that it was next door to Yogi Castle so after getting lunch/dinner you can treat yourself to something sweet. Unfortunately yogi castle is no longer there and chipotle raised their prices for two bowels with one chicken and one vegetarian no guacamole use to be $12 but now $14. The area of Anne arundel county is very pricey beware!

Just like most chipotles long lines but moves pretty fast. This one I find is a little bigger than the other ones but this one is butt up against the parking lot so the outdoor seating is not the best. As other ones, it's clean and the people are nice. Parking is tough at this one but it's nice that it's close to the mall... I feel parking all around here is intense. Is overall great exp, will be back for sure! So grab that extra salad and enjoy!!

The slowest Chipotle ever!!!! I visit this location because it is near the mall and on my way home. however, if there was one closer to my house I would go there. To make things worse they skimp on the meat. I've been here for 27 minutes. I just made it to the counter. I had to ask for more meat twice. They can't handle their to go orders and the line in this busy location. Corporate needs to get some training in here asap! The Lexington Park and Waldorf stores would run circles around this crew. Gambrills needs some help too but this Hanover location is the worse. You're losing business to the Potbelly next door because of the long line. It is now 7:35.

Horrible service and over priced food. Flavorless steak and they drenched my bowl with sour cream and guac. Made it a guacomole and sour cream dip with light rice and hard steak fat and cubes. 1st and last trip to chipotle....waaaay overated in my opinion. Corn salsa was good but could hardly enjoy it.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
