I have eaten here a number of times, guess you just need to know what is good and what you need to stay clear of. Sushi is just okay, lot of fake "krab" which I don't eat. The hibachi grill is the way to go to have it hot and fresh though. Tonight had chicken off the buffet and it was green...ick. Showed management and they did not care. Last time in got a serving of mussels and nearly 1/2 were not even open (cooked) they offer split crabs that are not worth even trying to eat. As for american fare, I suppose you have to have stuff for the kids; mac and cheese, pizza, pigs in a blanket etc,. but I pass those by.

It's a Chinese buffet. The sushi was alright, but not stellar. The hibachi was alright, but again, not stellar. Choices on the hot bars were your usual buffet options. The thing that made me give 3 stars is the inclusion of large, plain steamed clams. No overbearing sauce, just simple steamed clams. I also really like the beautiful fountain up front but I'm a sucker for stuff like that.

If you like to sample various Asian foods this is the place to come! Everything was really good but I found nothing exceptional. The sushi was good but none of it was labeled. The place is clean and all the food trays were kept full. I will be back.

This is an amazing restaurant. I never get disappointed when I eat here, they have a much better selection than the other restaurants like this in the area. They have like 10 or 12 buffet tables plus a massive sushi selection. You will not be disappointed, I promise.

When this place opened, it was amazing. Buffet food that tasted much better than buffet quality. Now it's rock bottom. The rices were old, hard & crunchy. The fish looked like it was caught last year. Pans were bare. I won't go back. Missing Pacific Grill.

Amazing place with beautiful Chinese culture and Japanese culture. A fusion and blend of foods from the countries best sellers: sushi and stir fry. The decorations and the size of the place combined together feels as if you are eating in a palace. An assortment of foods as usual per buffet style, however one of the best things about this place is the friendly service and knowing that the owner is a kind hearted person along with his family that makes this dining experience more special. Don't hesitate to make your requests clear, they are sure to please in anyway.

Spacious and clean restaurant. Staff was very efficient. everything you would expect from a Chinese buffet, nothing less nothing more. If I had to go to a buffet I would choose Chef Lins (down the street) for taste, but of I have a ton of kids, I'd choose this place.

We walked into this place not knowing what to expect. My wife and I thought it would have been a elective buffet meaning menu ordering or buffet you see my wife really does like buffets. This buffet SHE LOVED IT !!! The selection of food was huge extremely huge. I never seen anything like it. Plus it was good nothing had that buffet crusty if you know what I mean. The food was constantly being attended to and the best part of it all no unattended children under 10 at the food. By far the best place to eat for the money and freshness

I like this place for a buffet, my only main complaint is that maybe they should have hand sanitizer on the tables since SO many people touch the tongs. Wish the desert section had more variety.

READ THIS FIRST: RECOMMENDED!! Overall I have been to this spot multiple times over the past month as I own a biz in the same shopping center. It is not a cook in front of you Hibachi Steakhouse. See House of Kobe for that. Some people can't read well and see Hibachi and automatically think so. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for just about anything to eat in the neighborhood of Chinese food. FOOD: I've been 5 times, some during peak hours and never have seen an empty food container. I think they have cleaned up the wait and hired more cooks to make sure food is always out. The TSO's is GOOD, fried rice is standard, the SUSHI BAR is an awesome touch - though nothing is label. I know what a California Roll is and a couple others but labeling would be nice for the novices. The hibachi stand is very good. FRESH ingredients and prompt cooking. There's also angel hair pasta or Chow mei fun you can choose along with an egg to put in rice. HERE'S A TIP- after you give them your plate go get another from the buffet so you don't stand and wait. MY ONLY ISSUE WITH THE FOOD is the DESSERT. There are some options with ice cream, but as far as the selection and quality of the ice cream, it's really lacking. PRICE: I would say go at lunch, obviously dinner will be more, but for how big this place is and all the options, you can stomach $10 a head. EXPERIENCE: Overall this place is by far the BEST buffet I have been to. Trust me. It's huge, can seat big groups, there are private rooms for parties, and it is well maintained with cool accents like a waterfall and neon lighting etc. VERY CLEAN. As far as the stomach issues? YOU'RE EATING A HUGE MEAL AT A CHINESE BUFFET... YOU'RE GOING TO BE ON A TOILET AT SOME POINT. Overall 8.5./10

The sushi bar and hibachi grill are the only saving grace for this 3rd rate buffet. Those two features are worth the $8 you pay at lunchtime, though I wouldn't pay a penny more. Nearly everything else here is gross.

Great buffet. Very big and spacious. Amazing selection and polite people. The hibachi grill is great. Can never go wrong there.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
