Nice hole in the wall neighborhood pizza joint. The steel city sub and jalepeno poppers are awesome. Try the white pizza, I think it's better than the regular.

Great Sicilian Pizza, White Pizza and Meat Lovers Pizza. Ate here for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago and the Pizza is the best in Hagerstown!

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my pizza. I know good pizza, as I grew up in NYC. The closest thing to NYC pizza in this area is Brother's Pizza on Dual Highway. I gave it 1 star because my son enjoyed his slice and the second star is for the location. The rest room wasn't stocked with paper towels or toilet tissue and the supply was very low. Perhaps the other items on the menu are better tasting. I don't think I'll be back to figure that out!

We love getting pizza from northside, it's pretty much the best pizza we've had in the area and is usually consistent unlike some other pizza places.. They use delicious ingredients and everything always seems fresh

Went back, because hey you've gotta give a second chance if it hasn't poisoned or killed you... Right? Decided on a pizza this time. Was met with confusion over my accent. Seemingly an Englsh accent can confuse them. I'm not Hugh Grant like (I'm a lot better looking) so I didn't expect my accent to cause confusion... They need to clear the pizza boxes off the seats. The average pizza buyer doesn't want to stand waiting. Pizza was ok. Not great, better than the chain pizza. If it was the only place within a reasonable area I'd be happy. But there are other better options in the area..

If I could give this place a zero I would. Horrible! All we ordered was 1 pizza, 6 wings and a pizza steak. They screwed up the wings, sauce was supposed to be on the side, pizza steak was not good, the whole thing fell apart. And we just received our pizza after 1 hour! It's not even crowded! Then they charged my credit card for someone else's bill and mine! Now they're trying to fix it. Unbelievable!

My rating is based on the employees here. Specifically some high school wannabe hipster girl with big eye glasses who doesn't know the meaning of customer service. We've eaten here many times when in Hagerstown. Always had good pizza, etc and they have GF pizza for my wife. Went in there today @ 2:30 on a Sunday to grab some takeout. I was THE only person sitting in this restaurant the entire time I was waiting. Ordered a GF margarita pizza and a slice while I waited. As I waited for about 10mins, we added a salad and they brought me wings that I didn't order instead. I informed them I didn't order wings. No big deal. Brought me the salad, ask them again if I could get the slice I asked for while I waited. Eat that, good stuff. Kept waiting, a few customers trickle in who had called in an order and one or two that I heard order there. Including a girl who must have been family/friends of one of the cooks as they got their food in 10mins and he walked out with them. They all got their food and left. Still waiting for the GF pizza. 25mins now. I politely asked if pizza would be up soon. Yep. Another 10mins. I asked what is going on I've been waiting for over 30mins now. As said hipster dork w/ glasses says rudely "GF pizzas take longer and their were orders in front of yours" ...alrighty. Yes they looked SUPER busy. Ha. However I kept my mouth shut even after the rude comment. Pizza finally comes out as she says rudely again "do you want oil?" Huh?... "Yeah "Margarita comes w/ oil, basil etc". I said "yes I know what comes on a margarita pizza and I'd like what it comes with". Am I missing something here?? Closes the pizza lid and says " Alright here you go, HAVE a GREEEAT DAY!". At that point I'd had it w/ her! "I said I didn't need the attitude from her and that's not how you treat nor talk to customers". Esp after waiting for almost 40mins for them to make a little GF pizza! And I was VERY patient! I should add that I left them a tip in the jar after ordering when I first got there. This idiot certainly didn't deserve that. My wife wanted me to ask for a refund on the pizza even though she was starving but I didn't. Dean Giannaris should really be aware of how his employees are treating/speaking to customers. In my opinion and anyone else in their right mind... This girl should be fired. Not a good way to conduct business. Give me a f* break. I was pissed when I left there! Thank you for ruining my Sunday afternoon.

Really want to like this place. 3 visits, twice our orders got mixed up. The food was hit or miss. The sub was on small over toasted crumbling roll. Servers were nice but with few people in restaurant service was slow. The location is great& it's inexpensive.

Delicious pizza and friendly service. I have eaten in the restaurant twice and the service has been slow but it was a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. I have picked up several pizzas and had it delivered. It's SO good! The margarita pizza is great! :)

as i said in my first review i eat at this establishment quiet a bit. i hope dean can take care of the rude cashier with the funky glasses. she is the only negative to this place. no customer service skills whatsoever, rude arrogant and downright unfit to deal with people.

Talked with one of the employees. Was very nice and stated that the place has been open for about 4 months. The only canned food item they use is the pineapple, so fresh veggies! They sauté the fresh mushrooms prior to putting on pizza. Ordered a pepperoni with half sausage/mushroom. And garlic bread. Garlic bread was lacking on flavor but the pizza wasn't bad. I could see just a cheese pizza being kind of bland. Some of their specialty pizzas sounded good, ie 'The Whole Hog'!! Will be a place worth trying out again!

This place is new and decided to give it a try- I ordered two large pies, garlic bread, and cheese fries. I ordered for pick up. When I arrived to pick-up my order, I was greeted by the owner who was very courteous! He talked about the brick oven they use to cook their pizza and suggested some pizza ideas to try for my next order. The food was simply amazing! Some of the best pizza I have tasted! Not only have I ordered again, I have turned my family members onto this place because of the high quality and taste! Nothing in this area compares to North Side! Hands down best pizza and best crew around!

I think this place has the best pizza in town the subs are great and wings and sides are good. My only gripe is they seem to screw my order up a lot but there new and the food is so good that I'm patient with them I would highly recommend this place but check your order before you leave.

Delicious pizza & friendly staff. I'm vegan and they're really helpful in finding out what is and isn't okay for me to eat. I get non dairy mozzarella and have them put it on a veggie pizza (minus the pesto!) and it's amazing. Their fries are made in peanut oil and are perfect. It's so nice to have a pizza shop I can stop at and have delicious pizza at without worrying about contamination or someone misunderstanding my order.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large.
