Service is always great. Most of the food is good. Don't expect anything spectacular. Its way too expensive for what you're getting. It's all very plain and basic. There's no special recipes or secret sauces... I've had a few things from Fratelli's; the fettuccini Alfredo is awful. It's bland, it's boring, and the chicken is clearly processed. The sauces are all bland, and the presentation is much to be desired. The salads are pretty good. If you are looking for something quick, overpriced, and consistently mediocre, this is the place for you.

I went to this restaurant because I wanted to tried something new. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The only downside is that the food needed a little more seasoning. But overall it was a good experience.

Second time here - the eat -in atmosphere was lacking. The music in the kitchen was really loud and it didn't help the cooks were singing at the top of their voices. The food was good. Just ordered a pizza and it was yummy.

Never going here again! Nothing we ordered was correct! Onion rings were overcooked and crumbled as they were eaten. Seasoned fries were not seasoned at all and hard as a rock! 2 cheesesteaks were more raw roll than steak. I'm not even sure if there was cheese on them! My cheesesteak hoagie was just a steak with pickles. I was missing the cheese AND lettuce and tomato! They are the ingredients that make it a hoagie!!! I wish we could get our money back plus the gas money it cost to pick it up!

Do you know how hard it is for a quasi-native Washingtonian to find decent pizza in Hagerstown? It was easier for Ponce de Leon to find the fountain of youth! We happened upon Fratelli last night and I am really happy with the find. Great deli-style pizza - at a decent price. $15 for a large 2-topping. My only complaint would be that there could have been a little bit more sauce. Overall - great pizza and I would definitely return!

So I ordered delivery from them for the 3rd or 4th time this year. The food is decent, really pricey for what you get though. Anyway, I told the person taking the order my address, I gave them the whole order, then the person told me my address would be a bit of a stretch for their delivery driver. Some awkward silence followed, then the person told me the delivery driver would do it just this time even though I have ordered delivery from them multiple times. Mind you, I looked up the distance and the restaurant is 1.5 miles from my house. If that is too far then where DO they deliver? This was a little annoying, but I went ahead and placed the order anyway. About 40 minutes later I hear a knock at the door, so I ran down to get the order. When I opened the door the delivery driver gave me an attitude and told me he almost left. He almost left? Almost let because I made him wait a total of 15 seconds to open the door? I begrudgingly gave a tip, but I will never order from them or go there ever again. One would think they would appreciate any business they get given their location. I know they don't do much business and now I'm starting to figure out why.

Best homemade bread and pizza dough! The pizza is the best I've ever had! Their subs are full of meat and cheese. Always quick. Live music nights are worth a trip.

consistently good, and it's the only place that delivers to our house so we order from them 2-3 times a month. favorites are the panini del marcato and vegetarian pizza. we prefer carry-out to eat-in because it's always freezing cold in the restaurant.

On separate occasions our bill has been wrong. They overcharge. We gave them the benefit by returning because the food is good. This time my fiancé demanded a full refund. It was reluctantly given but we were more or less told not to return by the manager. This place is sketchy. Beware.

I have frequented this establishment for many years and have returned often because the food is good. However, Fratelli Pizzeria & Grill has been an utter disappointment recently. The food has been sub par and the customer service is nonexistent. My wife and I ordered food for delivery and waited for 90 minutes for a basic large pizza and two drinks. The pizza was cold and hard upon arrival and the soda was carbonation without the syrup. I called to express our displeasure and received a litany of excuses and the promise that our next order would be "some percent" off. No thanks, keep your "some percent" off and we'll get our food elsewhere.
