The best pizza in town. I love there cheese pizza and BBQ chicken pizza. I can say that this is the best pizza in town or in surrounding towns.

So when we get to the hotel I inquire about decent local food options that don't suck. I got two places that both desk clerks recommended. The first didn't turn out well at all but thankfully Gianni's was The Spot. I mean you're not talking anything outrageously different that can't be found on/near any college campus by a long line of copy cat Italian/Pizza joins but the difference with Gianni's is that they don't......well......suck. We ordered twice for pickup and both times the food was ready right on schedule. Parking was no biggie either as I was able to get a space across the street. The one quirk worth mentioning is that apparently they don't have or don't believe in A/C because it was really, really hot inside to the point of me being thankful that we weren't eating in. (Maybe that's also why both times I went no one was eating in. It was just a long line of boxes on top of the oven ready for pick up/delivery.) We sampled a wide range of pizza, cheesesteaks (beef & chicken), grinders and apps and all tasted/looked as advertised. Prices are about in line with what you would expect and they do make pizza in four different sizes from a small to an XL. None of the food here is going to be featured in Epicurious but then again it doesn't have to be highbrow, it just needs to be hot when it's supposed to be hot and cold when it's supposed to be cold along with the star of the show which is a very good sauce and when you put it together it = Damn Good Food that is worth stopping for if you're in Frostburg.

Today when I try to make an order, they hanged up on me first time. Then I called back and they gave me an hard time. They told me that I have to inform them that I am using Interpreter to place an order. Is that equal access for me? NO! I want to be treated as normal person. I even spoke with the manger, and the manger gave me an hard time and told me that its my fault this thing happen. When I try to education them about how we normally make a phone calls with an interpreter. I would not order anything from this place ever again! They disrespect people who have disability.

Lived in Frostburg 3 years and rarely did we miss a wing night from here. With the wide variety of flavors (garlic parm is a must) and wings cooked properly consistently we always came back. We almost always went with the delivery or pick up option and never left disappointed. The stromboli is also a personal favorite of mine. I haven't found another one like it in the area, including the other local gianni's restaurants. I have sat down and eaten in the restaurant and it does leave something to desire. It's clearly a mediocre restaurant experience but on its "A" game when it comes to pick up and delivery.

Their pizza is ok at its best. But their service is totally crap! They have managed to mess up several of my orders to where even one time they never even put the order in and I waited 90 minutes before I finally called and there was no apology for the mistake and I still had to pay their ridiculous price for a pizza that doesn't match. Additionally they have the longest wait times that I have ever had to deal with being outside of the city were the fastest the claimed the pizza would arrive would have been 45 minutes but it usually doesn't arrive till an hour. And the final blow to me doing business with them ever again was that my wife just called to place an order today and the immature girl that answered the phone put her on hold 3 times without even beginning to take the order! I have now officially sworn off even thinking about doing business with such a poorly managed, overpriced, and longest wait times forever!
