Went to Red Lobster for our anniversary, and we had the ultimate feast! The Maine lobster tail was delicious, and our amazing server Nicole let us substitute the fried shrimp for Sea scallops! Our meal was delicious and timing was perfect. The excellent service really made the difference. We will definitely be going back soon!

Your are killing me! Just spent an hour trying to order gift cards for my family and your website keeps giving me errors. Tried ipad and PC. This happened last year as well. Help the people give some love for the holidays and get a real website.

Went here for dinner today after my grandaughter's dance recital. I have to say our experience was surprisingly excellent. The service was great (thanks Erica!) The food was outstanding. The mushrooms stuffed with lobster and shrimp were to die for. We each had different entrees and they were all great. When they say something has lobster and shrimp, they aren't kidding. Big chunks of lobster in the mushrooms as well as the pot pie.We didn't have anything we didn't like and that's saying a lot with a 7-year-old. No wonder they most always have a wait. Highly recommend.

Went there last night, family of five. Got crabfest menu items, lobster, Alfredo, steak and shrimp, couple of appetizers, and a couple of desserts. Every one of the items was simply great. The only problem was that we ordered too much food and to avoid monumental waste, ate a little too much. Kids can eat only so much. Service was reasonable and nice. Although, due to a lot of people, there was quite some waiting for desserts and check. We were not in a hurry anyway, so it didn't matter. Highly recommended, if you want to burn some cash in exchange of good food.

I pretty much only came here to try the biscuits, and they were amazing. The rest of the food was pretty alright...I assume it was on par with other Red Lobsters. Alfredo sauce was great, endless shrimp was disappointing, caesar salads were really creamy and awesome. Service was a little slow and unenthusiastic, but overall everything was alright.

Once a year I get a hankering for cheddar biscuits. I know to not expect much from the rest of the meal. As such, my meal was fine. No major complaints. The caesar salad was swimming in dressing so I didn't eat more than a few bites. The stuffed tilapia was surprisingly good, though they didn't include nearly as much as lobster and crab stuffing as on the promotional picture. Still, it wasn't overcooked which is usually a problem at chains. I actually enjoyed it. RL could update their sides menu though. The baked potato and rice pilaf were uninspired. JV ordered the 4 courses for $16 deal. He said his baked potato soup wasn't very creamy but okay. The chicken alfredo was good and a Cheesecake Factory-esqe portion. Good bang for your buck. Like another reviewer, Neveen was our server and she was wonderful. Kept a smile on her face throughout our meal and brought refills of warm biscuits and cold drinks as needed. Btw, in case you're thinking of having a drink while waiting for a table, the bar literally has 4 seats.

I love this place! Seafood is my absolute favorite!! I hear all these complaints about " not getting fresh lobster from the tank" you have to ask to do that dummy's!! Remember when you where a kid and wanted to pick one out and the waiter took you over, and you picked one out, the scooped it up and took it to the kitchen, then you felt horrible when u saw it cooked on your plate because you picked that ones faith, lol, you have to ASK to pick one from the tank, if not they are just going to bring u one from the freezer or wherever. Love the food, just wish it wasn't so expensive, but hey I'd pay to go there...only on a special occasion or holiday, this isn't a eat out every day kind of place.

Two stars because the server was good and so were the biscuits. Everything else was not very good. The prices are high, I was surprised there was such a long wait. I can get a much better meal at Bonefish for same cost. I ordered a shrimp trio, it was greasy and everything pretty much tasted the same. My husband ordered the salmon, it was ok. Nothing I would come back again and order.

Love the red lobster. We had a great time at this location. The place is huge but the parking is a little off. The food was great and our waitress was on point.

Service was great. Food was ok for me. My wife had to send hers back which I'm not gonna hold against anybody because the manager did the right thing and comped the meal, no questions asked. This place gets 4 for service and going beyond what I expected from a red lobster.

Me and my family came in for lunch and it was delicious ! I give kudos to the chief it is lobster feast this week and the lobster was so good! I had the dueling lobster tails and it was superb!! The waiter immediately greeted us brought out our drinks and our food was ready in no time. Our food came out hot and tasty! The waiter frequently checked on us, filled out drinks up before they reached the bottom of the glass. Overall this dinning experience was great and that's hard to find in this area for some reason . Oh my son said the chicken fingers were perfect !

My husband and I have dinner here at least once a month. We usually order the lobster pizza or coconut shrimp for an appetizer. Both are very tasty. The various grilled & fried fish, snow crab legs, and shrimp dishes are always seasoned and cooked appropriately and served hot. The cheddar bay biscuits are always fresh from the oven. The broccoli is lightly seasoned- not over cooked or soggy, and the salads are always fresh. One of the reasons we enjoy coming here is because the food & service are always consistent. We've had several servers who have been there for a long time and recognize us when we visit. They are prompt, friendly, and professional. The Mango Mai Tai is out of this world, and the Bay Breeze & Strawberry Passion Colada are also worth a try. We will continue to be regulars!

Have eaten at many Red Lobsters and have always liked the food. I have to say that our waitress Neveen was "outstanding" it's a real pleasure to eat somewhere and have someone like her waiting on you. We never had to ask for refills or more biscuits. She checked on us every 5-10 mins. and she was working multiple tables. I usually only give 3-4 stars for other Red Lobsters but I gave this one a 5 because of Neveen.

What happened to Red Lobster? I used to go there as a kid and I remember it being a nice restaurant. First, the upsell - I was sitting down for about 2 seconds and my family was parking. The server was like " how about a bahama mama or a mojito while you wait" - no welcome to Red Lobster, just get some overpriced drinks NOW. I ordered water, when she came back she's trying to do the upsell again on appetizers. Didn't really make you feel warm and fuzzy. The biscuits which I remember as being super yummy were super greasy and no one ate them. The food is expensive! I ordered the Seafood sampler with lobster, and grilled shrimp and garlic shrimp. It was pretty good, but the shrimp is literally drowning in butter, it really doesn't look appetizing. The kids got popcorn shrimp and their fruit side was three pieces of an orange. The MIL ordered the salmon which was on their tableside flyer as one of the days specials. The server came back to tell her that it wasn't available, really? Salmon that is listed as today's special? And, you don't know that it's no longer available? The MIL picked the trout and those are really different fish, I really think that the server should have recommended something similiar - also, the entree was spicy and MIL hates anything spicy, so that was it for her. The bill came to $100 for 3 adults and 2 kids and the experience was just kind of cheap feeling. There are much nicer restaurants that are worth the price.

I've been to this red lobster a few times recently and overall I can only say that it is "Ok." The service has been overall average, one server appears nice, the next appears to be rushing. The food tastes good though I wouldn't say it's the best quality, just a bunch of oils, sauces, and spices to cover it up. If their biscuits were sold in the super market I don't know if I'd go into the restaurant. Overall I can just say Red Lobster is "Ok."

I have NEVER re-reviewed a place before on Yelp, but after the meal I just had, I felt completed to. You see, for X-mas, I received a gift card to Red Lobster from my sister, so I went out for a nice lobster meal with my mother. As expected, the place was busy, and we had a 15 minute wait. Counted the lobsters as I was bored. Shortly thereafter we were seated and had a pleasant waitress. I went with the stuffed lobster as I felt the market price for a Maine was pretty good. A few minutes later out salads arrived. My first thoguht was, "That was fast. Too fast." And while my Caesar was fine, my mother was not t all happy about hers. She felt that the Italian dressing.was off, and pink to boot. After what was about thirty minuets, our meals arrived. While mother thought her meal was "ok" at best, mine was terrible. The crab stuffing in the lobster was great, but the rest of the lobster was just atrocious. First, my Maine lobster was much bigger than a 1 1/4. (Bigger lobsters tend to have less taste) Second, the lobster was tough. And I mean tough, like overcooked by five minutes tough. Third, it was completely devoid of any taste or flavor. Even the butter was separating within a minute of the plate arriving. I had a hell of a fight to get the meat out of the claws and tail. In fact, it may have been easier to extract the meat from a live lobster caught by my bare hands in the Atlantic than to get the met out of this thing. And when I did, it was like trying to chew a wheel off a Metrorail train, which I might add, would have yielded more taste. It clearly wasn't a live Maine lobster, and I suspect it was a frozen. In fact, I suspect they took a frozen rock lobster from the freezer, defrosted it, and then overcooked it to speed up something they did in error in the kitchen. Red Lobster has been declining in quality for years, but this was a new low. I barely made it home before I had to hit the facilities to return my lobster to the sea in which it came from. Never again, Red Lobster, you've lost my business forever. After a decade plus of diminished standards, I am through with the chain outright. It's been a year since my last review, and in the four visits since that last review, there has been no improvement. In fact,m they only seem to get worse. _________________________________________________________ SIDENOTE -- There were the same number of lobsters in the tank when I left than when I entered. I recounted as I waited for my mother to come out of the ladies room. I know tank lobsters are show lobster.

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner the other night. I got the wood-grilled chicken with portabello mushroom wine sauce and mashed potatoes. The food was really good. this is a favorite dish of mine. my wine was over-priced for a small glass of sutter homes... $5.99/glass. The calamari and veggie app was a rip-off... there was barely any calamari... Other than that, all was good. our server, Rose, was very attentive, kind and professional. I really liked her. We will be back again for sure! Just not for the calamari app. lol

What a difference a year makes. I went again, a year later, got the same grilled lobster and shrimp. This time the lobster and shrimp tasted like they were cooked on a dirty grill or something...way too smokey/burnt tasting, even though it didn't look burnt. The waiter never once came back to check on us and ask it everything was okay and never refilled the water glasses. I had asked for extra lemon, and they never did bring that. After the meal, I paid with a gift card. The waiter never returned with change or in anyway gave me back the money on the gift card (my order, with tax, came to less than $20...the gift card was for $25). I finally asked him about it...he said he asked if any of us wanted money back (he may have asked one person, but he never asked me). He never should have assumed that the remaining money on the gift card was his tip (that would have been about a 25% tip--I tip 20% if service is good, 15% if it is okay...he wasn't that good, definately didn't deserve 20% much less 25%). I guess he figured that since I was with friends that I wouldn't say anything. I thought of saying something to the manager to let him know this guy was doing this, but let it go...but did get some of my change back. Still left him 15%, even though I felt like he deserved to be stiffed after that. One last thing...it was very cold in there, with cold air blowing on us, even though it was in the 30's outside.

About as bad as it gets when it comes to seafood. I had friends who worked down the street at the local hospital ER and they would occasionally get the victims from this place. Of course, I found out about this AFTER I went. There was, literally, sand in the rice pilaf. The fish was perhaps more fitting as a paperweight once it cooled off. The coffee was good. Our waiter had zits that could be seen from outer space. Not going back!

Visited on 07/29/2012and ordered one of the advertised 4 course meals. The cup of potato soup[ was half full, that is four tablespoons and 3 chucks of potato full. A skimpy house salad with watered down tasteless ranch dressing arrived next. The garlic chicken and shrimp over mashed potatoes was actually a nice portion and good though. The brownie and icecream dessert was just ok. My 13 yr old son ordered the double order of shrimp scampi and the portions are very skimpy on that dish and he was left still hungry. His french fries were hard and cold. Worse of all though was the dirty silverware with dried on bits of food stuck to it. Won"t go back to this restaurant.

Chain is a chain. But I really liked the server. She made it 4 instead of 3 stars. =]
