Be careful ordering online. They tend to not add the meat. Other than that, they are good.

This made me happy. This was the perfect cross between high class cuisine and fast food. Great prices and a fine food buzz. Right on!

I really want to love this location. It's fairly new so it's usually pretty clean and well stocked with condiments, and they have a big, shady patio to enjoy your food on. Unfortunately, every time I've been they are super stingy with the ingredients. Today I once again ordered my usual Penne Rosa (sub whole grain linguine for the penne) with shrimp. There were literally 4 shrimp and about the same number of mushrooms. I asked for feta cheese and received maybe a half teaspoon. I don't expect a plateful of shrimp but for a meal that costs almost $10, I don't think a bit more ingredients would be unreasonable. The staff here is very nice, much nicer than the College Park and Silver Spring locations. I would come here a lot more often if the food was better prepared.

We have eaten here severaly times. It's getting a little boring. The menu is very limited. The food is good and fresh. And the kids love the soda machine with all the different flavors. I wish they would run some special menu items to add more options.

Came here the other night and they updated the menu a bit. I had the newly added "Spinach and Fresh Fruit" salad (small size) and the regular sized "Japanese Pan Noodles". The salad is fantastic and my new obsession. I had them take off the bacon, bleu cheese, and onions. I am a bit crazy for figs, so for this to have a balsamic fig drizzle on it, I was quite excited. All the flavors go together perfectly, you have the tangy balsamic drizzle merging perfectly with the sweet apples and then there is the earthy crunchy addition of the pecans that set it all off. The greens were not at all wilted, but crispy and fresh. The Japanese Pan Noodles are my new obsession. I went vegetarian for the evening and did not add the steak as suggested on the menu. I asked for no mushrooms, sprouts, or cilantro (just ingredients I am not a fan of). The udon noodles are hearty, cooked to perfection (love the caramelization), and had just the perfect bit of spiciness. I liked that the carrots and broccoli remain crisp and not over cooked or soggy, they add some crunchiness to this dish that I really liked. This time, as we were standing at the menu board, and trying to decide what to order we were greeted by the cashier who asked us if we needed any help in deciding. Love the customer service touch, but it just reads a little invasive to me, it breaks my revelry of deciding and just serves to distract me rather than help me (the star rating won't suffer as a result of this because I figure this is company policy and not out of the kindness of the cashier's heart). When we did finally step up to the cash register to order, she was very sweet and nice to deal with, as a matter of fact, all the cashiers and employees I have dealt with here have been very cordial and accommodating, some even offering up suggestions as to what to order. N&C is one of the go-to spots and stop offs for when I need a consistently delicious dinner in a hurry.

Yes!!! The cashiers are friendly and cheerful and the restaurant is clean. My food was ready in 5 minutes and my Pad Thai with shrimp was tasty. My daughter ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and she was pleased. Light and just the right seasonings. I look forward to trying their Thai Hot Pot soon. Looks delicious!

A favorite of mine... then again, anything with noodles is a favorite. Pasta fresca - I ask for extra veggies and feta cheese. Potstickers are also good, as well as Mac and Cheese. Great for quick, hearty, noodle meal!

Went here with my family for dinner. Extremely expensive for what we got. They were stingy on everything. 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my large penne pasta. I ordered what ended up being the world's smallest Caesar salad. We almost ordered another pasta to share because we were all still hungry. I resisted the urge out of principal. Definitely won't be back to this N&C. The one in Reston is way better. This chain is clearly inconsistently managed.

Great lunchtime location. Ordered the Pad Thai without the shrimp and had my food within minutes of ordering. Staff was willing to explain and give suggestions on menu items. Ordered a to go meal for a coworker and it came out before I finished my food. Great location, plenty of parking and lots of seating!

Although Noodles & Co is not exactly a 5-star dining experience, I could not find any reason to deduct stars. As long as you like Noodles & Co, you should be fine here. Brief tutorial for 1st timers: There are 3 columns of noodle dishes, each containing 4 varieties (the menu has pictures of each dish). The lefthand column is Italian, the middle column is Asian, and the righthand column is American. You can order a small ($4.49) or large ($5.59). If you want to add meat, shirmp, or tofu, it will cost around $2.59 more. The dishes all taste just fine without the add-ons, so if you are on a budget, you can skip them. There are also soups, salads, and a few sandwiches. You order & pay at the counter, are handed a number to place on your table, and sit down. They bring you your food, utensils, and bus the table for you after you leave. The restaurant was clean, the employees were nice and helpful, and the tables were bussed right away. There also appeared to be plenty of seating (I was there during dinnertime)--I have been to other locations where there were either no open tables or no clean tables. This location has outdoor seating, which is a bonus.

First off the food, my family and I are huge fans of eating natural foods and Noodles N Company has spoiled us for years in VA, DC & now locally at Frederick MD. As Noodles prides itself in "PASTA ISN'T JUST PASTA". The pasta begins with #1 hard amber durum wheat. This pasta is specifically made by Dakota Growers Pasta Company in Carrington, North Dakota. Also, the signature udon noodles found in their Japanese Pan Noodles also are made exclusively just for Noodles. Lastly, nothing is more authentic than our rice noodles. They buy them from a company in Thailand that the Thai locals buy for their meals. Noodles also prides itself in natural products and ingredients, everything from Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and Italian seasoning, blend of jack and cheddar, natural eggs, etc. The food is absolutely amazing! Secondly the service, while I have been a loyal patron at Noodles for nearly 7 years. I absolute love our local Noodles N Company stores. Management and Staff are amazing beyond belief. They are incredibly vested, professional, caring and above all else, proud of the products and services. If you want to have a great meal and receive great service, check out Noodles N Company at Frederick MD.

I have had 2 very good experiences here! Food was good and customer service was really great. I had the Thai curry soup. I wasn't able to eat the noodles with the spoon- but that was my only complaint. My coworkers ordered the med sandwich and the asparagus di Parma pasta and both were very pleased as well. We will definitely be coming back, and will make this part of our lunch rotation.

My family stopped for dinner. Bad mistake. My son and I ordered first, my husband ordered separately. The restaurant was not too busy, but it was definitely run by teenagers. My husband ordered probably five minutes after us with no line. We ate our pasta and about 20 minutes later he still hadn't received his order. The whole time he made eye contact with the cashier- even held his hands up like "where's my food", no reply but a nod. In the end they lost his order after he WALKED up and waited to be heard by the two upfront ignoring him. All they offered him was to make it to go. He was pretty furious, after about a half an hour total, he couldn't get beef stroganoff... And they still wanted his money. Personally I think that they should have offered him a refund WITH it go. In the end he just asked for his money back. Poor hubby.

I am a huge fan! The food and staff is always great. My family visits this location at least once a week after my daughter's dance class. We love how there are healthy options and it makes for a quick dinner on a busy school night. Early last week we made our weekly visit and I order my "usual" but got caught up in reading about their new items, and forgot to add the steak to my order. The manager on duty was awesome and had the team quickly add it. A few days later we came by again and tried those new items, as expected, those spinach bowls are delicious too! Thank you!

I normally don't do chain restaurants, but I'd heard good things and was looking for something quick and inexpensive. I placed my order online, which was very convenient. The food was ready and accurate when I got there. That's where it ended. The cashier disappeared while there were people in line. Not sure where she went, but it was very frustrating. If you are going to step away from the register, let the customer know that you'll be right back. I couldn't find any forks for my salad and, after finally getting the attention of an employee, I was told that he couldn't find any napkins. As the weather was beautiful, I opted to sit outside. Every table that wasn't being used had dirty dishes all over. I relocated the dishes from my chosen table. I ordered the Pad Thai. The noodles were all stick and were relatively cool. The sauce was at the bottom. Didn't taste very authentic. Sorry, this is not a place that I will be visiting again. They have a sign inside stating that they will be serving beer and wine soon. At least one positive thing.

We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant and have returned several times. It is a busy place! The food is good and consistent. I wish the menu had more options. It is getting a little boring.

Great place with great food and even better service than most restaurants I have been too. I ordered a late dinner online on the way home from work and accidentally ordered it to the wrong store. I got there just before they closed and the order wasn't ready because it was the wrong location. The manager quickly made my order and comped my meal! Excellent service!

The restaurant is clean and staff is young, but friendly. I used to go weekly and mostly got beef stroganoff or mac and cheese or spaghetti. I am going to guess that if you love asian fare this is the place to go. BUT if you are a fan of just a good old italian or american dish - search elsewhere. There is NEVER enough sauce to cover even half the meal and the mac and cheese was so dry I ended up cooking it so my grandmother could even taste the cheese. It looked like noodles with about 2 teaspoons of grated cheese dumped in the middle. Mostly, I get take out so maybe it's better to just eat in. I called today to complain and they said for take out orders you only get one scoop of sauce; in house you get 2 scoops. I will never understand that...so don't get it to go - I will vouch for that much!! I stopped going and today decided to try again - never ever again.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
