Very good pork bbq sandwich, tasty, crisp coleslaw, and truly excellent, au point broccoli. Next Friday ($2 off) I'll try the fish and chips. Did I mention that I hear good things about the Crab Mac & Cheese?

There are not enough stars for this place. I absolutely love eating here! Definitely a great place to go if you want to have a beer and watch the game. The wings are awesome and the crab mac and cheese is to die for! I've had a little bit of everything from here and there's not one thing I've picked off the menu that I didn't love! Definitely one of my favorite spots when I am in Frederick!

I want to rank this place better but it's always one thing or another. Monday's they have a $5 burger special which is very good however the service is normally slow. Pretty decent selection of beers but again the issues with service trump everything. Certain members of the staff working the bar are cranky or downright rude. Maybe the table service is better.

Good service, nice people the food is good I enjoy the appetizer fries with cheese and ranch! I'm never disappointed when I go there they had a thing going on for St. Patrick Day with green beers and Irish beers yum! The only thing was my margarita was more like a smoothie didn't taste alcohol. Going back soon

UPDATE: I was contacted by a manager here on Yelp, offering me a certificate to come back in and try Glory Days again. In the mail, I received a gift certificate for $10, which I am pretty sure will get me an appetizer only. It's also a bit insulting since my review clearly states I had a party and definitely paid more than $10 for crap service. Essentially, they want me to pay to give them a second chance. I think not.

Service was great from the greeting at the front door through the entire dinner service. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. Refills came without having to ask or the glass even getting empty. I love when a place just keeps the drinks coming at a perfect pace. The food came quickly and was delicious. I prefer this place over any of the other side of similar chains. Their wings with the Glory sauce are a must try. They are awesome.

Ask to see the Ripper Menu! But be hungry when you do. YUMMMMMM Very noisy here. But it IS a sports bar after all, so I would expect that.

    (4)
  • Christopher G.

Hmmm... Another sports bar chain a la BWWs, Aroogas, or the Green Turtle only exorbitantly expensive (cheap wing night is 80¢ wings) extremely slow service and food delivery. Had the chicken wrap and bacon burger which were good but not exceptional. Wasn't bad but doesn't merit going out of my way to come back. Lots of TVs though with tabletop speakers...

  • Errick E.

Good sports bar in Frederick to catch a game. Food was good, nothing super exciting. Glory Wings were great (special prices on Wednesday), service at bar was great. Busy for lunch, appeared to have many regulars!

In my search for a place to get burgers and beer, Yelp directed to me this as an option. Husband and I went here on a Friday night and were very satisfied with our dining experience. First off, parking was a bit of a challenge. The parking surrounding it was completely full and we ended up driving in circles for a bit before finding something. We were greeted nicely by the hostess and our waitress was very polite and friendly. It was slightly loud, but that was expected, knowing that it's a sports bar full of tvs. Great happy hour specials- we both got a 22 oz draft for $3.99 each. Lots to choose from for beers on tap. Our waitress was awesome and even asked if we wanted anything else before happy hour was over. I ordered a burger medium well and the taste was good, but unfortunately it was cooked to maybe medium so, I didn't finish it all. My husband had the chicken fingers tossed in hot sauce. They were VERY hot, but good quality white meat. Overall, the food was tasty, cheap and service was great. We will definitely be back!

  • Angie J.

Excellent customer service! The hostess and waitress were very friendly! :) I ordered the veggie burger and parsley red potatoes which were delicious! My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and said it was excellent. I look forward to trying other food items and will bring my kids next time. I'm sure they'll love their burgers and wings.

Average bar food. Runny cheese on nachos. Very friendly, attentive staff. They have lots of t.v.s, a speaker at your table for tuning into the t.v. of your choice.

    (3)
  • Christopher H.

I gotta say I was pretty impressed by the place. It's a chain sports bar, which means TV's all over the place. What I do like is that they have little speakers that you can use so you can listen to whatever TV you want. The food was above average - the crab cake sandwich I had was fantastic. The service was friendly fast and efficient.

Service = B+ Food = B+ Value = B Often VERY crowded, but lot's of tv's etc. ok for a casual dining experience

Get the wings with the Glory Sauce. This place has many TVs so you can watch all the games. The service is friendly. First time coming here and I felt like a regular.

Great place to watch a game, or two, or three or...basically there are a lot of screens with a variety of games up that it keeps a self diagnosed A.D.D like me pretty occupied. The pretty decent bar food, the martinis sound amazing but I have yet to try one :(

    (3)
  • TJ S.

Whether you're in Frederick or Glen Burnie, this is the best place to watch the big games if you can't at home. They have gluten free food and tons of places to watch sports. We have always had good service and food.

Disclaimer: I went to this place around 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. I went here to grab a late lunch in between running errands. When I walked through the door, I noticed there were about four people in uniforms talking at the bar. Not one of them noticed me. I grabbed a menu to see if I this was the place I wanted to eat ... there are other places to eat in this shopping center. Another person walked in, who was there for some kind of training. An employee ran over to get her, and still, not a word to me. I noticed a waiter walking around and asked if I should just sit wherever (I was interested in the outside patio) and he seated me, and told me that someone would be around soon. Two tables were already seated in the patio, one which had a waitress come out and give them their bill. She looked directly at me and walked back inside. Ok, maybe I wasn't one of her tables... I get that. What I didn't get was waiting another five or so minutes and STILL no one came out. I went back inside and sat at the bar, ordering an Arnold Palmer and the small portion of their grilled chicken salad. The food itself was fine. I think this place would be great to watch any kind of sports, considering there were TVs everywhere. But I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon... especially for lunch.

Went here a couple times with my parents. Glory Days is a good place to go if you want a beer and burger to watch some sports. Good bar with good beer on tap. My parents and I went on Monday and were able to get the Classic Burgers for $5.50. This is a defiantly a great deal because the burgers are really good and you can get a side with the burger or get soup instead. If you're going to get a side, get the creamy mashed potatoes. We went as soon as they opened at 11 am so service was good. I would recommend Glory Days and defiantly check out the daily specials before you go.

  • Wang C.

Speaker at the table was blown, it sounded horrible. Food was nothing special. This place is so impressive I go once every 4 to 5 years, yes years. Great for watching games, and hanging out with people.

  • David H.

I ordered the Prime Rib sandwich, which in the menu was described as rare and juicy. What I got, on the other hand, was microwaved, overdone, rubbery and dry. Avoid this sandwich at all costs!! The veggies side was ok but made from frozen veggies. The waiter was nice but the interruptions to our conversation to check in on us were unnecessary and annoying.

  • Tabitha S.

Love that there are tvs everywhere, some sports, news, and even cartoons for the kids. Each table has its own speaker box where you can turn up the volume for which ever tv you are watching. Food is so good. The crab dip pretzel is amazing! Grilled cheese sammy is good and so are their wings. Burgers are so good too! Kids love it and so do the in laws!

This was our first time at this restaurant. The food was pretty good. They have a great selections and the restaurant itself is a sports bar basically. They have tv's everywhere and you can even tune in from your table to listen to a station. I had the clam chowder soup and cuban sandwich. It was great.

Experience began with an indifferent greeting by a hostess with her nose firmly planted in the seating chart. Thankfully, my server, Kristina arrived with a warm smile and welcome. After delivering my drink Kristina demonstrated a great understanding of the sizeable menu, made recommendations and even helped with the balky Wi-Fi. Waiting for a friend (who never arrived!) I ordered onion rings and broiled boneless wings. The longer than typical wait for my order provided an opportunity to get a better look at the attractive restaurant; 427 TVs (or so it seemed) and clean floor, glass and tables. It's clearly a pretty popular place for small groups as two large tables (10 and 12 p.p.) were seated close by with others around the restaurant. While one group was heard to complain a bit about close quarters (it's actually not more crowded than most restaurants of this style) both were quickly served. And, I tried to play games/music on the tabletop "Touch Tunes" system 3 times and twice received "Encountered a Problem Try Again" notices. Ahhh...attention to detail. Then the food arrived. The serving of onion rings was plentiful but the taste, presentation and texture were all so-so even with the "Spicy Dipping Sauce" promised on the menu. I would have thought the batter would have been a bit more "special" given the surroundings but was clearly mass produced and delivered by an 18 wheeler. By the way, the sauce, which was hardly spicy, was barely enough for half of the rings. But maybe I was dipping too deep in an effort to add some flavor to the rings. The boneless wings arrived barely warm but the ranch-flavored dipping sauce was tasty...I even tried it on my still dull onion rings. A server working adjacent tables was kind enough to remove a plate from my table and was doing a very nice job with his parties. That said, I'm hoping the managers are taking good care of Kristina and other wait staffers as the food is boring. The smiles, attention and knowledge of the wait staff brings what would have been a weak "2" rating to a solid "2" or, as the rating key says, "Meh. I've experienced better."

Great atmosphere with excellent menu and a wide variety of sports playing on numerous TVs. The service was awesome and we happened to go on hamburger night, Monday's, so the burgers were cheap and tasty. There was a lot of choices of draft on tap as well.

Great burgers great boneless wings. Service usually pretty good. Friendly fast. Occasionally take out orders are not the same quality or correct. But eat in is always good. Had the hell fire burger: yum! The seasonal lunch salads are pretty good. fish tacos are a "don't miss." Chicago style dog pretty good! Lemonade was really good. We like going here but only if we don't have to wait.

Visited this location with my wife.... the place wasn't that busy... we waited 20 minutes to get someone even come and wait our table. They finally came by and said hold on and will be right back..... they never came back..... won't come back to this location again.

Not a bad place to hang out. Many tvs in side the restaurant broadcasting all the sports channels. We came here for late lunch and it was not many ppl but I can tell when at night it is going to be packed and loud! Food is good, I got the philly cheese steak and my co worker got the chicken steak, both tastes great. Will come here again next time I am in town.

Bad lunch service during the week. I saw lots of business people in there so they should be courteous to the fact that people want to stop in and grab something to go quickly! I walked in at 12:30 pm and got a boneless chicken wing salad to go. It's literally lettuce, blue cheese on the side with 6 boneless wings on top. Considering they specialize in wings they should have them made! It took 30 minutes and I finally gave into my fuming frustrations and asked what the hell was up - and the bartender and manager go back to check and come out saying it's being made right now. I didn't leave until 1:10 pm. Somebody didn't do their job. Bad service. Bad quality food and overpriced. 30 minute wait for lettuce, $11 later. Will not be returning. *The manager of Glory Days responded to my complaint and apologized and offered my next meal be on them. It is good to know that as a business they take their complaints seriously and strive to do better" THANKS!

Was told the roast beef on "wick", a Buffalo staple, was the closest to the real Buffalo sandwich...not even close. Waitress friendly but did not know the menu. Might return but will order something else, like s burger!

Made my first trip to Glory Days Grill over the weekend and was very pleasantly surprised! The service was great. We called ahead which I would recommend during peak hours there was a crowd waiting but we were seated right away. Our waiter was great and the food came out very promptly. They have a great gluten free menu, tons of options which was a little unexpected. If you are eating gluten free this is a great place to go! It doesn't require decoding a menu to figure out what to get. I had the wings and steak combo, wings with glory sauce were very good. The combo came with fries and a salad. The food was good for what it was, great bar food! Overall would recommend!

I'm giving this 5 stars not because it is a 5-star restaurant, but because the food, service and wait staff (including hostesses) are top notch at this location! This location has plenty of good parking as well. We drive all the way here from Gaithersburg, which is about a half hour drive, but WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. We order the rib dinner, which is by far the best baby back ribs around! We usually get the original BBQ sauce on our ribs and it is finger-lickin' good! It beats any NC BBQ joint! We were just sad that they left the Germantown location!

OK so update: service is still crap tho not as bad as last time. Server was Playin old slow.. Asked for extra wet naps and she brought 2. Also the fried fish was tasteless.

We were really hungry because it was late and we had skipped lunch. The bonefish grill had a 35 minute wait and this place could take us right away. the customer service was great. However, the food was just ok. But, what can be expected from most chain restaurants/sports bar. We ate here for convenience rather than choice.

By far my favorite spot in Frederick. The entire atmosphere is amazing everytime im there. Bartenders are very friendly, service is excellent, every single time. Good happy hour deals, and after 9 Thur-Sun. $4 any tall beer after 9...this place rocks! Absolutely love watching sports here....for real. TVS everywhere....sound everywhere. Prices are very reasonable.

Lovvveee the food here.. I always get the same thing. 8 count mild for my man and 8 count Honey bourbon for me, & the cheese fries with bacon. They have a 5$ coupon they'll occasionally give out to customers, which is great. & they're open late. We can place an order on a Friday night as late as 11:45 and still pick it up. The bartender is usually the one to serve us our to go order on late nights. I can't remember her name. I believe it's Julia.. Something with a J. Dark hair usually in a pony tail. New York chick. Definitely get the impression that all of her customers love her, great personality, friendly, & one time our "extra cheese&bacon" fries didn't have so much extra, and ever since then she opens them up and double checks for us. Very personable. Would highly recommend the food, or even just to go have some drinks when that specific bartender is working!

My mom sent me a picture of a huge, delicious looking salad she picked up for lunch the other day. Come to find out, it was from Glory Days. This prompted a dinner time visit that night...then lunch a few days later. First, there is a lot going on in there. They were decently busy. Not packed but it still seemed loud and full because of the 100 TVs (not really 100). The host staff and the servers were all very polite which was nice. This place has a pretty large menu but pretty basic stuff; just what you would expect from an American bar and grill. Good salads, good wings and a decent beer selection. Seems to cater to the older bar crowd but also families. If nothing else, a solid game day and wings spot. We will be back.

Came to this location for the first time to watch Sunday night football with some friends. And I loved it! The wait staff are really nice and helpful. (And it helped that our waiter was hot. *wink wink*) There are plenty of big screens all over... AND there are speakers at each table to tune into any of the TVs you like! So, you won't miss any of your game. I recommend the Red Sangria (be sure to get a pitcher) and the crab pretzels. I prefer Glory Days over BWW... just saying.

Great service. Tried the chicken wings with Od Bay seasoning it was delicious. The place was clean and sports TV's all over the place. I will be back!

Excellent. Had the most delicious, thick, juicy burger with coleslaw that had just the right amount of mayo and seasoning. Hubby loved his crispy fries. Service was quick and friendly. Wish Glory Days was in NJ. Wish I could have one of their burgers now.

Good selection of beers and variety of food. Wednesday is wing night. They were okay. This place is better than BW3. I will go back again. Great patio seating but limited on tables.

Good food but nothing to write home about. I mean, maybe I'd "write home" about the service! All the staff was very friendly & accommodating. I'd come here again when I'm in the area. Good place to have beers & watch the game with a group.

  • Jake W.

Bad service, good food, but the food doesn't make up for the service. Waiter takes out order- doesn't write anything down (always a bad sign). I ordered a beer and a burger with jalapeños added. When I ordered the beer he didnt ask me if i wanted a large he just brought it to me (10 minutes after I ordered it and after I was forced to ask where my beer was)- and charged me for it. Food came out and just as suspected I jalapeños that I ordered came with it. After eating, and getting the bill I noticed an extra charge for the side of Mac and cheese which there was an extra 1.50 charge for. Long story short I would go elsewhere for food, drinks, and timely/accurate service

We love this place. The food is great, the prices are good, the staff is friendly and helpful. We can take our kids here without any problem (including when I discreetly nurse my baby), and we've watched entire football games here during the season. They have a TON of TVs, so every game is covered and you can watch any one of them comfortably. A problem we noticed in the women's bathroom was quickly fixed the next time we visited. It really is an overall great place. Our "default" place to go out to eat is here!

My wife and I came here for lunch today haven't been here in a while. My wife is Gutenberg free and Glory Days now has a gluten free menu to our surprise. The food was what we expected service was above average and we will return

18 July 2012 1200 PM Wednesday Accessibility: This place is located in a shopping center so really just navigating your way through the parking lots is the key. Drive on the outside need the highway. Also I have found if you go during a real busy time, parking may be at a distance. You can enter either in the side where to go orders are picked up or an the very front near the outdoor seating. 3 Stars Atmosphere: This place is loud, noisy and can be distracting place with all the TVs. If you likke the multiple TVs with sports everywhere on all different channels, then tthis really is the place for you. If you like it a little quieter, not TVs with sponts on every channel that fills the walls - then this is not for you. It is fun and though it may be "ok" for kids, though it is best for adults. I have always been there with a group of adults and aalways find it great fun. 3 Stars Customer Service: We were greated and then seated as soon as we got there. I was in a party of five and I must say that our waitress was right there. She took immediate care of us and frequently filled our glasses with beverages as needed. So for me, today during the lunch time period, the service was great. This was a great lunch and we could get in aand get out all during the short time period we had. Our waitress (while I ccannot remember her name) really is the 5 stars. Menu I had the "Sliders and Half Salad". The sliders were the Turkey BLT, with thee Ceasar Salad. First the salad was awesome!!! It had a healthy amount of cheese on the top along with croutons that while a little too hard to spear with your fork, were flavorfful. I have to admit that the Half Salad for lunch that they offer, is more like a regular sized salad and this makes the meal worth the price of $9.99!! So enjoy the lunch menus if you go there during lunchtime! It was awesome! The Turkey BLT slider was also good. I like the buns and all the trimmings. It would look better if the Turkery was actually fluffed in the bun instead of just dumpec on it as if it came from a cup. The bacon while nicely crispy, would have been nice to have gotten more than just one piece per slider. But trust me if you want to enjoy a good Turkey BLT and salad, this combination will fit the bill! They offer a full menu, with their specialty being the Hamburgers. I would have to give the sandwich and salad a 3-4 Stars. And more toward the 4 only because I have eaten here a few times before and know what to expect.3 Stars This was a busy time so thee was alot of business meetings going on at all tables. Would I ever come here again: Sure. I know what to exect. And like to go there only for lunch or if in the mood for the All American Burger. 4 Stars Recommend trying it once and you be the judge over it yoursel.

I have never had the desire to venture in. Sure, when I am next store at Bone Fish, the happy hour crowd has overflowed to outdoor seating next store at the Glory Days. They are nestled at tables (along the HIGHWAY!), and those waiting for a table are milling outside. The place has the look and feel of a TGIFs, etc. and didn't call out to me "fine wine" or "dirty martini's" or gourmet eclectic menu. However, a friend and I decided to take our kids there. Multiple TVs, where you can "tune in" a speaker at your table was a HUGE hit with the under 10 crowd. Our server was excellent. I was a little disturbed that in the rest room, when I asked another server how the unit on the table worked (it seemed to be a game machine) she was clueless. But all those others watching the games, I can tell they enjoyed this little gadget too. We had a Disney channel nearby later in the evening, so that was thoughtful and SO COOL. While my kids didn't order off the kids menu (it was pretty much a kids menu and I have one who prefers steak and one who ordered shrimp) my two youngsters gave the place a BIG thumbs up in terms of food. I ventured in and out of the bar area at times and the service there by the gals tending was cheerful and efficient. It's a fine establishment. No real complaint. If you want the table experience of a chain American restaurant, it's your place. The bar area seemed fun, with the regular who may frequent Houlihan's or the once Pargos. I adore the outdoor seating, the Route 15 whizzing by is not my cup of tea! The curb service for drive up / carry out is a cool definate plus!

Typical chain resturant but the service was quick and friendly. There are a ton of TVs and you can tune the volume to a specific TV right at your table. Prices are reasonable and happy hour was cheap!

Ate there tonight. Service was good. This is more of a comparison of Lobster Rolls between Glory Days & Panera Bread. The Panera Bread roll is fabulous. Lumps of lobster on a wonderful bread. The Glory Days version was more creamy and was served on hot dog rolls. Panera wins!
