Three stars is generous, but the milkshake was SO GOOD. I got a chocolate shake with oreos. I like that you can add two toppings to the shake for the same price. Definitely good. A tad overpriced, I thought. The burgers just tasted healthy, but I liked being able to put as many toppings as I wanted on it. I liked the fries. If I'm going to eat a burger I want it to be juicy and good (rather than healthy/dry), so I would rather go to Five Guys.

Grass-fed organic beef burgers, finally, with pinkish center. Double patty, bacon, skip bun and wrap in lettuce; paleo peeps should go gas-gaa. Yes, it's brilliant :)

Nice, grill-flavored burgers made from grass-fed beef, and crisp, thin fries. The roll is soft, so I recommend eating-in if you have the time.

Every time I visit, expectations are achieved. Great, fresh burgers, clean, modern facility, including the restrooms. I can't eat a burger anywhere else now. Too bad I live so far away. Elevation burger should come to western Maryland!

I love EB! Despite the long line I walked into today, I was pleasantly surprised to only wait a few minutes to order. After that, really only five minutes for my food. I just wish there was one in Westminster! My sister used to live in Frederick and I used to come every time when I saw her, and now I just come to EB! I am gluten intolerant so I come for the lettuce wrapped burger, pickles and caramelized onions only. It is so good. I am not a huge fan of the cheddar cheese so I get no cheese. I am so pleased that you don't skim on quality and use grassfed meat. The fries are amazing and I love that they are fried in olive oil instead. I did a Whole 30 paleo challenge and was actually able to eat these fries because of the olive oil, so thank you! They were a great treat. Today I tried a plain chocolate shake for the first time and it was so good and fresh. One of the best ones I have ever had. Service has ALWAYS been a high point for EB also. THANK YOU and just wish there were more of you around!!!

We eat here every couple of weeks. This is the only place I will eat a burger from. Their "fancy fries" are AMAZING. Very good prices and staff is always friendly. The burgers are drier than most places but HELLO that's kind of the point. If you want a grease filled burger go to Five Guys where you'll want to sleep for 4 days after eating their food. You HAVE to try a milkshake.

  • Kimberly J.

Burger was good, but pretty average. I wish they had avocado as a topping. The fries were stellar! Really crispy and hot! Definitely will be back to try the milkshake.

A step up from 5 guys, which to me their burgers were greasy and heavy the fries to. EB was delicious, fresh taste, and not heavy on the stomach. Everything cooked to order so there's a wait. Price is on the higher spectrum 2adults full meals around $20+. Great quality

Sometimes the burgers are over cooked and dry while other times they are perfectly juicy. Tonight the burger was slightly pink throughout the center. The beef also seems to be unseasoned. Adding a pinch of salt really boosts the flavor. I love the unprocessed cheddar which has a really nice texture and gives it a natural feel. The fries have an olive oil flavor that makes me feel a little healthier while eating them. I really enjoy eating here but I wish the food was a little more consistent.

Love their burgers! You can definitely tell it is organic meat. I always get the kids burger because 2 patties is a bit too much.

  • Deidre C.

Excellent concept, shoddy execution. The idea of organic burgers is very appealing. The actual burger was disappointing. It was pouring grease every time I took a bite. The burgers are also pretty expensive. I feel like they nickel and dime you for everything possible. The one bright, sunny spot in this dismal burger environment are the fries. These delicious, super-thin shoestring fries are phenomenal. If I didn't have to deal with the insane lines and awkward layout of the seating area, I would probably eat these fries more often.

I'll never understand why Elevation Burger chains get mediocre reviews. They're no different than Five Guys - except that they're organic. The food isn't "healthy" and you're not getting McDonald's, so don't expect to pay those bargain prices. It's cooked to order - so you'll wait longer. I've been coming to this particular chain for years and have always been pleased. I rarely eat meat but when I do, I want peace of mind that what I'm putting into my body isn't a patty full of all sorts of shady *&#! The end.

Good place for organic burgers. The place was nice and clean, everything was well restocked and the wait time for our food was quick. Only problem was the staff here. I took my son here for the first time today and definitely felt extremely unwelcome. The cashier was not friendly and not helpful and the staff in the back seemed like they could be doing better things rather than serving customers. I really liked the burgers and so did my son, that I give a good review. However, the employees here need to be worked on.

  • Katie S.

The good: the place is very clean and SOME of the staff were very polite and helpful. The bad: first, our cashier was incompetent. As we ordered by the menu listed right above our heads, I had to clarify for him that a Veggie #2 doesn't come with cheese - it's vegan. He then asks again, "so, no cheese?" ok ok, maybe I'm being a little to critical, I thought. Our total for two sandwiches, two fries and 1 soda came to $25!!! I didn't think that was right so I check and quickly saw he rang up 3 fry orders. I went to get it corrected and he was 4 feet away from me chatting with some customer in the dining area. Thats when the helpful employee who appeared to be a cook/awesome dude that knows how to put in refunds helped me out. We left, I only made it through 1/2 my veggie burger and handful of fries before I realized this meal was a mistake - gastrointestinally speaking. Fiancé had the same regrets. That will be our final visit...paying $20+ for stomach aches is out of my budget!!

Elevation would be given a ZERO rating if possible. Organic is cool and hip.. But pieces of plastic in my burger? Bro, that's not even close to organic. My first time here will also be my last time ever. The prices are cool, the service is quick and decent and the wait is very short. But that's about all they've got going for them. I ordered a veggie burger and milkshake and fries to-go. The milkshake was decent, nothing to write home about. The fries were mediocre at best, nothing to rave about. Then the burger... As I took my first bite I had a couple crunches in there.. I assumed it was like idk, beans or something.. (Now in retrospect that notion was probably bc I really wanted to like Elevation) so I opened up my burger and *GAGS* wtf?!?! A load of small pieces of hard black plastic? It had to have been an old spatula they were using? Either ways... DISGUSTING AND INEXCUSABLE. (Posted the pictures) Whatever, with so many other options for burgers in Frederick now I won't feel bad about having had a crappy experience here. Over it.

  • S. K.

not even impressed. I will say the fries are better than smash burger but the burgers them selves are a total disappointment. Dry, tasteless and small. Five Guys fries are light years ahead of both of these places. I would not waste any more money here. They do have milk shakes... At 12:30 on a tuesday we were the only ones there. Now I know why 1 double burger, 1 small burger, 1 fry and two small drinks $22 really....

I'm pleased to announce the wet dog smell is gone from EB Frederick! My recent weekend was most pleasing. The service was friendly and fast. My kid's burger with cheese, bacon, lettuce, and ketchup was delicious! Nice and juicy- you can really taste the difference in the quality of ingredients they use versus other burger chains. The fries were tasty but I gotta say they were unusually greasy. I'm glad they use olive oil but that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep an eye on how much olive oil is used! Can I go on a quick rant please? I need yall to stop complaining about the size of EB's burgers! They're not too small... Your stomachs are too big! Believe me, I'm not some skinny, size 0 chick- I can put away a double patty or half pound burger with the best of them. That doesn't mean it's a good habit to have. Sometimes it's best to walk away from the table a little hungry... beats having a heart attack!

All I can say is, I love it and I want more. How much better can you get - grass fed organic beef patties, topping choices galore and consistent quality every time!. I have been to this location in Frederick 5 times now. I have ordered burgers with a range of different toppings (fried onions, mushrooms, elevation sauce, mayo, tomato, bacon, cheese, etc = YUM!) I love that you can go naked on the burger (no bun) or lettuce wrapped ( better than gluten free bun for a $1 more). The lettuce is never wilted or slimy, it's always green and crisp (except when it has been wrapped around a burger for 10 minutes while I get it to-go at work.) I am gluten-free so the lettuce wrap is a nice touch on the bun-alternative menu option. The fries are simply awesome- fresh cut, shoe-string fries, fried in olive oil. You can order the fries loaded with cheese and bacon for additional cost, it is worth it - so good! I haven't tried anything else here yet but I likely will as I go more often. I just can't seem to pull myself from the burgers and fries LOL.

This location need to step it up a notch. I don't frequent elevation burgers but I've been too a few. The burgers are okay and they could work on the fries but we all no Mcdonalds has the best ones anyway. So they are doing what they can I guess. What is the elevation about? I felt that I needed and elevation to take me to the air condition building because this one was HOT. I know it's cool outside at night but not inside. I need this location to use the air condition or open some doors. It will help you to get more customers for sure and they will want to return. I don't eat in the heat in doors in the summer time.

When this restaurant recently opened, I went to try a burger. It was very good tasting. However in the past few months it seems to me that the quality has declined somewhat. Still great burgers though. Shoestring fries are a nice side, and the shakes are pretty tasty. They also offer a "vertigo" burger with ten beef patties! I have not tried it. By the way, the single patty burger is usually enough to satisfy one person.

    (4)
  • Angel R.

One and done. Fries were soft and plain. The burger was overcooked and flavorless. The tea on the other hand...delish. There are just too many good burger joints to return to this one.

  • AJ J.

Good. Better then 5 Guys. Burgers were NOT over cooked or flavorless like others have posted. I was quite pleased. Very fresh. Wish they had let the grease drip off little more before building the samich. Cashier (blonde girl) was very nice. Even came and checked on me to make sure we were pleased. Then came back again to take my tray. TIP: Make your own fresh buns! I've seen simular places in DC do this. It really steps it up a bit from presentation to taste instead of the mcds style. :/

First off, way better than Five Guys in the healthy, better for you category. But they can be extremely slow. On two of my three visits the wait times were long. One time beating the 15-20 minute mark to get my burger. Anytime between 11 and 1 expect massive waits. Very good quality burger. Love the cheese and the lettuce optional bun is nice but despite being told to the contrary, I have found the burger to be VERY greasy on two occasions as did my dining companion. I also had the lettuce bun and found it greasy as well. The bins get really soggy. I do like the fires and feel they are a good value for the money. They added 1" seconds to the time to get them crispier. Also I do find the staff and manager to be extremely friendly interested in feedback both on the store as well as in social media. With that said, on my last visit on a slow day. And after talking with the manager or owner about my experience, I did hit a snafu. I had ordered a burger with mayo, bacon and lettuce bun. There was almost no mayo and they forgot the bacon. Sadly it was not till comparing notes in the car with my companion that I realized that I ordered bacon and had to compare it to my receipt. REVISED: 6-16-2013 Well, I went back today. It was 11am and they just opened. First in line. Well there was no line. I ordered a single burger with cheese and bacon. The cashier punched my last burger on my card for a free sandwich. I asked her if I can use the card now and she said yes. She the took my card, punched it then placed it inside the register. Ten minutes to the second after I placed my order, my burger arrived. Looked inside only to find one burger. Asked the cashier about my other burger and she replied I only ordered one. I then reminded her about our earlier discussion. I then asked for my card back as to which she appeared confused by. She opened the register or drawl to find my card babe apologized and said she had spaced out. How do you do that with the first customer of the day, I had to wonder. To be fair the one burger I did receive was only the second in five orders where I got the correct burger and he first one where the presentation did not look like my burger was crushed together by a steam roller. The burger actually was presented in a manner that looked like one I had photographed for a magazine last year. The burger tasted great and everything I ordered was actually on the burger. And while the food is great when the orders are right and when the burgers are not over greasy (4 or my last 5 order suffered from greasy oily overload) the staff is very polite and friendly. But in the end it's the attention to details, and long waits can't be overlooked. I can understand a wait on a busy lunch time afternoon but not at 11am Sunday morning when the place is empty, nor at 2pm midweek when there are few customers. Even the nearby McDonalds has a better order accuracy rate than EB has. While I did get my card back for a free burger, I seriously doubt I will use it. In all likeliness, I will just give the card to a co-worker and ask them to try it. And as much as I hate the loud, noisy, overpriced crap that Five Guys sells, they get the orders right. And no amount eco-friendly corporate policies or polite service can make up for consistent errors. REVISED/ 7-21-2014 Sigh... I had a coupon for a free burger so I order a side of fries to go with it and was charged the full amount. Let's see if I get the money back in my card, but I doubt it. Shane too as this was my first visit in a year. They forgot both the lettuce and mayo and the fries were soggy. But on the plus side, the wait was only ten minutes today. But this is my last visit.

Had never stopped to eat at Elevation Burger despite driving past it numerous times, and after having eaten there I regret each opportunity that I missed to do so. They pride themselves on serving extremely high quality, organic meat and it pays off! I ordered a double cheeseburger and was not disappointed. It was arguably the best burger I've ever had, good enough to the point where I can say that I may never eat at another Five Guys or In-N-Out Burger ever again because Elevation Burger has spoiled my taste buds. The burger has a unique taste, not an overly "beefy" flavor to it that I feel most burger aficionados are used to. When I first bit into it, I almost felt the flavor was weak, but after a moment the pure bliss of the quality meat hit me, it was mouthwatering. If I wasn't so stuffed I would have ordered a second burger. Along with the exceptional food, the staff was extremely professional and courteous. Despite it being an inexpensive place, the service is top notch and they even bring your order to you, and clean your table once you are finished. The facility was very clean, and I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a casual bite to eat.

I LOVE elevation burger... normally. i think the burgers have really great flavor. this location really disappointed me because they overcooked the meat. blah. the fries were super yum, and they accommodated us with our "no salt on fries" request since i was there with my parents. the fries are actually a lot more fresh without the salt. this place needs to step up on how long they cook the burgers though. It would make them SO MUCH juicer if they cooked it a bit more med-well. maybe i should ask them next time.

Both my brother and boyfriend are avid burger eaters. I have dined here with both of them, and neither has a single negative thing to say about anything they've eaten here. The burgers are juicy without being fatty or greasy and aren't over priced. The futuristic soda machine in the Frederick location adds a nice touch, allowing one to make their very own one-of-a-kind drink for the price or a regular fountain drink. I have had the the regular beef burger and the veggie one and would highly recommend both. I have taken more than one group of friend and family members here and everybody has thoroughly enjoyed the food.

In the "Wormans Mill area burger battle," 5-Guys beats Elevation Burger hands-down, in my opinion! I had the EB double (their standard burger) with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, catchup & mustard and a small Coke. My total came to approx. $9.76. The burger is smaller than five guys, that still left me hungry. The flavor was good, but felt the burger lacked substance--especially for the price. I didn't get the fries, figuring the burger would fill me up. Nope, left wishing I got the fries. For basically ten bucks (including a small drink), I expect a meatier, larger, and more filling burger. I think EB is $$banking on the fact that customers will be getting fries with their meal, allowing EB to serve smaller burgers as part of their business plan; smaller burgers along with the French fry up-charge, is a win-win for EB; lose-lose proposition for customers not wanting to come away hungry w/o paying the extra price. For the best burger in downtown Frederick, Magoo's is still the best IMO--1/3 lb burgers cooked the way you want it. 5-Guys and Magoo's burgers will not leave you wanting and represents a better burger value!

I've been here twice. The first time I got a lettuce-wrapped kids burger (1 patty) with caramelized onions, cheese, bacon, and elevation sauce. Delicious! I love how they have a lettuce wrap option since I try to avoid bread whenever possible. I also got a shake and fries. I was sooo happy! Everything was fresh and so yummy! The wait was about 10 minutes. Since it's being made to order, I expect to wait. The second time I went was last night. Friday nights are busy, but that's to be expected anywhere. This time I got a lettuce-wrapped veggie burger #1 with cheese, caramelized onions, and elevation sauce. I really wanted to try their veggie burger so I can tell my vegetarian friends if it's good. Wow! It was so delicious! Yet again I love what I ordered. I got fries again because I just can't resist them. The total wait time including the long line was 20 minutes. The staff was super polite and worked extra hard on a busy Friday night. I love this place and I'll be coming back!

Still a big corporation. The burgers were great, no complaints there. I tried to use a coupon for a free burger. I hadn't noticed, but the coupon had expired just two days ago. They didn't honor the coupon, which is fair enough, it was expired after all. If it were an around the corner neighborhood spot, I am sure they would have accepted the coupon that was only two days expired. The failure to take it just shows the symptoms of a big company that sacrifices form over substance. The experience just leaves a bad taste in mouth when thinking about elevation burger...

Another business a vegetarian should probably not be reviewing, but they must care since they have not one, but TWO veggie burgers on the menu. I have tried both veggie burgers, and the fries also. The veggie burgers taste different from each other, but are equally good. As of right now, I don't have a preference . Veggie burger #2 is vegan...but vegans might want to ask about the buns. They seem to be potato rolls, which sometimes contain milk. I am not vegan, so it did not matter enough for me to ask. I find the buns to be cheap in taste and texture. Since Elevation Burger charges an extra 50 cents for cheese, and 50 cents for mushrooms, I wouldn't mind paying an extra 50 cents for a higher quality bun option. To me, that would complete the burger. The fries, sliced thin and unpeeled (for those of you who have a preference), were disappointing--the seasoning was lacking. Now these aren't SO good that I need to come here all of the time (which would be easy as I live across the street). But for $3.99, its not a bad option. If they could just improve on the bun, I'd become a regular. They have a punch card (7 patties for a free burger), but unfortunately no one told me about that on my first visit, so you may have to ask.

    (4)
  • Mike W.

The burgers were fine and the fries were thin and ok. I wouldn't say that this place is better than Five Guys. The Milk Shake we got was good though. I wouldn't go here again but it's worth a try.

Oh my lord. I'm a burger fanatic and have been desperately seeking a non-five guys replacement ever since freez king mysteriously disappeared. Elevation burger is JUST what I've been waiting for. I love the fact that they use organic, grass fed beef. I feel better about about eating it, it tastes better.. everyone wins. Their burgers are juicy, delicious, and ample. I LOVE the potato rolls they're served on - they remind me of martin's! They also offer bunless burgers - and bonus points for actually serving it in a true fresh lettuce wrap rather than tossing a naked patty in a carton and throwing some lettuce on top. No fork and knife required. I love the aged cheddar they top their burgers with (the sharper the better, please!), but a few other cheese options would be nice - i imagine kids or picky eaters like my boyfriend might turn their nose up at super sharp cheese. I'm not sure if the reviewer who insisted this was velveeta has actually ever eaten here.. To top it all off, they have the absolute BEST fries I have had in Frederick. No exaggeration. They are fried in olive oil and cut shoestring thin - perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. No greasiness, just crispy perfection. I could probably eat a truckload's worth. They're served without salt so you can add as much or as little as you like. I love that their frequent buyers card counts stamps by the patty - that means if you order a regular elevation burger, you get 2 stamps. Each filled card is good for a free kid's burger (1 patty), and you can stack them to get free burgers with multiple patties. I've already filled up one card. Sad, I know. The service is friendly, the place is squeaky clean, and my food has always come out lightning fast even when they're busy. You can also call and order ahead if you're in a hurry. My only lament is that I have to fight the madhouse of traffic in the Wegman's area to get there.

Since we discovered Elevation Burger, my husband and I have become big fans, preferring it over most other burger offerings in the area. The burgers are delicious; the beef tastes high-quality (it's organic, grass-fed beef) and the cheddar cheese is the perfect compliment. The fries are unfortunately variable in quality; sometimes they're great, sometimes (because of their thinness) they're stringy and cold. But the burger is so filling, I rarely finish the fries anyway. The shakes are delicious and though they only come in three flavors (vanilla, chocolate or coffee) the number of possible add ins make it pleasingly customizable. It can be a bit of a wait to get your food, but I don't really mind because I know they're making each burger fresh. For me, the quality of the burger makes it worth the wait and I've never felt the amount of wait time was undue or excessive. Definitely a fan.

  • Billy M.

Elevation Burger was good not great. Extremely greasy burgers, fries were ok, service was very friendly. Grass-fed beef makes me feel a little better about eating it but still not the best. Elevation Burger fails in comparison to Five Guys and I will most definitely go to Five Guys for my burgers.

    (3)
  • George B.

I have yet to try every hamburger in Frederick but I probably will stop trying after eating one of these. Very much like cooked on the patio at home. Very tasty and cooked to perfection. You can tell the beef is not frozen and grass fed.

  • Brian B.

I was really looking forward to going to Elevation Burger. The food was good. My biggest gripe is that they do not cook to order -- they will only cook well done, which is an extreme disappointment. However, given that the burger was cooked well done, it was still juicy. It's a bit out of the way for me, so it will be a rarity that I would visit there, but I recommend it. Also, one thing that's not on the menu is the "hamburger" with a single patty.

    (4)
  • Chelsea R.

The seating sucks, and the burgers are greasy, but they taste really great. I will definitely be back. Also, be prepared to wait as they are usually failry busy and you may not get a seat. But the burgers are incredible in taste and the toppings are a plus.

    (4)
  • Greg D.

Burgers are great and much better than five guys. Fries are good. I haven't had the shakes yet but everyone I have talked to in the area that have say they are great. We keep going back for the burgers, fresh ingredients and you can taste it. Highly recommend.

  • Michael C.

Would the owner please respond to when will you have the wild bill root beer on the fountain like other Elevation burger locations? This is the reason for lower stars. To date, the burgers were crafted well, fresh and tasted real good. Overall, their burgers and fries seemed to have gotten better and less greasy when I have it for take out. I believe it is who they have on staff that day that makes a difference. Their grilled chicken sandwiches are amazing!!!

    (2)
  • Noah K.

I am going to reiterate most of what the other reviewers said probably but here goes.. The burgers were decent, but suffered from being too dry and overcooked. I think the lower fat of the organic beef means they need to take more care when grilling so they stay juicy. The potato rolls, which had a nice flavor, do not hold up to the toppings -- even just the moistness of the pickle slice will cause them to start disintegrating. One nice touch was the hot pepper relish, which I enjoyed. Neither the "elevation sauce," which at least appeared like Russian dressing, nor the balsamic mustard were very noticeable on the sandwich, perhaps they needed to use more although they would need a thicker bun to handle any more moisture. As for the inevitable comparison to Five Guys, EB comes up short in the burger department. In addition to what I stated above, it was a little small for my taste. I feel more full and satisfied after the 5 Guys burger. Just as everyone else has stated, the fries were wonderful. I'm not sure how they are able to cook them so successfully in olive oil, but they are delicious and crispy. They come in one size only and are fairly priced at $2.12. While these fries are quite possibly the best ones in all of Frederick, you may be disappointed with the portion if you're used to the bag of fries they give you at Five Guys. I know I could have eaten three times the amount of fries because they were just so great, but it's just as well that I didn't. One thing slightly off putting is the constant sound of the milkshake machine which sounded like a dentist's drill and was making me shudder. I didn't try the milkshakes, which used Blue Bunny brand ice cream from large metal cans, but their iced tea was a cut above. It was cinnamon/orange flavor and was lightly sweet. If you need an iced tea, that alone justifies visiting EB. Overall, I am glad I tried this place and I loved the fries, but I think I will stick with Five Guys for my "upscale" fast food burger chain.

I'm not one to completely dislike a place but this place is awful. The burgers are super expensive(5.29 without cheese 5.79 with cheese) with no flavor or taste. The salads are just pieces of lettuce with a tomato. The fries(must buy separate and are around 2.50) were the only thing that wasn't completely awful. I will never ever come back to this place again.

I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed in my first EB visit. My order of 2 burgers and 1 order of fries took 20 minutes to come out. Sadly, it was not worth the wait. The patties were dry and flavorless, and the elevation sauce was either non-existent or just completely bland. The entire burger was just...lacking. All that said, their fries are some of the best I've had in Frederick. Fresh, crispy, and very tasty. If I could have a Five Guys burger with EB fries, I'd be a happy man.

This is my first trip to elevation burger. I got two "elevation burgers" and a "grilled cheese sandwich". I also got two orders of their fries for my family. The fries were skinny fries exactly like McDonalds. They didn't taste as good as McDonalds fries. I was very disappointed with the amount of fries I got. Not worth the extra money. The burgers were okay and I would compare them to McDonalds burgers also. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered for my niece was very sad. I could have made a much better sandwich at home. Overall I am very disappointed with the food. Their is a Five Guys right down the road. Their burgers are excellent and they give you the moon when you order fries. Big tasty flavorful fries, and lots if them. Overall Five Guys BLOWS elevation burger out of the water. Maybe in a coupe of months I might try it again but I doubt it. I have to say the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Five Guys is the first thought to come to mind after my order came out at Elevation Burger tonight. Hands down, Five Guys is better. The buns are nothing special, the patties were small, toppings were OK. Service and presentation was eh. The fries were great! Don't get the grilled cheese, it is a inside out bun with a piece of velveeta cheese in it, my son wouldn't touch it, even when promised dessert when we got home. Save your time and get a burger elsewhere.

This is hands down the worst burger place I have ever been to! The atmosphere there was loud and chaotic it totally took away from the meal! After waiting for what seemed like forever since the service is painfully slow, someone came out and bellowed my name and dropped our food in front of us. No napkins, utensils, or plates! Plates weren't even an option in this place either...you eat out of one silver, rectangular dish type thing which is great when you have 2 small kids. The seating wasn't great either...all the tables and chairs were elevated which was a big problem with small kids. They had two large "family" tables that i didn't care for. So after noticing all this I am expecting to be blown away by this grass fed beef. Well, that was a fail too. The burgers were greasy and flat. They fell apart almost as soon as you picked them up. The restaurant is supposed to be environmentally friendly blah blah blah but they use plastic utensils, paper cups, and plastic straws that all goes in the trash anyway. They should just use real plates. I will admit the fries were awesome....I will give them that. However, I will not ever go back and strongly advise you just to head to five guys for a delicious burger.
