The "new" Boston Market is a small step foward to winning over the title of fine dining. They upgraded the dining room with real silver wear and plates to add a bit of a restaurant feel. Truthfully, I think they should redirect their efforts back to the kitchen and make better food for their customers. I was dissappointed with my meal. The chicken was lame and the generic sauce served with it did not help either. I like their old recipe better than their new stuff.

this one also gets an ave review, not because the food isnt good, but because serve is uber-slow and service isnt that friendly. I know its fast food, but come on say thanks and smile and get the food to me "fast".

I was really impressed by the staff and food. It's been some time since I went to a Boston Market but this place was great. The staff were all nice and friendly and the food was good. I don't know if it's the manager or the individual team members or what, but they all were excellent. I haven't seen or experienced a staff like this in awhile.

I haven't been to Boston Market in years and today we decided to go. We arrived at 10:45am they opened at 10:30am. The restaurant was clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. There were only two employees but they had The food ready to go! I ordered quarter of chicken white meat, spinach and mashed potatoes. The Chicken had great flavor and it was juicy I mean juicy. Mashed potatoes pure perfection and the spinach was just to creamy for me. The wife had a quarter of chicken, macaroni and sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were amazing !!! I didn't care for the macaroni but my wife liked it. This was a great experience and when we were leaving they asked did we enjoy the meal. I loved this fast food experience and the food was great yay. I didn't give them 5 stars because I did not enjoy the spinach and macaroni.

I want to give them four stars but when I think about that mac and cheese I can't help but slide on over to five stars. Our meal consisted of mac and cheese, the most decadent sweet potatoes, potatoes and gravy, well seasoned steamed vegetables, and of course the chicken and cake like biscuits. I know it all sounds a bit much but unfortunately one tends to eat a lot after a funeral. Well this food certainly lifted all heavy spirits. I always wondered how this Boston Market (just now I wanted yo use its initials but I probably don't want to use BM and food in the same space), survived on what definitively looks like the out skirts of town. Clearly the food holds them down. Lol. Enjoy! Oh before I forget.....as you may know most of my posts deal with customer service perfections and debaucles. In this case I was not the one who went in and ordered the food so i can't tell you how you will be served. :-)

I just don't get why Boston Market is still in business. Yeah, back in the 90's I can see the market for this type of place, and when they had competition from Kenny Rodger's Roasters, there were standards, but today, going to a Boston Market is like going to Subway for a rotisserie chicken. For the price, I'd save myself a few dollars and just buy a rotisserie chicken from Weiss or Safeway. My last visit last weekend is a prime example of what happens when the economy gets tough. I ordered a quarter dark for my dinner companion and a quarter white for myself. Both were completely bland, and dry beyond belief. On top of that, my sides tasted like they were instant. I had better mashed potatoes from a can of instant ones coming out of a vending machine. Bleh, bring back Roasters and come competition, flavor, quality and anything else that could be done to make the chicken taste not-so dry.

It's been a while since I have been to a Boston Market because there are none where we now live. This is the "new" Boston Market, and yes, you get a real plate and stainless silverware brought to your table. That's a plus. There are a few new menu items. I tried the garlic spinach and it was OK, as was the sweet potato. Agree with others, the portions are small. I had the three-dark-piece meal for lunch and it was two drumsticks and a thigh. Each piece had about three bites. They were pretty skimpy pieces. Seemed to be a bit overdone for BM, too. I was given a receipt for a free meal this Saturday, but I won't be traveling 55 miles to redeem it.

Like the upgraded touches to the food line and the way that the staff bring your food out when it's ready.. Great Stuff.. I think tho that if you are gonna go this far just enclose the kitchen and make a proper sitdown restaurant.

Stopped in here while out doing Christmas shopping at Toys R Us. Hadn't been to a Boston Market in years; frankly, didn't even know they were still around. Well, apparently, they are now the "new" Boston Market as the manager was announcing to one and all as they came in. Instead of going thru a cafeteria line and picking up at the end, you order at the counter and they bring your meal out to you. I was given a choice of "new" sides to sample. I asked for the garlic spinach. Not bad, if a little overcooked. I was going to order the meatloaf sandwich with the spinach as a side, but after ringing it up, the cashier was informed that meatloaf wouldn't be ready for 25 minutes. So, I opted for a quarter rotisserie chicken, kept the spinach and added the "new" loaded mashed potatoes. I went to the fountain and filled my soda cup and before I had made it to a table, the manager brought out my meal. The chicken was very juicy with a nice flavor. The spinach as I mentioned was okay but a little overdone. The loaded potatoes had cheese and bits of bacon mixed in. Good, but I'd probably stick to the regular old potatoes next time as I doubt the taste is worth the excess calories. About halfway through eating, the manager approached to see how I liked the "new" Boston Market. Did I like eating off of a plate? I gave her a quizzical look, and she hastily reminded me that at the "new" Boston Market, you got a real plate vs. a plastic one. Oh! Well, yes, then I do like eating from a plate. Also, you get real utensils vs. plastic. I do like that, also. Cost was $10 for lunch. Higher than fast food but probably reasonable given what I had, on a real plate don't forget! I was also given a $10 gift card for my next visit which is cool. Three stars for better-than-McD food; 4 stars for speedy service, enthusiasm and pleasant attitude from the hardworking employees.
