The woman in the morning is a mean nasty bitch. The people in the evening are cool and friendly, but this woman in the morning was so mean that my boyfriend and I had to fight to get through the transaction without walking out. WTF! Why do people have to be so rude. There are a lot of Subways around, I'm not going to this one anymore in the morning.

Just alright! Very standard subway nothing special compare to other subways I have ever gone to. Inside is clean, and employees are nice!

While the people are nice and the place is clean enough, the inflexibility of the staff boggles the mind. My daughter eats only a bread and cheese sandwich. So I order a 6-inch white roll with cheese, no toppings. The staff gives me a roll with only 2 half-pieces of cheese -- essentially, one slice of cheese -- and is planning to charge me for a veggie sandwich ($3.50). So I request, since I'm not getting ANY TOPPINGS, please put one more piece of cheese on there. And they say, No, a veggie sandwich comes with only one. For another, you have to pay 30 cents. But I'm not using any other toppings! I'm asking for only ONE SLICE of cheese! Other Subway restaurants have done this for me because they recognize the absurdity of charging me. But not this one. It's happened twice now, so I won't be going back. This isn't customer service.

I wish I could give this store a 0 on customer service alone!! I like my bread dark they has some I was unsure what kind it was so I asked for the darker bread. The lady who was waiting on me was rude and impatient and the store was empty. She seemed as if waiting on me was taking to much time. I come to various subways 20 times a month sometimes 2a day and I have never been treated this way. When I got to the register a Mike stated he was the owner and he didn't at all seem interested in the ride behavior of his employee! Awful service I will never come here again!

This subway is not worth my time. I went in this morning to get a breakfast sandwich. I asked for the double bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. She snapped at me and said there is no double bacon egg and cheese. Instead of telling me what they offer she just looked at me. So I asked "what do you have?", and she pointed at a sign. That was annoying. These people are so skimpy on their food it is ridiculous. I ordered the black forest ham, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. I received an English muffin, one piece of cheese, one piece of ham. Then of course the veggies. I received two pieces of green peppers, and two strips of onions. I guess I am comparing this subway to one that I used to go to in Virginia that was amazing. However, to seriously count how many pieces of vegetables you put on a sandwich is ridiculous. To top it off the employee was rude, and not friendly. Needless to say I will be sticking with Quizno's or other sandwich shops besides this place.

This is... well, it's a Subway. Subways are okay, but not great. Sometimes you come across an awesome one, but you usually just find them in gas stations these days. You always know a bad one, and this isn't one. It just always amazes me how much we pay for sandwiches when we are out... I say this knowing full well that I love the Quizno's eatin'. Man, Subway used to be the best thing ever. I friggin' lived on the base Subway and street corner donner kabobs while I was in Germany. A lifetime of trying subways across the planet has left me with this impression: it's just an okay sandwich. I could freakin' swear they were better when I lived in the midwest or in Texas, but they blow chunks here in Maryland. Honestly, I'd rate most Subways around here as two stars, maybe one or two as four, none as five. That makes this one standard. Think this is harsh? Well, I'll go hang out with Jeff Gerstmann (if you don't get it already, you won't). Seriously, it's a sandwich. That's it. It costs $5 or more WITHOUT the drink or chips. They ain't that fresh, or flavorful, OR healthy. You want healthy? Stop getting fast food. On top of all of that bull, FRICKIN' EVERYONE ON PLANET EARTH NEEDS THIS DURING THEIR LUNCH BREAK!!! There is never a lunch or dinner run EVER when there is a Subway on Earth where the line DOESN'T go through the door and wrap around the corner. EFFING EFFF! IT'S NOT WORTH 30 MINUTES OF LINE TO PAY $5 FOR A SAMMY THAT'S JUST OKAY!!! This one gets worse, because the parking lot is Columbia's seventh level of hell. If you are at Mistral Way during the lunch rush for anything at all, you will be there for the full hour. Enjoy. Out of, let's call it "Prime Time", the place is alright. No lines, pretty fresh for fast food, good parking, and you already know what you want before you go in. Admit it. You do.
