I stopped by this Fuddrucker's for lunch today after not having been for several years. I had forgotten how good their burgers are! The manager was friendly, and I was glad that I could get my burger cooked rare. The food was ready in about five minutes and after stopping off at the fixings bar, I dug in. The burger was cooked perfectly and was incredibly flavorful and juicy. The fries were great too, especially with the honey mustard sauce. It was an enjoyable meal. And I would also like to mention Larry who was wandering around the dining area talking to folks, handing out silverware and napkins and making sure everyone had what they needed. Great job!

You know I'm a burger fanatic, I love anything & everything about this place. The service, the decor, the atmosphere, the food god can't forget about the food! I could go back to this place over & over again & love it everytime. Fuddruckers is now in the top three of my favorite places to go for an amazing burger, It's a must go if you are a burger fanatic like me.

I have been going to Fuddrucker's, on average, once or twice a year for the last 10 years. I was excited to see the addition of "exotic" meats to the menu. They have added Buffalo burgers, Wild Boar, and when in season Ostrich and Moose burgers. I usually order the Buffalo burger as I think it tastes good and it is a healthy alternative to standard beef. I went to this particular location recently instead of going to Pei Wei. The buffalo burger I received tasted old and frozen. It was certainly NOT fresh. It was basically not good. I ordered fries and a small drink with this burger and my bill was almost US $15.00. This seems to be a rip off as I can get a better burger at Wendy's for a third of the price. There are way too many build your own burger places that are better for less money. While the addition of new types of meat is a good idea, their execution is shameful. Fuddrucker's, you are letting your competition blow you away. I see very little chance that I will be back...

I can't believe I had never been to a Fuddruckers EVER. I thought that the big deal at this place was the toppings bar and I only like cheese and ketchup on my burgers so it didn't really ever appeal to me. What I didn't realize was that the burgers are freakin' good. I also didn't realize that this is not a sit down restaurant where they wait on you. You order and pay at the front counter and get your drinks. If you've ordered a milkshake you take a number and the "shake people" will bring it to you. Take a seat anywhere you like and they will call your name when your food is ready and you can pick it up and top it to your liking. It's pretty cheap--it was a little over $20 for two of us. I ordered the 1/3 lb. cheeseburger, which was plenty for me. The burger was cooked PERFECTLY and the bun was HEAVEN. The bun was sooo light and buttery. Best bun ever! The fries were good, but the onion rings were better. The Oreo shake was decent, but I have to say that I think I prefer Cheeburger Cheeburger's shakes to Fuddruckers. I will definitely be back. I just signed up for their e-mail newsletter and they say they send out coupons monthly so I hope they're good.

5 stars for customer service! I had the 1lb and it came out how I wanted it medium! Veggie burger was on point as they made one too many so I got to try it also.

Friggin' awesome. As far as a burger joint goes, you may think this one a little bit on the side of expensive. However, the burgers aren't JUST huge. You can't JUST top them with whateva' the hell you want. They don't JUST have some of the most bomb.com fries and onion rings on the planet. The burgers actually taste like burgers. Like scrumptious, flavorful, and wonderful burgers! It's not "fast food", so don't worry about hating yourself five minutes into the meal. It's actually a few steps above short-order, maybe a step below family restaurant. It's no Red Robbin, but it's pretty awesome.

My family (10 of us) arrived at 6:00pm for a birthday celebration. We had called before and told that the location doesn't accept any reservations. When we arrived all of the large tables were reserved for a birthday celebration. We found two four tops next to each other situated next to a support post. We moved them together (clearing an aisle around one end where a baby in a large car seat was sitting on a high chair blocking the entire aisle). Before we could order, an employee came and told us that we couldn't have the tables pushed together and we had to keep the aisle clear. I presume he meant the "aisle" that was filled with the post through which no one weighing more than 100 lbs could pass. There was no concern, I guess, about the large car seat completely blocking the main aisle. After discussing it for a few minutes, I suggested that we just leave so as to not inconvenience your restaurant. The employee said that there were some large tables pushed together at the back, and that he could check to see if we could sit there. We watched him go to the back, come back and talk to someone who looked like the manager, go to the back, come back to the front, go to the back, and then come back to the front and start bussing a table. At that point, the 10 of us gave up and walked out of your restaurant without a single person saying a word to us. Bottom line is terrible customer service.

I love Fuddruckers, but I don't come here often. Maybe once or twice a year. It is one of those places where you have that random craving for it and nothing less will subside your hunger. A huge reason I always come back is their fries. The seasoning they use is borderline illegally delicious. It is 1 part sweet, 1 part salty, and 1 part spices. Couple that with the hot cheese they have to dip it in and I am down for the count. Their burgers are good, but it is the fries that puts the embargo over the top for me.

Can I say 1 pound? Can I say exotic? Can I say greatness? =) Fuddruckers. Chain restaurant yes, but doesnt mean it sucks. Various types of burgers, toppings, other dishes. I usually get the 1 pound burger with avocado, bacon, and grilled onions.... Soooo delicious! Add whatever fresh toppings you want and eat it with your fries which are also pretty good. I also tried out their buffalo and ostrich burgers. The buffalo was great, cant even taste the gaminess of it. Can tell the difference between buffalo and beef. Buffalo being much more lean and healthier. As for the ostrich? Wooo. Depending on how many toppings you have on it, you can definitely taste the uniqueness of the Ostrich. I had nothing with the burger, just the ostrich meat and the buns. Not what I was hoping haha. But if you look on the menu, it will tell you what to put on in each exotic burger, to make it tastier. I didnt listen, and it was, very different. And their milkshakes and malts? Wow. Vanilla malt, being my favorite, not too thick and not too watery, flavor is just right, and goes perfectly with your burger and fries. Greatness. Overall this place is 1 of my most favorite burger joints. 9.5/10.

I generally LOVE fuddruckers. This particular locations sucks. The services is bad, the manager is a joke and our food took over 30 minutes when we only shared the dining area with 2 other parties. (read 6 other people). We went on a Monday afternoon and it was like walking into a frat party behind the counter. They could not answer any of the questions we had, and could not bother to go ask if their dessert bar was open. What a waste of 20 dollars.

Fuddruckers is a pretty good burger place. I tried the turkey burger for a change and was not impressed. It seemed a little dry but as for burgers. YUMM!!

Fuddruckers is a decent place, the burgers are tasty, the restaurant is clean and the service is good. There are in a competitive environment with many choices within a few miles.

Not impressed with my $18 burger. 18 bucks for a freakin' hamburger? Child, pleeeze! I make better burgers. Five Guys, Red Robin, and Green Turtle make better burgers. Granted, Fuddruckers' burgers are better than McD's and the King's, but that's about it. And they're not all that big. My local sandwich shop makes bigger burgers for a lower price. Save your money. Make your own or go to another place that makes good burgers.

Great burgers and a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. They have one of those new drink machines with tons of different options.

Yeah, I love Fuddruckers. It's a shame that I don't go to the Columbia location like I used to, but I used to make a trip here nearly once a week. A half-pound Bacon Cheddar burger with a side of fries, a chocolate chip cookie, and a sizable drink will leave you dreadfully tired for hours. I wonder if that Boondocks episode "The Itis" was really about Fuddruckers in disguise... I have tried the Vanilla shake once here, and I recommend it for those who are into shakes. I have always had great customer service here, no matter if its lunch or dinner time, and the order always come out right. Don't forget about the arcade games in the back of the restaurant too; I haven't fared well played most of them though. Man I wish I was still near a Fuddruckers. Memories indeed.

They didn't have milkshakes the day we came. How hard is it really to have milkshakes prepped to make? The food took forever. We waited and waited. There was a couple before us. And it was easily a 20 minute wait for them to make our burgers. Then there was an altercation between two employees that resulted in the manager having to separate the two and send one home. It was pretty bad, the one employee was yelling and threatening the other employee in the open for all the customers to hear. He was yelling throughout the whole time he was walking out. Family restaurant? Not anymore. And the fact they had no milkshakes with the long waits: we won't be back. Like ever.

Steer clear of the veggie burger. Tastes like masala. For all that I could have gone to an Indian restaurant... or eaten at home :(

A mixed experience on a Friday night. After giving our order to an unenthusiastic cashier, we went to find a table in the 50% full restaurant, only to find many un-bussed tables or ones that had crumbs or smears of food. We found the least dirty table and cleaned it ourselves with hand sanitizer. I went to get my soda from the Coke Freestyle machine and the screen was filthy. I used a paper towel to make my selection. The wait for a veggie burger and two grilled cheese sandwiches was too long at 17 minutes. The kitchen was apparently not doing a good job tonight as I saw a person returning food each of the three times I was in the vicinity of the counter. The friendly but exasperated guy handing food to customers called back to the kitchen, "What are you guys doing to me?" The veggie burger itself was adequate, but pretty good with the available toppings. The grilled cheese sandwiches were as good as you could make at home. The fries were excellent! Soft on the inside and perfectly seasoned. Not a bad meal, but I have concerns about this location.

It use to be that I would order a grilled chicken sandwich and it would take longer to cook than a hamburger and I was cool with that....NOW, why is the grilled chicken ready and served before the french fries are done? You can tell that the chicken has been pre-cooked and only placed back on the grill to warm it up and it has a crispy over-cooked side...I am done with them!

Not too long ago I might have given Fuddruckers a 4 star review. I have been pleased with their burger's, topping bar, cleanliness and friendly staff. They have many size burgers to choose from, as well as exotic meats like bison and elk. For the less adventurous they also have chicken, salmon and veggie burgers. The food can take a little while to be prepared, but it is made fresh. What brought the rating down a little was on two recent visits I found my burger to be chewy and on one occasion I found a large vein in the burger. I could not finish it. I think they could have done a better job trimming the meat before grinding.

My boyfriend may love this place but I am less than impressed. You walk in to an awful run down entrance to wait in line forever for awful food. I get the avocado salad without bacon. This time they put on the bacon, after asking them to remake the salad they proceeded to pick out the bacon. There were so many pieces in my salad I could barely eat it. They also consider honey mustard dipping sauce as "dressing". As a vegetarian I was very offended. However this restaurant does not cater to vegetarians at all so I should not be surprised. I will not be returning.

Four stars because of the decor and the poor customer service I received today. I come here often with my boyfriend, it's our go to spot for a burger fries and shake kinda date. Like many of the other food places I go I've been coming here since I was a kid and the decor has not changed. Fudruckers has a very classic 50s theme with tons of black and white pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley along the walls and life size cut outs over the booths along with life size statues of them both in various poses. Where the yellow walls bother me and the statues have some chipped paint this place still has a certain jenesequa. Overall the customer service is pretty good. Most of the time during lunch hour you will have an "ambassador" in the dining room to assist you in drink refills and possibly a dessert option. Words cannot express how amazing this man is, I've never seen him without a smile and an A+ attitude you HAVE to love him! He cracks jokes and wishes you a happy day and overall he makes the restaurant. On a not so pleasing note not all the the employees come close to as amazing. I'm a regular at this place and often bring my friends. Most of the cashiers are polite but today I got some attitude from one Monique (as the receipt says). I had gotten a coupon a few days ago for a buy one 1/2 lb burger meal get another one free (about $10 for a pound of meat, a bucket load of fries and two drinks) and was looking forward to using it. Almost everywhere you can just show the cashier your online code and they can scan it or manually type it in. Well as Monique rudely pointed out to me they cannot do that here for some reason (the manager doesn't have some kind of override??). We ordered and paid for two meals with a side of poor attitude and snark. If it had been me paying after all the grace of her I wouldn't of bought a thing! Anyway as always the food was delicious and more then we can finish so we got a box and took the rest home. Had it been lunch time instead of dinner I probably would have had my dinning room ambassador to cheer me up but this was not the case. Leaving ticked off it will be awhile before I come back.

Visited yesterday. While my husband waited in line I visited the women's restroom with my 7-yr-old daughter. Could not believe the deplorable state of the restroom; never seen anything so disgusting. Not only were 2 of the 3 toilets backed up with visual feces and paper, one had overflowed and feces were on the floor. The entire floor was sticky and covered with discarded paper. The condition was bad enough, but I understand that sometimes staff gets behind. However, I told THREE staff members that the bathroom needed attention. All three (man stocking the fixings bar and both female cashiers) completely ignored me. They did not apologize or even respond with 'ok'. Quite awkward when you speak to someone and they stare at you and don't even acknowledge that you spoke! I won't be returning to this restaurant. I question whether management can maintain cleanliness in the kitchen if the bathrooms are so poorly maintained, and I wouldn't want such unresponsive staff handling my food.

UPDATE: I can't eat here anymore and I can't recommend it. This particular location has a TERRIBLE sexual harassment problem. There are too many other places to eat and I just won't spend my money here. Management needs to take this problem seriously and get it handled. One day a manager is going to mess with the wrong girl and SHE will own this restaurant. Your workplace is hostile. Handle it.

The worst Fuddruckers I have ever been to. Burger was cooked to "well done" when I asked for "medium rare". ordered a 2/3rd pound burger and the lady at tray line refused to give me more than the two slices of tiny/cheap bacon. Chef also messed up my burger by forgetting the bacon and cheese originally. The amount of fries was a joke. Other chains I have been to serve great burgers and are always generous with portion sizes. Sadly this one does not hold the same standards and has trouble even keeping up with 1/3rd of their maximum customer capacity. Simply put, the manager and staff need to get their act together.

This place is great. Came in for lunch with a group and we were all pleasantly reminded how good the burgers are at Fuddruckers. The gentleman serving the orders was super nice and the guy who came around and asked if everything was good was a nice touch. The restaurant also looked really clean from what I could tell. Must come back and visit again!

Fuddruckers are rare to find these days. This one has somehow managed to stick around for the long haul. They have great burgers and shakes. This location never seems to be busy or crowded. I'm just sad they discontinued my buffalo chicken sandwich!! :( boooo

Not sure why this place has so many stars. Every time I've gone it's either been completely dead, or utter chaos. When is it chaotic the place is trashed, and the service is always slow or nearly existent. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative comment. This place has just NEVER impressed me.

I visited this location and establishment for the first time with some friends, and kids. I was greeted with a smiling face and good customer service. The set up and operations was new to me because it felt like a restaurant but with fast food style set up and I had to find a spot that was not cold. I personally was not wowed, by turkey burger was OK and my daughters bun was way bigger than her burger. I was told they had no more smaller buns.

First time eating at any Fuddruckers. I went with the Hangover Burger and some iced tea beer drink (only 5% alcohol lol). The fries are wedge cut and cooked to crisped perfection. If you like sauce, they have a full range of sauces available (ketchup, bbq, honey mustard, etc.) to grab. Also, there is a salad area for all your veggie toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.). Friendly staff. I will go again.

Simply put, it's my favorite restaurant. They excel in all four key criteria for a good restaurant. Product - fresh ingredients, good flavor, cooked to order, many sauces, over 100 soda flavors, beer, milkshakes, and a free toppings bar. They even have exotic meats like bison and boar. I want to try everything. Price - burger, fries, and a drink for $7.00. Can't beat that. Most meals are $5-$15. Place - not many locations to choose from, but this one is located close to everything and right off of 175. Large Dining area is always clean and has interesting classic decor. Music is mostly 60s and 70s classic rock. Parking is also convenient. People - the service can not be matched. Clean, professional, and courteous staff. The attendant/busser/host in the dining area may be the nicest guy I've ever met and he always greats every single guest every time. This is the place I want to go on my birthday. Try it out.

I ate at Fuddrucker's two weeks ago. I'm somewhat of a burger guy but his place came across as pretty pedestrian to me, complete with some corny decorating. You order your food at the counter and seat yourself. They call out your name when your order is ready. They have fountain soda machines and free refills. It was a bit noisy, and I had trouble hearing whether or not my name had been called. You don't get a server per se, but a man walked over to us to see how we're doing. We had pushed two tables together since we had a large group, and he came over to chastise us and explain the fire code in detail. He then proceeded to tell us a litany of lame jokes. I was just hoping he would stop and walk away. It has a carnival-like atmosphere that kind of turned me off. There's a big plastic Elvis Presley next to an elevated booth. It reminds me of the "Ripley's Believe It or Not" of burger joints. I ordered a 1/2 pound burger with fries and a soda. There's a pretty large topping bar to the side that has the three main sauces (ketchup, barbecue, and honey mustard), and other toppings like pickles, lettuce, relish, onions, tomatoes, etc. I piled some things on my burger which overall was good but not great. I'd say it was adequate and nothing really made it unique or something to remember. The fries were pretty good, but again fairly average. I had high expectations for this place, but I left feeling kind of blah.

As a vegetarian on a low sodium diet, I was not expecting to be able to enjoy my meal at Fuddruckers. Boy was I wrong. I got their Napa Salad without chicken, and it was great. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The romaine was a beautiful shade of green. The apples were crunchy and tart. The almonds and craisins with the blue cheese crumbles brought everything together beautifully. I added avocado, which made it even better. The staff was also very friendly. Great lunch!

  • Sean Y.

The space is somewhat of a mess with kids running around, but the food does not disappoint! My "southwest" burger came out medium like I ordered and I got a generous scoop of guacamole where I could actually taste the avocados! My date's "hangover" burger was also very satisfying. I liked the condiments section where you could add exactly which and how much of each standard topping.

  • Dan K.

The food is generally good because the patties are made to order and they only use fresh, never frozen beef. Their website says they're a great date night destination, but I think most adults would agree that's not the case. It's a very family-oriented restaurant, that is often a bit chaotic. I hate the new Coke machines. They are slow and there is always a slight aftertaste even when you choose a normal option. The service at this location is pretty bad. It took a while to actually be able to order, despite the fact that there was no line and the place wasn't busy, because the employees were not at the registers. Then when my order was ready and the buzzer lit up, I went to pick it up. The employee look at me with a blank expression, said nothing. From what I could tell she was still waiting for the fries to complete the order. The fries came out and again we made eye contact. Again, no acknowledgement that I even existed. Then she closed up the boxes, bent down to get two plastic bags, put them on the counter and walked away. Interesting.

Their exotic burgers are fantastic. Elk! They have ELK burgers. You can add pretty much whatever you want to your burger. You can also enjoy a beer with your meal in the middle of the day if you so choose.

Man, I can't stay away from these burgers. And the staff here are always fun to talk to. Specifically, Larry was working his ass off last time we were there, making sure the entire dining area was clean for customers, but still somehow had the time to converse with a few customers and tell a couple quick jokes. Outstanding service!

I haven been to a Fuddruckers since I was in high school. Decided to check this place out on a whim and it's pretty much unchanged. The burgers are great and cooked to order. But nothing super special. They have sweet potatoe fries now but they were served basically at room temp. The onion rings are not cripsty and just have some sort of breading around them. Also not served warm/hot. The best thing about Fuddruckers is that you can choose your own toppings at the bar and put on as much as you like. I like a lot of onions and pickles on mine so I'm glad I could load up my burger. They also have one of those fancy Coke machines that has basically unlimited possibilities/combinations of drinks in it.

I am not sure why this place has so many positive reviews. It was so bad that I had a hard time staying for the meal I had purchased. I thought it would be a cool kid-friendly place to take my 6 year old, but even he commented on how dirty the place was and how awful the food tasted. We were served a lukewarm burger and old, barely warm fries. It is unfortunate that you order before you sit down because I had to spend 10 minutes just cleaning the table and chairs so that we could eat comfortably. I will never be going back and will tell everyone I know to just cross the street and go to the Five Guy's. They need to completely overhaul the place and get new staff. The Fuddruckers of my youth was much better.

Fuddruckers has been doing hamburgers well for many years, and the Columbia Fuddruckers is no exception. I was there on a Saturday evening with my son's youth basketball team and the combo burger meals we ordered came much faster than expected. The 1/3 lb cheeseburger and fries were very tasty, as they consistently are, and the boys had a blast playing with the arcade style machines there. All in all a good meal and a pleasant evening.

Pretty good. I usually get the buffalo burger abd it never disappoints. It's always juicy and flavorful. My favorite part is the fixins bar. All the toppings are fresh and I can have as many as I want. The fudd spuds are delicious also. It's nice to get away from boring fries. The only complaint I ever have is that it gets crazy on the weekends. I sometimes can't even find a place to sit.

Quiet Friday evening. About a 5-10minute from order to table. I had the fried chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, and an Oreo milkshake. The chicken sandwich was nice and crispy with buttery buns. The concession stand was very clean and I think they recently installed the touch-screen coke fountain.

  • BJ M.

Took the kids to get a burger and an Oreo shakes. The place was packed, not very many table available, but once we found a place to sit, the food was ready, and the fires were the best part. They have an arcade, but I don't think I've see anyone really use it. More seating would have been nice. The Hangover burger was fantastic.
