If you love Starbucks, you love Starbucks, right? Nothing takes its place for espresso drinks. I'm not a fan of the coffee. If I want coffee, I go somewhere else. Yes, this is a busy location. You might not want to stop by when in a rush, but my order is always quick and accurate. The chai latte is the business! The baristas are always nice no matter how busy they get. I love the variety of personalities there. I have a secret (not anymore) obsession with Todd. His hair and makeup are always perfect.

Wow! Clinton, Md. has changed and I mean changed! This place is super busy & has to be one of the highest producing locations in the DMV. I mean there was standing room only and table filled with business going on like crazy. Ok, I get it with Safeway, Lowes, and WalMart in the parking lot helps. No complaints only this venue needed to be built larger to accommodate the mass amount of customers.

It was such a nice experience, the cashier was extra friendly and even convinced me to get a slice of lemon pound cake My drink was done to perfection and I was very happy with the entire visit Customer service at its best

We ordered a grande dark and orange mango smoothie. We were disappointed at best. The service is sub par and the company itself has poor security on their gift cards. Beware buying any gift cards from starbucks!

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever stopped into. Came in here to grab green tea and an iced latte while traveling to Southern Maryland for the weekend. Wow, the line was almost out the door. So I had my BF wait in line while I used the restroom and vice versa. Restrooms were clean. Staff was soooooo slow....and the person in fronted me tried to order a green tea and some type of pastry and they were out of both. Seriously, I get the pastry being out but how do you run out of green tea?? Well I opted for the Tazo Iced Green Tea in the bottle and my BF got what he wanted but this trip took approx 30 minutes. Terrible service.

You know what you get with Starbucks when you go to a place you're not familiar with and it's the only coffee shop around. The only thing making this trip good was the company kept. I'm not the biggest fan of Starbucks having found other mom and pop coffee shops that serve truly tasty and less acidic java other parts of the country. I can compare coffees. I would come back for familiarity sake but that's about it.

I love that there is a drive-thru here but the coffee isnt always as good via the drive thru! weird huh? with that said - my husband is now use to me doing the drive-thru during inclement weather. This location is not as "peppy" as the downtown DC locations - they seem very dry and reserved. I want some EXCITEMENT with my coffee. LOL

Drive thru is convenient. But be warned, this Starbucks location is pretty ratchet. Staff is not as pleasant and knowledgable as you'd expect at Starbucks. Too often I have to have them remake my drink (double tall iced white mocha skim milk no whip). I know it's a tall order, but geesh..... I'd go to another location if there was one closer.... :(

Every morning I have to get up early and make sure I get my venti Chai Latte! The people at this Starbucks make it very well. Once I had it I got hooked and now they trapped me. The service is very good and never a long wait to get what you want. I highly recommend everyone to try the Chai tea latte!!!

I like that this location has a drive thru, because let me tell you... this comes in handy very often! Downfall is my drink isn't always made right. Sometimes the espresso is burnt, or has been sitting for a while and makes me an unhappy girl. Because I then will need to park the car, go back in and ask them to remake my drink in which they are irritated and give me a hard time about. However, sometimes the drinks are just right. So coming here is like the lotto. You either win or you don't.

I come to this starbucks because it is located just around the corner from my house. the staff is pretty nice and I never have a really long wait in the drive thru. They have messed up a order once or twice but nothing I would beat them over the head with. Nice seating outside and the restrooms are surprisingly clean.

Horrible. My daughter is expecting a child. So we go to get a Vanilla Bean. We wait more than 10 minutes. Person, after group, after person get their orders. During my wait the guy mixing the drinks totally ignores that I'm even standing there. I then ask the guy at the wait counter that I'm waiting for two frappacinos, He says they're on the way. Now I've seen many cars get served as well as 5 to 7 people that came in after I ordered. I finally go back to the register and she tells me she forgot it. I get a feeble apology, I ask for my money back. Horrible.

First, the drive-thru in the morning is always impossibly long. So I go inside. Usually I'm out the door, drink in hand, in no time. But lately, when I go inside the pace is dead. You would never guess there were a line of cars outside for how slow the baristas move. I was the first of two customers inside, and yet I was standing there watching my steamed milk sit on the counter while the barista talked to the other customer whom she knew. She pulled the shots directly into my caramel macchiato while she talked. And caked a swirl of caramel on top. I mean, am I picky for being annoyed about that? Is it too much to ask to have my 4.55 drink made correctly? Anyway, today I was a bit earlier than usual and there were only three cars in the drive thru, so I thought I'd use it. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a soggy breakfast sandwich and a lukewarm caramel macchiato with no caramel. I went back inside and just asked for some caramel on my drink from who I noticed was the manager after seeing his picture on the bar. He too, caked caramel on my drink. I said "it was just supposed to be a caramel macchiato." And he said "yeah, it was just a mistake." It was a mistake, true enough, but when I've waited over 20 minutes for something, paid 4.55 and had to come out of my car to correct it, it's not "JUST" anything. This kind of thing really boils my blood. I didn't know it was so much to ask to get a drink made the way it's supposed to be made. By the time I took a few sips of the extra extra caramel macchiato, my stomach hurt. I don't know if it's from the temperature, or all the caramel. I just know I am completely DONE with that Starbucks. Sorry for the extra long review. I was going to give it two stars, but I'm too mad to let it pass for a "meh".

I would have rated this Starbucks 5 stars but sometimes it is hit or miss (long line, incorrect or missing items in the order) in the drive thru. Overall the service is good and the atmosphere is inviting but be warned, you may have to take a patience pill to avoid losing your cool.

I come here to sit and study. Starbucks simply doesn't have good coffee, so i'm not going to complain about the variations in flavor every time I order my chai tea latter. This is one of the only places to sit and do homework, it has a fair amount of seating for the amount of traffic that comes through and ample plugs. Unlike the starbucks in DC, I have never not been able to sit and plug up my laptop. The service is always quick for me, but the flavors can vary. Then again, it's starbucks. If you want a good cup of coffee, and are a coffee aficionado you shouldn't be here in the first place. But if you're looking for caffeine and WIFI this place is perfect. Did i mention it has parking?! Oh the perks of the suburbs.
