Although the food is good, hence the long lines, the customer service is terrible. The majority of the employees are younger & while several people stand in line for inside orders, as well as online orders, the staff continues to horseplay & chat about personal plans for the evening or the weekend. There was chaos in making the orders & it slowed down the process. This location does not meet the same standard as other Chipotles I've been too.

I love chipotle. The line is always long because the food is so good. The line always moves fast. This is my favorite place to eat. I just can't wait till friday's so i can go to chipotle.

Okay, I effing love Chipotle. The meat is tasty and tender, the rice is always fresh and delicious, the salsas are great, and the guacamole might be the best thing ever made. I just came back from an overseas deployment and Chipotle was my first stop. Holy lord did I miss this place. One thing you do have to watch out for though is the fact that one of their burritos has about 1000 calories, and I don't think that includes sour cream or cheese. So after you fall into a burrito coma, make sure you head to the gym. Maybe you should factor the price of a gym membership into the price of a burrito. Your call.

I love chipotle. I usually go to the one in waldorf but I ended up at this one. The food had no taste. There was absolutely no flavor that you are used to having at chipotle. All the chipotle flavor & spices were not there at all. I are it but it wasn't good. It was like bootleg chipotle. Of course there was a long line which is expected at chipotle at dinner time but once I got to the register I realized that was the backup. There was 10+ burrito bowls lines up waiting to be rung up. They've got to get faster on the register. The servers are making the food but they are stuck waiting on the payments ahead. Anyway that wouldn't matter if it tastes good but it didn't.

Crowded not dirty! Staff move to slow but I guess that's sufficient. Need a drive thru for real!

While I LIVE for a salad bowl, this Chipotle location makes me sad. The line always wraps around the entire restaurant and moves so slowly. I have a collection of haikus that I've written while I've waited in line at Chipotle. I'm serious! I have that much time! Occasionally I will order online to combat this, but half of the time my order is always critically wrong. They always manage to leave off at least two ingredients and can never get the portions right. I always get a tiny amount of meat and guac in comparison to the portion I receive when I order in person. Despite my notes for "sour cream on the side" they drown my entire bowl in the white stuff. They always run out of things on the line line fajitas, salad dressing and chicken. Always. These are things I come to expect whenever I come here. My bowl over-floweth with lettuce yet tasteth of disappointment and deferred dreams. Cry the beloved, Chipotle.

Don't go at lunchtime (11-1). Line is long as hell!!! Other than that, it's all good. Line crew takes care of what you need and doesn't skimp on anything. Not once did I have to say "Hey, can I have a lil' bit more _____". That's a good thing.

Today the line was not too long. We had to wait after we got our food for the salad dressing. This is the second time that this has happened in the past month. I am currently waiting as I type. Overall, this is an okay Chipotle.

This chipotle is the slowest of all the ones ive been to within a 20 mile radius. I dont knwo what it is with this one but they just cant get it together. The best time to catch them with no line is when they first open. Even if you order through the app you risk still waiting bcuz they didnt fill our order or there are 5 other people waiting for their online ordrers. I think their big problem is that they only have one or use only one cashier....so it builds up. The Chipotle on MLK/450 is the fastest ever. They are so fast at that one that your order is already up there when people are ahead of you paying for theirs. Ive never waited at that one for more than 10 minutes and thats how it should be.

I would suggest ordering online. I stood in line for about 20-30 minutes. I didn't mind because I really wanted Chipotle and I was not in a hurry. The staff is young and very playful. This may come across as unprofessional but I think it's good customer service. They work very quickly, making sure to ask you what you want at each section. I was pleased once I finally reached the food. I'm not sure what people expect from an assembly line take out...you pick your options, pay and sit or leave. The line is long because it's the onlyyyy Chipotle in the area. I mean, unless you want to drive to Capitol Heights. I live in Clinton, and unless I order ahead, I expect the lines to be long. And I don't like ordering ahead because I like to watch my food prepared. The taste of the food is average. You have to be in the mood to eat chipotle so it's always a hit when I'm feigning. I do like warming my bowl up again when I get home. Both to melt the cheese and to add some heat to the lukewarm meal. For this reason, get sour cream on the side. Guac is good with chips and salsa.

Longest line if proly ever been in at chipotle. This is clearly a result of extremely poor training, and complete lack of efficiency. You can see the class of people that work here. Very ghetto. Awful service. No respect. The list goes on and on. Will probably never come to this location again. Waldorf or Upper Marlboro is worth driving for.

Just like the Wendy's next door, this location is great. Not many Chipotle around the area so this location is a godsend. Seating like all other Chipotle are really limited so this makes this location kind of unbearable. Parking again is difficult especially here due to the footprint of the store. The shopping center itself has lots of parking, so it probably much easier to park farther away in the back and just walk up to the store.

The absolute longest time I've ever had to wait in line and terrible service. My advice is to either order online or avoid the location altogether.

lines are always xtra long. I usually order online or phone app and go to the Walmart that is nearby. make sure to check your food prior to leaving - I have gotten home and had NO meat on my a couple of my orders.

Chipotle food? Excellent! This Chipotle's service? Sloooow. Truthfully, the employees don't ever appear like they want to be there. It shows.

I'm starting to think there's crack in the burritos. Y? Because I crave. And I mean seriously crave. As far as this category, cheap quick Mexican, Chipotle is a 5 star chick. Seriously, who's competing? No one! Ever since I've discovered the burrito bowl where you actually get to have your tortilla in the bowl, I've been even more hooked. Now I don't have to spend 10 mins in line trying to decide between the burrito bowl OR the burrito. I get the best of both worlds. What could I possibly complain about? The line is long but the assembly line service thing they've got going for them is VERY efficient. I'm usually there no longer than 15 minutes. They even sell Fizze Izze to wash it all down with!!! I suppose I could complain about the pounds I add to my body every time I eat here. But If I could choose a way to die, Chipotle might be the way.

Such a shame, because I absolutely LOVE Chipotle! But this location is HORRIBLE! The customer service is downright disgusting. One of the line workers got an attitude with the customer behind because SHE made the quesdilla wrong. I've been to chipotle many times, and if they mess up your order, they remake it, no questions asked. The employee started shouting at the customer, then stormed off, leaving the line!! When I got the near end of the line, I told the woman I wanted sour cream, corn and lettuce. She put on the sour cream and corn and told the next worker "add lettuce." The next worker started rolling my burrito and I told her, "no add lettuce please." She rolled her eyes at me and said "chill ma." Chill ma? I don't even know what that ghetto crap means, so I said, "excuse me?" She said "I told you to chill, I was gonna put lettuce on it." I replied, "listen lady, obviously there's a lack of management and training in this place, I expect you to talk to me with respect, I am a paying customer." She sucked her teeth and said," so do you want the burrito or not." I was appalled! I said, "yes, I'll take it for free and I need to see your manager." She sent someone else to get the manager. I waited for 10 mins before asking where the manager was. One of the employees said, "in her office." I said, "when does she plan to come out here and see me?" The girl just shrugged. I grabbed the managers card from the front and walked out without my burrito. I've written an email to coroporate. If you love chipotle and can handle complete disrespect from under-trained, young, ghetto staff, then eat here. If not, you're better off driving to the location in Upper Marlboro.

Never place an order through the apple app. That DON'T care if it's right or wrong. The line on the inside is always outrageous. My bowl was not completed correctly as usual. Food is only chiptole so it is the same!

Food is great. Love the online order option, which cuts the long wait time.

I always feel rushed, usually to the point of accidentally picking the wrong ingredients. Also their cheese keeps mixing with guac. So for you vegans out there, do not order the guac. Not very good at keeping their ingedients from mixing. I enjoy Chipotle a lot, but may save my Chipotle cravings for a more respectable location.

I love Chipotle but this location is really lacking speed and customer service. I usually order online to cut down the wait and have found myself waiting for longer than if I had just walked in and braved the super long line. Add to that the time i ordered online and they gave me a steak salad and found it only had half the ingredients I ordered on it when I got home. If you have time to go to Waldorf instead.

Chipotle really has been slipping lately. At 7:30 pm on a Thursday evening this Clinton location stopped taking online orders. I wonder if the corporate office knows that this is going on. Also the Waldorf location is saying by way of the android app that this location is closed. I know that this is completely false because my wife Is sitting at the location waiting to pickup our dinner that I'm trying to send by way of app. I had so much hope for Chipotle.......thinking that they were setting the new standard for fresh.....farm raised food and customer service. It seems that only lasts long enough for this supposedly fresh mex chain restaurant to become entrenched in our communities......driving the family owned spots out of business, and taking our hard earned dollars. I wonder if Chipotle locations in predominantly white areas are practicing the same techniques? They are even starting to sell the same ole, in humanly raised beef......full of growth hormones. Sad!

What can you say about Chipotle? It offers Mexican food quickly of decent quality. Not authentic Mexican, but better than traditional fast food. The barbacoa burrito is pretty good, and the guacamole and chips isn't half bad either.

I am taking out time to review this place not because we don't all Chipotle is fabulous, but because this particular location is indeed fabulous. They do a great job with the portions and the staff is friendly and works efficiently given how busy this place is. The place is relatively clean and the bathrooms are well kept, so that is a good sign. Thank you for coming to this part of town, Chipotle! You are busy enough that we could use another location within 2-3 miles.

Horrible. This is not real Mexican food. I don't see what all the hype is about. Notice out of all the people that have written reviews none of them are Mexican. They probably walked in looked at the menu and left. Trust me folks when you eat real Mexican food you'll never eat chipotle!

LOL, not to much to write but they are always great. Even though the line gets long at times, it's still worth the wait.

I can't think of a time I've gone to this Chipotle and the line was not out the door. While it moves fairly quickly it is still an imposition. Even the online order line is long (6-7 people on average). Maybe there is just too much demand for this location, but I wish the service were faster. Food is great, customer service is just OK

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
