Of all the many Starbucks I frequent between Baltimore all the way down to Georgia, they have the most pathetic Internet. It is slow, disconnects frequently, and apparently is shared with FedEx two doors down.

Hey jerk off twink who works the counter. if I pay 7 bucks for a coffee....and someone takes the last table and they are not customers...get your lazy ass up and make room for a customer.....I am gay...but you are a queen......how DARE you look at me like i have dead lice falling off my head when I suggested that you enforce the rules....Well...I guess that's why you sling coffee...doesn't take brains.......so next time I come in....better make it right......sorry now I am going all queen bitch mode LOL But COME ON.....does this idiot know common sense?

I would've given this location five stars if they hadn't taken away the couch and chair :(. Other then that I like that this spot has one of the large tables to sit at and outside seating. They always have my heart brown rice veggie bowl available and the line moves swiftly - I've never felt annoyed at the wait even when there were quite a few people! Also right next to frozen yogurt - mmmm!

I used to frequent this place just to kill time, but then I got to know a lot of the staff and actually enjoyed going in to see them. I spend a decent amount of time here working on my small business and or killing time between deliveries. I find that I get more done being out of the house. They are one of the busier stores I've been to, there is usually a line in the mornings but the line moves fairly quickly. This is also one of my favorite business meeting spots, it's not to noisy and in a easy location to find. Bottom line... I feel like I'm always in here just look for the guy with the "Steel Drum Smoker's BBQ" T-Shirt on.

This Starbucks gets 3 stars because of the friendly staff. They don't get 5 stars because they are incredibly slow. During the rush hours they only have 1 barista working to make drinks for a line/crowd of at least 7 people deep. They need more staff in the morning to help get drinks out.

I go hear at least once a week at peak hours and these guys do a great job at keeping the line moving fast. In two years, I've only had one mistake with my order. The staff are generally friendly and they definitely work really hard.

Each Starbucks is a little bit different. The layout and corner of the shopping center help make this location particularly relaxing. There are several nice tables outside for use in nice weather. The management and staff has always been very accommodating and super helpful. This is my favorite SB store in a 50 mile radius.

I needed to grab a coffee badly before heading to class after ending a long work day. On top of being stuck behind crazy traffic for an hour, then having to deal with parking in this lot, my drink was not good. The espresso needed to be remade. I was super disappointed and was running too late to have it remade. The service was decent, they weren't the friendliest to me. I waited in line for some time before my drink was ready, even though it wasn't too busy. I wouldn't come back here, especially all that I had to go through to get in and out of the lot. This Starbucks ain't that good nor worth the pain I dealt with. I stop at another Starbucks instead now.

I really don't understand how people can be okay with waiting in line for 30 minutes for coffee. I remembered my wait experience at the starbucks in Severna Park, which was just as long, and used the opportunity to call my parents on the phone. Yes, i was that guy talking on the phone while waiting in line. But com'on, starbuck's, can't you hire three more employees to expedite the orders? It's not going to affect your bottom line negatively.

Excellent customer service!!! I can't speak enough about this Starbucks. People need to realize that Starbucks is a high, end coffee shop. So if you wait 20 minutes, tough luck because if there was any other high end store/shop, you would wait. The baristas are very nice. I appreciate all the hard work and crap they take from unappreciative customers. Thank you Starbucks!

Support local business by getting your coffee at Atwaters instead of this chain! The coffee's just as good, and it's not going to a huge conglomerate, it's going to locals!

A sharp staff, quick service and a very popular spot. Finding a table is a coin flip - at no set time pattern I've ever been able to figure out. I'm guessing there's a 50/50 chance of getting shut out for a spot. It's still my first pick in the area, and if you're looking for something to go instead of a place to camp awhile, they'll get you on your way fast.
