I imagine people aren't coming here for the decor. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you as soon as you step in the door. Food IS CHEAP here. Once you give your order, there are several video games you can play for FREE while waiting!! My child-husband loves going just for this. You don't have to wait long for your food. We have only gotten pizza so far; thin, greasy and cheap cheese.........it is good!!! Next we will try for some subs.

The food here is average. The best thing about it is the price! I go there quite often because it's reasonable, it's in my neighborhood,and it fits in my family's budget. However! The service is horrible. They're not friendly. They don't greet you when you come in the door, unless you are on a cell phone, then they point to a sigh that tells you to get off your cell phone before they'll serve you. The service is slow. If you're going to go in or carry it out call your order in in advance, but you're probably still going to have to wait when you get there. I have ordered A salad before leaving work in Columbia and still had to wait for my SALAD when I got there. Make sure you check your order before you leave...at least every other time my order is incorrect. Today my order was wrong. Again...when I called back, the lady argued with me that what I ordered (fried chix strip salad) was not on the menu. When I told her I've ordered it once a month for the past three months she was like oh yeah right do you want to bring it back? No, don't think so...too many second chances and rude cashiers. I just won't go back anymore.

Worst wings and service ever! This is one place you'll want to miss :( Restaurant closes at 11 PM at 10:15 when we were served our food we were asked to leave and use our food as take out only because the gentleman wanted to clean the dining room at no point in time were we told when we ordered food that we wouldn't be allowed to eat it there. Unbelievable, ridiculous, poor service making customer eat in the parking lot just plain awful.

This place is pretty good for quick cheap eats. I think the place could use a good cleaning and a little updating but I've never had an issue with the food or the prices. Service could be a little friendlier.

Stopped after work around 10pm on a Thursday to order 2 slices to go. They're open til 11pm. They stop selling slices at 9! WTF? Seriously. Lame.

You're better off getting your food to go. Inside is pretty gross and run down IMO. Food is okay, staff are not very friendly. Food didn't taste like anything spectacular.

Better than average cheesesteak subs at lower than average prices. I used to drive a delivery truck and recall humping cases of number ten cans of pizza sauce and gallons of mayonaise into the back door here over 40 years ago. I agree that this place hasn't changed much at all.

Super cheap pizza and ultra dated decor. This place hasn't changed it's prices or wallpaper in over 20 years. If you like a thin slice with minimal sauce, then this is your spot. A few other things to note: - Best crushed ice ever - Arcade machines while you wait - Delicious milkshakes - Large pizza special ($5.99 last time I checked) - Again, awesome early 90s decor I grew up not too far from here so I may be bias, but with it's cheap prices and ignorance for style, you can't go wrong with a meal at Sorrento's West.

Average food sub was okay, i didn't like the fries! Average service, okay prices! Inside is kinda dirty! Took long time until my sub was ready! More than half of my 16 oz cup was filled with ice! there is a 53¢ charge for the refill??? This is just a so so place!

Subs are good and on Mondays & Tuesdays they have a $6 special on certain foot long subs. Pizza is ok. The whole decor of the place is a throwback from the 80's with the arcade game and eat-in booths.

Why 5 stars? Is it the pizza? nope. The subs? nope. The atmosphere? oh no. ITS THE PRICE!! You could feed a small army for about 30 bucks. You can get two 16" large cheese pizzas for 10 BUCKS!!! Are you kidding? What can you buy for 10 bucks these days?? Now, is the pizza solid? yup! Is the subs good? oh yeah! and is the service fast? only lighting is faster! You only have yourself to blame if you miss out on this insanely cheap and tasty treat. After all, whats 10 dollars? (FYI, just get it to go, the interior seems a little dirty, but that could of just been me.)

I don't know how the other pizza places around here stay in business.....excellent prices, though they have gone up...about $2 higher since our little league parties there 15 years ago....The large pizza used to be $5, now it's 7 - but the two for 10 deal makes up for that. Also they changed their pizza recipe if you can call it that, and now have thin slices. Whenever I order I ask for double sauce "like how you used to make it" and for $0.75 its KIND OF what it used to be. No use in complaining though its so cheap. The people are never rude or argumentative. On the phone they tend to want to take your order very quickly during peak time - so know what you want. Always call ahead unless you really feel like waiting in the not-so-clean seating area. It's probably just as sanitary as Papa Johns/Pizza Hut but since it's so bright and 90s in there you'll notice it a bit more

The best, cheapest pizza / sub shop, in Baltimore, maybe in the entire world. Okay, hyperbole aside, I don't live in B'more anymore, but I will go there every time I visit. Their pizza is the way all pizza should be, good, slammed with toppings, and cheap. Their subs are great and stuffed full. And the menu variety is huge. Get a solid Philly cheese-steak or a good shrimp-salad sandwich and a pizza for a little more than ten bucks. More than enough to fill up a family of four. The place is sometimes sketchy and is usually pretty dirty, but you can always order ahead and pick it up. Thing is, everything is so good and so cheap I have no idea how they stay in business. Oh yeah, because there's always people there.
