Damnit, this is the wrong one again. This one was always crummy, but great for a hang-over.

Dirt cheap pizza. Excellent milkshakes. Early '90s decor. Horrible service and greasy arcade machines. Man, I really do love this place. Don't change, Sorrento's, don't ever change.

I haven't been to Sorrento ' s in years but the sign outside advertising the $8.99 seafood pizza brought back old memories of their delicious pizza so I decided to give it a try. Bad decision. The place is your typical grease box establishment. They tried to spruce up the place by adding table cloths but more work wouldn't hurt. The food has definitely changed but not for the better. The pizza was dry and flavorless.

Pretty blah food all around. My tuna sub and fries were meh. My friend's pizza looked like day old cardboard with no flavor. Cheap and quick, but not really good. The staff here also doesn't pay attention when they're taking orders. We had to repeat ourselves a few times.

I'm giving it two stars strictly because of BAD SERVICE. I've been coming here since I was a kid. Pizza is pizza but they are part of catonsvilles tradition. Pizza is almost always hot and cheesy. I love it. However they better get some better cashiers to work there, the amount of attitude and lack of respect for the customer is absolutely unacceptable. I complained to the manger and let him know about the incidents. I don't have to deal with that for a slice of pizza I'll pay a bigger buck just for some respect and decency.

The local joint. Sorrento's feeds you on a Friday night, you leave with your stomach and wallet full. It's been around for 20+ years in and I don't know anyone who doesn't love it. When you pay 2.99 for a shrimp basket with double fries, don't expect gourmet.

Awwwww man this place is gonna be an issue. The right across the street from the office, price is right and the food is outstanding. I am giving it 4 stars because for fries this good they should consider investing in better ketchup. No really the ketchup has got to go! It's gross, tastes cheap and looks like water is the main ingredient. Get rid of it! Other than that I will be coming back, With my own ketchup of course

It tastes okay. They do not use good quality cheese so the texture is weird and feels a little plastic. I'd rather have Cici's pizza. I gave 2 stars because their price is reasonable.

Tried their cheesesteak, it was not bad, but nothing special either to go out of the way. Customer service dept can use a little help.

Sorrento's West serves up good cheap pizza. It can be ordered whole or by the slice. It is located right next to my most favorite pit beef place. They offer what seems to be a permanent special of two large 16 inch cheese pizzas for $9.99. $9.99 ??? WTF ?!?! Besides the usual items on the menu at a typical pizza shop like subs, wings and sides, they have milk shakes...27 different flavors ! I am not a huge milk shake fan but the strawberry was really good. The pizza was good for the price. Like Julian V. said, it is what it is.......

The first time I came here the counter woman was very rude. Their sign says extra toppings are $.35, so I was curious as to why my order was so high when I ordered only two additional toppings. (not that is was expensive, just more than I thought it would be). The woman behind the counter seemed like she wanted to answer none of my questions. I can understand that I misunderstood their sign-I guess the topping price is for sandwiches-but I have a right to understand why my bill is the price it is. I can't tell you how many times I have caught mistakes in pricing just by paying attention to my bill. Anyway, I wasn't happy at all, and the other counter person looked like she was bored with work. BUT, when I ate my sub and the pizza it was really good. Certainly a great value for the price. I had said I would never be back, but with cheap prices like this, and combine that with the fact they are a minute away from my home-I broke my rule of never returning to a place with rude customer service. All the other times I have been back the counter help was nice enough.

Galaga machine! Crab Pizza! I'm sold! Not really. For the price, the pizza is close to being good. The crust is really awesome, it has a really good rise, but the sauce does NOT taste right. The crab, was probably canned, but you get a pretty fair amount. The fountain drinks are SUPER sweet so make sure you ask for extra ice and get ready to visit the dentist. It is what it is; cheap pizza and surprisingly decent, but surely better pizza exists in Baltimore!

Food is okay. Decent selection of subs. Prices are reasonable. What killed it for us was the lady taking our order. She was obviously completely disinterested in being there and couldn't care less about customer service. When the people ahead of us were done w their order this employee behind the register didn't even ask "can I help you? " she just stood there and looked at us....that's it, just stood there! Are u kidding me??? Our order finally came up - quick turnaround time - she handed me the tray of food - all good. Until I asked for a couple more napkins. She just looked at me and started taking the next customer's order. As if I didnt ask anything! I finally raised my voice and she handed me a stack of napkins. Food is good but to hell with their customer service.

This is the only place I know of where you can walk in and order a large pepperoni pizza for under 7 bucks. The pizza is good, but its not the best I have every had. It is the price that brings people back time and time again. They have other foods such as subs and wings. This place is great for a person who wants to buy food for the big game on a budget. This place has also been around for a long time which means that they are doing something right at least Pros: Cheap Pizza Lots of Seating Cons: Outdated I will continue to go here and get my pizza fix when I am not looking spend cash.

Very good pizza at a great price. Tried to call ahead on a Saturday night for carry-out pizza. Couldn't get through, so just ordered at the counter. Two large pizzas and a large order of fries for under $20. We usually carry out from Scittino's in Catonsville, but Sorrento is literally half the price. Great bang for the buck, will repeat soon.
