I never write reviews but today I encountered the most disgusting cashier. Her name tag says LuLu. I asked for a regular iced coffee and 4 pumps of syrup (assuming that they usually put just simple syrup. She asked me what kind of syrup I wanted and mocked me (can i just have 4 pumps of syrup) to her coworker without telling me what kinds they have. I had to then ask her what kinds do they have. It was seriously the rudest thing ever. Everyone else working there is great though!

Hey, what's to say. I'm here consistently every Tuesday and Wednesday morning before work. What I love about Panera in general is their steadfast consistency and quality of their product. So usually chains only rank 3 stars but this Panera is different, their staff is super friendly and personable especially Ayesisha who is an absolute doll and the highlight of my breakfast visits. For this reason this Panera ranks 4 stars m

Nice staff -- super nice staff... But it's generally very busy and often dirty. This may be an understaffing issue. Parking is great compared to the one in Columbia. I'd go here just so I didn't have to go into that awful Walmart parking lot off of Dobbin. If you have a choice, this one or Columbia, choose this one (based on parking).

Honestly, who hasn't been to Panera before? It has something for everybody. The atmosphere is comfortable. You can sit right by the window to eat and look out or you can relocate to a booth for some privacy. Sometimes when my wifi at home is jank, I end up running to Panera because honestly sometimes at other places I feel self conscious sitting there for with all my work spread out, but I don't feel like I'm being judged at Panera...especially when I'm hiding in a booth but that's beside the point! Go there for some warm and hearty food. I recommend the Pesto Sachetini and the Fontina Grilled Cheese.

I am a Panera lover. It is a great place to get soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries and bagels!! It's not exactly cheap but it's not super pricey either. I've been coming to this location for many years. There is plenty of seating around but I usually get my food to go. The service here is not too great but better than a lot of other Paneras that I have been to. The food preparers are fast and usually nice but I've found that the cashiers there can be slow and rude at times. Food: 4 stars Service: 2-3 stars

Lets start with what I like...open seating , always clean, and the food is alway fresh. From the bagels to salads you can't go wrong. They change up the summer menu to showcase new items. Right now I'm stuck on the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad , the combination of dried fuji apple, grilled chicken, pecan, red onion, field greens, and cheese its a party in my mouth. I always get a side of bread to dip in the dressing. Now to what I don't like...Everyone knows this is the place to be whether its breakfast, lunch, and or dinner this location is busy. But I will stand right in line waiting my turn....Yes I would like...

I won't go too much into their menu. I suggest you look online. Most things are as good as they sound. However, I'm going to be very unpopular in saying the strawberry poppyseed is not tasty to me. My favorite things are the lemon orzo chicken soup, the frontenga chicken panini, and the retired tomato and Mozzarella panini. I believe you may still be able to order the tomato and mozz panini, since they now offer it as a flatbread and usually let you customize your order. The French onion soup is also delicious, as are most things I have tried. The employees at this location have always been great, especially the people who put the food together. I used to stop here a lot when I worked close by and they always greeted me while they were working. The loss of a star is for the women's bathroom. The floor is always wet when I go in. I think some of the plumbing is leaking. Maybe the sink? Also, once they forgot my salad dressing :( other than that, no complaints.

I am a frequent visitor of panera bread Mainly for their soups and today is the first time I am at this location. Inside is very clean and the employees were very friendly and polite. I noticed a new summer item (summer corn chowder) and I new I had to try it. Compared to the regular clam chowder it holds it's own and I would recommend. It was freshly made and the taste was superb. I also decided to try a bear claw for the first time. First though is "very good" similar to eating a croissant with icing on top. I am here on a Friday at 9am and it's not crowded or loud which is what I always like. Can't wait to come again

It's the same as many other locations but this store has mainly teens and young people working who have let to learn what appropriate work conversation means. . . Between that and their lack of volume control I'd prefer to go to another location.

The food is like any other panera and it's pretty good. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite. They introduced a new dinner roll that tastes like cardboard so make sure to ask for a baguette if you want that bread option instead. Service is average speed and the place is pretty clean. Can get real busy at lunch and dinner and the tables fill fast. The heat is a little high for the winter, you'll want to strip down to a tshirt if you're dining in.

This Panera is an occasionally trip for me. It is close to the college I attend, the food here beats the college cafeteria food any day. This local is similar to most others I have been to. Many places to sit and gather, good food, and good drinks. There is nothing to complain about with the food. The staff is sort-of aloof. I am not sure if was just the employees today or if they are always like this. The cashier was friendly, made sure she had my order correct before she completed the sale. The staff making the food are rather loud. I sat over 10 feet away and could still hear every conversation. Not all of the conversations were work appropriate. It was a little uncomfortable... I will be back here for future lunch breaks; I will just try to sit father away from the kitchen next time.

The Panera Bread location in this increasingly improved Rt. 40 strip mall is surprisingly large and well run. The staff are pleasantly efficient, and if Panera's standard offerings are what you're looking for, this is an above-average franchise location.

Same standard panera style good food. Other than that you can see the difference between corporate store and franchise store. Different promos than corporate like you can pick only cookies with one extra dollar where at corporate you can pick anything from pastry bar. It's not my problem if it's a franchise, I went to panera not corporate or franchise.

They used to have great ambiance and good portions. Lately portions have become smaller and food not served very warm. Renovation somehow missed the mark. A few of the paintings look very 80's. I do like the staff though and location is good w a pier 1 and goodwill close by. Perfect for meeting the girls for a quick lunch. The chicken avocado Cobb salad is very delicious and the turkey avocado panini is good too. But the prices have increased and portions decreased why oh why can't it be the opposite?

This place had excellent customer service, but I was concerned with its cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty, the floor needed a wipe, and it smelled a bit funky.

Conveniently located off 695 on Rt.40 - great access to many of my accounts in the Columbia, Ellicott City, and Catonsville area. Phoned in an order for lunch around 9am, and it was ready to go for noon. Love the dedicated cash register for phone-in orders - so nice to skip ahead of the regular lunch crowd! Also, policy is to fill the soup, fountain and hot beverages when you show up, so these items do not cool down (or have ice melt) while waiting for you to arrive. Nice touch! Best part of my experience.... the new white cheddar Mac N Cheese was not only on the menu, but a staff member was greeting you at the front door with SAMPLES! Yum!! My new seasonal indulgence, Mmmmmm...... Second best part of my experience.... store manager helped carry bags out to my car. Thanks so much! I will certainly be placing more orders with your location!

I've been to this place a few times and have enjoyed it each time. Today's lunch was french onion soup & caesar salad with a french baquette. Everything was delicious. $10 lunch isn't cheap but given the options in this area and the quality of the meal, no real issue. Friendly service, clean tables. Free wi-fi if you need it.

Good customer service goes a long way! There's a girl named Gideon at this location who had me laughing the entire time I was ordering. Might I add, it was a pretty gloomy, rainy day. My new Panera favorite: Mediterranean Salmon salad with black bean soup. The salad barely has any dressing on it but is delicious!!! And the black bean soup has a bit of a spicy kick.

I love all the Paneras, but whoever chose to put one in this location had a great idea. Around here, there's a McDonald's and Burger King on every corner, so this is a nice welcome change. From soups to sandwiches to salads, I don't think there's anything on this menu I haven't liked. Even with the lunch crowd, the staff does their best to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. There's also free samples of bread to nibble on while you wait in line. And unlike the aforementioned establishmments, I've never had them mess up something on my order. It also makes a good meeting place for school and work assignments because of the internet access. I just wish they were open a little bit later in the evenings.
