Wow, what is going on at the Bowie Town Center? It seems like things are really going downhill. Went into Uno's as a table for two on a Sunday afternoon when the place was mostly empty. The host/hostess station didn't have menus, so the person standing there got the manager (I assume) to come in and bring two to us and seat us. He said that they've been "under staffed and over booked," but most of the tables were empty like I said. We sat and waited for our server for about five minutes before realizing that if we stayed it'd likely take all night for a simple late lunch. Yikes! Get it together Uno's!!

The best local option for Chicago style pizza, but not good Chicago style pizza!

Awesome Pizza and the Shrimp and Crab Fun Doo rocked big time! Service exceptional. Ann gives it an 8 I give it 9.5.

Attentive service and good food - try the Chicken Milanese. Much better experience than at the place across the street. Will be back!

Been here a couple of times. For some reason. I wouldn't go here to hang out. It always seems empty, and it does seem a little over priced. The drinks are ok.

I love a good deep dish pizza and this place has it down. Great buttery crust. Just drooling thinkin about it. Carry-out Double Deal is the best option, 2 Regular pizzas $19.99. A deal you can't beat.

I've been here a couple of times and it is an pretty good place to eat. It is comfortable and nice. I don't like a big crowd. This place has plenty of seating so you don't feel crowded in.

I went in to the bar yesterday, and I was the only person sitting at the bar around 1 on a Saturday afternoon. That should have told me something but I was hungry and had time to kill. I waited for almost 10 minutes with the bartender never acknowledging me, until I started putting my coat on to leave. Then he came over and took my drink order. Ten minutes later, I was still waiting for my drink. Two more customers came and sat at the bar. The bartender was making drinks for the waitstaff and took a food order for one of the other customers. I got up and went across the street to Duclaw's, where the only bartender greeted me immediately and brought me a drink quickly while serving a full bar. This was disappointing because I always went to Uno's back home. They had the best nachos.

Bad service and bad food is typically known to be the kiss of death for most restaurants. The only things it has going for it is it's menu variety (find the penny in the grass), decent desserts, and ideal location. Does the DMV have a policy against proper customer service? If so, I did not receive this memo.....

i have never been a fan of uno's but went with friends as they wanted pizza and i wanted a drink. the service was slow, and i think it was because you had the bartender working the bar and serving table?? our appetizer took 20 mins and looked and tasted like it came out a box. my pizza was ok.. i had the eggplant and spinach thin crust. the bread was dry, and not enough pesto on it. it would have been better if they had drizzled some oil or pesto after it came out. it left the crust hard, and the pizza wasn't even crispy. the temp inside kept going up and down..one min cold, another hot.. if this is a representation of Chicago pizza i still love NYC pizza lol

Put this location out of it's misery...this was my worst Uno experience...ever! I should have walked out the door when I noticed it was empty on a Sunday evening. I will finish my review later but I had to put this information out there now.

For a good place to grab a quick bite and the service is efficiently good UNOs is the spot. When I come out here for lunch they have a very good combo meal 2 for $12. I normally get the baked zeti and a single pizza. The food comes out quickly is always good.

Friends and I went for a good meal. Ended up with a living grass hopper in my salad! !!! The manager came over just took the plate and didn't even say anything. No apologies or anything. Horrible service I would not recommend in the least! !!!!

I've read some not so great reviews here so I have to assume that Uno's has stepped up their game in the past few months. I had lunch there last week and it was great. The hostess was cute and friendly and as a bonus she sang a few lines to us while she got our menus and silverware out. Our waiter Cam was very knowledgable of his menu. He had descriptive suggestions for several of the menu items which was good because there are a lot of options. He remained attentive throughout our lunch. At the end of the meal the manager showed up with a gift bag for first timers at his restaurant. It included coupons, small gifts, and best of all, a home-made chocolate chip cookie. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

I used to eat here a lot back in 2005-2006 but they have truly lost their spark. The service was forgettable, no one introduced themselves but the girl was nice that served us. Silverware was dirty, the water had dirt in it, not once but twice. The second water wasn't touched because of it. My food....*sigh* never trust a "pizza" chain with seafood. I ordered the current special; lobster roll & fries. It was like a mayonnaise & lettuce salad on a hot dog bun. The "lobster" tasted like imitation meat & was nowhere near seasoned. It definitely wasn't fresh. The bread was like a stiff hot dog bun. Nothing like what a lobster roll belongs on & nothing like what was advertised. With the little lobster & absolutely no flavor, I was disappointed & disgusted. Also my fries were barely warm. & to think I paid $18. Smh I will never eat at this restaurant chain again. Between the menu changes & the terrible food, I'll pass.

It was our weekly Mommy-Daughter Date night. And since we went bike riding at Allen Pond before dinner, I decided it would have to be somewhere close! So we decided to go to Uno's. How bad could it be? It wasn't too bad! We were seated right away. This place was damn near empty on a Wednesday night. I ordered the Napoli artisan pizza and my daughter ordered the safari chicken nuggets! I enjoyed my pizza. She always gets stuff like chicken nuggets, so she was easily satisfied. Our server was nice and right on time. We didn't have to wait for much! I'm just not that big of a fan of this chain in general. But it worked for my daughter! Probably won't be going back anytime soon. Not because it wasn't good, but because, I'm just not that big of a fan of Uno's.

Great family night out. Aliyah was awesome! A bit chilly but the service and food made up for that. Kid friendly menu perfect for my daughter (10) and neice (5). Delightful drink menu margaritas and sangria hit the spot. Would definitely return again and again.

I'll start by saying I've never been to an Uno's before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was actually a lot nicer/fancier than I thought it would be. So our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) walked in around 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. Everywhere else in the area was packed, so when I saw that half of the tables were empty in Uno's, I was happy. That was, until, they told us there would be a 40 wait. When we asked why, they said because they're under staffed. About 10 minutes later, we asked if we could at least be seated and we understand that we'll have to wait to be served. They said no, and instead we had to continue to wait out in the freezing cold lobby. Right after that, a group of women walked in and asked the same thing. Although they were also told no, they all said they had to go to the bathroom, and proceeded to seat themselves! AND immediately got waited on! It was actually pretty genius, but just showed how irresponsible the front staff was. So finally, 40 min later we were seated. There were several things on the menu I was interested in, which surprised me considering I don't usually like Italian food. Our server, Thomas, was great. He had tables all over the place and still remained pretty attentive and had a great attitude the whole time. Once the food came, which actually didn't take too long, there were mixed reviews. Two of the kids hated their "make your own pizza"... They said it tasted like cardboard. The chicken parmesan seemed to be a hit, as was my Turkey Avocado club with farro salad. The crispy chicken salad I was told wasn't anything special. Also, someone ordered a Blue Moon...when it didn't come with an orange slice, he was told, "oh, the bartender didn't feel like cutting any." Alrighty then.... I think everything at this place is a hit or miss and we experienced it all. I will say, there were two women sitting behind us, who were there before us, and didn't get their food until after...needless to say, they were NOT happy. I would actually eat here again....maybe not this particular one, but another Uno's.

I read through many of the reviews and while they are correct about it being cold and the food taking a while, they are also right about the drinks and food being pretty good. The waiter that we had was really nice and very helpful with ordering. Will definitely be coming back.

A year later and a renovation, and nothing can change the lackluster experience that is Uno's at Bowie Town Center. I keep trying to give them chances because I get deals in my email and every time I am disappointed. Slow service? Check! Missing items for pick-up order? Check! Pick-order not ready at the quoted time? Check! It is sooooo frustrating. I like the food, but honestly? It's not worth it 50% of the time. I really wish they would just get their acts together fully. I will say the hostesses are always sweet and polite, but it does little for the experience you sign up for once you are past their desk at the entrance.

Let me start off by saying that I am a HUGE fan of deep dish pizza. So clearly, UNO's is my type of place. Unfortunately, this location will not be on my list of UNO's to visit whenever I feel the urge to splurge. I have gone to this location twice, and the first time, it went okay. Our female waiter, for whatever reason, had a very phony and condescending attitude the entire time which completely confused my Aunt and I. It was very noticeable. Her name was "Gina" if I'm not mistaken. (If you're served by Gina, you're gonna have a bad time) Now, last Saturday, I visited this very UNO's for the second time. The service was pretty slow, I must admit. It took us over twenty minutes to get our food, but I tried to be patient. Once 20 minutes went past, the waiter came from the kitchen and said that our orders would be out within another 5 minutes, and that "the chef is a little slow." So, we waited. Finally, our food arrived after nearly a half an hour. And to my dismay, it wasn't exactly worth the wait. It was okay, but it definitely wasn't at its best (I've had much better in DC). Also, am I the only one who's noticed the strange attire of the waiters? My Aunt mentioned that one of the waiters appeared, "unkempt" but I somewhat ignored it because I felt that the comment was unnecessary and had no relevance to the service we were receiving. But, after I noticed that our host was walking around in Crocs, I was astounded. Crocs? Really? And as I looked around, many of the waiters simply looked like they rolled out of bed at the last second to pop into work. Another example, one waiter even had a pair of sunglasses on her head, her shirt un-ironed, with her muffin top very obviously hanging out of her untucked shirt. If it wasn't for the clearly labeled shirts, I would have mistaken a few of the employees for customers! I hate to sound uppity, but appearance is important, and that was pretty unprofessional. Sorry, but this place is just not it. This is the closest UNO's to my home, but I doubt if I'll visit this location again.

I have Chicago style pizza in Chicago at Lou Mainati's, Giordano's and Uno's. And let me say, it's all awful. How can you call that pizza? Chicago Dog is another waste as well. If I want a salad in my hotdog, then I don't want it. Chicago pizza is pizza soup. It's just not my cup of tea or should I say not my cup of soup. I came into this place knowing very well that I was going to avoid it. I sat at the bar and ordered a sandwich instead. Consider the long line at Panera Bread next door, I thought I would give this place a try. The service was friendly, but slow and my sandwich was good but not great. If the line at Panera is long again, then I'll come back.

First time at an UNOs in several years ... now I remember why! Sat at the bar for "happy hour" (or what they call Happy Hour) The bar staff was polite, the drinks were good ... but the food, YUCK! The chips and guac was old - the guac was actually served somewhat brown and I had to send it back. We each had the "2 for 12" and of the salads, small pep pizza, and shrimp - the only thing tasting decent was the shrimp. Don't recommend this place at all if going for food .... walk across the street and go to DuClaw

Ordered the 2 for $12 pick & choose meal: Italian chopped salad & roasted eggplant, spinach & feta flat bread. It was okay. My salad was over-doused with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing which caused the greens to be a bit soggy & soupy on the bottom of the bowl. My pizza was good. I would've liked it to be hotter but it was alright. I didn't care for the extra caramelized onions so I pulled a lot of it out. It wasn't bad though. I was happy that I did have a glass of the house Stone Barn Chardonnay. That helped a lot. Last but not least, the service was good & the waiter was really sweet. Not all that bad for a late Friday night outing.

I don't come here often but I generally like it for a change of pace and it does have a nice ambiance. I came here yesterday with The Missus for a very late lunch - about 3pm. The place was far from crowded and we thought we'd get fairly quick service and decent food. We were wrong on both counts. Before I go much further, though, I would like to commend Uno for having nutrition labeling on their website. Not many places do. It's a nice touch and it really helps if you want to go and want to pre-plan what you want to eat. However, for those of us that don't pre-plan, the offerings are fairly heavy in the calorie and calories from fat category. OK. 'Nuf said about nutrition. You wouldn't be going here if your were really all that health conscious anyway. Like I said, the wife and I came here in the middle of the afternoon. We got seated right away although we got seated in the bar area - not my very first choice but OK. It took awhile for one person to come up and take our drink order. That was OK except that 3 minutes later someone completely different came up to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Obviously, there is a little lack or coordination and communication. M guess is that the first guy was about to go off duty or was the manager...maybe. The first guy comes back with our beverages (mint iced tea and mango iced tea - both good) and takes our lunch order...and disappears. Sometime later our salads come out (very large and a little over dressed with a sort of creamy salad dressing. It tasted fine but when we looked up the nutritional info we realized it was big time calories and big time calories from fat. Oh well. We didn't order dessert. The big thing is that even though the place was really not that crowded the waiter (either number 1 or number 2) rarely came back. When Waiter #2 came back I ordered a 2nd mint iced tea but...it never came. The bottom line is this: the experience at Uno's is spotty at best. I remember coming to this location before and getting great service and good food without waiting a long time and having attentive waitresses. This time was the complete opposite. The service was slow and inattentive and the food was mediocre. My guess is they do better with pizza and steaks. At least, I hope they do.

Tonight my Husband and I tried this spot for the first time. Because we got there close to 10:00 pm we were seated quickly. The Waiter (I believe his name is Guy) was friendly and efficient with our order. For Appetizer we had the Shrimp and Crab Dip...one word DELICIOUS!!! A must order!!! For our Entrée we had a Deep Dish Pizza. The Pizza was good "just good" it was a little bland. To me the Sausage and the Ground Beef should have been seasoned more. Our drinks were not refilled as much as I would have liked them too cause our Waiter was also working the Bar. Oh well all and all my experience was good and I will recommend it to family and friends. I will be back if not just the the Dip...lol! LOVE THE DIP!!!!

We were there yesterday and the meal just seemed to go from bad to worse. The restaurant had maybe 10 occupied tables and we were there for almost two hours. The waiter had to come back and re-ask us our order twice. When the food finally arrived my plate of pasta was dropped on the floor by a server and half of my dads pizza was dropped as well. No apology no comment from the manager for two ruined meals. Drink refills requests never came. For a meal that my party expected to be nice everyone left unsatisfied and never coming back.

  • Renee G.

This was a ridiculous experience. We arrived for a children's party that had been preplanned. There were about 20 of us. The service was horribly slow. My beer glass arrived broken. And the chipped edge came off on my hand. They took care of the kids. After the kids were finished the restaurant brought out about a third of the food necessary for the adults. Party reservation was for 3pm. At 430pm they had just finished bringing dessert to the kids. The chips and guacamole for the adults never came. The first tray of adult food (kids had make your own pizzas) took ~45 mins. The second tray of main course arrived just after dessert was passed to the kids. At 430. The restaurant was almost empty except for our party. Drink service after the first round was non-existent. I just left and went across the street to get dinner. The utter obliviousness of the manager and staff to the fact that they were only preparing a fraction of the necessary food (chicken parmigiana) for the adults is unacceptable. We had to point it out to them when they brought it out. This is a restaurant and it's their party package. They should be mortified. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It's been roughly seven months since I lasted posted a review about this particular UNO's chain. I wish I could have a better report, alas I cannot. The service was extremely slow and the apps and entrees came out, again, at the same time. Not to mention that the drink special was a Jack Honey and Ginger, which they ran out of. And while my kids seemed to enjoy their food, my daughter's chicken Alfredo had the hardest clumps of chicken. When I called the manager over, I explained that this was my second attempt, I even had UNO coupons, and I was disappointed. Why do I need to spend money outside of my neighborhood to get quality service? He understood and explained how he had to fire "all the knuckleheads" and how he was left with "college students who don't have a sense of urgency." He gave us our meal on the house, so really, the kids ate free! And my wife and I now have to find somewhere else to eat. Guess it's a refrigerator and pantry night...

We go here on Tuesdays because Kids Eat Free! Can't beat that, right. Plus, they have a guy who entertains and make balloons for the kids. We go for the traditional Chicago deep dish pizza all the time. It's like an open calzone, delicious.

This review is about Uno's carryout service at the Bowie MD location. We ordered two pizzas online an hour before pickup. I arrive and ask for my pizzas. The guy says he'll go to the kitchen and check. He never returns. (Uh Oh; I start getting a bad feeling.) After several minutes, another guy appears and I ask him to check on my pizzas. He says "you already talked to the manager right." (Double Uh Oh) I said I hadn't. I asked what the problem was and he said "it's still in the oven." I said "but I ordered it an hour ago." He said "sorry." I said "it was just put in the oven wasn't it?" He reluctantly admitted it had. I know I will be sitting in the lobby for approx. 20 min. so I tell him to cancel the order. He seemed pretty shocked. However, not as shocked as I am that I continually run into establishments that think they are the only ones that serve food. And, by the way, this is a Sunday night with scarce customers. I probably should have insisted they pay me for the unnecessary gas for my drive over there. After placing an order online, do I need to followup with a phone call before getting in the car and remind them like children? Kind of defeats online ordering.

My son and I stopped in here for lunch last week before a doctor's appointment. I had given him the choice of several locations, and he chose Uno's, probably because we'd had such great experiences at other Uno's locations in the past. We got there right after they opened, so I wasn't too concerned about the place being empty, but by the time we left there were only two other occupied tables in the place....not a good sign in the middle of lunch hour. When we walked in, I noticed four soup tureens with bowls set out in front of them, and thought "Mmmm...soup sounds good!" Our server, Tasha, came to our table quickly enough and took our drink orders, but didn't know what the soups for the day were. I noticed on their menu that they have an all you can eat soup deal that's SUPPOSED to have 6 soups available, but apparently 4 is all you get at this location. Tasha informed us that only two of the soups were ready, and she didn't know how long it would be before the others were out, but I thought I'd take a chance anyway.....should have just ordered pizza! The two choices were broccoli cheese and clam chowder. I'm not a big clam fan, but thought the broccoli sounded good....WRONG! Bland and pasty is the best I can describe it. Eventually they brought out the other two (minestrone and vegetable......which were essentially the same soup split into two containers). Again, very bland and only lukewarm. But I still had high hopes for my goat cheese & veggie wrap....but again, disappointment prevailed, as there was so much oil on the sandwich that the wrap was falling apart, and barely enough cheese to notice it was there. Sigh! As for Tasha.....she was friendly but sadly ill-prepared to answer any questions about the menu. My son opted for the BBQ chicken pizza, and again the overall assessment was that it was just bland. He got a box for his leftover pizza, but ended up feeding it to the dog....and even HE had to think about it before he finally decided it was better than kibble.

I really should have looked at the reviews before I headed here for lunch one day! I normally love Uno as i have had great experiences at other locations but this one was the WORST. The waitress was not very attentive and my burger was burnt. I think I'll stick to the other locations ive been too when looking for my Chicago pizzeria experience in MD.

First time to Uno's Bar & Grill. We were greeted and promptly seated by, Alex who although the Host, dove into the role of Server when a 'situation' detained the regular Server. He apologized, but had he not, we'd never have known anything was wrong. He was professional and attentive without being obnoxious. Menu has a nice selection of beer and I can attest that the Mediterranean thin crust pizza is a winner. Oh...an "individual" size would definitely suffice for two meals. As for ambiance, the walls are covered with cool black and white photos, but I could totally do without the "Balloon Maker" who whips up something funny, then looks to you for a pittance. Feels a bit like Disneyland...ya know...when everything is already overpriced, yet they zing you for something you just can't say "No" to.

I've been here a couple of times. Service has been great each time, and this place is never crowded when I'm here (granted I've come both times on the weekend mid day). There really isn't much to this place. It reminds me of an Applebees with slightly better food with a specialization of thick crust, pan pizza. They also have thin crust as well. Other than pizza, they have burgers, quesadillas, sandwiches, etc. On my first visit, I ordered one of their Chicago pan pizza and it was really tasty. Carb central. The second time, I ordered their mini burgers. The "home made" sauce on the burger was spicy and good, but the burgers were too over cooked and slightly charred. I could barely finish the third one. If I come here again, I'm going to stick with the pizza. The fries were average, but tasty. They have a decent selection of cocktails. I got the lemon martini, which was really good. The prices are typical of chain establishments, but some of the appetizers were only $5, which I thought was a really good price.

Steak tips baby! But that is it. Food is simply sub par at best.

It's average at Best. The parking is ok, can't complain, but with the choices in this shopping center you would rather go spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. The service was good, but the place was slow. We went for lunch on Columbus day. Neil had a flat bread quesadilla and I had a flatbread pizza. He seemed to enjoy it very much so but it also reminded him of a buffalo chicken pizza we have when we are in Long Island. My flatbread was a bit lacking. It had spinach, feta, tomatoes, pesto and black olives. The idea was great, but they put way too many olives and feta, I had to pluck it off . But then the flavor of the dough was just not there. It was like flavorless doughy stuff. It wasn't even crunchy how I imagined it would have been. Oh well... Don't waste your time, Duclaws, three brothers and some other places are a stones throw from this place.

This Uno establishment's service really lacks well, everything. Keely and I have been there a few times now and each time there is always something that bugs me to know end and as a customer, that's not good. The food is not bad at all. Dare I say this for a chain? The food is well, innovative. The quesadilla I had was fantastic! The only problem I have is that there wasn't enough meat in it, but I can overlook it. You'll have to take my word (if you dare hahahaha) on it as I really can't explain it. It was that good and surprising. The only (and major) problem I have is the service. The wait was incredibly long so we decided to skip the wait and sit at the bar as there were many tables open. As we were trying to sit down, the bartender decided to yell at us and say that since he was the only bartender that night, we couldn't sit at any of the bar tables. What? I'm sorry, but that's not my problem, that should be yours. So we sat at the bar instead so I guess he didn't have a problem with customers. Needless to say, service was chilly, inconsistent and we had to wait quite a bit for our food. This, plus the other times, we've been here equals two stars. I feel that strongly about service. Sorry Uno.

Unlike Craig and Larry, I'm giving Uno one dull, ridiculous star because every time I've been, the food has been less than average and the wait an eternity-and-a-half. And to the bartender that was apparently too busy to wait on the bar tables (and made a fuss as we were sitting down)...bite me. Why is it that you couldn't even put the olives and the cube of cheese on the tiny plastic sword that was supposed to come with my Bloody Mary? I have no idea why I tipped him 20 percent.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! My mom and I went for a casual birthday dinner and while we were sitting there- a roach appeared. At the time we saw the roach, the manager stopped by and asked us if we wanted another table. ANOTHER TABLE? We refused and left right then and there. WHAT A NASTY PLACE.

Truly I have found it folks the reason for writing reviews. A high point for FOOD, which I simply without question adore. My aunt and I went to Uno's this weekend and We were absolutely blown away by how great the food was and the variety of menu choices. I wanted my favorite restaurant to be a mom's and pop's restaurant warranting a suggestion letter to my fav show, dare I say it, Guy Fieri's Triple D, but Unfortunately I haven't found it. The hunt is still on. so restaurants beware I am coming with pen in hand and Yelp by my side. The Uno chain has officially won my heart. I know that many of its restaurants across the nation have had to close recently due to the recession and those crazy customers that have never had the luxury of ordering my FAV BAKED STUFFED Chicken breast filled with feta, mozzarella, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, garlic and basil. With a side of the scrupulous farro salad. The farro grain is pretty expensive and hard to find in the local market, so a true treasure to have on the menu. Uno's offers unique menu options, and it so much more than your ordinary pizza joint. My aunt ordered the herbed chicken, rice, and mixed veggies. When the waiter stopped by our table, who by the way had been attentive throughout the entire dinner service, asked if everything was OK? We both said jokingly of course, "The food here might have been a little too good and you may a have problem getting us to leave." The food was so good that my aunt who rarely likes any restaurants asked the following weekend if we could go back to UNO's. If you like Great food and want to be satisfied then by ALL means give Uno's a try. An A+ restaurant all the way.

No wait as compared to all the other Town Center sit down restaurants. Mostly come here for dessert.

I've been to Uno twice. Once when I was 16, and then this past week. Man, have things have changed. Their menu is huge. The personal pizza is $10 and not at all how I remembered it. It was small and bland. I asked for a side of pesto just to dress it up. They have 'bananas fosters' lmao... don't do it bro. Its 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream with microwaved carmel and diced bananas. Hilarious. Extra star for attentive, and really super nice service.

My friends and I were hungry in the afternoon after walking around Six Flags on September 22, 2012. We considered going to Duclaw Brewing Co across the street but they didn't have the beer we wanted. At Pizzeria Uno, it was hardly busy. We sat down immediately and ordered beer. Our server seemed novice or in-training because she didn't understand what beer I wanted to order and whether it came in a bottle. For instance, I asked which kind of Samuel Adams they served, and she didn't know. In retrospect, I shouldn't have been upset with her. However, she didn't come back with water and it was hard to get her attention. At least the food was half decent. I ordered the skinless bake and that appeased my appetite.

Who would think that a chain like this could serve food that was unacceptable , nasty, and not fit to eat. Well this location did! All we wanted was a deep dish plain tomato and cheese pizza served hot and ready to eat. The pizza was served cold yes cold. I guess things can happen so when we immediately complained the waitress apologized took our pie and return ten minutes later with the same pie only this time it was Burnt!! Are you kidding me!!! And to add fuel an assistant manager came by to ask if everything now was ok. My reply was "look at my pie and YOU answer your question". What a disappointment. I will not return and definitely will not recommend.

The non alcoholic drinks here were really good. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The bread was not the best choice. It sucked up the spicy sauce and guacamole which was really good. I would have liked another slice of cheese because it was not as noticed as it was in my boyfriends burger with the spicy cheese. No one cared for the fries, they were not crispy enough. My dad's thin crust pizza was good as well. This place is fine for when you're shopping and want something edible. I would come back for drinks and appetizers. The outdoor seating was very nice and so were all of the waitresses

Since posting my first review 5 months I've been in touch with the company and I am very impressed. First off, the customer relations person that I spoke with was very nice, helpful, and willing to patiently listen to my concerns. The company definitely takes a customer review seriously because after giving the company a second chance I loved the improvements! The staff were friendly and I recovered a warm greeting from everyone. The food quality was much better, much like the Uno's I loved when they first opened. Kudos to you Uno's for stepping up to the plate and bringing quality, delicious food for us in Bowie!

This is one of my favorite casual dining resteraunts, and it is a slice of home, since I am a native Chicagoean, however, the service here at this particular location was poor, but very friendly. I went yesterday for my birthday, even though it was Mother's Day too, it was not busy or crowded at all. They must have had a rough time in the kitchen, because we had to send a couple of things back because they weren't correct. I think the District Manager needs to figure out what is going on and fix it...fast!

Went here after lunch around 2:00 pm. Should of been suspect when there were only 3 customers in the restaurant. All three of us ordered burgers as suggested by our waitress. Ordered them medium, received burnt well done. I asked to have a new one made.....second attempt......burnt well done. No compensation was made for my unpleasant experience. Waited forever to get refills on our drinks even though our waitress had plenty of time to stand around and bs with the bartender. I can't imagine this place will last much longer.

Whaaa? No reviews for this place?!?!? Unbelievable. Well, I had doubts about coming to this place because I've been to the one at Union Station. How can you enjoy dining there when it's so crowded? Anyways, this location is way better...with lots of breathing room! The food was great. I had some BBQ hamburger that was just awesome. One thing that I liked about Uno is that there was an abundant selection, ranging from salad/appetizers to steaks and pastas. And each section literally had its own page. I just couldn't make up my mind. So, I did a little "eeny-meeny-miney-moe" before making my selection. Their drinks were ok. I had a raspberry colada drink. It tasted more like a spiked Blizzard from Dairy Queen. Well, I guess it was good because I finished it. This would have gotten five stars except that the waitress was very impatient with getting the check paid. She gave my party a bill. We saw it but continued to chat. Plus, some of my friends hadn't quite finished eating. Anyways, she came back like in 2 minutes to pick up the check. Oh, she was not happy. Came back about 10 minutes later and demonstrated to us that she was still not happy. Hello! Some of my friends were still eating!! Anyways, we went ahead and paid the bill. She was like Speedy Gonzales! She was back within seconds waiting for us to sign our charges. Dayum! I think she's in the wrong company. She should be with McDonald's. Anyways, will definitely come back here and check out their other food.
