Ugh, it hurts to write this review but after going to this location for over 3 years I guess it's about time. I am familiar with the lady who owns this franchise as well as a few of the workers. She runs a TIGHT ship...maybe a little too tight and I humbly believe that it is affecting her business. Quizno's has good sandwiches and it would be nice to just skip over to this location for lunch or dinner due to convenience but in this case I'll drive out a little further for a few reasons... 1) She doesn't excepts coupons..and I MEAN NO COUPONS. Even though Yelp advertise like $1 off a regular sub or something like that she will NOT honor it and IF she does make an exception the coupon must be PRINTED out...PRINTED...with such advance technology these days who in the world still does this? Oh yea, this location does... 2) Customer service is hit or miss. I've gone in here and was rushed while ordering my sandwich and there was like 1 - 2 people in line IF THAT and on the other hand there are times that I have gone here to pick up lunch and I was able to order, pay and leave in a timely manner with no hassle. Than there were quite a few times when the guys are just too busy being flirtatious to get my daughter and I orders right. The owner is there quite a bit working the line and the register and she can be pretty moody...to the point of border line rude. Not cool! Well, those 2 reasons are good enough reason for me to choose another location. Sad because I want to give this location high star but unfortunately even after 3 years I can't do that. Hopefully, things will improve and I'll be able to add a few stars to this review.

This is the worst Quiznos. If I could have given it NEGATIVE 100 stars I would have. I will never go back. The lady who runs the register who I later found out was the owner of the store is the most hateful rude person I have ever seen in my life. Not only was she yelling at her employees the ENTIRE 30 minutes we were in the store she was yelling, rolling her eyes, giving dirty looks to all the customers. It was horrific to say the least. I had ordered olives on my sub and they didn't put them on there. My boyfriend went up to get them and she snapped "she should have asked for them", he said she did. She asked him to get back in line and it would be 50 cents with the biggest attitude. I never complain and when I went back to work I wrote the email address on the site. Turns out SHE was the owner and SHE wrote back and her letter was not in the least bit apologetic. Awful service, awful staff, awful food. Don't ever go there.

Very unusual place... I've visited this location twice and each time that I've come in the place looks deserted and the staff members are all in the back. They seem like they would rather be somewhere else! I ordered a make your own sub and after dealing with the employee with the attitude, the manager (I guess) comes out and tells them to ring me up for a different type of sandwich that was higher and not what I ordered. So after that argument, they finally charged me correctly, that will definitely be my last visit

If I had to vote for the worst fast food sub place on the planet it would be this one. To be honest, there are very few Quizonos that I have gotten a decent sub at but I foolishly think that the next time I go there, it'll be different. This last time has taught me a lesson. This particular Quizonos is in the same shopping center with a Chipolte, a Buffalo Wild Wings, a Panera, Chik-fil-a and Starbucks. Anyone of those places would have better food, better prepared and better tasting than this Quiznos. I'm surprised that there seems to be a line but there is. The sub was poorly prepared and tasted horrible with an after taste I'm still burping up 3 hours later. To top it all off, the sub prices are good but the chips and cookie and soft drinks are so over priced that they could give away the sub for free and still make a huge profit. Can you tell I didn't have a wonderful experience?

My last experience at this particular quiznos was awful. To make a long story short I had ordered 4 different subs one with no mayo. The preparer kept putting mayo on the sandwich. Finally a lady at the register came over and said can I help you? "YOU" are wasting our food. At that point I requested a refund and she denied. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and I said well let me have the number to the owner. She gave me the owners number And i called while i was in the store and a phone rang in the store she picks up her cell and says hello. She was the owner also. So not only was I blamed for wasting her food the owner had a nasty sarcastic attitude. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS STORE! If you are in the area and you want quiznos go to the one on Annapolis Rd..always awesome service.
