It's your standard Chipotle. This one though..... sometimes they nail it and load you up on the good stuff, other times you have to actually ask for more rice. And probably 50% of the time I go, which is about once a week, the rice is under cooked. There is nothing worse than getting back to the office for a working lunch and cracking open your meal to gnaw on hard rice. I have found other Chipotles in the area to be better.

By ordering online I'm supposed to walk up to the register and pay for my food and leave. But when I order online here, they ignore me and go on to check out eight other customers. I ordered online for a reason.. to not to be in the line, and they made me wait 15 minutes. When the lady at the register finally helped me, she reached for my food right behind her, which has been standing there for the last 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

So I haven't been to Chipotle in at least 18 months and I am glad to say they are a nice as I remember. There was mistake on one of my orders and they replaced it without and issue.

About your average Chipotle. Long lines and familiar tastes. They don't roll the burritos that we'll so be prepared to ask for a new wrap or a bowl. Don't have alcohol. Staff is somewhat friendly. It's clean and what you expect from Chipotle.

This is best Chipotle I have been to. Stepped in the door and whoa, that's a long line. The one in Bowie would have taken so long with that many people. But this one MOVED! Great service, portions weren't skimpy. This is a well run joint. Have been back twice and same deal, line to the door, but in and out really quickly.

I think I've had my final days with this Chipotle. I'm a vegetarian and I love the sofritas but for some particular reason this Chipotle loves to drop steak and chicken pieces in the sofritas which is a big no no for myself and other vegetarians. The staff don't listen when I ask for specific servings and they get an attitude when I ask them to make my servings less.. Smh please work on this chipotle..

They are average for a Chipotle. They don't stand out, but they also don't do anything above normal wrong either. All except the newest one in the area are stingy with their toppings and meat. May I suggest having a lid on your lemons/limes instead of allowing them to be contaminated. I'm sure a health inspector would site you all for that one.

I will like the owner of Chipotle to go and see this location. Worst Chipotle I have ever been too. It was very dirty, The employees were not very friendly, they had a security standing by the cashier and they were out of sodas. We had to buy bottle beverages. Chipotle is one of my favorite place but after this experience I have to rethink that. I couldn't wait to leave the place and not going to that location again.

My family and I eat at this Chipotle at least once a week and my son two and three times some weeks. The past three weeks the food has not tasted the same. I complained two weeks ago and the manager tried to do the right thing and replaced our bland food with more bland food. One of the "cooks" forgot an ingredient and this is the second time, hopefully management reviews Yelp comments

I absolutely LOVE chipotle. But, I HATE this location. The staff is so RUDE! They do not give you as much food as other locations. If I did not live right behind this location, I would avoid it all together. If you ask extra or sides there should not be an attitude. I am PAYING for my food and I want what I pay for.

This location is hit or miss. I shouldn't have to keep asking for a little bit more when you gave me toddler sized portions to begin with. If I'm paying damn near $10 for my food, I deserve to get some bang for my buck. Can't even trust that an online order will be done correctly either.

God save me from Chipolte. I occasionally walk into one when I'm in he mood for a big fat burrito. I am almost always disappointed. It seems that this chain thrives on being loud and metallic. The long lines at all times of the day and night drive me crazy. Yeah, they zip you through but you still have to go throgh a line like cattle to the slaughter. I can bearly hear the Spanish speaking staff when they ask what I want. The burritos themselves are not too awful except when they over pack them with the ingredients and they fall apart in your hands...which is frequently. No, I think I'm done with Chipolte.

Who doesn't love Chipotle? I'm always up for this place. Granted, I always get the same thing....order of steak soft tacos. But I never have a complaint. Well, the prices are a tiny bit high just for tacos, but by far I prefer the steak they use to Taco Bell's, so I don't mind. This location is great. Clean, roomy, and isn't normally too packed, I never wait long in the lines which is great. The employees are fast and very down-to-business, which I can appreciate.

Three stars and no shade to this location because I do think it is one of the better ones. I always seem to get a fair portion of meat. Can't be mad a fair! Lol. It also satisfies that Chipolte craving I get from time to time. But I'm hip to Chipolte now since I've been cooking with different seasonings. All they do is throw cumin and cilantro on everything. I've noticed the last couple times eating a bowl the cumin was so overwhelming. I just prefer to go to Spanish town (Bladensburg or hyttasville ) and eat at a mom and pops hole in the wall.

I am a all around Chipotle' fan so thought I would take a moment to review this spot. I order the chicken/steak fajita burrito bowl and it's always good. The guac is fresh and I like to add the salad dressing. :0) Always good comfort food and the people who work there are cool. My con to this place is sometimes when I order online I feel like I have to scream to get attention from one of the cashiers. They should consider having a designated person to work the online orders...

These employees are as dumb as a box of rocks, I ordered my food online and went to pick it up...but it was made wrong!! So I told them and they made it again. Well stupid me doesn't check the second one they made and goes home. I got home and guess what they did the exact opposite of what the order said.

It's still chipotle. So I can't possibly go under 3 stars. Because the food is crack. Like not like fake figurative crack. Literally crack. I can only go but so long without Chipotle before I have withdrawals. But I do NOT like the service at this location. Something about it just makes me cringe. I've seen the people behind the counter drag my tortilla across the counter after wiping it down with a dirty rag. Seriously? That's effin disgusting. It doesn't happen every time. But its happened enough to concern me. I'd rather drive to Clinton for the Dream Team.

My favorite location to visit. The staff are friendly, and when I ask for extra on the side they provide it. They quickly help their call in/ online orders as they should since the food should be prepared and ready at the given time frame. Great service!

They are getting better. When you want reasonably fresh food Chipotle always comes to mind. The claim that all the food is locally grown and environmentally sensitive - I am still wondering what local farm grows lettuce in December. I hope they keep improving I'm upping you a star with hopes that my next visit merits another update.

The lines are always long (no matter which one u go to) but they move fast. I usually get the chicken bowl which is always cooked to perfection. The prices are reasonable. They give u more than enough toppings. Cost about $1 more for double meat. Overall this is one of the best Chipotle.

This is one of my favorite chipotles to go to. And I go to any and every in sight LOL. I usually hit this one on my lunch break. The ladies here are really nice and they load up the burritos as they they should be. Some of the locations have people working that don't understand English or have an attitude problem. Not here, they are generally sweet girls. I My favorite gal works in the back, she is a black lady. She does all of the carry out orders. When I order online, she follows the directions to the T. When I say heavy on the guac, she does it! They always have my burrito ready and perfect when I do my online order. Also, do the online order, you skip that line and its usually LOOOOONG.

Your standard chipotle. Great ingredients. Always a line. Always good. Until 4/29/15 happened. I don't know what went down but, the food service was a mess, ingredients all slopped together, ice cold ingredients (near frozen) not sure what it was but my burrito was ice cold (chicken to) and they just made it and I started eating it immediately. I mean it was super messy, gross. The chicken was not cooked correctly - some parts were burnt other parts I question if it was cooked enough. The spice mix surely was not mixed in properly as I had glops of it on my chicken giving me bursts of salt/flavor. Someone better start managing this place better. I understand it is busy, but every order should be executed properly. Also, I think I had to repeat myself 5 times to several employees. I speak loud, clear, regular English so it is no fault of mine. The employees seem not to care. I mean if you are letting your station get to pig sty status - you don't care. Hopefully my next visit improves so I can give more stars. Also I did notice a taste difference in just about every ingredient - not sure if it was due to the sloppiness or the no more GMOs.

The service is fast and the food is good. However, when I arrived to pick up my online order, they didn't even make it yet. I actually had to wait for my burrito to be made. Sure, it was faster than waiting in line, but I still shouldn't have had to wait.
