Something that is usually surprising at Chick-Fil-A is terrible service. It's one of the reasons why I have rated this a one and will never go to this one or any for that matter again. It really annoys me when a subpar individual working in fast food gives me attitude for no reason. There is no excuse and I don't tolerate disrespect. I rather eat at McDonalds it's cheaper and they don't try and bs with this exceptional service bs.

OK, I don't typically like to write reviews for chains or fast food places, but in this case I'll make an exception. The quality of food in any Chick-Fil-A is pretty standard, so this review is based on service. This location is right around the corner from my office, so it's a convenient stop for a quick lunch, which is the only reason I come here. The service is SO SLOW!!!!!! At any given time of the day, you will find a line of about 15 cars in the drive-thru, even when it's NOT the lunch rush. And I always have to laugh when I see their sign that says "We're as fast as you are, so please have your money ready". Really? In the time it takes to get through that drive-thru, you could get out of your car, walk to the bank next door, withdraw some cash, and come back before the line has even moved. I've seen the line so long it wraps over into Starbucks' parking lot. I've even gone so far as to call the store from my car and ask the manager what the problem is, but nothing changes. And going inside is no solution either....they're just as slow in there. And the staff are hit or miss......some are very friendly, others don't even bother to look at you. So if I'm REALLY craving those little golden nuggets, and just can't wait until I'm on my way home to stop at the Bowie location (which is MUCH better), I'll suffer through the lines at this one. But if you've got a few extra minutes and can wait, go to Bowie....you'll get much better service.

I've never been to a Chick-Fil-A and received bad service and this location is no different. As we all know, the drive thru lines at any and every CFA is always extremely long, but this location usually gets you in and out of the line as quickly as possible. Mannerable, speedy, efficient and friendly...what more could a girl ask for! Oh, I know...one of their delicious milkshakes! Mmmmmmm.....Milkshakes!

The quality of the food here is great and yummy. Some of the employees aren't the best and they seem to say "my pleasure" in an annoyed way sometimes. My family and church group goes here every other Saturday night so we know this place like second nature. There's an employee there that always knows to join tables for us when we arrive. I forgot his name but he is a senior African American man that is always cleaning tables or taking out the trash. He always asks us for refills and never seems to be annoyed by us and our large group. We love him and he is the sweetest man ever. He definitely deserves recognition for all he does and he positively embraces the chick-fil-a brand.

Friendly staff. Food is great. Love their chicken tenders with the chick fila sauce. Their waffle fries aren't bad. The parking lot is a bit inconvenient. Love their lemonade.

I am giving Chic Fil A 5 stars. Their food deserves it. Let me start by saying that I have had a great experience with the staff. They are very pleasant as far as I've experienced and the restaurant is clean. Chic Fil A is pretty darn great for a fast food place and because of it (and Chipotle) I don't go NEAR McD and Burger K...(etc). Sometimes the drive through is long, but I've never had a SLOW experience. I've been to other places and had shorter lines that took longer! THE MAIN problem for me is the few people that come in and skip the line as though they are in a high school cafeteria. I want Chic Fil A to regulate their lines better. Put up some dividers for each separate line (because they insist on it with that little red sign) The place can get too hectic at times and they really need it because some people lack common courtesy and think their time is more valuable than everyone else's. Get some crowd control and you are golden.

Well, I'm usually Captain anti-fast food... But I've heard so many followers testify to the glory of Chick Fil A, I was willing to give it a shot hoping for In and Out Burgerish experience. The place was clean, the service was prompt and friendly, and the food, for being fast food was decent. Is it awesome? I'm not going that far. It was a decent chicken sandwich with several chemical based sauce options to add on top. But it's definitely a couple steps ahead of the typical WackDonalds or ButtKing fare.

Visited this Chick Fil A for the first time this afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was ready before I was done paying. It was hot and delish, just like I like my original Chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The diet lemonade was a bit watery but still good. Chick Fil A is the best fast food, in my opinion, in the area. The drivers in this shopping plaza are pretty erratic and, apparently, turn signals are merely optional. I witnessed one lady's car get hit by a shopping cart also. Drivers, beware but your tummy will thank you.

This has got to be one of the best CFAs I've been to. The staff was incredibily helpful, friendly, and speedy. And it was CLEAN. Even the restrooms were spotless. Now, if they'd just open on Sundays...

I know most fast food places are known for bad service and equally bad food at a cheap price, but this Chick-Fil-A was different...until now! When this establishment first opened in the area, all of the staff members were super nice and very professional for a fast food restaurant. Over time that professionalism slowly decreased. It seems as if the employees only try hard when the manager is there, who is in fact very nice. My recent trip to this Chick-Fil-A will most probably be my last. Employee working the drive thru was pretty rude and unprofessional. As I am receiving my change he literally hovers the change above my hand and just drops it, as a result it all lands on the ground, now I don't expect someone to gracefully put change in my hand but have the decency not to hover change over my hand and just drop it. Now I understand accidents happen, I wasn't mad at first, until the employees reaction. Instead of apologizing he looks at the ground and says "oh.." and then just looks at me as if I have superpowers to levitate change and place it back in my hand, and then just closes the window. No "Im sorry" or "oh my bad". When he comes back with my food I tell him( trying not to seem aggravated) "it's just change, don't worry about it" and he responds "Ok cool". I swear some people literally think they would die to say "sorry". Judging by Chick-Fil-A's pride in customer service, he is not fit to work there, maybe Wendy's or McDonald's is more for him.

When it comes to fast food, 5 stars. Not only is the food great but the customer service is WAYYY above any other fast food place there is. I have not ever gone through a drive through that gets the food right EVERY time other than Chick-Fil-A. I love the chick fil a sauce. My only complaint is that I wish they would bring back the mint oreo shake. Best ever.

Someone at work saw me bring a Chick-fil-a salad in to work with me. She suggested that I go to Cosi because it is so good. I went to Cosi and ended up spending about 20 bucks for my whole meal. It was good, but I'll stick with my Chargrilled Southwestern Salad with Spicy dressing for under 10 bucks. Call me cheap, but I value my money.

Was disappointed with the service at 11:15 on 9/9/2010. Waited over 5 minutes to order and there was no one at the registers. Left after someone began to take my order and she was interrupted by another staff member. Management needs to look into the problem.
