I have gone to other subway restaurant and this is the worst I have gone to. Go anywhere but here. My vote is Cava Mezze Grill on the other side of the parking garage.

Spot on Jose. I get it... this is Subway. Not Morimoto's or even your local Applebee's. But if I order, say the "Turkey Breast and Black Forest Ham sandwich" (as it's listed directly on the menu)... I expect that I would see the sandwich maker start placing some mixture of turkey and ham onto a sandwich. 3 times I've been to this subway to order this sandwich and 3 times this has not happened. Since you get to see it made, at least you can correct them as it happens... and despite long lines and often rude and unhelpful staff, I am in and out quickly so two stars for this subway.

Been going here for 20+ years, which is actually a scary thought. It's Subway, you get what you get. Service is a little slow, but not worth having a freak out over. Maybe learn Spanish while you wait in line if the ethnicity of the employees is bothering you? Relaxo.

It's Subway. I fail to see any distinction between this location any any of the other 10 million other Subway locations. Five kinds of rather tasteless breads and a bunch of meats and cold cuts. Boom. No one in this location is particularly friendly or nasty. They ask you what kind of bread you want, what you want in the bread, and what should they put on the meat. Cookie? Chips? Soda? It is what it is. I've stopped here a few times when biking on McAurther to fill up water bottles and they were nice about giving me free water. From time to time I'll eat a Subway sub. There, I admitted it. I think some people expect a level of service that is unrealistic at a fast food chain. Is this different than other Subways? I must be missing some amazing, owner operated locations where they fan you while you are in line and have servers who offer little taster mini subs so you can figure out what you want. Someone should yelp where those are because I have not been there.

They really don't seem to care about quality or any sort of receptive service. I ordered a Subway Melt with bacon on it, and when I saw the bacon, it looked horrid-- it was the last few pieces in the bucket, and they looked shrived like wrinkly skin. The way the menu is designed if very very confusing, and its not clear what the prices are for foot long. The cashier was not very nice. Overall it was not a very good experience, they just don't put any effort in. But it is Subway...

Why can't I get the option to give this place zero stars? Why can't I be spoken to in English each time I walk in?...No offense but when I saw hello why do you start off speaking in Spanish to me? I don't get it....every single time?!?! This place seriously blows the people who make the food are rude, unsanitary, and so slow. I get it this is not an upscale place or even a regular mom and pop place but you can at least act like you want peoples business. The people here look at the customers with disgust. I have actually stopped coming here because for the three times I ordered food here I had gotten sick, I mean bowel movements sick. First time and two times I let it pass but the third time it was a no more and would not take the chance any more. The way the people run this place and how they treat the customers I can imagine how they care for the food. I love Subway and will go to the Subway down the street from my house, not get sick or get it when I go else where but this specific Subway just has something wrong about it. Run across the street to Jimmy Johns at least you will get better service, good food (with extra toppings), and worth your money!!
