Rude staff. Smart, attentive manager kind of makes up for them.

Slowest Starbucks ever. They never have enough people on staff, and seem to move at a glacial pace. Very frustrating when you just want a quick cup of joe!

Had better, but still pretty good. Does anyone else think it smells weird in there?

Good starbucks location in Bethesda. Fast service and generally helpful staff. There aren't many good coffee places in Bethesda besides Quartermaine (more expensive) and Peets (farther away from Bethesda row) so not a bad option. Keep it sexy Starbucks.

I only visit this Starbucks when I know I'm already too tired to work in the morning, or if it's the afternoon and I'm lagging. Mornings the lines are long, but the cashiers and baristas offer a quick turnover of drinks and food. On one occasion in the afternoon I asked, completely expecting to be turned down, for a drink that wasn't on the menu. Not only did they agree to make it, but the barista I ordered from said, "For you, anything." Charmed. I'm leaving the fifth star off because 50% of the times I've asked to have room left off the top of a hot drink for half and half, they've ignored/forgotten my request. There's really nothing you can do in that situation other than look like an idiot by asking them to pour some out for you, or pour it out yourself in the garbage, which I'm sure they hate.

Starbucks, just take all my money already. I don't usually review chains, but this one is across the street form where I work so I've been visiting every day and figured that warranted a review. I'm one of those annoying decaf drinkers who shouldn't drink coffee but is addicted to the stuff anyways. I always order decaf when I come here, and in the afternoon, they don't make it in bulk in a vat anymore so you can only get a cup made to order. So they make it for me on the clover, which is this super awesome $11k contraption invented by some Stanford engineers that supposedly makes the best cup of coffee in the world. Every morning, I start with a cup, and then get a refill of the best coffee ever in the afternoon. It takes much longer to get your coffee (about 5 minutes versus instantly) but the flavors are perfect -- intense but not thick and chewy, no acidity whatsoever, and just very clean and deep. The decaf is so good that I can't tell that it's decaf...suspicious, but I'm in love. Plus, the staff here are all sweethearts.

The building was filthy, paint peeling in the walls in the back room, backed up sewer in ladies room that was not mopped, layers of dust on window sills. I ordered a green tea soy latte with light ice, what I was given was a cup of ice with green foam. Sad it had the Starbucks name.

The staff in this Starbucks are so friendly! It's nice to be greeted with a smile when ordering your coffee. I also noticed today that there is parking for this location, though it is limited. The lot is on Bethesda Avenue, next to Rice Paddies, and you can park there for 2 hours. Now that I know there's parking available here, I'll be back to this Starbucks more often.

Just like any other Starbucks... though they could use more tables/seating area. The baristas are very friendly though. It's located in a cute building with cute decor. Coffee/drinks are good.

Very friendly staff but has gotten very slow. What used to be an in and out visit has become much longer...

Just started drinking coffee to stay awake. I don't mind paying for an overpriced coffee because it's darn good. I was hungry on one of my visits also so I got one of those little sandwiches in a box. The egg salad sandwich wasn't good at all. It cost me a total of 11 dollars. Ripoff

The first pumpkin spice latte of the season is always the best one and this location did not let me down. Hot, creamy, cinnamon-y and pumpkin-y - ooooh yeah. -This- is what fall is about.

I am a huge Starbucks drinker. Like huge. I love this location, although I have never come here on a busy 7 AM morning work day. I do come here during the evenings and weekends and am always pleased. Service is good, drinks are always made well and I never have to have my drink remade. It's also a good location, close to a lot of things and overlooks the main road. So pretty convenient in location.

I needed to get some work done and charge my phone. Thankfully you can do both at Starbucks. The lighting is very good, with big windows looking out on Wisconsin. Service was iffy, though. In particular, one barista was increeeeeeeedibly spaced out.

What is with me striking out at D.C. area Starbuckses? Ordered the skinny vanilla latte, felt like I was drinking water with a drop of espresso and half a drop of vanilla. Damn. Can I get that $3 back on this gift card?

Great!! Just like any other Starbucks but the decor is cool and they make your drink/food fast and they are nice.

It's a nice ending to a large stir-fry meal from across the street. Whenever we come to Bethesda for BD's Mongolian grill, we top it off with a relaxing coffee break before continuing on our way. The staff is friendly and the location is great to have a seat and people watch along Wisconsin Ave. I ordered their signature Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Half white chocolate and they made it decently enough and moved at a good rate of speed for a Tuesday evening.
