I've been going to this Starbucks for over 15 years. The staff is great. They make a point to know you and the drinks you order. The place has a great vibe in the morning with many regulars who seem to be solving big issues with lively conversation. Huge parking lot a big plus, never need to search for a spot.

This is a great Starbucks coffeehouse. I have been to many a Starbucks shops, but this is one of my favorites. The baristas are helpful, the store is clean, and there is lots of space. When my drink wasn't exactly how I liked it, they changed it free of charge. Thanks!

While in line I took a picture to share on Yelp. One of the guys was not cool though with that. So I felt I had to explain why I took the picture. It is to say thanks to the hardworking crews around the city that make this company so unique every day. Unfortunately when I walked away his comment to his colleague was that I would provide just one star. It is sad that people don't compliment each other and much worse that people can't take a compliment. I will still rate them four stars, they work hard and they are always nice! Won't post the picture though.

Probably the best Starbucks I have been to. I am not always a huge fan of Starbucks as their espresso is a bit bitter due to the almost burning of their beans when they roast them. However, the delightful young man who made my cappuchino made it perfectly. I asked for it dry and it came out dry! Nothing makes my day more than a perfectly dry cappuchino. Yum :)

The baristas here are nice, helpful. I haven't had a bad or overly awkward experience... yet. And I tend to have at least one at every Starbucks I frequent. The interior is a little small and can get crowded. If only it were bigger. Could use more outlets.

A nice neighborhood Starbucks, where the baristas know many of the regulars and their drinks. The furniture was all worn out last year and it was very shabby. But it now has new furniture and can actually fit a few more customers. Food and drink - same old Starbucks.

It's basically your typical suburban neighborhood Starbucks. Was recently remodeled, nice choice of tables, couches, and a little bar area. Seems to be very high-volume, but the staff is pretty good at moving you through quickly.

I've been going to this Starbucks from time to time for the last couple of years and have experienced the worst consistent customer service. I don't know what it is about this place but they always seem to have someone on the counter who is pissed off or has major attitude. I believe I had to call up customer service on two separate occasions to complain to the DM. I rarely call up customer service to complain but I just couldn't believe how rude they were. A good day here would be to experience just a lazy worker and a slightly messed up order.

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to and I drink A LOT. I've been going here for the past 3 years and the staff still know me and make effort to have a conversation with you. Even the new baristas do! It's so fast here and it's always good, I always choose to go to this one when I have the chance.
