Wow.... To begin, I'm not a Quiznos fan by any means! However, some of the nasty words by another reviewer is typical of the recent poll telling the whole world that Bethesda is the #2 snobbiest (shall I say SNOTTIEST) city in the USA? I tried this location out last week with a coworker. We work in the Clark Building at Metro 2. This location is tucked in behind the hotel near the courtyard area by the Bethesda Metro station. It looked like rain was imminent, so we tried this location. Ever notice that Bethesda, with ALL of its places to eat for dinner, really has nothing for lunch? I am referring to the fact almost everything is sit down, not carry out? Another testament to the snoot factor? I had NO problems dealing with the ordering from the Latino workers. They were pleasant, perhaps not totally understanding of what I am asking for, so all you have to do is point at what you want. It isn't that hard, is it? (other Yelp reviewer who left a nasty remark about the people and nothing about the food?) My Blk Angus sub was ok, nice portion, the broccoli cheddar soup was ok as well...Nothing spectacular Oh yeah, Rockville came in on that Snob list at #8... Between Subway and Quiznos, yes, I would take Subway, but remember: fast food is not easy to find in downtown Bethesda!

Can I give it zero stars? I work in the building next door and sometimes between crappy weather, lack of leftovers brought from home, and lines out the door at the Chipotle, I make the mistake of going here. Quiznos' subs are among the sorriest excuses for a sandwich imaginable, but even by those standards, this is a REALLY bad Quiznos. The sandwich maker speaks barely a word of English and is surly, which (given that it must suck to work at Quiznos) might be okay if he even appeared to give the slightest attention to making a sandwich that doesn't fall apart from simply looking at it. You want to add something on your sub? Good luck trying to convey that to him. The woman behind the counter is nice enough, but is also an idiot with significant difficulties speaking English, so, good luck trying to convey anything to her. The food is either salty, and nothing else, or just flavorless. When you eat at a sandwich place and think to yourself, "My God I wish I were at a Subway right now" then it is truly a sorry state of affairs.

any quizno's is dubious at best, but this quizno's consistently makes sandwiches of unacceptable quality. I work next door and foolishly have gone here many times but now I am done.

Alicia's Dictionary: 1. soup day [n] / a particularly cold, windy day in which one must eat piping hot soup to warm oneself from said bitter cold By my definition as listed above, today has been declared a soup day. Quizno's bread bowl filled with broccoli cheddar has remedied the chill I was feeling earlier today. The bread bowl was warm and toasty and baked with some garlic butter. Cheddar cheese was sprinkled in the bottom of the bowl so that when I poured my piping hot soup over it, it melted right away. (Yes, my soup was STILL hot by the time I walked it from the store to my office.) The soup was chock full of broccoli and carrot bits and was very tasty. It wasn't as creamy or as thick as it is at Panera, but it will still do the trick. I was very pleased with my lunch choice today.

i do not like Quiznos. At all. I had gone there maybe 3 times, I work in the bldg connected to it. I only wanted a wheat roll with turkey lettuce and tomato. NOT toasted. They looked at me like i had 3 heads, what is so difficult with NO cheese and NOT toasted? No joke, no exaggeration I had to say NO cheese and NOT toasted 4 times, each! They are so cheap when it comes to making their cubs, I got like 2 extremely thin slices of turkey that ripped bc they were very thin. Barely any lettuce and mushed tomato.. So aggravating. I go to safeway for my sub.
