In terms of customer service, this place really stinks & a -4 stars would be an accurate rating! I entered this unit recently, inquiring about the '31 special' & an young female employee behind the counter won't talk or explain anything, so another female employee told me it was a Sundae @ 31% discount. Because of their ridiculous prices, I ordered a one-scoop sundae w/pineapple & peanut butter toppings, except the 1st employee was still not talking & not confirming my order. I asked the second employee if the first employee spoke English & the second employee said "yes" but the first employee still wouldn't talk or communicate in any way. Then some loud-mouth female minority customer (with a size 50 posterior to match her mouth) butted in, claiming that I was 'disrespecting' the silent employee. I told the loud-mouth minority to 'keep out of it' & she got more belligerent about 'disrespecting' the silent employee (who was by now scoping pineapple topping, but because of the loudmouth's noise, couldn't hear me asking about adding a peanut-butter topping. When the 'silent one' finally heard me over the loud-mouth's screaming & shouting, she muttered something about an additional 75-cents for more than one toppings! With the loud-mouth bitch still screaming, I asked the silent employee whether she had attended school (because she acted like an non-communicating idiot!), paid for the sundae, & got out of that chaos!! This unit's idiot employees know nothing about customer service, or silencing a loud-mouth, or calling the police, etc... The fact that this unit is located in a 'fringe' area doesn't necessarily merit such poor service or allowing loud-mouth minority bitches inside the store. btw: the only reason that I hold stock in this corporation (Dunkin-BR) is that their prices are so high that they cannot fail to make a large profit & therefore reward the stockholders with profitable dividends.
