Totally forgot to update this! I came in on the Fourth of July with my husband. The Subway at Chinquapin was closed (the one we go to now...out of the way but MUCH better service!). We like to get a sub and eat at Quiet Waters park. Anyway. We went inside and waited in line. Horribly rude service from the second I walked in. Got a dirty look from one of the girls, who was at the start of the line. When I went to place my order, I just got a blank stare, no greeting or anything. She cut my bread, put the cheese on and I moved to the veggie station. Half the containers were empty. I figured it was just because they had a bit of a rush. Nope. I get a veggie sub, and I like a variety of veggies on my sub. All they had that I asked for was lettuce and tomato, and they even skimped on that! When I asked for other ingredients, all the girl said was "nope, all out". No apology. So I stood there kind of surprised as she stared at me. I just told her forget it, I didn't want to pay for bread, lettuce and tomato. I heard one of the other girls there mumble something about me being rude and wasteful. Well...maybe if you had of put up a sign on the door stating you were out of certain items, or even if you told me when I asked for a VEGGIE SUB that you were out of quite a few very popular veggies, we wouldn't have this problem. I went to Five Guys instead. We have not been back to this location, and I don't ever plan on returning. Such rude and disgusting behavior every time.

Well, I have now had the all time worst sub ever in my life.... I don't know how this company can convince people this stuff is edible. I ordered a cold cut sub to go and was shocked when I came home to find just one kind of meat on the sub--and a mystery meat at that. It was so soggy it must have been frozen at one time and it sort of had the color of bologna, but it had the taste of..ick--I can't even explain-- it was so hideous and scary, I threw it away. Have we really come to this in our culture now where this kind of thing is acceptable? In addition, the employees were surly and sarcastic--it just doesn't get any worse than this!!!!

This is my second visit to this location...The first time the staff was rude, flies were sitting on the meats and the shop did not look clean whatsoever. I vowed never to go back because I was so disgusted by the experience. I went today because I hadn't eaten all day, I love subway and this one is unfortunately the closest to my house. The staff somehow was even ruder, I asked the cashier what the price difference in making it a meal vs just sandwhich and chips was and she looked at me like I was an idiot and replied snidely. My bread I did not get toasted was hard as a rock, I ended up throwing away my sandwhich completely. I am only taking the time to write this because I truly love subway, I eat there a few times a week and this location is by far the worst I have ever been to. I wouldn't be surprised if health codes are being violated.

Worst Subway ever. There are often homeless people hanging outside. Staff is not very clean or pleasant and treat you like you're bothering them. You're better off going somewhere else.

Worst subway I've ever been to. Barely big enough for the counter and employees. Employees are super rude and don't even smile. Don't see how they even can keep jobs. Anyway, hope my sub won't kill me. This place should probably not be in business. On a positive note, I love subway :)

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to in my life. The people are rude, dirty, and bad at their jobs. The building is always dirty, inside and out. They rarely have half the ingredients, and they are skimpy when giving you what they do have. They always mess up my order, charge me extra, close VERY early and open late, and they just do a bad job in general. Last time I went it was 5:30 (They close at 9) the door was locked and the person inside just stared at me when I tried to get in. Do not waste your time here, please try a different Subway location!

I finally got a response from corporate Subway. They sent me coupons good only at this Subway. Why the heck would anyone that actually read the letter do that? I like Subway in general but this particular franchise is not suitable for people.

This subway is dirty... and the employees are ghetto and rude! I went in today and was pleasantly surprised they got rid of the tables/chairs.. no one ever ate there it was just a place for the employees and their friends/ kids to hang out.... Anyways if they would clean the joint and get rid of MOST of the employees this place would prob get more customers.
