Obviolsly I am one of the only people who don't get this place. Stopped in last night for a quick dinner. I ordered the tomato basil soup and mac and cheese. What I got the first time was tomato basil soup and a grill cheese. I explained the error and then was given a grill cheese and a mac and cheese. I was to tired to make a third attempt. The mac and cheese was nice, creamy not so cheesy and the grill cheese was two pices of toast with one slice of cheese and some bacon bits. All this came at a price of $10. Not great not a value perhaps I ordered the wrong thing the wrong way?

It's a Panera and it works in a pinch. We try not to eat chain too often but every now and then it's just easy. They have soup, sandwiches, breakfast, bread, treats, coffee, smoothies... it's versatile for a Sunday morning or weekday morning when you have the time. We saw a lot of people working from the restaurant. They have WIFI which is awesome, and the service is pretty quick. You walk in, order, try to ignore the treat counter (cookies to die for), and then you slide down to the end to await your rapidly created meal. It's not bad, and they offer apples with their lunch - good healthy option.

5 stars for breakfast. The lunch there is a bland joke, 1 star for that. Averages out to 3 stars, too bad.

Service mediocre and getting worse. Probably will not be back to this Panera after they completely...and I mean everything...botched my take out order. Paninis were made with presliced white loaf bread and not Paninied. What happened to the focacia that they were supposed to come on? The almond chicken salad was bland, and since the bread was cheap supermarket-like bread the chicken salad just fell out of it when i tried to pick the sandwich up. Four oversized slices of tomato and a leaf of romaine rounded out my supposed panini. The chicken soup was mostly bland broth with a few flecks of noodle and chicken shreds. They forgot the salad so I had to go back for it, and then they just threw anything together. I couldn't understand a thing the girl at the order station was saying. It was English, but her accent was too heavy and she mumbled. This used to be a good location, but no more. This is the last time for me at this one.

don't know what these other 2 ares talking about. Their soups, sandwiches and salads are all good and consistently so. Pastries, bagels and soufles are great. Can't go wrong.

I have ordered rapid pickup from here like 3 times so far and they always get my order right and is always ready on time!

I've always been a fan of Panera and the one here at the Festival at Riva center is a nice one. Plenty large enough and a nice layout so that you're not really on top of another diner. The service is fast and efficient and the food is, well, Panera quality.

A typical Panera, but, way better than most. Kept clean and neat, this one is better than most. Excellent parking availability . Good place for some work.

Not sure how why this Panera is different considering this is a chain. Something is always slightly off with order? I tried the Fontina grilled cheese and want impressed. I'll stick with my Greek salad and panini combo. P.S: What happened to the toffee nut cookies?

Panera is a great place to grab a quick bite. I will frequently meet with clients or other professionals here and it works okay. It's totally insane for lunch so if you want a table, get there before 11 or go after 2:00. Even on Saturdays. It would be nice if they find a bigger space or if they could rent out additional space somehow.

If you've been to one Panera, you've pretty much been to them all. With that said, I've been a fan of Panera for years, although their salads, soups, and sandwiches were not exactly what one would call low-calorie. But they've added more menu items and some lower cal options, so it's getting better. My son ALWAYS gets broccoli cheese soup in a breadbowl.....seriously, he ALWAYS gets it. If he ever got anything else, I'd probably fall over with a heart attack right there on the spot. As for me, I try to mix it up....I am a big fan of their tomato-mozzarella panini, but do wish they'd lighten up on the sundried tomato pesto...a little too much for my taste. Their creamy tomato soup is pretty tasty, and I love their black bean soup! I do wish they still had the Fandango salad, but it's been gone for a long time and I doubt it's coming back. Too bad, because it was amazing! If anyone from Panera's reading this....PLEASE bring it back! I've found a couple of places that will still make it for me, but they don't like it when you try to order off-menu, and since I don't want to tick off the people making my food, I'm very selective about where and when I'll make that request. As far as this particular location goes, it's in a pretty busy shopping center but is relatively easy to get to. It's almost always crowded, and can be a little slow sometimes, but I've never had to wait so long that I felt the need to complain or even to inquire about it. This is one of the few Panera locations I've seen that doesn't appear to have outdoor seating, but I guess that would be hard to do considering their location in the shopping center.

I love their Asiago Bagel! Toasted with cream cheese, please! Yum! ;) The salads are good, too -- I love that they have seasonal selections. One of my all-time favorites: Mediterranean Salmon Salad (Salmon fillet, field greens, romaine, kalamata olives, feta cheese, mandarin oranges, almonds, red onions & honey tangerine vinaigrette). So, so good!

The Pecan Braid had 1 pecan--no kidding--one.... I'm sorry, but after that, I just don't want to continue onto any of their other stuff since I feel it bespeaks a place that has total contempt for customers. If you are a Pecan Braid fan as I am, the only place in the area that I know where you can get a fairly good one is at Graul's on Taylor.

Why do I remember this place? The mind is strange. The Panera is like the spawn of the Starbucks and the McDonalds. I was stuck in a strip mall for a wedding and that's that.

I had a Panini. Im pretty certain they didnt cook it in an actual panini press, and the bread was god awful. The ingredients in the sandwich were par, at best, and it tasted like crap. This was a huge waste of 7 bucks, I just don't have anything good to say about this sandwich. UPDATE: Although not this same Panera, I went with some work people recently because I thought that PERHAPS the soup in a bread bowl would be decent. Nope. This soup was worse than Progresso, and the bread was weak, at best. I'm instituting a self imposed ban on all Panera's for myself from now on.
