This Chipotle is smaller than some of the others I have been at. But bang for your buck, yes, it's good. And they do a variety of delicacies! They do bowls, burritos, soft tacos, hard tacos and all to go or stay. The dining room is fairly small but works. It's all very simple and they have some fountain drinks and some fancier sodas in the fridge at the register. I love that they can do vegetarian options with the beans instead of meats. It costs a little less too, you just have to let the cashier know when you get to him/her because otherwise they do not realize it. Enjoy!

Quick, fast, friendly service. Can't ask for more! Bonus is the awesome, fresh food.

The portions here are great my food was falling off my bowl. I live around the aspen hill area and none of the chipotles around this area give the amount of food I got here. I would come back if it was not an hour away. Best chipotle so far I have gone to just on the amount food given.

Look, Chipotle gets 5 stars. I'm not judging it against Ruth's Chris, I'm judging it against McDonalds, Subway, Taco Bell, etc. and therefore it is "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" The staff here is friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean, the food is high quality and a good value. It's a best in class eatery, hands down!

I love this place! Great vegetarian options at an even better prices. They have the best salad dressing. I'd give them 5 stars but they always forgot the dressing. Be sure to ask for it if you do order a salad.

I came to this Chipotle to get a bowl that I was really craving. I make pretty good money, so being charged for double meat isn't an issue. My issue was I asked for a half chicken half steak bowl and would be charged for full portion of steak, but was given 6 cubes of steak and 1 scoop of chicken. Highway robbery is what that's called. Especially, when the person behind me gets steak with 3 scoops. So I walked out of line and went to spend my money elsewhere. The cost of your employees decision to not give me what I was being charged for caused everyone to lose time of my lunch break, time for your employees to take my order, money from your profits (bowl of rice, beans, 6cubes of steak and a scoop of chicken in trash due to walk out) and experience which is tarnished by the service at this location. Employees should be aware of portion size for profits, but don't skimp customers who are paying premium steak prices and are not getting what they are paying for in the first place! Customers first! No one came out in this situation, if she had better customer service it would've been $14 for Chipotle and a happy me!

Food @ chipotle is always good but the service here needs improvement. I order tacos and the lady just threw the stuff on them like I had a bowl. One taco didn't even get any lettuce. I just don't see how hard it would be to put food in each taco. The place wasn't busy so she could've taken her time. So I had a bunch of mess to separate when I got home. Smh

Best chipotle experience I've ever had... I go about 3 times a week in Baltimore and these guys in Annapolis blew it out of the park! Great food and great happy staff:)

Start with do not even want to give one star. Went there last night, while waiting in line, notice the place was not busy, but all the tables were dirty (only two in use at the time). When ordering food, the guy was sloppy and did not really care that he was giving bad service or undersized portions. When challenged on serving size of meat on the order, was ignored. The woman who did the condiments put more meat on the order. Sad that I had to ask to have a table wiped down, and finally went into the restroom and got some wet napkins to do it myself. Young woman who was running the register came over after i was done to do it. But was a good 20 minutes before other tables were cleaned. While there notice the amount of dust on the pictures was thick and needed a good cleaning. I do not think i will go back to this one again.

I am giving this chipotle a 3 star because when I asked for extra chicken the girl gave me one small scoop of chicken and told me that was extra. I looked at her and said that is not extra and she then scooped a little more and she had an attitude when she gave it to me.

After a night out, Chipotle is always my go-to. Nothing's better than a bowl and big cup of coke (extra ice) on the couch. After last night's birthday dinner at Birroteca (review forthcoming), I was really feeling it, so I threw on last night's party dress and was out the door at by 11 to get my lunch (brunch?) This Chipotle was a new one for me (I usually frequent the one on Charles Street in Baltimore), and I was a little disappointed with the quality of the food. The rice and beans were lackluster and the steak cuts were bigger and fattier than usual. My go-to: Burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, mild, medium, and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce (green, jalapeno tabasco sauce to garnish) Highlight: Incredibly fast line! Especially for a crowded Chipotle in a mall the day the Ravens have their opening game Lowlight: Rice was undercooked (read: just short of crunchy) and black beans were extra wet

SLOW. And not when it's busy. I get that, waiting in line if it's busy. But when you first open and I'm the only person in line? No. Food was ok, kind of cold by the time I got it. Much better experiences at different locations.

Very fast, most of the food is quite good. Only problem is they dont offer Mexican style tacos (with tastier corn tortillas, onion/cilantro), and the restaurant itself to sit down is very unpleasant, for some reason they like the place to look like a rusted garage. Its a solid fast-service restaurant but very also pretty overrated and sometimes overpriced (nearly 2 dollars to add a spoonful of guacamole to your meal is pretty insulting). Food is quick, consistent quality, they do get quite cheap with the meat portions on the burrito bowls though, only a spoonful everytime I go. The beef is really bad and overspiced, stick with the chicken which is quite good. There are better places to eat but if your in a hurry and just want a quick and nutritious meal its a very good option. Update: Downgraded to 2 stars. Last time I ate here, my burrito with ended up with strange peice of plastic garbage inside killed my appetite. Frequently food mix matches so in your 2$ scoop of guac to your burrito, you'll get shards of neighboring lettuce, cheese and dabs of sour cream. Add in staff that often makes mistake/doesn't listen, lack of options in the tortilla (just flour tortillas) and high school cafeteria standard service stations, its commonplace in a lot of Chipotles, I have officially stopped being a customer of Chipotle overall.

Chipotle is generally awesome. I could probably eat here everyday and not get sick of it. I was especially happy when I went yesterday and they now have brown rice as an option. Yeah! Just a word to the wise - this place gets crazy busy over the lunch hour - and in the evenings too. So, if you are planning on dropping by to pick up a quick lunch - in my experience, throwing in the parking situation at the mall, not going to happen. I'd highly recommend ordering online and then skipping the line and picking it up. And I've never made an online order that they've messed up, which is nice.

I do not come to Chipotle often but I do know if I'm thinking about it for lunch, I should order ahead online. You would think it gives them enough time to make the order so you can just go in , pay and eat but that's not the case. It has been 2(TWO) times that I've ordered online , just to go into the building and they are looking at me like a deer in headlights because they have not looked at the order. Are they not aware that they have online ordering? It's really annoying because I ordered at 3:45, and my pick up time was set for 4:30, I get there at 4:40 and....NOTHING. They had to make the order while I was there , I received no apology. Okay , so I get my order and it's WRONG. I asked for the corn on the side , sour cream on the side and my chicken on the side , it was just tossed into the bowl. At this point, I'm ready to return it but OH I only have 30 minutes for lunch and it's already 4:49. They remake my order and STILL no apology. Everyone can continue to love chipotle but I will not eat here again. It's not convenient , at all. The food itself is usually pretty good but it's not worth waiting over an hour from initial order time. Especially , when I can't even get an "I apologize for the wait".

I usually give chipotle at least four stars, but the staff at this chipotle drops it down a couple stars. The first person in the line to serve was very friendly and pleasant. However she handled meat and vegetables with the same hand and that grossed out my vegetarian friend. My friend didn't really even want to eat it after that but didn't want to complain. I don't think she'll be there again. Everyone else was fine until we got to the cashier, and that person was just downright surly. You would've thought she was working in a prison cafeteria. She never made eye contact with either of us, she was just plain rude and trashy. The food tasted delicious but there must've been gluten in something because I later had a LOT trouble with gluten symptoms. I usually get the salad bowl with no problem ever but maybe there was a little flour in the pintos because they were unusually thick. That's a bummer for me because I've always enjoyed Chipotle because I've been able to eat salad there without gluten side effects in the past.

You know I actually liked this Chipolte in the past. Always nice workers and quick service. Well as of 12/10/12 I officially became DONE with this location and perhaps the franchise in general. I was on my way to work when I stopped in and got a steak burito bowl. When I opened it up I saw a LONG STRAND OF HAIR in my rice. Mind you this was NOT my hair (I have dark brown sister locs that were actually in a ponytail) instead a long light brown straight strand of hair was in my food. If I hadn't been already at work (and almost late) when I discovered this I would have turned right around and reported this but I just didn't have the time. I wish I had saved the recipt so I could return and complain but I was so grossed out I threw the whole order in the garbage. Shameful! A good 7.25 down the drain because someone decided not to wear a hair net.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Small, cramped, busy, inept employees. They broke the burrito, used to go bowls for the tacos even though I said "for here" three times, and didn't understand that I wanted corn tortillas--had to ask three times and then she tried to do flour again. Finally got corn. Not impressed.

What can I say, I love Chipotle way too much. I frequent this location whenever I'm in the Annapolis area and in the mood for some Chipotle. This is attached to the Westfield mall and is accessible from outside the mall as well. It's right across from the Applebee's. The inside is pretty small since it is a mall location, so many people just get the order to go. However, there is a huge seating area right down the hall in the food court so if there's no seating inside the Chipotle, you can just go for a very short walk. I find the consistency and quality of this Chipotle as good as any other, so there's nothing to worry about here. Always a clean Chipotle and the lines move real quick.

I'm usually satisfied with my food portions, but I've noticed they've been getting quite stingy the past few times I've visited. The workers get attitudes if you ask them for a little more of anything. They are definitely not in the biz to make money bc they take forever to move the line along. They need to take hints from Arundel Mills or Calverton. Edgewater is much nicer than this location.... Cleaner, friendlier, etc. I'd gladly drive a few mins more for great service. Bypass.....

The food is good, inexpensive & really fast service. I would have given it 5 stars but every time I go there it's always kind of dirty in there. They need to regularly clean the front & bathrooms.

Probably wouldn't do an online order if I were you. I placed one around 2:30 and said the pickup time would be 3. I get here a little past 3 and yet again they waited for me to arrive to even start making the order... I paid ahead so my order should be made by the time I set the pick up time for. That's the whole purpose of ordering online.

Good solid consistent fast food Mexican fare. Very large portions and consistently good. Excellent price/value. I really like all of their food. Excellent Burritos. Good chips and salsa. Basically their food is good because they use high quality ingredients. Never had a bad experience at any location. They are able to handle the crowds when they are slammed. Good for carry out or dining in.

This Chioptle has become a staple of my diet. My order is always prepared exactly how I like it. The only complaint I have is that I sometimes cannot understand the broken English spoken by the employees, but I will not hold that against them.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
