Pizza greasy and bad. Fries bad. "Chicken cutlet" sandwich was a round breaded frozen patty that I think they serve in middle schools. This place delivers to Hough's Neck so that may be its only redeeming factor.

GREAT pizza! Fastest delivery in the area. Decent prices. Nice people. Nothing fancy but very reliable. I heard the calzones are great, too.

Have ordered from Time Out Pizza many times. Was happy and disappointed on few occasions as well as delivery, very mixed. Not consistent at all !! How ever found out that this place make their own dough, sauce in house. Although made in house the taste is bland, need work on dough and sauce. Had to add salt and pepper, not ideal for clients .. don't think adding things on after cooks/chefs/pizza makers. Inside looks clean, at times rude service .. why ? In general better then some places in area.

In me and my BF's battle of the pizza - Quincy addition time Out Pizza went up against Harry's Pizza and Seafood and Time Out won. Great Cheese! The crust was a perfect Greek pizza crust, my only complaint is it needed a little bit more sauce. Pizza was cooked incredibly fast. I will update my review if they make it past round 2 of the battle. =)

Just tried there steak tips and pizza. Way better then Harry's. I'm surprised Harry's is still around with such better food a few blocks down. There prices are way cheaper also. I think Copeland Street Pizza has the best steak tips in Quincy but Time outs are a very close second. Pizza was cooked to order and they were very nice. Ill be back for sure driving right past Harry's on my way there. A well deserved 5 stars.

It's alright here, the people are pretty nice and the food is edible, but once when I got delivery they forgot the burger on my cheeseBURGER sub, how does that happen? That's really the only problem I've had and I've been eating there for years, so props to them for being pretty convenient when I'm in A-shore.

We order from Time out and it is ok. The fast delivery is the best thing about the place. They also take cards which Harry's down the street doesn't. Shame on Harry's they lost our buisness. The pizza is fine if you like greek pizza, the salads are plain nothing special and I think not worth the money they charge. Calzones made with veggies are very good with the sauce that it come with. Again a quick neighborhood place nothing special.

I ordered buffalo wings from here yesterday and they were very tasty! I live around the corner in the clipper and could have just walked to get it but was massively hung over. They said 30 minutes, it arrived in 50... It was superbowl Sunday so I'm not complaining about that, but it would have been nice if the delivery guy had at least acknowledged that he was late. Great being able to pay over the phone with your card. Looking forward to trying a few other things on the menu!

For a while Harry's was the only place for pizza within walking distance, but we've got Time Out now. I like the chef's salad, and I prefer the pizza here over Harry's. A bit crisper, and thinner. Fast service, but maybe because I'm right down the street.

Mediocre at best. It seems that everything comes out of a jar, can, or freezer. If you are looking for something special, this is not your place. The food wasn't bad, it wasn't good either; again, mediocre at best. I worked many years in restaurants, some clean, some dirty; I observe, I judge-- They lost one more star with the guys up front. Although I appreciate people with strong work ethics, I am a stickler on handling food amongst other things. While I was there, I observed the delivery guy come inside, pass the sink/gloves and bare handedly touch unwrapped food in the window. I saw the other worker handle the phone, touch other customer's money, my credit card, do various other tasks, and then grab someone's unwrapped sub in the window. All without washing his hands or use gloves... Just saying!

So, I have always liked Time Out. It is right down the street from both my parents' home and my boyfriend's parents' home and we've gotten delivery from there many times and I've never had an issue....until this past week. Earlier this week, we ordered a few things for pick up and they did not include our marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks or the pickles on the side of my sub. It was annoying because we didn't notice until we got home. But, whatever. Definitely not a deal-breaker. Then tonight, I was seriously craving some stuffed shells and I wanted to try theirs. My boyfriend called them at 8:15ish (they close at nine) and asked for delivery. The woman on the phone said, unapologetically, "We're not doing any more deliveries." Again, kind of annoying, but not a big deal. So my boyfriend said "Oh, that's fine, I'll just pick it up." So he continues by ordering an mozzarella sticks and the woman interrupts him and says, kind of annoyed, "Pizza and cold subs only. Nothing from the grill. We close at nine." Yeah...that's FORTY-FIVE MINUTES away. Are you kidding? Why would you shut down your equipment nearly an hour before closing? So we said never mind. Then we called Harry's, who also close at nine (it's almost 8:30 at this point) and the girl was super friendly and they were able to accommodate us. Guess we'll be eating from Harry's more often.

Another one of my childhood hang out places afterschool. I would always come here after the library and get a slice of pizza, an order of mozzarella cheese sticks, Buffalo Chicken, and onion rings and fries. When with my family I always get a small pepperoni pizza and a seafood platter. For some reason I feel like their fries are better than Harry's seafood and Pizza down the street. The pizza here was more greasy then Harry's but just as good, it just didn't have the seasoning on the cheese like Harry's. The mozzarella sticks were awsome and came with a good marinara sauce but I just like mozzarella sticks with plain old ketchup. The onion rings were my least favorite thing here. The batter on the onion ring was not so great. It imitated the beer battered rings but just didn't stand up to it. But my friends just chowed them down. I hated it when they came with the seafood platters. I never tried the Buffalo chicken here even though I remember my friends ordered them quite frequently. I'm pretty sure they were good judging by the strong smell of the sauce. I still come here once in a while because I live down the street but I never order any type of dessert here because they don't have any 'home made' desserts or soft serve ice cream like at Harry's. All they have is premade, pre-packaged desserts or ice cream and that is why I only give them 3 stars.I rather have a frapp or soft served ice cream or slush /italian ice for dessert. The staff here isn't as close/friendly as Harry's I have been a regular customer since 6th grade yet I don't know their names and the owner. They always stared instead of talking or making conversation. Some might say that might be, because we're young but Harry's was still nice and friendly even if we were middle schoolers. Until now I find Time out Pizza and Grill to be so awkward. I just order the food to-go and leave and head down to Harry's but then I go to Harry's more often because it has a greater menu selection and great desserts. I would say Time out Pizza and Grill is a place to order subs and sandwhiches and the seafood but not for dessert or conversation making. Just pick up and go!

I used to love this place! I live right around the corner from them and ALWAYS got the buffalo chicken calzone, great by the way. Reason I'm giving it such a bad review is because one night they scammed me!! I ordered for delivery a small buffalo chicken calzone with a 20 oz mountain dew, my go to meal for this place. It was always roughly 14-15 dollars. I paid with my debit card that night and was at a friends house just a few streets down the road from where I live. So it was shocking to me when they went to the house and dropped the food off to my friends little brother without even seeing me or tipping them anything. Then I realized why.... THEY CHARGED ME 22 DOLLARS FOR MY ORDER. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET WITH THIS PLACE BEFORE, IT MADE ME FURIOUS!! I REFUSE TO EVER GIVE ANY OF MY MONEY TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!

NOT IMPRESSED! FRI 26 NOV 2010 I called ahead to find out if they had a menu online or that could be emailed. I received a one word reply from the girl who answered: "No." So, not off to a good start. I asked, "Is there any way for me to see the menu?" She retorted "Not unless you drive down here and get one." Wow, very helpful and astute of her. This is where my patronage of their place would have ended. However, I was getting food for my Mum who was really intent on getting their fish & chips. So, I drove out to Time Out and got a menu and placed an order for two fish & chip dinners. I was told, begrudgingly, that the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. So, I decided to run an errand and pick up my orders 15 minutes later. When I arrived back at Time Out, one of my orders was on the counter, waiting to be bagged. When the man behind the counter asked the cook, where the 2nd order was, the cook questioned whether or not an order for two were placed. The counter man replied, 'Yes, two". So, as I watched the cook start preparing the 2nd order, I asked the counter man, "What happened?" He replied "It'll be a few more minutes." I waited for 5 more minutes and after watching the counter guy read his magazine, the cook run around the kitchen cooking lots of things, but not putting together my fish & chips, and watching the counter girl change channels on the TV and play with her iPhone 4, I decided I would take the one ready order, get a refund for the other order that still wasn't done and leave. The counter guy was surprised that I asked for my money back and when I told him why I didn't want to wait, he offered no apology for their error. That was his BIG mistake! What he should have done was: just tell me you made a mistake and I'll need to wait for another 10 to 15 minutes. Offer me a minor compensation for the inconvenience, such as a soda or cookie pack, and I would have been happy to wait. When you lie to me and don't offer an apology, I can take my business elsewhere. This is not the ONLY fish and pizza house in Quincy! P.S. Invest a little money in a web page for your business OR find a website that hosts menus online for people to see. The girl working the iPhone 4 can probably help out inbetween texts with that.

Food is great. Greek style pizzas and calzones. Salads, sides (wings, finger), and subs are all good. Pizza and calzones are the best though. If the food was not so good I would never go to timeout. In my experience the service is below par. When you call to order, and when you go to pickup, I feel as though I am inconviencing the employees. The tone in their voices makes me feel as though they would rather I just order my food from another establishment but, as afore mentioned I love the pizza and calzones and it is tough to stay away. I just ordered from them tonite, had a two dollar off coupon from their menu, went to pick it up and was told that do not accept coupons when using a credit card to pay. I told the employee that it does not say anything on the coupon about having to pay cash, she then pointed to a sign on the counter while saying that is was posted that they do not accept coupons when using a credit card. I understand having to pay 6 cents extra at the "Super" cheap gas pump for using a credit card versus using cash but I feel as though it is crazy for this at a pizza/sub shop.

I ordered a large peperoni pizza, really really not that great. Pizza was LOADED with grease all over ... taste was plain The guy on the phone was quite impatient. Wouldn't order there again.

Eh. Nothing special. I'd say below average food, considering how many good sub shops there are in Quincy.
