First, the house. The house is (as of July2009) currently under renovation and I was a bit worried I would be listening to the sound of construction all day but not so! The place is just as cozy and warm as the website says it is. Our bedroom was awesome and I slept great. The common rooms are really cool, especially the Great Room with its pool table and dimly lit interior, like something out of a film noir. The breakfast was just right although Heidi burnt our croissants, but she promised to make us a double if we came back. There is a yard with a mini-forest with fruit trees and wut-not and the best part, a hammock! Service, in the form of Heidi, was perfect. Good information, good food, good rooms. A+!
