Looking at all the previous Yelp reviews, expectations might have been a little to high. Let's make sure we label this location correctly, airport food court fare. Arriving at 6:45am and I was quickly greeted and placed my order - large coffee and oatmeal. Two options for coffee, dark or lite roast. The oatmeal toppings are self service right in front of the associate making flat breads to bake. As a frequent traveler and picky breakfast eater, this place was perfect. You pass a Dunkin Donuts with all the sugar and icings for a little something that was made this morning. I was happy with my experience and overall customer service was great. I am traveling the same time next week and I found my breakfast spot!

Worse than a regular Cosi. 1. Counter help is not really friendly. 2. Orders here two times, a salad with chicken. Both times they have left out the chicken. At least took it back last time and added it. Check you order I guess if get something here. 3. An improvement in the tossing salads with dressing & chicken if you prefer it would help as it's impossible to mix up once in bowl it comes it, everything is just on top of the greens it comes with.

Glad they are in the Virgin America area, otherwise there would be nothing to eat or drink. That said, they've got you! Let the price gouging begin!

I think the owner /management needs to really figure out how to run this restaurant. For any place, stand alone an airport location, they are slower than molasses. The staff looks gloom. Order management is confusing as people just wait around. They are out of many ingredients. I hear a staff person coughing and sneezing--hopefully not on my food! The only reason I am here is because I like Cosi and this is one of the only places in this terminal with somewhat okay good. This location will make me a non-customer.

The foods not the greatest...but it is the airport. However the customer service was some of the best I've received in a long time, especially at 4AM.

Overpriced food, not that tasty, but the older gentleman who works there is always a blast to talk to. This is the ONLY food place in the Virgin American terminal, so get food ahead of time or else you'll be heading out and entering through security a second time.

This place has absolutely no quality standards. I've been flying Virgin for years and we are stuck with just one lousy food option in the terminal. The food is consistently stale and tasteless and there is never more than one person working the counter...long lines. Not to mention I've never even gotten so much as a "hi" or "thank you" from their "friendly" workers. I usually go to the Dunkins outside the terminal, but said to myself why not give them ONE more chance. Well glad to report that they didn't disappoint, my croissant was hard as a brick. France would be ashamed. I can't believe anyone rated this more than one star...really? Must have been the owner, but even they new that 5 stars would be a complete stretch. Please....someone...bring another option to Terminal B so that the suffering can end. Give the people what they want and the choices they deserve.

I have experienced way way way better... This Cosi is the only venue once when you inside the post security area at Terminal B if you are flying Air Canada. It is the only choice... you have of course a choice of not to eat or drink... but if your flight is delayed... you are stuck with what they offers. Overpriced and stale sandwiches.... Cold Bagels...Fruit Cups that should have been eaten a day or 2 ago... At least the coffee is decent... as it is better than drinking from the water fountain?

As far as airport food goes, this is a decent grab & go option in terminal B. With sandwiches and salads, as well as morning breakfast, there is a good variety of not-fried foods. There are a few vegetarian options; I had the hummus & veggie sandwich served on flatbread. The sandwich came with free chips. There are also individual pizzas on the flatbread, in case that's more your jam. A good option if you need to jump on your plane, or take it around the corner near the windows for quiet time. There are outlets over there and a nice view of the Tarmac.
