Just sitting to pen this review after visiting like a million-zillion-trillon times. Anyhow, sitting on the corner of Severn & Vets, adjacent to Lakeside Shopping Mall is this gem of a facility. Thirst quencher or a beer, this adult drinking facility has you covered. If you're not interested in walking in, there's a drive-thru for your pleasure. Daily specials greet you on the wall of the facility inside & in the drive-thru. Daiquiris, beer, Long Island Iced Teas, Jello-shots, are just a few of the items on the menu for perusal & purchase. On this rainy, gloomy, afternoon, I did the drive-thru thing for my adult drinking selection. $5 long island iced tea on the rocks please sir; yesssss winning!!!!

Unlike anywhere else in the country, we are lucky enough to get done with work, go through the drive through and take our "Just got off of work" drink with us, no having to stop at the bar for an hour, just pull up and order and be on your way. What I also love about this place is just how affordable it is. I suppose spending so much time in The Quarter early on, I was biased as to how much a daiquiri should cost. I always thought they were so expensive. Nope. Dirt cheap even. The drive through option is fast, cold and quick. Have your ID ready when paying!

Sunday, Corp of Napoleon (route)- Right on the parade route. TOOOOO convenient! 32 oz Long Island Ice Teas for $7.50 each! Okay, I had three. .... We didn't try the food. Prolly normal bar fare. And yes, I'd go back.

This is best invention EVER -- drive through daiquiris. While I am not going to tell folks what they should do -- a large fits nicely in the drink holder of most cars and comes in handy for the long trip from New Orleans to Houston. Having been purchasing my libations from here over many years, I can honestly say that the quality of their daiquiris has never changed - they are consistently strong and tasty.

Love love love this place will definitely be going back whenever I am in the N.O the daiquiris are amazing and the people are nice and friendly they have a lot of different flavor to choose from and you get a refill at all locations for $7 if you have your cup

Drive-through alcohol dispensary that serves almost exclusively frozen concoctions of inebriation so sweet that even a kid would drink them. (Y'all know this wouldn't fly any where else, right?) Thank gawd we don't live anywhere else. This is New Orleans. If you want to drink a candy sweet beverage you can do it! AND, If you are too lazy to get out of your car to order that frozen alcoholic milkshake, you can do that too! HELL, if you want to get an extra shot of grain alcohol added to your frozen cocktail to ensure that you will get the maximum buzz with the minimum effort, stay in your car, and order an extra shot from that cute gal in the drive-up window. Only in New Orleans (or Metry, as the case may be....)

So, you can get drive through booze....I love this state! Ok, maybe it's not the greatest idea, but it sure is nice to have a frozen cocktail ready and waiting when I get to my destination. And I can begin to enjoy it the minute I get out of the car! Another a nice thing about this place, the Jungle Juice frozen drink was just great.

What? Daiquiri's delivered via drive through? As far as I know, this is a uniquely New Orleans experience so you have to do it. I ordered a 32oz. strawberry with an extra shot. It was refreshing, tasty. Coming from the land of kids and Sonic Slushees, it was confusing to be holding something so similar, and having to keep reminding myself I shouldn't drink it while I am in the car. It's dangerously natural to just take a pull...anyway you'll have to figure that out for yourself. And fyi none of the survey questions properly categorize this place...

I was excited to try the daiquiris here after having my first daiq drive thru experience at a different establishment on Vets. However, the drive thru server was not very friendly and, while the drinks were yummy, they were not very strong. We actually added alcohol to them at home. The other place, which isn't a chain, is much better (they actually use real strawberries).

Yes... I confess I've been here and more than once. During parades I've frequently gotten a daiquiri here and sometimes after work I've zipped in for an icy cold refreshing beverage. Drinking a daiquiri isn't the most manly thing but I've done it here often but they also have nice beer specials so you can pretty much get what you want. This is probably the nicest New Orleans Original Daiquiri location I've ever been to and I've been to MANY.

hey, I love the drinks, make no mistake, I just wish that some of the locations were easier to access, since I live in Arizona, and some are well hidden. I come in , buy my drink, and leave , so I guess the smell, and how clean the place is or isn't usually isn't a thing I notice.

The bartenders here are wonderful and friendly, once you've been in a few times they'll hook you up. I go here on breaks from work to hang out for a minute. A pretty straightforward daq shop.

i love this place for so many reasons. flavor selection is definitely one of them. there were so many to choose from and the guy helping us made recommendations and let us try whatever we wanted. i walked away with a mixture of nawlins rum punch and pina colada. delicious.

I think I spend too much time here. The problem is that it's less than 5 minutes from my work and it has daiquiris. Your first impression when walking through the doors is going to probably be that it reminds you of public toilets. It took me a while to figure out why that is..........the smell is the smell of a cleaner used in public restrooms. The pros about this place are that there is plentry of space and seating inside and outside and they have specials. The daiquiris are good but weaker than at other places. Daiquiri place on vets is better but this place will continue to be the one for me only because of the location. The bartenders here are friendlier though and are always very pleasant.
