I went to this Chinese place after hearing plenty of people rave about it, but I really didn't find it to be that great. It was passable, but really no better than the fast food Chinese place down the street. My boyfriend didn't think it was great either, so it wasn't just us. I was really looking forward to a good Chinese meal but now when we want Chinese close to home we just go get the fast food stuff. The crab rangoons were really good, but I really didn't think the fried rice was made well.

This place is not good, poor quality of food place is dark and dingy, people were very nice and service was good, that is the only reason they received two stars

I used to work here..but that will not make me biased! Hands down, best egg rolls, stuffed with meat, shrimp, and vegetables! Crab rangoons are full of real crabmeat, creamcheese, and garlic! SoOOO GOOD! Especially with sweet and sour dipping sauce, home made and secret recipe! This place doesn't look great but don't let that fool you! New tables and chairs, and always when you dine in, your meal is complete with a clean, HOT towel. I burnt so many fingers because of this service.... Good food, ALWAYS made to order....=)

The food here is first rate! The Lo Mein is delicious. Full of meat and veggies! We're never ordered a meal there that wasn't delicous, and my husband loves to try different things. They're happy to make to order as well. This is just a little hole in the wall, but don't let that sway you from trying it. The food is delicious!

Got this for dinner tonight and had high hopes for Chinese food close to home But the lo mein didn't taste like any lo mein I have ever had, and the fried rice was almost white. But the pepper steak and sweet and sour pork were delicious, and the staff were perfectly nice

I have been coming here ever since I was a little kid and I always get the same things. Lol... Best egg rolls ever, best shrimp fried rice & the best sweet & sour chicken. The breading on the sweet & sour chicken is light and is perfect with their homemade sweet & sour sauce. It's not like the generic red sauce you get at other places. It also comes with fresh pineapple, bell pepper & carrots. I have never had anything bad from this place. Even though the place looks dingy & dark...it's still really good and the service is good.

I was in search of some General Tso chicken but this place didn't have it. I figured the sweet and sour shrimp was worth a shot. The service here is great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely service with a smile. It was a pleasant surprise when my meal arrived. The shrimp didn't come with the typical red sauce I'm used to seeing. It was "homemade". The shrimp was in a light orange sauce, covered with strips of bell pepper, carrots and pineapple chunks. Mmmm. I really enjoyed my meal.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
