I walked out and said, "More like one star." My mom, who never really complains about food or service response, "Half a star." Not a kid friendly place. No kids menu. No diaper station. My dad eats a Phili cheese steak anytime it is on a menu and he said it wasn't a real Phili. Now for the rest of the experience. We ordered the special and were nonchalantly told where to get our drinks. We grabbed 20oz bottles. Then I noticed the guy after us grabbed a 12oz can. I asked my dad if the sign specified which one came with the special. He told me it only had Coke written on it. I asked him to check the ticket to see if we got charged extra or special for grabbing the different size. He notified me that it only had the total 32$. I was really surprised at the cost and asked how much the special was listed. He said, "I think 6.99." I went and check and he was correct. We must have been charged extra or my daughter's sub was 11 dollars. I didn't like that the lady hadn't told us which one to get. We waited a half an hour for our food. The two people after us got their food before us. When we finally got our food they just gave us the sandwiches, no chips or desert. My mom went back up and asked if we were supposed to get chips. They didn't apologize for not giving them to us with our meal. After we were done we asked if we were supposed to get deserts too. At this time they apologized as we got our deserts. We took them to go. The brownie isn't homemade. No big deal, but it is not at all good. We weren't sure if my daughter's meal was supposed to have chips and a soda as well. We never asked because we were really frustrated by the lack of service and hospitality.
