This is just my biased little feeling, but I think that Huddle House's waffles are far superior to Waffle House's waffles. Bigger, fluffier, tastier: there's nothing about it that doesn't surpass Waffle Houses limp monuments to batter-sadness. The Waffle at the Huddle House is no different: outstanding. Sadly, that's the only thing outstanding there. I went it, had very crappy service: the food took too long to get to my table, especially since it was just one waffle. And the non-plused server couldn't be bothered to talk to me when I paid my bill, or even be bothered to get off the phone while ringing me up. Why anyone would be in Madisonville, KY, is beyond me, but this this place does it no justice whatsoever.
