I order a 1 topping cheese pizza and bacon cheese bread as a carry out order. I enjoyed the food. The pizza is comparable to other pizza chains. I would go back to Jet's and eat in the restaurant if I was in the area and hungry. It's unlikely that I will order delivery or carry out again because the website is not user friendly. The online deals don't match the coupons they gave out in stores. There is box on the site for coupon codes, but there are no coupon codes anywhere on the coupons. I tried entering the title of the coupon in the coupon code box, but that didn't work. I only buy 100 minutes a month so I try to avoid unnecessary phone calls, but in order to get the deal on the coupon I had to call in my order.

Had Jets again recently and was not impressed at all. Same location, same order. Tasted rather bland, it certainly wasn't awful but there was nothing that stood out about it. It was food, not good nor bad, just average.

Excellent pizza, subs, wings, and salads. This unit is spotless and has a friendly staff. The owners obviously want to have a top notch italian restaurant. Highly recommended.

Pizza was cold!!! Both times! Great pizza.. once I warmed it up, but I shouldn't have to warm anything up. Long delivery times. (Maybe that's why my pizza is always cold)

Jet's is another place I am surprised I have never heard of. Last night my husband and I were in the mood for delivery pizza but the same old same old just wasn't cutting it. A flyer had come in the mail for Jet's and we decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed when I ordered online was the ability to choose your own crust... that was FLAVORED with cheese... or garlic... or cheese... or butter.. or cheese :) We opted for a "box" with a medium deep dish pizza and an order of cheese bread. It was more than enough for 2 people and I can't wait to have our left-overs. They have something called Turbo-Crust that combines their butter, garlic, and cheese crust together - I can't wait to try that!

So pizza is always an area of touchy debate in our house. Jets is a Detroit style pizza with thick pan crust. Which can be quite good ( thinking Louis louis) but also be kinda bad. My wife loved it hinge the 3 stars. I on the other fan wasn't a fan. I found the crust to be gummy and somewhat flavorless. The best part of this style pizza is the crisp exterior of the crust to the chew of the center and I just didn't find that here. I felt the topping were mundane and lackluster strewn haphazardly across the pizza. The cheese had a weird texture not really sure how to describe it. Service was quick and online ordering was a breeze and they do deliver so there are those pluses for me but the pizza fell short. It nice to be able to get 2-3 small pizzas with various topping to feed the family and everybody gets what they want. I here for lunch and dinner they do pizza by the slice for dine in or carry out which is another nifty thing. I will obviously be giving them another try given the fact that Mrs R enjoyed it and if my experience changes I will obviously update above. In the end for this style pizza I think there are better places in town.

I'm not sure how I missed reviewing Jet's as I could've sworn I'd already written one. Silly me. Anyway, I'd had Jet's Pizza before, as they have a franchise in Florence, KY and the few pieces I've had there was enough for me to look up locations in Louisville. Thankfully there is some expansion and they have this location off Hurstbourne, one in Fern Creek and more to come. I wouldn't be surprised to see 5 or so pop-up in the coming year because it's pretty good quality pie. Firstly, the specialty is deep dish, Detroit-style pizza. Expect a thick, thick crust with nice crispy edges and corners, cheese caramelized perfectly along those edges to give it that extra crunch. Jet's doesn't skimp on toppings either, but they don't go overboard so it's a nice balance. The sauce is not overly sweet but nicely spiced, enough so that you notice the red pepper but it's not overpowering. Location-wise this is pretty much strictly take-out, a few tables here and there to satisfy a few dine-ins but definitely not a sit down restaurant. Plan to carry out or have it delivered and you'll have the perfect pizza for the poker game or scrap booking or whatever happens to be your at home gathering.

Tried Jets pizza on the merits of the many positive reviews from Yelp. We had the deep dish and all I can is wow! The crust was ever so crunchy on the outside and nice and light inside with a nice buttery flavor. The marinara was sweet but not to much - just right. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. I've tried many of the pizza varieties in town and I must say this is some of the best in town. Cozy New York-style street atmosphere. Clean, no frills. Also it must be said that the prices are very reasonable for amount of food we got. I will undoubtedly be coming back to Jets.

Unique pizza. We had breadsticks and deep dish meat pizza. Both were very good. Greasy.

I thought I would try Jets pizza (hurtsbourne), i called to place an order for delivery and the guy taking my order was rude and seemed like he could give two craps about his job. I ordered a medium spicy pep. pizza and a medium cobb salad. 45 min later the pizza guy shows up and gives me my pizza but forgot my salad so he had to run back up the street ( 2min away ) and bring back my salad. The pizza was horrible, I mean little Caesars $5 pizza would have been better. And when I got my salad they forgot to put eggs in it and I found 4 black hairs in my salad. this food was so gross we actually ended up throwing it away and ordering dominos. I will never order this disgusting pizza ever again, I don't see them being in business for long.

I tried Jets deep dish peppeoni pizza today and must say for a chain this pizza is delicious and above many other pizza's places here in Louisville. The price was $8.99 for 10 slices of pizza of deep dish pizza. The crust is thick and crispy (browned around the edges) very light on the "square" pizza and flavorful. The sauce is not too sweet. This pizza reminds me of the pizza's in New York (Sicilian style). I'd go back anytime. :)

My girlfriend and I tried Jets for lunch the other day and were not disappointed. The prices are great for the quality and quantity you get. Definitely going back again.

I know this is a chain but I have to say this is possibly the best pizza in town. A friend of ours in southern Indiana told us about Jet's when we were invited to his place for dinner, adding it was the best in the city; I remember thinking that was a tall claim. A few months ago, we moved to Jeffersontown and happened to spot Jet's in an unheralded strip mall in the not-so-happening stretch of Hurstbourne Parkway that nobody has any reason to frequent. We decided to order food from here partly because we wanted to prove our friend wrong and partly because there are not that many dining choices in this neck of the woods. We got a deep dish pepperoni and sausage with turbo crust (garlic, butter and romano cheese) and thin crust pepperoni. Both pizzas were unbelievably good. Our out-of-town guests were raving about them too, and before long, there was no trace of the pizzas. We have ordered carryout several times since then and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!!
