I have gone to Heitzmans many times.. The lunch food isn't bad, a little to pricey in my opinion for what you get. The problem is the service.. EVERYONE except the cook act like they are relatives of the owners and they dont get in a hurry to do anything. They took almost five minutes to even notice I was there. I could have made my food and left before they even noticed. When they took my order, Grilled Cheese and Chili,. $11.00!!! I hate it because this place is convienant to where I work but I think I will just give up and go elsewhere.. This made me decide not to use them for a wedding I am planning. They need to realize customer service is what makes your business.
