Diamond's is a fun spot to just hang out. It's one of my favorite places to have a drink, watch a game, or play some pool. There's plenty of pool tables and tons of big screen TVs. I really enjoy the atmosphere here. The place is huge with multiple bars and lots of tables for seating. The drinks aren't overpriced and there is a good selection of beer on tap. The food is much better than your average bar food, with a large variety of menu items to chose from. I like the queso appetizer for sharing. It's a large portion of cheese dip, unlike some places. The pizza burger is very unique and delicious. This is something you won't find on another menu in Louisville. It tastes great and is packed with flavorful ingredients. The St. Matthew's location is closer to my house, but I've heard the Highlands location is also great.

My first time being at this location with some girlfriends to see Rockadelic.. My friend and I ordered a salad and split it. The only thing we complained about was that it didn't have chicken in it like it was suppose to. Luckily we didn't get charged for it.. Other than that, the service was good and the band was great.

Not my favorite...it had a weird old smell and I understand it's a bar but still. The service was good the music not so much it kept switching back and forth between the band and stereo and the music didn't match. The music volume kept going up and down so half the time we couldn't hear each other talk

Pretty decent priced alcohol. The food is great for a bar. The queso and meat sauce is awesome! Burgers are good pizza good, huge ass taco salad. Awesome sauces for the wings. They have beer and drink specials during the NFL season and UofL and UK games. Oh and pool..... Oh and always have live music

When it comes to bars, the only thing that separates most of them is the service. These guys know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as the food goes, it's awesome!!! You would not think to order pizza here but it is definitely at the top of my list of favorite pizza!!!

This bar belongs in Portland or Shivley. If you are not a regular, you won't get service. I've been twice and have had horrible service both times. The crowd there is terrible. Both times I went with female friends. Both times guys with teeth missing harassed the women. Only good thing I can say, good buffalo chicken sandwich.

Second location now open at old Jillians on Barret, much bigger and better, for that 5 stars!! On any given night of the week you can be sure to find people hanging out and having a good time here. You can listen to live music nightly or shoot a few games of pool or darts. Only place we have found a crown on literally any night of the week. As an added bonus they serve food til 3AM !!!! That's right you do have other options, granted it is bar food and mostly fried, but fried mac n cheese and the chicken quesadilla never disappoint. Even with several new places to go for a drink in the area, we always end up here. Bar tenders are great and there is never a long wait for a drink.

Diamonds is amazing for the late night scene- no cover, cheap GOOD drinks and a mix of all kinds of different people! The only thing that sucks about diamonds is the music, if you want to go to the bar to dance, diamonds is not the bar to go to!! I usually go to diamonds after or before the dancing bars. Diamonds is a good starting or stopping place but not good for staying all night. They should really change there music selection to d.j dance music on the weekends!

Good bar, but I refuse to go here unless it's late at night. Just that kind of atmosphere. Never a cover, cheap drinks, plenty of pool, and a nice patio. You'll meet some interesting characters here. They have good drunk food as well. On the plus side, I did once leave my phone here and they found it and held on to it till I picked it up the next day.

Got my rear kicked by the Hoff here. I may have had my grump-I-hate-losing face on, but secretly I was enjoying myself. Plus, the table was FREE! It seems like a great place to shoot pool, nice crowd of people. I didn't drink there, so I have no idea what the drinks are like....

Great sportsbar, even if you aren't a pool player. They have NFL packages for all the games and work really hard to make sure everyone gets to see their team. There's a great environment in there on Sunday with fans from all over the country coming to support their hometown franchise. The drink specials are not great, but but won't break you. They have great pizza, salads, and wings...not typical frozen bar crap. On gamedays for UK, UL, and NFL they have a 20 wing for $5 special. Unbeatable.

I have been to this diamonds a few times during the week, but never on the weekend. I went to catch a great band "Soul Circus". Holy smokes was this place a hot mess!! Broken glass everywhere!! Fights!! The whole place smelled of vomit!! And mass chaos was everywhere! The bartenders were great, very friendly, they poured a mean drink, the music was awesome but this place lacks proper management. It was like a frat house gone wild. The toilets were over flowing. Disgusting!! I'll catch these bands at a better venue next time!

I feel like I've been here a lot, but it's been under five times. I love the beer selections on tap and the bands are always fun to watch. Also, I love the outside area. Not as large as its other location but always have a good time when I come here. The crowd always seems different each time I go as well.

There are usually a couple of bands playing. Decent drinks. There are TVs and if the game is early enough, it's a decent place to watch a game.

FRIED MAC AND CHEESE BITES WITH RANCH DIPPING SAUCE. those are my absolute favorite. They have quesadilla roll ups, scrumptious piZza, and delicious beer battered chicken strips. Yes bar food but it is really good bar food. You can get whatever shots you want and a super nice staff (especially the bar back Jared). All around fun place to go to get crunk.

I'll try to come here at least once a week to play a game of pool. .75 cents a game is pretty good. the back room tables are nicer and like to play those at $6 for an hour with a group of friends or $3 for solo player an hour. What i like most about this place is the large flat screen TVs outside on the backyard patio and TVs entirely in every room indoor. The Louisville game or UK game is on the place is crowded and ppl having good times. A great place to hang out with friends or solo , but not a perfect place to pickup girls usually its a hang out place for couples too. I order the Phily cheese steak sandwich and came with extra side of jumbo fries to watch the World Series playoffs. I washed it down with tall glass of sprite. Everything on the menu is pretty reasonable priced. Sandwiches are about $11 and well worth it.
