I love Chick-fil-A. They have the best quality of fast food, their chicken is always delicious, and the waffle fries rock. Plus every location seems to have the same cheerful, happy-to-help employees. This location has something funky going on, though. I was there at 8pm last night and I could not believe how many people were there. They have two drive thru lines (not sure if it makes things run smoother or not) and both were AT LEAST seven cars deep the entire time we were inside. There were hardly any tables open inside and it isn't a small place- that's just how many people were there at such an odd hour for dinner. The cashiers didn't all seem to be on the same page. Some were doing the typical fast food thing where they give you your drink and you stand there and wait for your order number to be called. Others were handing you some sort of plastic cone to take to your table and wait for your food to be brought out. I'm not sure what the plastic cone did because the workers delivering food always seemed lost. You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A no matter the location. I'm willing to put up with a lot more from a Chick-fil-A just for the sake of staying away from other fast food choices.

Today is free Chick-fil-A meal day. If you hurry and head to the Chick-fil-A on Shelbyville Road next to Saint Matthews mall you can get a free meal as long as you're dressed appropriately. By appropriately I mean in a cow costume. LOL. Chick-fil-A is always great I love their Christian values and quick service. I also love their response to any request you might have "my pleasure." Plus I love their Polynesian sauce I could drink that stuff by the cupful!

For fast food, Chick-fil-A is as good as it gets. Everything on the menu is tasty, hot, and fresh. The quality of their food is much better than other fast food restaurants. Everything from the chicken sandwiches to the milkshakes tastes great. I really enjoy their freshly squeezed lemonade. The restaurants are always clean. The employees are always friendly. And despite being packed every time I've visited, the service is always quick. You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A.

I've only ever visited the drive-thru here, but it has been a smooth experience. 2 lanes run at once for faster service. The squak-box is easy to hear and not garbled. Most importantly, the employees are friendly and courteous, always ending transactions with the phrase "My pleasure" instead of just "You're welcome." Sure the chicken is tasty and the lemonade is crave-worthy, but the pleasant atmosphere will do more than anything else to make me happy to return.

I thought these restaurants had wifi but apparently not. I ate here with my toddler and had some great chicken. The soup is good too. But the real reason we come here is the play area.

The wait staff also will come around asking if you want refills and if they see you are busy with kids or something of that nature they will bring the food out to you. Also the playground area is well located so it is easy to watch your kids and enjoy your meal.

We traveled a little ways and found this location for breakfast. Great value for the cost, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, a pleasant dining experience!

Something about Louisville CFA locations...just not up to par as dozens of other metro area locations. I walked in at 6:45 one morning at this location and not one employee was behind the register. Not what I have come to expect coming from the CFA chain. Although, their food is always excellent, and I'm thankful the quality is consistent.

I just don't get it. Yes they have a good chicken sandwich, but it's nothing special. The fries are a nice change from most fast food fries. If you go for lunch, just a warning they get very busy. Try not to get hit by a car if you decide to go inside. The lunch rush is insane and everyone seems to be in a huge rush. To me it will always be food court food, which was good but not great by any means

Every Chick-Fil-A I have been in have been super clean, the most courteous employees you'll ever find but most importantly, the consistent quality of the food is superb... remember this is fast food, but the healthiest type you'll ever buy. Every time I ask an employee for something they respond by saying "It's my pleasure" & the crazy thing is they act like it is. Every fast food restaurant needs to study this business model and train their employees likewise.

This restaurant is SO clean, enclosed play area for little kiddies, the employees will SERVE you, seriously, and come bring you refills, CLEAN UP your table, dump your garbage........... what more can you ask for in a fast food place? They treat you great, owned by Christians, play Christian music, they are actually happy people working there. Can you believe it?
